"Ballistic Beam Blade!" Drake screamed flinging his hand. A blade of life energy and heat left it, so full of energy it was spilling over. As a result of this the excess energy formed behind the blade an followed it, forming a beam. He grinned watching the destruction. He may have been a one armed assasin with a useless leg, but he was strong. At least he was strong compared to most. However, in reality he was one of the weakest of the strong. He wore a black outfit, that had hidden pockets all over it. Including the belt, there was twenty of them. In each was small blade that slipped in perfectly. Slowly five pockets widened a short distance as a blade floated out of each one. They spiraled around each and did flips, Drake practicing his skills. Suddenly they shot out and hit miniscule spots he had chosen as targets. Each blade tip fit perfectly on it before it widened out and sunk it's edge into the whole area. He felt a vibration on his wrist and looked down. The scouter radar showed a power level close by. He tapped it and it showed altitude. Odd, it wouldn't usually show that. Suddenly he noticed the difference. He looked high in the sky to around where it should be. Suddenly a small metal orb crashed through the clouds. Drake's Ki lifted him up and he flew towards it.

[Heavy Weights on 38,213>9,553 PL]
Kayle had purchased the heavy weights, and now it was time to use them. It was time for him to find out if they really worked, like Vennel had claimed. Kayle was unsure that he would get the same benefit out of them that she did, as she had used them on a planet that had far greater gravity than Earth, but even a little gain was better than no gain. Maybe he might even find someone to rough around. Perhaps the super humans would catch on to his power level out there. Kayle didn't know, but one this was for sure, these things had better be worth his four thousand zeni, or he would rightly be getting that zeni back, by force if necessary.
Kayle was still flying back to his used pod He didn't care about collecting it for repair, or about cleaning it up. He just figured it would be a good as place as any to train. The surrounding area was already destroyed by the pod falling from the sky already, how could energy blasts from him make it any worse? Kayle couldn't think of any way that it could. As Kayle flew over head, he looked down and saw those same giant birds. He wondered what they could be. Whatever, they were, they were loud. There was no time for them right now. Kayle was to eager to try out these new weights. He continued on to the crash sight.
When Kayle arrived at the crash site, he realized that no one had found the wreckage yet. Kayle thought this was very odd. Yes, aliens on Earth was something that was very common in this age, and the comings and goings of said aliens were also very common, but for no one to come out and see the commotion of a crashing, and then exploding, alien space pod was very odd. After a few moments of mulling this over, Kayle decided that it didn't really matter. If they didn't care, why should he? All the more reason to train here. If he destroyed the area, it was obvious that the citizens of the area didn't care, which made this all the easier.
Kayle landed next to his spent pod. "Useless piece of junk." Kayle thought to himself. "I'll be a good place to leave the scouter while I try to learn more about putting more electromagnetic spin on the Photonic Burst." Kayle thought to himself once more. Kayle walked over to his useless space pod, and took his scouter off. He took the scouter from off his ear, and then placed it securely into his spent pod, planning to retrieve it later, and then walked a short distance away. Kayle crossed his hands across his chest, and began to charge the energy around his his body. Sparks of electromagnetic energy began to flash through the air, and then a large energy wave burst forth from his body. "Damn, that felt just like before." Kayle thought to himself, after letting the energy dissipate. "I guess I wouldn't even know if this really worked without testing it, but what am I to test it on? I can't use my scouter. At least not without a nearby replacement." Kayle continued to think. "They only think to do is to keep practicing."
Kayle continued to repeat the maneuver over and over again. "Damn this is becoming useless." Kayle thought still in his head. "One more time, and I move onto something else." Kayle crossed his arms across his chest again, and began charging the energy as well. The electromagnetic energy came next. It was different this time however. The sparks were larger, and more prominent than before. The ki itself wasn't all that more impressive, but the electromagnetic energy was far stronger than before. Kayle could feel it. It might not cause any more damage, do to the same level of ki, but the stronger electromagnetic might come in useful. It might save him in certain mechanical situations. Kayle let the energy dissipate once more. "Yes, yes, that was much better than before. I shall call this the Photonic Surge, in honor of it's true electronic destroying nature." Kayle said aloud. Kayle continued to train out his power, not caring who was around. Perhaps later he would check out those loud ass birds, but for now, he was learning more about his techniques, and liking his new weights. Things were looking up for Kayle on Earth, at least for now.

