Walking through the streets of the Southern Islands largest city was a girl that would surely turn a lot of heads. It wasn't due to her intense beauty, (Though she certainly didn't lack it) or because of something she was wearing. She wasn't doing anything strange either: she was just happily humming to herself as she explored the winding streets of the big city. No, people stared because the woman was a demon walking among mortals. While her sharp claws, dragon like scales, and impressive stature were intimidating they were offset by the girls big eyes of gold, her soft features, and the sweet melodic tone of her humming. All and all, she was a curious sight to behold.
Normally Maeve would be incredibly self conscious about all the people stopping and staring but she seemed to be in a particularly good mood as she strolled along the Southern Capitol. The dragoness who was normally clad in heady armor and a regal cape was wearing something far more casual and relaxed. Her form was clad in a white top that was cut in a way that showed off her stomach (and her lightly toned abs beneath,) A leather choker, two belts made of the same leather, and a pair of white bottoms that were shaped like the bottoms of a two piece swimsuit. She wasn't wearing her armor today nor did she carry her sword with her because she was trying to spend the day relaxing. After working as hard as she had been be it: training or working on the Shrimp's farm she could use a break
Today was the perfect day to relax, the sun was shining bright making the tropical city even warmer (Which was more than ideal for her, being cold blooded and all.) The smell of sea salt was wafting in the air and the city, which normally attracted tons of people: locals and tourists alike, was mostly calm and not too congested. It was absolutely perfect for the shy swordswoman.
She walked along the city sidewalks looking from store to store. Ma Shrimp had given her some extra zeni for her work on the farm so she was looking about and getting primarily some clothes she ended up liking. Mortals had a really odd but interesting sense of fashion and what they wore was hardly practical in most situations (The women's 'high heels' made walking a daunting challenge, perhaps they were meant for training purposes?) She did however find a few things that she ended up purchasing. Specifically a pair of bright pink silk pajamas. It came with a long sleeved shirt and a pair of pants (she'd have to cut a hole in them for her tail but that was no big issue) and overall the garments looked...Cute? That's what the shop owner assured her anyway.
So she continued on, searching for more things to buy while she enjoyed her day off. She didn't have to worry about anything at the moment and she was incredibly thankful for that.

((Heavy Weights Enabled, Starting PL: 25, 844 – Swimsuit Zerori here: 36.media.tumblr.com/33642e68a7fa5ea8a416a21481599d0e/tumblr_nkvuxpocAw1tnj0yso1_500.png )) A soft growl, followed by many gasps, were heard as Zerori looked through a window that held many interesting designs. They were bathing suits and some of the hottest ones of the season. Surrounding her were various people of shapes, sizes and skin tones (as well as fur) but they all shared one thing in common: Don’t touch the flames. Her eyes glared at a two piece in particular that had some simple designs; it wasn’t that she wanted to the suit for any particular reason – if she swam, she preferred to do it in the nude – but because it was a very deep color of red. Everything, or rather to say, and anything that was red would be subject to her scrutiny. It was such a vivacious color, so stark – so intimidating that she wanted everything to do with this color. So much so that her power would occasionally spark and flare, causing some people near her to back away or risk getting burned. It wasn’t until she crossed her arms and stood straight that she resigned herself; I’m buying this… .. . The door to the shop opened, a bell giving a ‘ting’ as she walked out of the store. A wave behind her with a grin and she was back down the sidewalk, a cheeky expression on her face. As she walked down the path toward the beach, intent to relax in the sun and let her kissed skin get tingly and warm, various bugged expressions and quite a few that were visibly uncomfortable. How could they not when a five feet and eight inch tall woman with muscles that could slay and a gaze that could turn you to stone was walking past you in nothing but a swim suit? She was just about to turn to the boardwalk when something slammed into her from the back and nearly knocked her on her face. Catching herself quickly, she turned to the attacker with a slow death in mind. Her victim was a boy wearing baggy jeans and a shirt, hair tossed to the side while nursing his ass that had fallen on the ground. Apparently, she was much harder than he anticipated she would be. “Y’got a death wish, Pal or am I gonna get a fuckin’ apology?” She hissed at him, a hand clenched at her side. He just seemed to frown at her. “Hell no! You were in my way! Move your fat ass!” The saiyaness flinched at that, her blood starting to boil quickly and popping veins all along her temple and neck, “ What. The fuck. Did you call me?” Already, flames were licking at her skin, gradually closing in on the boy. She snarled, taking a step toward him, “I should teach you a damn lesson! Get the hell outta here ‘fore I show you was burnt flesh feels like!” (Sorry for the lateness >< Takes place after 'A Night to Remember'.)

