Restless would be the word to describe Mimikku. She was walking along the same path as always her footfalls causing the loose stone beneath her feet to crunch ever so slightly. While she loved being within the heavens as she was to her it felt as if she was done up there for now and she was wanting to return to the Earth and see if she could do something to help the planet. Be it stand up once more to that monster that threatened it or to stop smaller scale events from spiraling out of control. Walking along she saw the tree that had started her constant path she had been on until she had regained the body that she was within. Placing her hand upon the tree she felt its rough bark on her fingertips as footsteps where behind her and a voice spoke out. “You are thinking on those below and if you should go back to protect and save them? Or am I wrong with your thought Miss Mimikku?”
Turning to spot the large burly Earthling who she had spent a lot of time around. A weak smile crossed her face as she nodded at Stewart. Inhaling deeply she released the breath slowly as she collected her thoughts to speak. “Yes. I am thinking about my daughter who I have never gotten to meet and to be a mother toward. I am thinking of the people that where left on Earth when I was sent here. Seeing as I have not seen a massive influx of people I see that thankfully they must have cleared the city before it was destroyed. I… really feel this drive to want to return and to try and make things right Stewart. Make things right by my daughter. Make things right with those I fought with… and make things right with myself.”
Nodding the fellow spirit smiled at her and walked over to clasp a hand onto her shoulder. Giving her shoulder a light squeeze. “Well then what is stopping you from returning. We all have at one point or another. Always we went to take care of unfinished business then returned. Though you I can feel have a lot more to do than just complete these few tasks before you and return to us. I say you follow me and lets head toward the Gate of Descending. It is where those who wish to return to the world of the living who have regained their bodies will be allowed to do such.
Bringing his hand around to the upper part of her back he moved to help begin to guide her in that direction. Mimikku raised her head to look at Stewart with a smile on her face. There was something innate that drew her to him and then it hit her as he reminded her of something. “You’re the ancestor of Ninjin’s mother… I recognize the chin and eyes and before you ask she is a powerful warrior on the planet right now. Though not the most powerful she is one of them. You would be powerful of those of your blood that are still alive.”
Walking along matching his steps as best she could they began to make good time toward their destination. The smile on her face hid the slight twinge of sadness she had with meeting this ancestor of her step daughter and having to leave him. Though she felt that this was the right course of action. To return to Earth and then to her home planet. To head out to her home planet after she made up with her daughter and after she could prove her strength toward the saiyans in charge as she knew that was all that they respected. Closing her eyes as she heard him speaking once more. “Go figure that my line would continue to this day. Take it she is a fighter of renown by your remarks. It’ll be nice to meet her someday when she comes up here after her natural life has ended. Cause if she is a good a fighter as you say she is then she will make for a great fight.”
Turning her head to look at him he had a smirk on his face. It was obvious that he was half teasing half serious with the statement. He stopped suddenly as he looked upward as Mimikku turned her head and looked at the set of massive gates before her. A blue ogre appeared from a nearby home waving to the pair of them “Oh hello there you two bodied souls. I do not see a lot of your style of souls way out here in the boonies of the Northern Kais domain. What can I help you both with?”
The ogre had walked over and planted his club onto the ground to lean on which he almost missed on his first attempt to lean and Mimikku snickered lightly as she watched him stumble and recollect himself. All the while the ogre smiled back it was obvious that he had meant to do that. Mimikku raised her hand as Stewart stepped aside. “I.. I would like to return to the land of the living. To Earth specifically. I had my life ended long before I should of and I have much unfinished business. I have been told from my long dead friend here that it was possible to do as such right here. “
”Yes this is a gateway that would allow you to return to Earth. The thing is this missy. If you do there is a great chance to not regain your body the next time you come back. As it shall be much harder on you to be granted it unless you live your life in such a way that would allow you to earn it in life. IF you understand this then tell your friend to back up as the gate will open in a few,” Mimikku nodded at the ogre and turned to Stewart. Wrapping her arms around him she gave the man a hug and rested her head into the crook of his neck. Letting go of him as the ogre walked over to a nearby lever. Stewart backed away smiling at Mimikku as he walked off the stone patio that was before the gate.
As the ogre threw the level Mimikku blew a kiss to Stewart and smiled widely at him mouthing that she would see him again someday. Turning her gaze back a white flash would engulf her body and she closed her eyes tightly. A moment later cold air surrounded her as she felt her breath catch in her throat and she coughed as she felt herself fall onto what felt like a patch of dirt. Looking around as she opened her eyes she recognized the remains of North Capitol. The entire area was deserted as she saw the remnants of the heat based attack Vi-Poi had used to vaporize the entire area. Taking a few steps she felt her foot impact something and she knelt down. Reaching over she found she had grabbed the pommel of her wakizashi styled blade. Pulling it from the dirt she wiped it off and she found the blade to be untarnished and instead a new pattern was burned into it. It looked like a shimmering set of fire had been permanently added to the blade’s sides and she smiled as she brought the blade to her side as she floated up into the air slowly. She had a place to head to and that was home. As there she would be able to resupply and get ready for whatever was to happen. Though she had to find a certain human who had talked to her before the events went south with Vi-poi as he seemed to be strong and she could train with him hopefully making herself stronger.