[trying out KP if Kayle wants to. Also if Kayle is okay with it I'm using my heavy weights] [Heavy Weights=3150]
Drake looked at the slick yet heavy outfit. He warily picked it up, grunting. It was heavy all right. It slipped over his body and came on, his power level dropping rapidly. Sweat began traveling downwards as the level now reached a meager 3,150. Looking at his scouter again it looked like he wasn't the only one who had dropped. The other blip was much smaller as well, only a couple thousand less than him at his prime.
He approached the crash site, noticing the power level gently bumping up in quick burst as if using a technique. He approached, coming about a hill. In a crater, was a small orb. It was big enough to maybe fit a person if they were somewhat curled up. While it had definitely flown to earth, it didn't seem to be in the same shape. It was a wreck and was definitely no use. His eyes travelled about searching for an owner of the ship. There! His hand lifted up to his brow, in order to block the sun. Shade covered his eyes allowing him to see clearly. He could see a a figure training. As he looked closer he noticed something interesting. A tail. Was this another saiyan? His knuckles clenched as he had flashbacks of a saiyan warrior tearing off his mission arm. But his fear was replaced with a smile. That warrior was dead, by his own hand. Obviously this man wa snuck stronger, but he wasn't going to down without a fight. He slowly floated in the air, the sun behind him. He floated over, struggling with the weights. This was harder than he thought. He decided to play it safe and float back down to the ground. So this was the alien. His only arm, the left arm, reached for his belt. Ki flowed into it as he charged a Ballistic Beam Blade.

Kayle was still training up his energy blasts, controlling them, refining them. He was tweaking them to make them easier to use. The energy flowed from Kayle far more easily than before. Soon Kayle grew bored from practicing the same technique over and over again. He began to wonder more about how he would go about seeking out the super humans. He couldn't very well just go out and start asking. That would make him seem like an invading alien, or even worse a raving lunatic, and if there was one thing that pissed him off more than anything, it was being called crazy. So how would he go about this? This was a tough question that he would have to answer later. Right now it didn't matter as he was out here alone.
Kayle looked over to those weird giant birds in the pens not to far away. I wonder if those are like the saiba things in the wastes of Vegeta. If so they might break the monotony for a while. He thought to self. Kayle took the skies with little effort, even with his heavy weights 'weighing' him down. He flew over to the bird things. When he landed, he took a closer look at them. There sure were odd looking. Giant birds, who'd ever heard of such a thing? Giant birds. They were loud too, with their pounding feet from the running and strutting. Kayle decided to go into the pen and get an up close and personal look. Surely they couldn't do much, even with his lessened power due to the weights. He walked up to one directly and it sprinted off. "Oh, no, no no no, there was no way this thing was going to out run me!" Kayle said aloud, and then he zoomed off, flying right next to it. The bird had obviously felt threatened, because it stopped, puffed up, and squawked very loudly, and tried to look big and tough. Kayle stopped along with it. Good, this was it. It was fighting. Hopefully this would be fun. All the other birds were watching curiously. They began to walk up and crowd around Kayle. The puffed up one bent down and did a mix of a peck and a bite. To Kayles surprise it actually hurt. It hurt quite a bit. Kayle took the the bird by the neck and punched in right in the gut. The bird went down like nothing. It didn't even fight. The other birds all fled after seeing what happened.
"Well that was a waste of time", Kayle said to himself. "I guess the best thing I can do is got back to the pod, get my scouter, and then go about trying to figure out this super human situation." Kayle took to the skies once more, and began off toward his wrecked space pod. He landed by the wreckage and went to the inside of the pod, and retrieved the scouter, putting it into the proper place on his ear and turning it on. "Man, I didn't realize that the wild life here was so weak. I remember something quite different from when I was kid. If the wild life is like that, the humans must not be that much more on average. Maybe that human I met on Vegeta was just a fluke. Less a super human and more a mutant. Ancient stories tell of mutants that are far more powerful than the norm of a race. At any rate, I owe it to myself to find out." Kayle began to grumble to himself. Just then, his scouter that was now fully booted up, it began to buzz loudly. There was some one or something, off in the distance that was charging something. Kayle couldn't see or hear whatever it was. He looked off into the distance. "Come out whoever, or whatever you are. I know you are there, even if I can't see you right now. Why don't you just come out and face me as a person? Or is there something else going on? Are you charging your energy for some unforeseen threat? I stand here and await your answer. If I do not have one soon, I will assume you are a threat to me, and I will find you. You decide." Kayle said to the mysterious person, or thing, and then stood by giving it its chance.