Current thread PL:2310
Etoru, the 8 year old half Sayian, was flying around the city slowly, examining each and every building amazed. This was his first time visiting a city and Etoru thought it was stunning. His eyes were wide as gumdrops as watched everyone below. "Wow! I never seen so much people in one place before! This place is s-" His words were cut off as he sensed a power level growing. Now he did sense this before but why would it be raising? Etoru decided it would be best to check what was going on. He was no fool to take on the far greater entity, but was very curious to find out what was going on.
As he flew towards the raising power level, he noticed a boy, about to get demolished by where that tremendous power was coming from. It was coming from, a demon looking girl! Etoru swooped in slowly to try and convince the girl to not kill the man. "E-excuse me! Yoo hoo! Ma'am, I know you may seem angry for what ever reason but pl-" Etoru stopped his words as he noticed she had a...a Sayian tail! "Y...you have a...tail." Etoru then clenched his fists, not looking for a fight of course, but the rage he suffered from his mother's loss, which only caused him to have self hatred remembering he was Sayian as well.
OOC: Please excuse if I did anything wrong as this is my first time and I would really like to get better at this. Let me know if I did anything wrong. Thanks.

Maeve continued her shopping for a bit longer. She had no real plans for the day, but when she asked Lemon what she should do when she was dropped off the kind mother told her she should just 'have fun.' When she asked what mortal's did for fun she was given a very basic answer: according to her shopping, meeting friends, trying new foods, and relaxing on the beach were the best ways to have fun at the capitol. She thought that all those ideas sounded silly and frivolous at first. Though, after seeing everyone else doing it and trying some of the suggestions out for herself she was having a lot of fun! She entered a few more stores here and there mostly just to look things over and try a few things on and she ended up buying a few more outfits she enjoyed. Like the demon half breed she ended up deciding that she wanted to go to the beach so she decided to get herself a swimsuit.
She walked into the store and looked around, again the strange girl garnered a few stares but she kept her attention fixated on the various pieces of clothing ignoring them. "Are these really what mortal women wear at the beach?!" She asked as she grabbed one of the more 'sexy' swimsuits. She looked with shock as she held up a black thin strapped swimsuit that had a thong for the bottom. A bright red blush formed on her cheeks as her golden eyes widened. "T-This is something that a succubus would wear!" She said eyes shutting tight as she dropped the skimpy thing, her cheeks still radiating with embarrassment. "M-Maybe coming in here wasn't a good idea." She said, her headfins drooping as she let out a sigh. She ended up however, shifting her attention to a few more swimsuits. Ones that seemed a bit more modest. She ended up finding one that she liked and after trying it on she'd buy it and a few more pieces of clothing with it.
She stepped out of the store, a bit of a blush touching her cheeks feeling insecure with her choice already. She was wearing a large sunhat, a yellow swim top that covered her modest chest, she wore a bottom that matched though due to her scaly dragon tail it hung a tad bit lower than she'd like, though her bottom was mostly covered by a white beach skirt she wore over them. She held her hat down as a sudden breeze picked up causing her skirt to billow and her spiky ruby locks to sway from the surprisingly warm wind. She blinked, her golden eyes narrowing lightly as the wind continued to blow. This wasn't some breeze however, it was a powerful gust.
Her eyes locked in on the source quickly causing her to look straight to the woman in red gathering her fiery ki before a rather thuggish looking mortal and a child. Maeve canted her head curiously at the sight but decided she should try to intervene. So without another thought the Dragoness would approach the group, her ears twitching lightly as she tried to pick up on what they were saying. From the sounds of it the boy was trying to talk her down already. The boy seemed brave but that judging by the dangerous looking fire that seemed to radiate from the half breed and her (admittedly impressive) physique Maeve thought briefly that he might have bitten off more than he could chew.
