((TBH, no. xD Sorry. You need to get a bit stronger!))
Kaula watched her roll away before she suddenly moved to rush in again. "Come on! Stop moving away!" the girl proclaimed as she brought her sword around. She couldn't really slash at the other thing. A slash from her blade would probably end up striking something too vital in the cat person! That wouldn't be too good for her rep at all.. Well.. Actually, she didn't care if it would kill someone! She just didn't want to get disqualified from another tournament. She moved to try to slam the hilt of her blade into the opponent before trying to slap the side of her blade into her again.

Cier is tired - she did not knew that fights can be this intense... She tries to roll away, but fails to gain more distance. As the saiyan attacks, she blocks with the sword... Then the slap cracks the energy cell. Cier puts it down and pushes it under Kaula... But it just sizzles and some fluid leaves the cracked canister. "You won. I give in."

Kaula hefted her massive sword onto her shoulder as she stared at the cat. She just narrowed her eyes slightly for a few seconds. She.. Simply gave up? That was it? The Saiyaness sighed for a moment before she went to start taking her mind off the fight. .... ..... And think about the fact she was on some weird moving ship thing. The girl began to feel a bit woozy again as she closed her eyes. "... Good fight.." is all the Saiyaness would say before she moved to sheath the blade and start stumbling back towards the waiting room, if allowed.

"It seems that is it ladies and gentlemen! What an electrifying match! Such a stunning display! The shock and awe is tangible! Cier has admitted defeat! The ferocious swordswoman: Kaula takes this match! Wow-wee what a thrilling battle! Lets give a round of applause to our victor!" The announcer cried out into his microphone in an over hyped fashion causing the crowds to erupt into a series of fanatic cheers. They hooted and hollered for the victor (which probably didn't help her princess complex at all) as the announcer raised his hands up and waved them in his continuing effort to keep the air charged with excitement. He dramatically pointed to Cier next before continuing. "Lets not forget our other lovely contender though! She put up a great fight! Everyone show Cier some love and thank her for the wonderful spectacle! She did great didn't she folks? Let's hear a bit of hype for Cier!" The crowd, once again erupted in applause for the tigress despite her loss, it wasn't all bad it seemed. The people still seemed quite fond of her, perhaps the weapons demonstration didn't go completely bad?
The young man would smile to both ladies and give them a nod. "You two rest up! Kaula we'll be awaiting you in the next round! Nowwww lets see who our next fighters are going to be!"
When the two would eventually make it down to the waiting area Maeve would pass them on her way up. It seemed her name had gotten called for the next match up. She stopped, seeing the tigress and offered her a small smile. "Good work out there, You seem really skilled I trust you'll be a fearsome fighter someday!" She said, offering her some small praise.
She stopped however as she noticed the half saiyan. She stared, a strange feeling overtaking her as their gazes met. A small fire lit and burned in her heart... What... Was this feeling?
She wanted to beat her...
It wasn't like the pulse of her demonic urges that forced her to try and violently dominate her. No... It was her own pride that was boiling in her heart. The pride of a sword wielder, of a warrior! This woman...This mortal... She was easily on par with some of the higher ranking demons of her clan! The thought of that excited and infuriated her at the same time... How was she that powerful? She had to find out.... More importantly...
She had to beat her...
So with a soft curl of a smirk, Maeve would flick her cape and move on to the ring. There would be no words now. They were going to clash blades in the final round. She just knew it. So she moved on to the next fight... Her new goal driving her forward.
The next few battles would go by like an intense blur. The sounds of the crowds, the clashing of metal, the enthusiastic announcer, all of it filled the air as Maeve battled fight after fight against some of the Earth's greatest weapon users (at least, the ones that decided to show up) in her attempt to make it to the top. She didn't care about the title or even the prize money (Though she was certain to make a considerable amount.) All she cared about was proving herself. Little did she know her greatest challenge yet was awaiting around the corner. As she predicted: Kaula and Maeve were to be in the finals.
"Ladies and gentlemen! It's been a hell of a show so far am I right?" the announcer called out to the roaring crowd. He tossed his microphone up into the air and caught it with a flourish, cracking a cheeky grin. "But here we are at our final event! Could our two contenders make it to the arena! Maeve! Kaula! We're waiting on you!" The crowd erupted in anticipation. One could feel the calm before the storm as everyone awaited the two fighters. This fight was going to be something.