You decide." said the saiyan to him. He walked up closer to the Saiyan. His fist would he been clenched except it was containing a Ki blade of heat and energy. So this was the Saiyan. He knew Saiyans were dangerous and had to be treated carefully. The Saiyan Gula had incinerated villages for no reason before he had been killed by Drake's blade. Or rather, Gula's blade. The finishing blow was delt with the alien's katana being stabbed through his shoulder before he fell and drowned.
"Hello, Saiyan. I know of your kind. You come to Earth and kill everything in your path. See this arm!" he yelled showing his stump. "Or should I say stump. A Saiyan did this to me. For no reason. I do not intend to let you come here and destroy everything. I do not do this for others but myself. I know what Saiyans will do. I will not let you simply come and destroy everything since one day that decision will be back and kill me in the form of you. So who are you? Are you like most Saiyans who will kill all including me?" he said with all his might. Hopefully this wouldn't burst into a fight considering he wouldn't stand a chance.
Emotions travelled through out his head. What he was doing was actually the greatest thing he's ever done. Although it was for his own protection, not the worlds, he was still standing up to this threat. Maybe he would end up walking down a path of good. Who knew. For now he was an assasin. He worked for pay and his own survival, good and evil meant nothing to hin. But perhaps they would in time. Who knew. Right now, anything could send him rocketing towards either path.

Kayle watched as the armless human walked toward him, saying some blather about knowing 'his' kind, about knowing what they will do, and thinking that saiyans were out to destroy and kill the whole Earth. What a preposterous concept. Just because one saiyan had come here and took his arm and destroyed villages they were all like that? Kayle looked the man standing before him straight in the eyes, "Look at me. Do I look like a saiyan to you? A true saiyan? My hair is brown with a redish tint, and my eyes are green. What does that tell you? If you know anything about my race, then it should tell you a lot. Or should I say, half my race? I am human as well. To destroy Earth, to me, would be the same as to destroy Vegeta. Besides, you're the one being aggressive, charging that weak attack there." Kayle said to the man standing before him while smirking.
"Don't think that that attack there will save you from anything. Look up. Do you see that?" Kayle asked pointing up at the sky, "Not only is my power level more than three times yours naturally, but that there my friend, is a full moon. Do you know what happens to a saiyan if they look at a full moon? I'm hoping you do. It's why I haven't looked up. If I truly wanted to destroy this place, all I need to look up and I'd have more than enough power to do so." Kayle contined to speak to the armless man.
"Listen mysterious stranger, I don't know who you are. I don't care who you are. Your power level is no where near the level of the super humans I have come here in search for. I can only see this going one of three ways, one, you show me where the super humans are, two, you attack me and I mop the floor with you, or three, you power down and go on your marry way. Which will it be. And keep in mind, the -only- reason you are getting a choice is because we are on Earth. On Vegeta you would already be dead where you stood. I don't like to be threatened, mysterious stranger. I suggest you go with option one, and if not the second best option of three. If you take two, I can't promise that you will live. I will defend myself." Kayle growled at the mysterious man that popped what looked like out of no where. Kayle stared deeply into the mans eyes, making sure his intent was known. He had no intention of hurting this man, but if he made the wrong move, Kayle would not hesitate to finish what the man had started. "I truly don't want that to happen. I didn't come to the planet of my birth to cause trouble. I must find the super humans though. They might hold the secret to the power that I need." Kayle said and then stood by and waited for this strange man to answer.