"Hey? What's going on here? Is everyone alright?" She asked, coming up from behind Zerori and standing between her and the two males. The dragoness looked the Half-Demon in the eye, despite her cutesy appearance her stoicism still shone through as she stood between her and the mortals. "That aura of yours might hurt someone, would you please put it out?" she requested in a cool tone. "Everyone here is just trying to relax, no need to stir up trouble."

She wanted to teach that little shit a lesson; every fiber in her being screamed to let some power out to show him just how wrong he was to challenge her. On the ground, he seemed frozen with fear and his limbs refused to move the first time she said anything. After a second or two of his ‘laziness’, she could feel a familiar tug of sadism coming on, “Ohh, so you do wanna feel what it’s like, eh? I won’t disappoint-!” When she pulled an arm up, her hands starting to glow red from the flames glowing like embers, she was suddenly stopped in mid-heat when a boy came in to speak with her. He was young – couldn’t be older than ten if anything – he made certain his intentions were to calm her.
It worked, in a round about way, due to the fact that she disliked hurting anyone in front of a child. That type of impression, combined with the impressionability of minds… She stayed still for a moment, her flames slowly dimming when another woman came up from behind her. She also wanted her to put out her flames? Shit, no one seems to think that a little heat and burns didn’t do much harm! With a scowl on her face, she lowered her hand and tried to calm the beating of her heart and rush of adrenaline. For a second, it didn’t seem like anything happened until the flames just flew up and dissipated.
She rolled a shoulder to relieve the physical tension as she growled softly, “There, done. Fuck… Anything else, y’want?” She demanded over her shoulder before turning to the young child with a raised brow, “And if I am a saiyan, what’s it to ya? I’ve got a lot relaxin’ to do and no amount of snivelin’ from a brat is gonna stop me.”
It annoyed her that not one, but two had actually confronted her. Sure, it was pretty high of a chance that she’d burned the insipid skater boy a little for his insults – but it wouldn’t have killed him! She liked to think she had more control over herself than that! Speaking of which… With a steel glare that could melt metal, she took a step towards the skater and snarled, “Run!” Before watching him scramble to his feet and take off like the demons of hell raced on his heels. Not quite so, but if it insulted her again – there would be a literal reenactment of said metaphor...
((Y'did fine~))

Etoru felt relieved when the flames went down, and her power dropped a bit knowing that she calmed down. Etoru was looking around at all the stares and tried his best to ignore them. So this is how it's like in the city? It seemed pretty rough. So much for a first time experience huh? Etoru noticed the girl the tried too cool her down and she looked oddly familiar. This thought was quickly thrown away as he heard her reply that she indeed was Sayian, and then was called a 'brat'. Etoru has never received such an insult like that before. He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth fighting back a bit of rage. In fact he was a bit to angry that he didn't notice the man run away.
Etoru then spoke out and said, "My...mother died from a Sayian, a Sayian who was my father. And I'm no brat!" Etoru snapped. Truth be told, he kind of feared this demon hybrid. Maybe more than kind of, but he didn't like showing his fear. Getting on her bad side was not the best idea for the boy but he was just so frustrated at the moment. "Besides, last time I checked you were the one bullying someone!" Etoru said leaning forward and sticking his tongue out. Leaning forward caused his tail to point upwards.

