"Damn it, I wish he hadn't noticed..." Bing cursed mentally. It seemed Pieter was much too perceptive, as he easily noticed Bing's reluctance to speak of his time with the Majin. The young human ran a hand through his hair as he sighed. "I'd rather not tell you, but we are Battle Brothers...I suppose I shouldn't hide anything from you."
"Before my travels through space, I encountered a Majin known as Komoto. He was...strange, to say the least. From the moment I met him I knew he was a conniving villain, but I couldn't let myself kill him. Anyways...eventually, on Planet Namek, I encountered him once again. He offered to ally with me, and like a fool I accepted. I was hoping I could change his ways, make him a force for good...that thought almost killed who I am."
With a chuckle, he pointed at his hair. "I didn't always have gray hair, that was Komoto's doing."
"What I mean by that is...I allowed Komoto to delve deep into my mind to pull out some type of power hidden deep within me. When he unlocked it, he left something...someone...inside my mind."
"In a way, I don't regret it. This new power will let me defend Earth. But the only thing I worry about is that strange...voice he left behind. It trys its best to get me to do wrong, but so far I've been able to resist...I just hope I can figure out a way to rid myself of him before I finally give in..."
As he finished his somber story, he noticed that his evil half known as Ping had been surprisingly quiet these past few hours. He wondered what that could possibly mean.

Bing was quick to tell him the story, since he treated Pieter as a 'battle brother.' He told him how the power exactly unlocked in him, that this Komoto had reached into his mind to pull out a power from within him. However the cost was something getting inserted in him. This troubled Pieter, despite the fact Bing saying it gave him power... This was something that Pieter could simply ignore.
"Bing. It was best you have told me than not at all... In honesty, I too have such a conflict. Granted, it is not something that is inserted in me, but rather part of what makes me whole. However, it is a thing that, if left unchecked, leaves destruction in its wake. It was all sorts of saiyans must learn to control: Their instinct. In our blood, it is that thing that convinces us to revert to the animals we were, back in the primordial of the people's creation... Actually," Pieter explained, pausing for a moment to ponder a thought.
He did not utter this vocally, intending to think this out first. He shifted his legs to cross over each other, before scratching his chin. He wondered, "I wonder if it's no different in Bing's case... Perhaps this, 'someone,' he speaks of is untamed instinct giving identity because of whatever pain this 'Komoto' inflicted on him."
Pieter moved his hand away from his chin, raising a finger and opening his mouth, as a plan begun to formulate in his head. He thought of the plan that he intended for Toma, but then he recalled how he became 'missing' for a long while and Pieter had his brother's wedding to go to. The tools to enter one's own mind were all over Fukurou and the Fortune Teller's desert, but Bing nor Pieter would probably have the time for this. He closed his mouth, upon popping the bubble, and resumed thinking on what to do.
"Maybe... Maybe this might be a journey Bing must take on his own? Just as I am on my own... Actually, this may work!"
"Bing," Pieter proclaimed loudly, clapping his hands as he did, "I've an idea for you to do, to perhaps work with this other side more effectively, in a way where it won't be against either... However, I first need to know more about it."

It had been an awfully long time since Bing had opened up about his personal life. He had to admit, it felt good. He listened to Pieter speak of a similar trouble he himself experienced as a Saiyan. Bloodlust was something all Saiyans had to live with, and while some embraced it wholeheartedly like Mayze, but Pieter and other Earth-born Saiyans choose to learn to control this seemingly uncontrollable urge. Bing surmised such a thing must be incredibly difficult to control, especially with the Oozaru form that all Saiyans were capable of.
Pieter seemed to fall deep into a train of thought. His finger was raised, and his mouth was agape, indicating he possibly couldn't find the right words for his speech. Bing raised an eyebrow as he waited for the hunter to pop himself out of this theoretical bubble.
Suddenly, Pieter clapped his hands together and addressed Bing. He spoke of an idea that might help Bing become one with his darker side, to allow the two personalities to work in tandem rather than against each other. He first needed to know more about the evil side, most likely so he can properly advise the young human.
"Well, the way I understand it so far..." Bing scratched the back of his head as he tried to figure out the right way to explain Ping "...He's basically me, but if my anger was amplified by about six million. He's always bugging me about something, usually his want for murder, which makes meditation impossible!" He flailed his arms comically as he complained about the seemingly absent Ping.
"He's also given himself a name...He calls himself Ping. He's never explained why, but maybe to make himself easier to differentiate? I'm not sure." He was going to continue explaining a bit more, but he suddenly got lost in thought. "What does Ping even mean? There's gotta be some meaning behind the name..."