Drake listened to the Saiyans words. Or he should say, half Saiyan. "I suppose you're right," he said cautiously. The hybrid's words were true. Obviously this man was telling the truth. The half Saiyan now brought his attention to the sky. As he looked up he noticed what he usually don't pay attention to- the full moon. As the man explained he realized what would happen- he had heard the stories. A massive ape monster tearing through everything. It was a terrifying thought. He gulped and the energy in his single hand dissipate. Why was this Saiyan here if not to destroy? His answer was given to him. Drake listened curiously as he was told of 'super humans.' What were super humans? Maybe they were related to the fabled Super Saiyans? No, that couldn't be true. There was no way that humans could turn into a legend. Maybe this was just an insane alien. Well- native be corrected himself. Although the hybrid had came to space he claimed his birthplace was earth and he would never harm it. Now he was being given choices. Three in fact. One- he would show him these so called super humans. He didn't know if he could do his, he didn't know such a thing existed. Two- he died. He was now glad he had let the energy go. While he had been prepared to fight the man, he was having major second thoughts. He wasn't any super human or hero. There was no way he'd sacrifice himself for something trivial like this. Or three- simply go. This probably would have been the simplest option. But something's tugged at him. The idea of learning about these super humans was appealing. Maybe he could find their secret and get as strong as one. But then again, he was supposed to show the hybrid one. He didn't even know about them before. "Tell me, what is a super human? Are they like the fabled super Saiyans? Is that it? I didn't know humans could achieve such things? I can't tell you where they would be but I mighty be able to help you."

Kayle continued to stand there and stare at the human. He had secretly hoped that the human would fight. He needed a good exorcise. He would take it easy on him of course. There was no reason to fight someone obviously weaker than himself, but after so long in that pod, Kayle needed something to help stretch his legs more than just training himself. Solo training had not interested Kayle all that much. It was always more a refinement of personal skill and power, rather than more based on improvement for him. Kayle thought for a second that this man was just playing with him. It was obvious he was legitimately scared of Kayle, but the fact that he didn't even know about super humans. Everyone on Vegeta knew about super saiyans, as did this human, but he didn't know that his own race had a power beyond that?
"A super human. You don't even know what a super human is? How is this possible. You do not know about the immense power that a human can have? I have a hard time believing that. How can you know about a super saiyan, but not about a super human? I guess it's not that shocking though. Maybe humans keep things like this far more secret so as to keep it from the masses? Even I was shocked when I fought one on planet Vegeta." Kayle said to this mysterious man still standing before him intimidated. "It is also obvious that you chose option one of your three options. I certainly hope that you are not wasting my time and that 'I might' turns into an 'I can'. I don't like my time wasted, especially by people that threaten me."
Kayle stood there watching the man more. He had attempted to intimidate him even further with the line before. Being raise primarily by saiyans, he was always better at the art of intimidation than the art of diplomacy. It was true that he didn't want to hurt the man, Kayle was no monster after all, but he would need to know if this man was serious in his confusion. "If you truly do not know, I guess I will take the time to tell you. One false move, however, and I will not hesitate to blow you away." Kayle said still fighting his Vegetan urge to just end this guy. He had to constantly remind himself that he was not on Vegeta anymore. Things like that were not acceptable here, and the first time he met another super human, he didn't want it to be in a fight for his life. A fight he would obviously lose.
"A super human is an immensely powerful being. The one I fought on Vegeta was far stronger than anything I have ever met. I saw the birth of not one but two super saiyans before I left Vegeta, but right before I left I was bumped into by a man. A man that called himself Bing. He had his power level suppressed somehow, and it wasn't through the addition of heavy weights. That's something else I will have to learn while I'm here. Anyway, this Bing was just playing around. His power level read fifty thousand on my scouter, but then, then it jumped. It jumped to over two million! At first I thought it was a fluke. I thought my scouter was busted. Fifty thousand was impressive, for a human, but two million?! It was unheard of. But in the end, let me tell you, it was true. I felt that mans attacks. One punch left like a mountain had fell on me. An energy wave felt like it drained the very life out of him. He was far more powerful than any saiyan I had ever met, to include the two super saiyans I had just seen fight each other. Though, I think this might be because he had his power for longer and had trained in it. The super saiyans were new." Kayle had told his story to the man still standing there.
"You must know. You must know. Now tell me stranger. Tell me how to meet the elusive super humans, or how I might either attain the super saiyan or super human transformations. I care not about which one." He continues to say, "Now you are down to two choices. Help me find them, or stop wasting my time."