The demoness' stern expression softened noticeably as the girl dropped her aura (despite the fact that she did so with a bit of a grumble and a curse.) She gave the woman a genuinely thankful looking smile as she nodded to her lightly in a quick display of her gratitude. She wasn't about to swoop in and protect the honor of the scrappy looking teenager so she didn't mind the bit of venom in the woman's tone. She just didn't want to see him get hurt due to the woman's rage. Maeve felt that there was more than likely two sides to this conflict: she was a gorgeous woman in a very eye catching red suit it was likely that he was targeting and harassing her. Maeve assumed that the demonic saiyan was in the middle of telling off what looked to be one of the more rowdy or forward mortals but hat she might have taken it too far. Some of adolescent males of Earth were particularly bothersome, she got far more whistles and cat calls from some of the more rambunctious teenagers than she'd like. Though, that was hardly anything more than an annoying irritant compared to how forward some of the demons were back home. She didn't even bat an eye when the woman snarled at the boy and told him to run off, as long as she didn't make a threat on his life she didn't care. She let out a sigh of relief when she was certain that the boy was gone. She turned her attention to Zerori and was about to apologize in the chance that she had upset her but was cut off as the boy snapped at her. She blinked, her ears twitching at his voice as she turned to look over the child. Now that she wasn't in the process of either getting into or stopping a fight she could take a moment to get a better look at the child. He seemed familiar now that she was looking at him. She had met the impulsive little kid once before. It wasn't too long ago now that she thought on it but she recalled him butting into her conversation upon her first meeting with Xitica. She was the majin woman that she had conversed with in the Fukurou Forest. She listened to what he said, about his mother being slain by his "saiyan" father, and while that seemed tragic Maeve's mind focused on the odd word... Saiyan... Apparently the woman before her was one of those...Whatever they are. She looked to the two, trying to spot the similarities (After all, they allegedly both were related to this species) but stopped when she noticed the boy's tail. "A tail?" She asked herself quietly as she looked to the boy. He had a monkey tail like the girl clad in the swimsuit! Was that a trait the saiyan's had? That didn't make any sense though... The woman before her, she was clearly a demon! Maeve's eyes looked over the what she had previously thought was a type of monkey demon. Her fiery aura, it was unlike anything the other mortal's seemed to have here... In fact, she had only ever seen something like it back home, hell she could even pick up the faint yet undeniable scent of demon's blood coming from her. Though... The woman did declare she was one of those saiyans the boy mentioned... Was she of mixed blood? She didn't have time to think on it though, the way the boy was hollering lead Maeve to believe that he might just upset the woman once again. "Oi! Oi!" She looked to the boy, her golden eyes narrowing in on him as she took a step towards him. She placed her hands on her curvy hips (The sun skirt really seemed to accentuate them while it draped across her form) as she looked down on the half saiyan. "First of all, the boy left safely. The problem is resolved, we don't know the entire story of what happened but no one was hurt so there is no need to antagonize this woman any further..." She said glancing back to Zerori briefly. She looked back to the boy with a frown however as she continued. "Secondly, and more importantly, you can't go around painting everyone with the same brush. It is tragic what happened to your mother but it is wrong of you to assume that this woman had anything to do with it or that she is a bad person because of her race." She scolded the boy her stern look returning but focusing on him instead. "...No one likes to be labeled because of what they are." Her tone softened as she looked away. It might have been more clear to Zerori (given Etoru was only a child) but Maeve definitely had something personal attached to that last statement. She inhaled through her nose as she hardened her gaze once more to look at the boy. "Do you understand?"

The amount of restraint she was showing to the boy was astounding, yet – given that she had a weak spot for kids she wouldn’t admit – it wasn’t surprising. When the odd woman seemed to smile at her, her lips twitched upward once before she huffed and stepped towards the metal railing to lean against it. At least she’s not down my throat anymore, the Halfling thought but should have known that, by the boy’s tone, she was hardly out of the woods yet. When he spoke about his mother being killed by his father, she felt… nothing. More than that, she felt an odd sense of disconnection between her and the boy. As she glared down at him from her elevated height, her arms still crossed in front of her chest, she could only listen with a pinch of interest.
She hated sob stories. There would never come a day that she would enjoy listening to a single one of them and not feel the urge to just knock the shit out of them and give them a real reason to move on. With kids, it was more difficult, however… They were learning to cope with loss and anger and – hitting a bit on the personal side – revenge. Saiyan children, if his tail wasn’t an indication of his race, were no exception; perhaps an over-exaggeration of those kind of emotions. It was literally in their blood to take revenge for their losses, so when this kid decided to choose her as the enemy.
…Well, that was his first mistake.
Her fist clenched so tightly, a loud sound of cracking could be heard after the boy’s accusation. She stood up from her position against the railing and took one step toward him, “Kid, I’m gonna-!” She started but paused, her cerulean eyes narrowed sharply on his face with the intent to hurt before it focused on the woman once more. Since she interfered twice Zerori got a good look at her. From her attire she was obviously out to have fun – or maybe even swim? However, the Halfling couldn’t tell if she was a sea creature or some sort of feminine dinosaur that people just grew accustomed to seeing. Being around extraterrestrials of all walks of life pretty much desensitized her to the idea of strange first impressions.
