Brocko is a Talkative, Clever, Prideful, Funny, and Violent Saiyan who loves to have fun, and that's mainly by physically clashing with others.
History
Nineteen years ago, a couple of Low Class Saiyan warriors had a baby who was named, Brocko. This baby was different and you could tell by it's lack of rebellion. Was it a good Saiyan like the Hero of Legend that defeated the Galactic Tyrant? Nope. It was still violent. It bit it's Mom once and slapped it's Dad multiple times. However, as the Baby grew, it was revealed that his Powerlevel was not even average for kids his age making him an outcast.
After receiving the title of "outcast" it made Brocko strive to be the best even though he was only three at the time. Even his cousin, Aspa, was more powerful than he was and they were not only family but on the same level in terms of Class. But after the concerning Aspa's Mother and Father, it was presumed that Aspa was dead. It was also a wake up call to Brocko: If he wasn't powerful enough, the same thing could happen to him, which meant he needed power, and fast.
Despite this, progression did not come easy at all. While trying to become stronger, Brocko was often teased and tortured and this carried on until the age of 17 when he met a human from Earth who was traveling across the Universe on a Galactic Journey. His name was Thunda. He had Blonde hair and blue eyes similar to that of a Super Saiyan and it seemed like he had the Power of one. In their first fight, the human man-handled Brocko and decided to train him.
Brocko learned all sorts of things during the two months he trained with Thunda, becoming stronger than ever before and developing a true sense of humor. Unfortunately, while Thunda and Brocko were wrapping up a mission, Thunda died from a disease he had caught on Earth. And what better way of honoring him than bringing comedy to every aspect of his life?
From then on, as Brocko spit more clever quips and said more jokes as he slaughtered alien species, he became less of an outcast than before but still remained one especially since so many thought he needed a Psychiatrist...