He gaped at the explaining hybrid. He shook his head in denial at the explanation. "Two million? Are you serious? Is that even possible! I didn't know such great power could be achieved, especially a human," he said looking down at his fist. Could he be that strong? He didn't know that was possible. He had thought the powerful Saiyans at the city were amazing, yet here this man was speaking of one who was more than a hundred times that powerful! These beings, such powerful people. They could take over the universe. No one could match up the to the power of million power level people. Not even technology could stand a chance. They could wipe out planets and destroy everything. Should that be possible? Why was it that some were so gifted! Others like him preyed on the weak, everyday human. Then there were those he had fought, and of course these legendary monsters. He thought about it. Where could these be? He had heard of organizations, rumors. He thought of an obvious one. "The Blue Banner Army. They must be powerful. Earth's whole military, they beat. No one stood a chance. Maybe one of your super humans belongs there. I don't know how you can become one, if I did I would. I don't know how you'll become a Super Saiyan. But these people, they might. I can take you somewhere, try to find them with you."

Kayle looked at the man. He looked truly shocked. Is the super human really just a fluke? he thought to himself, Or is this man lying to me? Kayle continued to look at the man before him, thinking to himself. "Yes it is possible. The super saiyans I saw only managed about 1 and a half million, maybe a little over. This human was almost a whole million power level over that. It was truly extraordinary, especially for a human." Kayle said to the man. "You look utterly shocked to hear about his. Is a power really that rare here my friend? Are humans really as weak as when I left? Did I come here for no reason? You know, friend, you really don't answer a lot of questions. You bring more than you answer. I find that highly frustrating." Kayle said, staring straight into the eyes of this stranger.
Kayle watched as the man clinched his fist, Kayle assumed he was angry. Kayle thought that he might even be reliving a memory. Several moments went by and the man had said nothing. What is going through this mans head?" Kayle thought to himself, "Is he trying to plot against me? What reason would he have to do that? he continued thinking. Then, all of a sudden, out of no where. He began to speak.
"The Blue Banner Army. They must be powerful. Earth's whole military, they beat. No one stood a chance. Maybe one of your super humans belongs there. I don't know how you can become one, if I did I would. I don't know how you'll become a Super Saiyan. But these people, they might. I can take you somewhere, try to find them with you." the man spoke allowed to Kayle.
Blue Banner Army. What was this? This was something Kayle had never heard of. Apparently, this Blue Banner Army was so strong that it just rolled over the entirety of the Earth's military forces. While taking over the military forces of such a pitiful planet of weaklings when he left was not that impressive, that one super human he had come across was strong enough to beat the Earth's military on his own probably. That in and of it self added to the impressiveness of this feat. Hell for all Kayle knew this Blue Banner Army had found a way for the humans to transcend to become super humans. If nothing else, it was a good place to start. The question was, how could he find them? Where were they? It seemed every time Kayle got an answer, it just came with more questions. It was very infuriating, but this was not this mans fault. Unless he was trying to trick Kayle, but then he offered to go with him, and there was some reason that the man had mentioned them in the first place. Kayle truly hoped that the man was being truthful. He really did not want to have to hurt him. This is something that was going to happen. The only way Kayle could be sure this was not some sort of trick was if he came with him.
"Very well, stranger. I'll take you up on that. You will show me where this Blue Banner Army is. You will tell me about this Blue Banner Army. You will also accompany me, and let me tell you now, if this is a trap, I will end you. You'll forgive me if I do not trust a total stranger. Especially one whose first thing upon seeing me was to charge an attack." Kayle said to the man before him, still charging his attack. "Now tell me more about this Blue Banner Army. Where can we find them? What do they do? How is it that they took over the whole world without the super humans even standing up to fight? I don't understand. This super human phenomenon. It is very interesting. Anyway, shall we be on our way? You can answer my questions as we travel, new friend." Kayle continued to speak. He didn't give the man a choice this time. He was coming with. Whether he liked it or not. Kayle had to be sure that he wasn't leading him into a trap. This was the only way.