She just wasn’t sure she could handle people that changed forms or bodies… Chellon changed that a bit, however…
As the saiyaness listened to the woman berate the boy on his very quick and immature assumptions, her expression changed at the last words spoken. "...No one likes to be labeled because of what they are. For a reason Zerori knew internally but didn’t like to address, that phrase struck a chord in her and she just stared at the woman with a soft expression of shock. It last for a few seconds before she shook her head lightly and just looked away to distract herself. Thinking of her time on Vegeta was a… less than tolerable experience. If she could, and there weren’t any negative side-effects, she’d do anything to forget those times.
However, this was the here and now and she had to face some of the questions that were sure to arise.
When the woman was finished, Zerori made a soft growling sound before looking at the boy, “I didn’t kill your mom and I ain’t your dad so cut me damn slack,” Her words came out low and even toned but one could tell there was a small hint of understanding. “I don’t know, nor do I care to know, what happened but you’re a saiyan and you’ve got to be strong. No one ever teach you that before?” She bared her fangs at him, showing him that she wasn’t completely what he claimed she was, “Half-Breeds don’t get the same rights as Saiyans.”

Etoru's was currently taunting the demoness, but his taunting was cut off when she stood off the rails. Etoru's heart began to race as she clenched her fists. Etoru just realized what he gotten himself into. Due to previous fights he's been in, only few were able to come toe to toe with him. He then realized that either he was weak, or she was strong. He whimpered a bit as she spoke out, but then the same woman who interrupted her before came in to stop this fight. Etoru sighed in relief, still not losing his sight from the demoness. Etoru had images of what she would have done if the scaled lady wasn't there. It was then Etoru realized she was pointing the problem out at him! His jaw dropped in surprise to what he did.
Etoru's eye brows raised as he heard the word 'firstly'. He then though She has more than one reason? I mean come on I didn't even do anything...when she began to speak about how the boy safely got away and no one was hurt then brought up 'no need to antagonize this woman' he flailed his arms around. "What do you mean?! She started it!" She then ignored him, and began to continue about how he shouldn't hate all Sayians because they're Sayians and how no one likes to be labeled as what they are, this stuck to Etoru pretty well. Etoru stopped flailing around and just stared up blankly to his savior. His mouth was in an 'o' sort of form and his tail was drooped down looking a bit gloomy. He took a moment to think about the mistake he done, hating all Sayians. Now he realizes that there is good in certain Sayians and that he should look for that. Etoru then thought about a bigger mistake he's made. Hating him self because of being part Sayian.
Etoru was knocked back to his senses when he heard a her take a deep breath and say. "Understood?" Etoru knew it wasn't his fault. He felt as if this was unfair in many cases. Where did he start the problem?? Etoru decided to look away, but it was seriously hard to avoid that intense yellowy gaze of hers. His bottom lip sort of pouted, and he finally spoke out in a gloomy tone. "Understood..." Etoru wasn't much of a rude kid, in fact he was pretty polite(even for a fighter), but when it comes to someone really getting on his nerves he can be ticked off pretty easily. Etoru crossed his arms and sort of raised his shoulder a bit to cover his face and mumbled. "Even if she started it..." Etoru then heard the demoness speak out to question his previous act. When she growled, he stepped back a bit as it was a short amount of fear. Etoru gets scared a bit easily when it comes to stronger foes.
When she spoke about his mother, he sort of tensed up. Sure he didn't know her since he was a baby but he felt as if he had a connection with her. Etoru decided not to cause another scene though, as that would just cause trouble and or lead to a beating. As she spoke about being a Sayian means being strong and if someone ever taught me that before he scrunched his face up a bit confused. "Being strong...? You're the first Sayian I've met. My grandfather raised me and recently told me of Sayians and that I was one too. He described them as monsters, killers, but said I was different." This brought a bit of flash backs to Etoru as he wanted a good way to thank his grandfather for raising him. When he heard about her speaking about half-breeds he looked at her confused. "Half-Breeds? What's that mean. Is that what someone is called when being demon and sayian? I'm Human and Sayian silly, see?" Etoru floated upside down showing them his tail, then switched back up and floated to the ground with a big grin.
OOC: Thanks to Zerori for those helpful tips in making my writing fluffy. Although I don't think it was unneeded details but let me know what you think about that. Sorry for putting OOC a lot I'm taking this in as more of a Group Thread Training Session. Lol.