Bing's explanation was that this other side of him, which called himself 'Ping,' was that he wants to murder and is seemingly always angered. Pieter placed both hands at his side, looking at the ground as he envisioned his thoughts being written. Pieter thought, "So... This is effectively the 'saiyan instinct' in him... Perhaps he has a minute amount of saiyan blood in him and it mixed with his anger..? He said he was secluded most of his life on the isles in the South, I believe... So perhaps he hasn't actually learned to cope with his anger, so he's locked it away for such a long time. What this Komoto must've done was simply 'unlock' the cage, to which this anger could resurface."
Pieter looked at Bing's appearance, observing the eye color and hair color. It was, in a loose manner, very similar to how saiyans would develop blonde hair and teal eyes upon achieving the legendary Super Saiyan form his father spoke of back in his youth. Granted, in Bing's case, it looked as though the anger frightened all the color out of his eyes and hair in the process of his ascension.
Pieter's mouth became agape as he spoke, telling him, "Perhaps you do need to meditate with 'him,' Bing. Saiyans and humans have had a very long intermingling with each other, despite both sides trying not to mix themselves with the other. What 'Ping' may be is actual instinct that had been mixed with saiyan blood from many generations ago, whenever it may have been. Looking at you now, and how you described yourself as not being white haired like this, it strikes me like the Super Saiyan of legend, amongst the saiyans and Monkeys of Karinga, as well as whatever other species may have learned of its power. Granted, it isn't exact, as they were described as golden warriors with eyes of green emeralds, but you are very similar in appearance to them. Another thing you may need to do, in order to become more comfortable with yourself and burning that rage from 'Ping' is to do what I and my ancestors have done for many generations: Burn your restrained rage in the survival in the 4 Elemental Depravities."

Pieter's explanation intrigued Bing greatly. Apparently there might be some small amount of Saiyan blood in Bing. It was somewhat plausible, but he couldn't help but question it. "Wouldn't I have a tail though? I thought that was something all Saiyans had, even hybrids...maybe the blood is so diluted it's virtually unnoticeable." His voice had changed to a more analytical tone as he tried running through the possible ways Pieter's words could possibly be true.
"I suppose it could be true. I haven't delved too deep into my own ancestry before, so a Saiyan or two ages ago might have slipped in somewhere. If that were the case, wouldn't I have become a Super Saiyan? Perhaps the blood has become so diluted, it's not even possible..."
At the mention of a Super Saiyan, Bing chuckled "I never thought of it that way, but I guess it is similar!"
"I think you are definitely on the right track my friend. I need to become more comfortable with this strange...thing."
"I'm curious, how would one perform this survival trial?"
(Incredibly short post! I apologize.)

"It's not uncommon to see Hybrids of the Saiyan kind to not get a tail. Honestly, I didn't have my own tail until 8 years old and I'm much more saiyan than human. With the amount of human into you, you could probably be very much restraining that saiyan blood in you... Then again, I'm no scientist. It's just a thought," Pieter responded, shrugging as he did. He did get to read some books on cells whenever he got to visit Ginger Town when his tribe went to town to trade with the locals and keep knowledgable on what happened... Of course, this was also how they found out about what happened to Pieter at the World Tournament and what he did.
Bing found it a bit funny, but he actually agreed with the thought. He asked about the trials Pieter spoke of, to which he told Bing, "It's a very long journey. The 'shortest' journey was a 5 year traversal of the world, done by the eldest of my tribe, who's also grandfather to the current chieftain of my tribe. The trials encompass the need of unison of the four ancient elements of the Great Serpent used to create the world. Earth, Fire, Air, and Water, respectively. The trials aren't done in a specific manner, but the purpose of them is to be hardened by each and have yourself figure out the reason what happens to yourself in over abundance of each element. While we have great power, we are not permitted to use our excessive might. We are supposed to live like the weak civilians, who live in the cities and escape to the wilds when they grow tired of their homes. My tribe is bonded together by our connection to each other and the people of the cities, and thus we survive. However, many of us have forgotten about what life was like and dissuade the stories as nothing but myths the elders tell us around the campfire."
He paused for a moment, standing up to get a drink from the barrel. He cupped his hands together and dipped them into the water for a moment. Pieter brought the water his mouth and slurped the liquid up like a vacuum, shaking his hand dry afterwards. With a big gulp and satisfied gasp, he turned to Bing and asked him, "Lets get to round 2. I'll tell you more about the journey and the mystical beasts that linger in each element."