Kaula simply seemed to wave off the man, and the cheers she was getting, as she moved along sluggishly back to the waiting room. She didn't really listen to Maeve speak with that feline lady cat thingamagig as she went to rest her back against the wall, glancing around the room. Then their eyes met. Kaula felt something.. Something building up deep inside her. It was a strange feeling, slowly overtaking her. It was strange.. But she had felt it before. It formed in the very deep, dark pits of her stomach and it was raising up. What... What was this feeling, Kaula wondered as she went to lean forward.
She soon found the answer as the half Saiyaness placed her hands on her knees, leaning over a bit as the girl spewed chunks on the waiting room floor.
She just had to get sick...
With a groan, Kaula stood up slowly, not seeing the other girl smirk. Who was she again, she wondered as she brought an arm up to wipe at her mouth a little bit. It was going to be a long day. For now, the Saiyaness waited. Biding her time as she tried to overcome her sickness.
For Kaula, the next few battles weren't intense. For her. She had some simple opponents. Sure, they'd be a chllenge for other people and this Saiyaness swordswoman would possibly be amused by how well they fought; if she wasn't so sick right now. She was a bit sluggish for each fight. But as each one passed she seemed to be getting better.. And better. She wasn't feeling as sick as she was anymore. She was getting used to being on the totally normal boat that is just a boat and totally not an airship! Or, at least, she was getting used to the movements of this particular boat, crashing against the open seas! She hacked and slashed her way through weapons of all types to get to the top, using her mighty cleaver of a blade! And, not too surprisingly, Kaula had made it to the finals. Oh, and apparently that lizard chick was there too, or whatever she was. Was she like.. Half lizard? Half Saibaman? Could Saibamen breed with humans to create hybrids, she wondered? Not something she'd likely want to test. With a shrug, she moved to head towards the arena.
Kaula went to stretch slightly, straightening out her battle dress a little as she stepped into the arena. A hand covering up to shield her eyes from the light for a moment. The cheering crowd was.. Well.. Loud. And cheering. Something she wasn't too used to. She took a few steps in, a hand coming up to remove the might weapon from it's sheath! She gripped it in both hands, burying the tip into the ground, ruining the weapon a bit, but she'd simply stare forward with both hands resting on the hilt as she waited for her opponent to join her; and the match to start.

The half saiyaness didn't have to wait long, for soon the demonic swordswoman made her way to her side of the arena. The young dragon knight stepped forward into her corner. She cast her gaze to the roaring crowd, briefly shielding her eyes from the intense bleed of light from both the flickering flashes of cameras and the dramatic stage lighting. She flushed a bit seeing people excitedly cheering out towards her and offered a timid little wave in response. Who knew mortals got so excited seeing spars? "EVERYONE PUT YOUR HAAANNDDDS TOGETHER FOR THE MAIN EVENT! I CAN TELL IT'S GONNA BE ONE HELL OF A SHOW!" The young man cried out into his microphone causing the crowd to explode with him. "Hahaha! Well we've seen fight after fight but now it's the best of the best going toe to toe in a duel of fates that will have the world trembling with excitement! Our first contender is a spitfire all the way from Vegeta! You've seen her cut down foe after fearsome foe! Give it up for the Princess of War: Kaula Flahwur!" He cried out, hordes of young men and women chanting her name. A portrait of the half saiyan offset by a royal blue background flashed on the giant view screen behind the ring. "Our next contender is a exotic warrior is unlike any other! With eyes of gold and blazing red hair: she has been captivating to watch since the first round! Give it up for the Fiery Beauty: Maeve Rakshasa!" Maeve's face only darkened more at the strange introduction the announcer gave her but the people ate it up. Countering the image of Kaula on the screen was one of Maeve glaring intently with a courageous red background, their names were displayed and the image was split down the middle showing the two sides of the upcoming match. "Now this one is for all the marbles! You two get ready! Annnd FIIIGGGHHT!" Maeve looked up to Kaula while she drew Fateburn out of it's sheathe only to aim the massive cleaver her way. "I'm glad I've been given the chance to fight you. You've seemed like a rather interesting fighter thus far. I want to have a good match." She spoke honestly to the woman before lowering into a fighting stance. "Prepare yourself, Kaula, because I'm going all out! I intend to win!" And so, it began. Kaula stared forward, quietly watching the other fighter. A hand came up, gripping her scarf so she could simply pull it up past her mouth and onto her nose. She almost wish she had some shades on because those dark green orbs of her's start glancing at the dragon lady's hips. Damn. Those hips. Them hips were the type of hips that don't quit. Kaula wouldn't lie, she was, of course, checking her opponent out. But could one blame her? Maeve did look rather.. Enticing. And she also looked rather different, so that was good too. About a.. B plus, in Kaula's books. Still, Kaula being the part disinterested at the moment, part sick, part grumpy self didn't care much for the cheering of the crowds. She had quite a few fans, especially some who followed her.. Specific type of publication.
Kaula gripped her blade with her right hand, sighing as she lifted it up to point it towards Maeve after the announcer had done his whole shpeel or whatever it was. "I am more then ready." the girl said as she burped a little. Her free hand went to pat her armored chest lightly. The Saiyaness eventually let out a quiet sigh. Not to toot her own horn, but she was strong. Pretty strong. The bad part about that is sometimes things end up not being a challenge. Tournaments like this? They end of being.. Boring. Kaula herself saw some interesting opponents, alas there had yet to be something to challenge her here on Earth. She rolled her shoulders lightly before she brought the large blade back, gripping it with both hands as she widened her stance. Suddenly, she burst forward, sword raised up towards her opponent!
However, when Kaula seemed to approach her opponent, she'd sorta.. Just phase through her if she wasn't hit. If she happened to be hit, the image would split and dissipate. However only a few moments after that, Kaula was falling down, her blade in position to slap the broadside of it against the dragon lady's backside when she got the chance. Seems she used some type of imagery technique to try to fool her opponent!