She hadn't noticed Zerori's softened expression at Maeve's comment, she more or less kept her gaze fixated on the young boy. Maybe it was due to her own harsh upbringing, which involved her father handing her a great cleaver and telling her to: 'keep up,' but she didn't falter in the least with her stern glare as the boy thrashed and waggled his arms at the 'unfairness' of the situation. While it was true Zerori did snip at him instigating this he did take an aggressive stance with her beforehand and continued it after she let the thuggish looking boy run off. As the boy sucked up his pride, anger, or whatever and confirmed he understood what the woman had said Maeve's hard expression would soften back to her usual gaze. The woman leaned back in a more relaxed stance, pulling back her sunhat to expose a bit of her face and her spiky ruby bangs to the warm sunlight. She sighed, basking in the warmth as she tried to ease her nerves. She stopped however with her ears flicking as she heard the woman behind her move off the railing she was leaning up against with a bit of a faint growl.
She followed the saiyan demoness with her eyes as she moved beside her and in front of the boy. She made no moves to stop Zerori, her stance, while giving the fiery saiyan a seemingly brash tempermant, was non threatening. The way she was standing gave Maeve no indication that she was going to try and hurt the boy so she kept her guard down and only observed and listened as Zerori spoke. Her ears flicked lightly as picked up the barest hint of understanding as she pointed out that she indeed had nothing to do with the boy's parents. The bit about needing to be strong came off as decidedly more 'demon' to Maeve... That reminded the dragoness of something her father would sa. The hulking beast of a demon had always gone on about being strong and facing whatever life threw at you. It was something she lived by. That's why again, when the mention of this 'saiyan' heritage and the half breeds came up she looked over Zerori with slight confusion.
Though given Etoru's response, she wasn't the only one confused. "...That way of thinking: always being strong no matter what, that aura of dark embers, your very scent and your fangs... You may claim to be a 'saiyan', or whatever you said to at least a partial degree but you are unlike the boy..." She said gesturing a hand to Etoru while keeping her gaze on Zerori. "...You're something else aren't you...Your blood... It has ties to the demon realm doesn't it?" She asked, her expression not showing malice or anything of aggressive intent. It was more confusion that was plastered on her face as she stared at her intently.
She had heard rumors that some demons escaped the realm to intermingle with mortals. Some even found love and bred with the mortals...Could this woman really be the result of such a union? Though, perhaps more importantly, could there really be others like Maeve? Others that either willingly left or were cast from the demon realm due to being unhappy with how things were run? She had to know and she felt, to some extent Zerori might know.

Zerori didn’t bother to hide the scoff at Etoru relaying what his grandfather had taught him. Another human that disliked saiyans but that made her wonder how long saiyans had been living on this planet. Was Earth some sort of half-way house for the warrior race to stop by every once in a while? When the boy jumped up to show off his tail to her, she grimaced, What a rude kid! Before he told her that he was only half saiyan. Her disgusted expression faded to one of interest before she closed her eyes and crossed her arms with a slouch. “No, it’s not just half-demons that are called Half-breeds, it’s all-wait, how did you?” She blinked in confusion at the boy before she turned to the woman whom also had question for Zerori. Oh great. Since when did I suddenly become some sort of attraction? She thought with a dry expression on her face.
She didn’t really have much choice than to explain, however… Looking around, Zerori opted to do her explanation as they walked toward the beach and into the water. All this talking and fluctuation of emotion was getting her fired up – getting cool would take priority if she didn’t keep calm. “C’mon, I’ll explain,” She told them before turning to walk down the boardwalk. If they followed, she would begin to speak loud enough for them to hear even if she wasn’t facing them. “To summarize, I am both half saiyan and half demon. My father was the saiyan part and my mother was the demon part…” She wanted to stop there, but she was sure that they wouldn’t be satisfied with that.