Listening to Pieters explanation with interest, Bing wondered if he should even attempt this journey if it takes so long. Five years is an awfully long time to journey alone, and apparently that's the shortest of the journeys!
Millions of thoughts raced through the humans mind as he pondered the situation. What if Kami were to return during that time? What if a great danger to Earth were to appear? He was certain this journey would improve his body as well as his spirit, but he wasn't sure if he would have time to do so. His face contorted into a worried expression as he fell deep in thought.
His thought process was interrupted when Pieter began talking again. It seemed the hunter was ready for the second round of this spar. Apparently, Pieter would also explain more about the journey itself. Learning more about it might help sway Bing's decision, so he would be glad to learn more. Bing nodded as he floated back to the ground, planting his feet firmly on the tiled floor.
"Very well then, let's get started!" he declared excitedly.
The human hopped away, landing in the direct middle of the Lookout. The location near the barrel would be much too enclosed for it to be fair for either of them, so this increased distance would help.
Bing raised his hand, giving a "come and get me" type of hand gesture. Afterwards, the human slipped into his battle stance, hopefully ready to avoid any attacks that may come his way.

Bing got up and hopped away, as declared excitement for the 2nd round! Pieter grinned at this, hopping away from the barrel so he and Bing wouldn't destroy it... Though, it wasn't really gonna be much, as the amount of power he and Bing had would probably shake it apart with the shockwaves, alone! Bing offered the first move to Pieter with a gesture, getting into a simple battle stance that didn't offer much defense, though to be fair... It probably did! Pieter obliged, howling titillated laughter with a wild charge! Now, he'd show Bing the ferocity of the Wolf, that his spirit encompassed! His hands were open, but the fingers were curled into claws, with feet not far behind the hunter. He swung the 'claws' ferociously, attempting strike the human's chest. It was a rapid hit combo, encompassing 10 upper body blows at bing. The first 6 swipes were at the higher portion of his torso, to which Bing was able to dodge without much effort. Yet, it was not over yet from Pieter! The hunter lunged forward, attempting to disrupt the human's footing. It would connect, but not enough to the point Bing was flown off his feet, like he was expecting it. In response, Pieter would swipe downwards 2 times with his left hand, to knock his guard off more! The last bit of the combo was followed by a jumping right knee to Bing's gut, with his left hand hastily retreating to Pieter's side and balled into a fist! The attack, though, was blocked, leaving Pieter exposed to the incoming attacks coming in. (Small, but to the point! Your move, Bing! Flavor it as you will. )

As Bing hopped away from the barrel, so too did Pieter. It seemed the Hunter was quick to begin his assault, as expected of a mighty Saiyan warrior!
Pieter began his assault with advancing claw swipe motions with his fists. Bing was able to dodge by back pedaling, bobbing and weaving out of the way of the swipes with extreme success. Pieter wasn't done yet however. He used a different attack this time, a sweeping claw aimed for Bing's legs. He hopped over the swipe, but was still caught just barely! He lost his balance, but was able to recover by hitting the floor on his hands and hoping back to his feet. A slight sting in his leg distracted him just a bit as his opponent came in harder!
The Hunter went for two more downwards claws, forcing Bing to block rather than dodge. He brought his hand towards the two left-handed swipes and blocked them successfully. At near the same time, Pieter jumped towards Bing with a flying knee. With precision, Bing was able to catch the knee with his open hand.
Bing saw his chance and took it. He crouched down low and used a massive amount of strength to rocket his body upwards, attempting to slam his fist into Pieters chin and fly into the air at the same time.
Should Pieter be knocked skywards by the attack, Bing would fly towards him and attempt to kick him back to the ground.
If Pieter was able to keep himself grounded in some way, Bing would throw a small peppering of Ki blasts from above to attempt and disrupt any attack plans the Hunter might try.
(Possibly 4 Ki orbs coming your way, depending on how you react to my counter attack!)

