"Hah! This must be..erm.." The new voice sounded off, foot steps and dirt kicked up behind his legs. While the new face was only just reaching the city of Ambrette Island, he had been running several laps around the landform; Unknowingly running in circles around a minor checkpoint. The sign, small and on a post read 'Ambrette City'.
"Hm..way different from home, that's for sure." The young alien, known as Hanzo on his home world, commented. Though, his apprent straight demeanor vanished almost instantly as a red, sleek vehicle zoomed past him. It seemed harmless, but impressed him easily as he hadn't seen a car or anything like that on Yardrat (aside from space pods, but nothing fancy).
His once concealed tail sprouted from under his crimson red jacket, flicking and waving in the air. Not a lot of people seemed to be surprised or scared, the citizens of Ambrette were apparently used to one like his presence. Just seeing beings that were nearly identical to Hanzo was what actually made his tail show and wag- Men and women of Yardrat looked /nothing/ like Saiyans..clearly. Greeting everyone and exploring the island for what it was, the new alien had acquainted himself with hundreds upon hundreds of the resident inhabitants.
Many, many hours were spent in the city, all of which were spent performing tasks and deeds to get friendly with the people.
Being his last task to finish, Hanzo was assigned a last minute favor; City hall was being robbed for all it was even worth- And Hanzo was to defend and stop the crime.
"Mr. Ozu, we require just one more thing to be done!" The mayor pounded his fist on his desk. "And that is to stop the mutiny occuring in our land!"
"Well, gee," Hanzo furrowed his brow, considering whether or not he'd be capable of properly serving justice. "I'll try my best, sir!"
Specifically those words, 'Try' and 'best' rung in the male's ears as he bolted into the sky and made a focused dash toward the scene.
In a mere ten seconds, Hanzo landed on his feet, right in front of the two criminals that were responsible for the uproar. "Listen, I don't wanna get to violent but.." Hanzo began.
"Get 'em!"
"Dah!"
The armed villains rudely interrupted him, pointing their SMGs at the male and opened fire. While a normal man would have been shot dead, Hanzo had to thank his heritage for his cunning evasiveness. His right hand got busy by swatting and smacking the lead bullets away and toward the sky- some bouncing back to the men in costumes.
"H-he ain't human!"
"C-call the big guns, pa!" The second male panicked a tad, mashing buttons on a tiny device he picked from his pocket. The sound of honking, screaming and tires rolling on cement filled the air in minutes.
A truck, massive and almost the size of a supply delivery vehicle, was headed for him. The idea of these men being amateurs at this crime game vanished immediately, seeing as they were /this/ prepared. The large doom on wheels continued its set track, aiming to hit or run over the new hero. The red jacket previously worn by Hanzo was shedded off, letting his once covered arms to breath and flex.
His hands were shoved out, in a sumo wrestler style position. A loud thud exploded as Hanzo grabbed the armed truck by the hood, holding tight and in a firm grasp. Tires screeching, the male's feet stood planted to the ground.
"Un-..ha..hah!"
Struggle was present, but ceased as the vehicle was lifted up. Muscle flexing and forced out, the young man spun in a circle, holding the motion long enough for the driver of the back up attack to panic and jump out of the drivers seat. Just a little by accident, Hanzo tossed the truck into the air, the object being thrown rather far, far, far away from Ambrette and into the ocean.
All three criminals were cornered by police forces, cowering and trembling at the sight of a falsely angered Hanzo- meaning, his face was put in a menacing and angry face, but was actually laughing rather hard on the inside. "If ya know what's good for you, I don't recommend trying to resist arrest, guys." Hanzo whispered to the crooks, getting his coat from the sidewalk. Men, women and children applauded for the heroism performed by their new resident, making Hanzo smile a tad.
As the great building of city hall was closed and cleaned up from debris and bullets lying about on the ground, Hanzo had returned to the mayor to receive his compliment. Not only was praise awarded, but a medal as well.
"Good work, young man! We could use someone like you around here.."
"Really? I mean, I'd be glad to stay and be a guard!" Hanzo grinned.
"Wonderful! You start next week, until then: rest! You've earned it!"