Giving the boy a glance, Zerori spoke to him personally, “My mother was pretending to be a saiyan in order to fool the government and gain more political power. My father, on the other hand, was far too soft to do anything to stop her – even when he knew. Upon his death, no one but me mourned him,” She turned back to the boardwalk, almost to the sands that were licked by the salty water around the islands. “As for ‘being strong’ as a demon trait? Heh… Well, I hate to break it to ya but my blood on my demon side isn’t as powerful as the saiyan one. I couldn’t tell ya which is better, though,” She grinned at the woman with a glint in her eye, “Feeling the constant urge to destroy and maim while never being satisfied of my victories… or the ever present instinctual desire to manipulate those I see as allies for my own gain.” She turned back with a shrug, finally touching the sands with her feet, “I don’t really know anymore…”
Finally finished, Zerori didn’t hesitate to step into the water and dive below it’s depths a foot or two to get her hair wet. When she surfaced, whipping her hair in all directions to get rid of some excess, she looked back at the two with a laugh, “C’mon, enough with the boring shit! We’re at a beach, right? Let’s not spoil our day off, or rather MY day off!”
((Np! You're doin' great Etoru lol))

Etoru wiped off that big grin after his little front flip. Etoru stared up at the two woman. He noticed the demoness was looking at him a bit annoyed, but it looked like she fixed her expression. Etoru didn't really know what a 'half-breed' was, and assumed it was just demon-sayian. He tilted his head a bit when she put her head down to explain. She never really finished as the dragon girl cut her off and asked her a question. "A half breed is all what..." Etoru murmured and pouted slightly. As they continued to talk he realized she was talking about her history and he picked his head up to listen. This should be interesting right? Etoru assumed they would talk there, but that wasn't the case as she began to walk. "H-hey wait up!" Etoru yelled trying to keep up with the two.
He walked between the two, looking up at the demon as she began to explain her self. Etoru loved stories! His grandfather always told him stories about myths and legends. His favorite kinds of stories though, would be that of his mother. So Etoru learned that her mother was a demon, and her father was a Sayian. "Um, Miss? More info please." Etoru asked in a polite tone. Etoru wasn't really much for being rude but he can be ticked off pretty easily. As she began to explain how her mother was pretending to be a Sayian, he grew very much interested. He kept making those noises like, 'whoa...' or 'wow...!' but quietly trying not to disturb the story. Etoru's tail was raised up at this point from the excitement this story was giving him. When she mentioned about which blood is stronger and how she couldn't decide what's better Etoru quickly stated in. "Demon!" He glanced at the Dragon lady. "Oh and don't worry Miss, I'm not painting the same brush but I'm already Sayian. Demon interests me." He laughed a bit.
"Um...Miss, or uh-Misses! You never told me your names. I'm...the man. The legend. Etoru!" Etoru yelled trying to sound amazing. He was in a pose where his little chest popped out to make him look more 'stunning'. Quite obviously, it wasn't really working for him. In fact it kind of made Etoru look a bit silly. As she told them to get in the water because she wanted to have some fun, Etoru thought he had a funner idea in mind. Etoru couldn't pass up this chance. "Could you fight me? Please! Please! Not a real fight, just a fake one! If not you, then how about you miss?" He said pointing at the dragon scaled lady. "It'll be fun!" Etoru said, trying to contain his excitement. "Please...!" Etoru tried giving the most guilt trip stare. Question is, will it work? And if it does, who will he fight?

Maeve followed along as Zerori lead the two along. Her heavy footsteps filled the air as she walked down the wooden boardwalk but she tried to remain quiet as the demonic saiyan took the time to explain her origins to her and the curious boy. She wasn't quite sure what saiyan culture was really like so their politics and the deception of her mother didn't really seem to faze her. She stopped for a moment however. as Zerori described the compulsions she felt on a near constant basis. Feeling an uncontrollable lust for destruction that was never satisfied... Maeve's eyes would widen a bit as it dawned upon her how similar it was to her own compulsions. She grazed her clawed fingers against the runic tattoos etched into her cheek as she let her thoughts and musings race. It had seemed that while Maeve actively tried to fight back her demonic influence this saiyan, Zerori, was relishing in it. It was supririsng to the dragon swordswoman that even only being partially demon didn't leave you immune to it's effects. Though, she did seem adamant that it could be the 'saiyan' in her blood as well...Just who were these mortals? With a lght frown she would linger on the thought as she stepped on the beach, her clawed scaled toes digging into the sand as she followed the others in her makeshift 'group.'