Bing caught the knee! Pieter tried to send a fist at Bing with his left hand, but before he could react, Bing crouched and smashed his fist up into Pieter's chin and sent him into the air! The hunter spun around in a rapid circle several times over, before coming to a stop. However, he was backwards when he stopped, not able to notice Bing coming up from above to smash him down to the ground fast enough. The kick connected with Pieter's left backside, the wind being knocked out of him in a spray of spit.
Pieter rocketed into the Lookout's floor, shattering the smooth stone platform! The hunter spent a moment in the stone, thinking, "Damn it... That hurt! I shouldn't have gone for the knee."
The hunter stood up, his bones feeling like twigs ready to snap and muscles shredded. He gasped for air, looking up to see if he was still there. As he did, he pondered, "Ok, he's fast... Really fast. Probably not even using his full speed either. Waputhi would probably be pissed if he found out he was slower than Bing and try to claw his legs. Yet, I feel as though that's not gonna work... So what should I go for? An all out attack wouldn't be suitable, as this is just a bonding experience and not one of those life or death ones... Right! The story!"
"Geh..! Good... Good hit! So, story... Doesn't matter where they started. Journeymen had gone to wherever it they felt they'd be best served, so to speak. Some started... Water. South of here. In the Isles," Pieter struggled to explain. As he did, a strategy formulated in his head!
He charged ki into both hands, and in a flurry of blasts, shot them all over the platform! The debris all over could pick up, allowing for Pieter to sneak down below, outside of Bing's sight for just a moment so he could get an opening! Sure, Bing had the high ground, but the plume of debris should block his high point. Later on, they could fix this place. After all, if they could build a giant floating platform in the past, it wouldn't have been difficult for Pieter and Bing to get this place fixed!
"There, it is rumored that the Serpents and Great Beasts of Water would go, to meet with each other on when to create mighty storms! The Great Beasts of Water consist of Fish, Whales, and Sharks as commonplace beasts, who kept these waters clean. Others, such as the Great Devourer and Depth Walker, would provide unique trials to those above and below the surface of Water. They came in the form of rain storms, giant waves, hurricanes, and massive whirlpools. These were the journeyman's enemies, and they would teach them the importance of air, heat, and earth, as well as why too much water would result in the questioned 'Greatest Death' of the four."

Bing gave a satisfied smirk as his kick from above landed cleanly. It sent Pieter into the ground painfully, crashing through the floor and indenting the smooth stone. "Maybe I overdid it a bit..." thought Bing worriedly.
His worry seemed to be unneeded however, as Pieter stood up quite quickly, though he did seem a bit winded. The hunter complimented Bing, before beginning his explanation of the long journey Bing might undergo to cleanse his spirit. From above, Bing listened carefully to the story he was about to hear, but it seemed Pieter wasn't done fighting just yet.
The Saiyan tribal charged energy into both his hands, and fired a barrage of Ki! It wasn't aimed at Bing however, it was aimed at the Lookout itself! Many of the tiles were blown away, and the rest were cracked or chipped in some manner. Smoke covered the Lookout nearly entirely, obfuscating Bing's vision of his opponent.
For some warriors, this lack of vision might be a major problem. For Bing, this was just a test of his other senses.
The young human closed his eyes and focused harder on his ability to sense the life force of others. It took him a bit of time, but he was able to pinpoint Pieter's exact location within the smokey arena that lay below.
"I have to keep my focus on him. If I try attacking I might lose him. I'll let him try to attack first, see what he might try..."
As Pieter began explaining the journey in more detail, Bing nodded with interest. He wondered briefly if this story was simply a ploy to distract him, but quickly disregarded the thought.

The lookout was covered, and with it, Pieter's location! However, the hunter moved quickly. This smoke wasn't going to last. Bing knew that, and so did Pieter. What could Pieter do, exactly, to expose the human's defenses?
"Bing can create a barrier of sorts that can reflect an attack at me... I'd have to strike close again, but he's showing his style is more refined than my own. Striking with Thunder's Howl from a distance might be able to create the distraction I need, but what to do when I get in range..."
Positioned beneath Bing, the hunter begun to charge energy into his hand. He had to be quick. Bing was keeping an eye out for him, but if he fired from outside Bing's sight, he could possibly hit him directly! The spar wasn't gonna last that much longer. The hits Pieter was taking wouldn't permit that!
With a yelp, Pieter punched forward, the smoke quickly scattering and revealing him! Thunder boomed out with rage! The yellow beam encroached on Bing quickly! What was the human's reaction to this?
(Thunder's Howl [N1] shot out! Uhm... I think I was in the 57 thousand area. So, it'd be 18810 shooting out at ya!)