Maeve's eyes widened as the woman began the fight with a rather impressive burst of speed. In an instant the saiyan warrior with the glorious locks of ebony hair seemed to flicker out of existence. "ASTOUNDING! THE PRINCESS OF WAR HAS ONCE AGAIN SHOWN JUST HOW FAST SHE CAN MOVE! IS THIS GOING TO BE ANOTHER QUICK MATCH?!" The announcer cried out inspiring the crowd to let out a series of surprised and awe filled gasps. Maeve stood there gaping for a moment before instincts cut in. She quickly turned... ...Only to see Kaula right above her! Moving as fast as she could muster Maeve would slash out against Kaula's downward cleave. Their two arcs would collide causing Fateburn to crash against the mighty great sword with enough force to send a spray of sparks exploding from the point of contact. The sword clash was brief, however, for the saiyaness far out classed the demonic swordswoman in strength. The blade lock violently ended with a wave of force and a high pitched ring that ripped out into the air. Maeve could only stagger back in a desperate bid to keep her footing. As she faltered, she could feel her arms still shaking from the impact alone. She stopped herself, however, with clawed toes scrapping against the floor. Once steady she'd slowly look up to Kaula. A clear look of disbelief was evident in her features, the amount of strength in that singular blow was more impressive than any mortal's power she'd seen thus far. "OH! WHAT AN IMPRESSIVE PARRY! SPARKS ARE LITERALLY FLYING IN THIS OPENING BOUT!" The announcer called out, impressed that someone managed to decently parry the nearly uncontested warrior. "That was impressive...Kaula was it? Well...Brace yourself for my speed!" She growled lowly, lowering down as she let her energy flash through her. "HAAAAA Take this! Thunder THRUST!" She cried out before suddenly launching forward. It wasn't too far of a distance so Maeve sprung like a bullet. Before reaching Kaula she'd slam to a stop and thrust her blade out in an attempt transfer the momentum in on solid attack!

Kaula grinned as her blade was starting to come down towards the odd lizard woman. She was just oh so sure that this would be a quick match. She probably wouldn't never be able to see it coming. However.. Maeve would soon arch herself back, bringing her own large blade up so the weapons clashed together, sparks spewing everywhere from the clash of metals. Kaula, blinking once, soon went to grin. She used her flying technique for a bit to provide a pretty cool picture opertunity as their swords remained locked till Maeve apparently stepped back.
Kaula soon landed, rolling her shoulder lightly as she took a few steps back as well. "Yeah.. Kaula.." she said as she gave the other warrior a quick wink. Kaula braced herself as Maeve spoke. She was bragging about being quick. However, sure. She was pretty quick. But compared to Kaula at this point and time.. She was.. Painfully slow. Kaula went to frown slightly, shaking her head slowly.
Kaula moved to raise her blade up, letting the tip of her opponent's scrape against her massive sword's broadside before she moved to push away with it, simply trying to create an opening. "Not fast enough." she muttered out as Kaula would attempt to bring her sword back slightly before attempting to jab forward with the butt of her hilt in an attempt to deliver a blow onto her opponent's gut.
Maybe if Maeve was to get in a hit or something, she'd have to try to be a bit smarter then that.
Sorry for the crummy post. Head's killing me but I need to type something. ;~; KP: 3/3