As Etoru excitedly spoke of her race she remained quiet, her thoughts transfixed on Zerori and her commentary. It was until Zerori rushed into the water that Maeve's thoughts were interrupted. Her eyes widened as Zerori dove into the water so suddenly. She watched as the girl surfaced, her spiky Her headfins shot up in alarm as shining droplets of the warm salt water struck against her smooth skin beneath her thick scales. "A-Ah!" She flailed her arms about, the bags filled with clothes bouncing in her shock. As Zerori told them that they should relax and have fun Maeve merely sighed, while she wanted to talk more with this half demon she couldn't deny that the call of the sea was a compelling one. She did come to relax and have fun after all.
Maeve set her bags down onto the sand first as she rolled her shoulders. They popped lightly causing her to sigh. Etoru gave Zerori (and her) his special introduction but she didn't respond. She was convinced that she had already introduced herself to him once before so she wasn't sure if he was talking to her or not. (At least she was reminded of his name.) She closed her eyes for as she tried to ease herself into relaxing by breathing deeply and exhaling slowly. She slowly opened her eyes as she looked up to the sky for a moment. The sun, the smell of sea salt, the warm wind, she instantly remembered why she came out to relax. She removed her sun hat revealing the spiky mess of ruby hair to the world. She placed the hat into the bag and slowly undid her skirt revealing the bottom half of her swimsuit. She stood, clad only in the two piece for a brief moment as she looked herself over. While her chest was nothing to write home about her hips and rear certainly made up for it. More than a few men cut their gazes in her direction as she stripped to only her swimsuit. Her headfins lowered as a heavy blush set on her cheeks. She could feel their gazes on her and it was making her more than a little timid. Without saying anything and without wasting another moment she'd rush into the water and, like Zerori, dive in. She kept herself submerged for a good few moments before she finally popped the top of her head up doing her best to hide her blush with the salty water.
As Etoru challenged her to a fight the mostly submerged dragoness would respond with a jumble of bubbles. Given the look on her face it was pretty obvious she wasn't going to be getting out of the water anytime soon...

When Zerori heard the exclamations the boy had made, she couldn't help but give a little grin whilst she spoke. Yes, she was still pouring out her past - one she did not like - but if a kid thought that her being a demon cool who was she to ruin his fantasy. Diving back under the water, she wanted to drown every part of her into the sea before speaking again. Upon surfacing, she almost didn't hear the boy ask her name. Shaking her head, she brought an arm up to run her fingers through her hair, "Zerori , kid. Ah," She chuckled, "My bad, Amazing Etoru."
Swimming around on her back, she grinned up at the sky - closing on eye against the sun as she did. When she caught sight of the demon woman in the water with her, quite enamored if she read expressions right, she paddled over, "I never caught your name, Miss Calm-me-down," She raised a brow when a thought occurred to her and she lowered her face to the water and narrowed her eyes on the demo was curiously. Like her, she copied the bubbling before raising her head to speak, "What are you? Are you a fish-type person?" Zerori asked with a hint of contemplation in her voice.
Sure, she could have been a, but Zerori didn't know the difference between zoetropes' raised on Earth and demons with their varied heritage. So, she'd let her speak about herself; after all, they were taking turns during this 'Show and Tell' game.
((sorry for the shortness lol made it on the bus omw to work x3))

When he asked his question for a fight, the answer he received first was Maeve diving into the water, then just letting out a few bubbles. Etoru just blinked blankly and tilted his head. "Um...so is that a yes...?" Etoru was heavily confused. He doesn't really understand how she feels in public like that. I mean he's been raised isolated from most of civilization all his life. And two, he's a kid. "Oh did your face get burned miss?" Etoru said exclaiming her blush, but not exactly realizing it. "Is that why your underwater?" Etoru spun his tail around in boredom.
Etoru decided that he'll just see how much fun he'd have swimming. Etoru decided to just let go the fight. He hated to admit it but he'd probably get beat down. So instead he took off his white tank top, his little brown shoes, and his black training pants leaving him in only boxers. "Done! Heheh!" Etoru giggled a bit. A few people caught glimpses of his tail, some people we're either frightened or confused, and some just laughed and thought it was fake. Etoru didn't really put much thought into it though. "Okay! Here I come!" Etoru yelled jumping about ten feet into the air, grabbing his knees, and spinning down into the water doing an enormous cannon ball.(For normal citizens at least) The splash radius splashed over Zerori as she was back stroking and Etoru was floating face first seeing how far he can go using his tail. He didn't really realize that he splashed the demoness.