There was an eery feeling of silence as Bing waited for his opponent. He could sense him moving, but the lack of sight was obviously worrying. Sure he could keep tabs on Pieter, but what if he had some type of suppression technique, or perhaps a self-cloning technique. Either scenario would make tracking Pieter's location just a bit more difficult, but luckily it seemed he hadn't enacted any ability of the sort. Which either meant he had no way to do either, or he was simply taking it easy on Bing.
"What's he planning?"
Suddenly, Pieter began making a quick movement. The hunter leaped out of the clouded arena, heading for Bing from below. As he approached, he let loose another thunderous blast. It careened towards Bing, howling through the air as it quickly closed in on him. He'd have to act fast to avoid taking damage, but how would he do it? Using the barrier again might open himself up for further abuse, so he would have to try something completely different.
Seemingly, the attack was going to hit its mark! It was about to slam into Bing, but as it did, the human suddenly disappeared from sight! It was as if he had phased out of this world, and moved on to the next life. What happened in reality however, was that Bing had used the After-Image Technique to avoid the attack entirely!
Suddenly, the young human warrior re-appeared in front of Pieter. He let loose a flurry of fists, aimed for all parts of Pieter's form. The combination in total was a 10-hit combination, but it wouldn't stop there! Should even one fist hit its mark, Bing would follow-up with a mighty knee aimed at Pieter's gut, intending to launch the Saiyan warrior away should it land.
([SU1] After-Image used to dodge N1! You can flavor the 10 punches how you like.)

The attack hit... But it didn't? This was what was going through Pieter's head, before Bing reappeared in front of Pieter! The hunter was startled, not being able to reposition himself to at least counter some of the blows! The moment reminded him of a fight he had with his sister, back when he was 16 and she was 11. Bay had a knack of being able to speed around quickly, leaving no image of herself behind, nor any sight of her for that matter. She would close in, just like Bing was now, and strike a few times over!
The first 2 strikes were 'knife jabs' at Pieter's collarbone region, causing him to be knocked back a bit. They were followed up with an open palmed strike to the stomach, knocking out breath and spit from Pieter's maw. Bing seemed the then spin around and knock Pieter down with an elbow hammer to the back side, but with his knee underneath for Pieter to fall upon! Knocked airborne, the 'Serpent' followed Pieter up and unleashed the rest of the 'ten hit combo' at Pieter, who was now at this point a rag doll barely conscious, and with an open palm strike to Pieter's chest, smashed him back into the Lookout's granite floor!
Pieter was smashed inside the floor, his spirit feeling weakened by the barrage. In truth, Pieter was weakened... He could swear that in the midst of the attack, several ribs gotten broken. It would explain the reason why everything was going black and it was hard to breathe, for the hunter. As things went dark, he forced out, "Perhaps... Another time... For stories... Sleep feels good right now."
(Honestly, I think this would be a good point to end it on. Power level for myself, and used weights through... Half of this. Up to whomever grades this.)

Bing's barrage battered his Battle Brother. It did a lot more than Bing intended, cursing himself for an unnecessary amount of strength being exercised. Pieter fell to the ground, crashing into the tiled floor painfully. He eeked out a last few words before seemingly falling unconscious. Bing, trying to keep the situation light-hearted, gave a small chuckle. "Heh, yeah, sleep well my Brother."
He landed softly next to the slumbering Saiyan. He couldn't just leave him here, that would be incredibly rude! With a somewhat guilty frown as he hoisted Pieter up and over his shoulder. Bing might be a strong warrior, but Pieter's unconscious body was unreasonably heavy. He strained a bit as he slowly walked inside the Lookout with Pieter in tow.
"Jeez, does this guy eat elephants for dinner?"
Slowly, he descended the grand stairwell that lay inside the Lookout's walls. Bing had passed a bedroom once in his exploration of the Lookout, so he figured that would be the best place to lay his friend down for a nap. It took a little while, but eventually the found the room he was looking for. It was a relatively small bedroom with not much inside save for a bed with a nearby chair, but it was cozy nonetheless.
He gently placed Pieter down upon it, his masculine form indenting the bed almost immediately. Bing gave a worried look as he wondered whether or not the bed would be able to hold him. Quietly, he stepped out of the room, giving Pieter some privacy.
As he ascended the stairs, he reminded himself to pick up some nano liquid from his ship to help speed along Pieter's recovery.
(Fun Thread! We should do it again sometime. PL for me as well please.)