As the swords scraped against each other with a loud hiss of steel the crowd would let out an audible gasp at the spectacle. "ANOTHER EXCELLENT PARRY! THE PRINCESS OF WAR BLOCKED THE LIGHTNING QUICK THUNDER THRUST WITH EASE! THIS BATTLE IS GETTING ELECTRIC!" The announcer yelled out to the choir of cheers and applause. Only the demoness wasn't celebrating, in fact Maeve's eyes widened in alarm as she watched Kaula move to make her next attack. Her attack was graceful in it's simplicity yet brutal in it's intention. A powerful crash that would surely buckle the swordswoman should it connect. Maeve quickly pulled her blade back however and forced herself roll to the side. With that quick dodge she narrowly avoided the crushing force of the saiyaness' blow. She gripped Fateburn tightly as she continued to roll her torso into a mighty swing. "OOORAAAHH!" She bellowed out as she used the momentum from her dodge to try and swing the backside of her sword to smack the woman. If successful she would bat the woman with her blade as if she were a baseball. "The crowd has gone silent! The Swordswoman of Fire moves with grace as she swipes her massive blade! Will this dance of steel and will continue?! Will Kaula take the hit?!" The announcer yelled out into his mic as he watched the battle continue!

Kaula, despite feeling sick, went to grin as she saw the demoness pull away to dodge. She felt it! She felt that this person was rather weak, compared to the Saiyaness herself. It was a little disappointing, yes. But now.. At this moment.. Someone was actually putting up a fight for once! They didn't just give up.
The Hybrid's emerald eyes shot to the side as she saw the blade rocketing towards her. So, she decided to do the obvious thing. She'd split in two - not that Maeve would notice. But her power level split in two and her other self soon disappeared in a quick blur the moment she was constructed. Kaula readied herself, taking the hit but it didn't seem to.. Do TOO much to her as she continued her advance, the butt of her sword raised to thwap Maeve on the head, if possible.
Meanwhile, while that whole instance was going on, the second Kaula appeared behind Maeve. She moved to gracefully twirl, readying her sword before she leapt forward towards the other swordswoman, trying to attack the scaled one from behind while she was, hopefully, distracted with what was going on in front of her. This Kaula was clearly not going at her full speed, allowing for herself to slow down quite a bit. Still, the Saiyaness was toying with her. Why not, though. It's not like she had a reason to go full power - yet.

"It looks as if Maeve has scored the first hit!" The announcer called out "The first point goes to her giving her an early edge in this duel!" On the screen, Maeve's picture would flash a few times with a satisfying electronic 'Ding!' as the number 1 was placed beside her name signifying she had one point. "She just needs four more hits and then victory is hers!" He pointed out creating a roar of applause for Maeve. Maeve kept her attention fixated on the woman before her, a small smile grazed her lips at the signs of a successful hit. "There we go! Just four more..." She muttered to herself in encouragement. She readied her stance, focusing only on the Kaula before her as she once again went to attack her with the blunt end of her hilt. Maeve brought her sword up over her head while bending her knees to absorb some of the shock from the powerful overhead blow. A fierce clash echoed out as Maeve blocked her strike. "Are you even taking me seriously? Come on!" Maeve growled showing her pointed teeth. Little did she know: her flank was left entirely open for Kaula's clone to cleave. A startled yelp escaped Maeve's lips as she tumbled forward from the clone's backslash. The blade cut mostly armor but the woman could still feel the force behind the toying blow. "AMAZING! IT SEEMS KAULA HAS UTILIZED HER MULTIFORM ABILITY TO GET A JUMP ON MAEVE THUS TYING THE MATCH! That's a point for our Saiyan princess!" The announcer called out creating another thunderous applause. With another 'Ding!' the screen updated to show Kaula's new score of 1. Maeve blew the hair out of her face in frustration as she turned to face the twin Kaula's. It was just like that saiyan boy Jutsu's frustrating ability. " Fine... You can split all you want. It just makes you a bigger target!" the demoness snarled as she took a step forward dark energy flaring around her wildly as she readied her blade. "OOOOOOOOWWWAAAHHHH CHAOTIC REBELLION STAR! HYAH!" Maeve cried out as she suddenly cut forward in a furious blitz swinging her blade in a chaotic pattern of interlinked cuts towards the saiyaness and her copy. Five strikes dispersed randomly would come their way!

((Been struggling with this a lot. Also gonna let you do the announcer! )) One of the Kaulas, the clone to be precise, grinned after the attack had connected. She soon went to leap into the air, joining the original Kaula. Of course, hearing the announcer speak was like music to Kaula's ears! She loved it! The praise, the cheers of the crowd! All of it! It was amazing! She smirked as she looked back towards the Demoness girl. The original moved to point her sword towards her, "Yeah! Sure it does! But it also keeps my advantage over you!" she shouted. Her clone tossed the sword up, catching it in her left hand so she could mirror the original Kaula. They both smiled, looking off to the crowd as they began to wave slightly. Of course, this left her a bit open. They were certainly caught off guard when Maeve roared out. The Kaulas moved to react fast, but clearly not fast enough. The clone had ended up taking two of the five hits, while Kaula had taken one herself. Luckily, she managed to block the last two. The Saiyanesses growled out, jumping back some after that last attack. "Right.." she muttered out as Kaula and the clone seemed to merge back together, "I suppose it's time to get serious!" Kaula roared, her hair spiking upwards slightly as it took a golden tint, her tail's fur doing the same. Her eyes turned a bright teal color as she took on the legendary form! She moved to suddenly rush forward at blinding speeds, her sword making a deep wooshing sound as she brought the broad side up to try to slap the Demoness in the face. Of course, it wasn't ment to kill. Or really injure her. Just, you know, hurt.

Maeve's eyes widened as the golden warrior came at her with an explosion of force. Was this really still the saiyan she fought before? No, she was different... ...She changed! Kaula had activated the legendary super saiyan form! With it's terrifying power she attacked before the dragoness could even react. Maeve's golden eyes showed the barest twinge of fear as their eyes met in the heartbeat before Kaula struck. The thunderous crack of Kaula's blade clubbing the side of her face echoed out, silencing the crowd save for a few startled gasps. Maeve felt her head twist one way while her body recoiled in the other before she was lifted off the ground and flung like a corkscrew. Her body crashed against the edge of the ring causing the otherwise invisible energy cage to ripple and buckle from the impact. Maeve rest against the sparking wall of energy for a moment before her entire form slid down and collapsed against the ring. The sound of her blade clanging and clattering against the ring floor was the last sound that could be heard before the audience exploded with excitement. While a few boos were caught among the choir of voices the bulk called out nothing but praise for the golden goddess. "With a burst of golden light! The saiyan princess has felled the dragon with one might blow! Maeve has been bested! Kaula wins by Knock out! It's over ladies and gents! We have our champion! Kaula Flahwur is the champion of the Coat of Arms Tournament! Give it up for the saiyan princess! Give it up for the champ!" The announcer yelled out over the cries and chants of the saiyan warrior's name. Maeve slowly opened her eyes as her vision slowly returned. She let out a groan of agony as she pulled herself up and looked to the giant screen. Despite her point lead, her image was desaturated to display her defeat. She looked over to see the saiyaness with her golden glow and a sense of bitterness took hold of her. Had she not activated that power Maeve could have had the victory but she was beaten, in one blow no less! As the crowd cheered and cheered for the mighty warrior Maeve clenched her fists and gnashed her teeth. With a frustrated growl she pounded the ground once before attempting (and failing) to stand on her own. A group of medical androids rushed in and helped the heavy dragoness up while also gathering up her hefty blade. As she was helped out she crossed paths with Kaula once more, an uncharacteristically sharp frown and glare present on her face. "This...Isn't...Over." She spoke, her words being lost to the crowd. A fiery determination burned in her molten gold eyes as she passed. Despite her damage it was pretty clear that if she were permitted to keep fighting she would, the drive to win was strong and the beginnings of a rivalry started to slowly take root.

Kaula grunted out as she looked to her opponent as she flew against the edge of the ring. Her eyes simply staying on the demoness as she collapsed to the ground. A smile briefly rose on her lips. Sure, she had gotten a bit lazy at the start. She certainly hadn't planned to meet anyone this.. STRONG. Or this skilled here. Sure, she wasn't anywhere near Kaula's skill.. Yet! But, if given time, she could be someone worth giving a damn about. Kaula's super saiyan aura died down as she moved to sheath her mighty blade upon her back. Her hair reverted to her original color as her opponent was carried across her. She stared down at the other female for a moments, giving her a smug smirk. She knew her type. Hell, she was her type. The kind that wouldn't stop fighting. But Kaula just figured she'd probably not see a fighter like her again. Fighter's come and go, so how would she be any different? How do I know I'll ever see her again - or if she'd seek me out for a rematch she thought before she finally turned away to face the crowd as she decided to give herself a slow shrug. She liked this. The attention. The winning. People cheering for her. Kaula moved to hold her hands over her head, the crowd going wild for a moment! Yep. This was the life~
Thanks for the great thread.~ Looking forward to a future rematch. ON NAMEK! I shall take zeni!