He watched the hybird, regretting offering to help. Why did he have to put himself in this mess. "You seem shocked about it too, don't forget. A power level in the millions is not something that common. You seem surprised I would not know of this super human, when it is obviously the exception, not the rule. Do you think Earth would just be sitting here if we had all kinds of humans like that? We can hold our own, but surely you must know we aren't the dominant species. We certainly aren't weak, otherwise you're precious empire and the Arcosians would have conquered earth. But don't be surprised when I didn't think there was a human that strong," he said starting to worry that the hybrid was getting all the wrong impression. This might not end well if the mixture of Saiyan and human thought that humans were an incredibly weak species, and that Drake was at fault if he didn't know about any super humans. Then again, he wasn't sure wher the was going with his argument. Maybe he was just trying to keep him distracted so he wouldn't be killed. He gulped when he began saying hat he was only giving more questions, and it didn't make the hybrid happy. He definitely wasn't much of a talker. Maybe he should have just fought instead of getting himself into this mess. Now he was being forced to show someone the BBA, who he barely even know the location. He slowly flew up, looking around. Where could he start? West City. Surly they were there.

Kayle had given the man a choice once again, all be it one that really wasn't a choice at all. Show him this Blue Banner Army, or die. Any fool would choose the former choice. He could tell the human was scared of him. His intimidation had worked. The man was to weak to fight, so intimidation was best. He gave the man a minute to think it over. The human began to talk. He spat out what sounded like accusatory words to Kayle, but then again it could have been more of a deflection. He said things about Kayle being surprised as well. He said things about million power levels not being that common. Kayle wasn't sure that was so true. He had found several people that could suppress their power level. Who's to say that these super humans weren't doing just that? He saw not one, but two super saiyans born out of nothingness. Kayle was beginning to think that millions of power level was more common than either of them think.
Kayle was not a stupid man. If he was, he would have just blown the man away the first he met. The saiyan in him wanted to, but the human in him was smarter. This man could be over use to him. Kayle hadn't been on earth in forever, so he didn't really know the lay of the land. This man could show him. This man could be useful. He was not in any danger from Kayle, unless he were to do something stupid like attack him when his back was turned. That would be one of the stupidest things he could do. Little did this man know was that Kayle had been pushed around and attacked his whole life. He did not like it. The fact he was still standing was testament to the fact that the man had powered down. Kayle would surely have killed him if he didn't. This was all in the past however. It was the future he needed to look toward.
"I was thinking, friend, that maybe it's not as rare as we might think. There are a lot of people that can suppress their true power. I think it may be more common, far more common than you think. What surprised me was the fact that a human was up there. When I left Earth, well lets just say that most adults couldn't even fight me then, much less now. To see a human so powerful, so unbelievably strong, was utterly fascinating. It was something that I thought impossible. I'm learning that nothing is truly impossible in the world we live in. Believe me or not, the super humans exist. I will find them. I will learn their secret. You will show me." Kayle said to the man in response.
Kayle watched as the young man began to rise into the air. He began to look around. "Hey, don't think you are leaving without me guy. Don't try to run. There's no need to be scared. Don't do anything stupid and I won't hurt you. You are not a hostage. Contrary to popular belief, not all people raised on Vegeta are unquenchable monster." Kayle said, beginning to laugh. He then rose into the air himself, and began to follow the man in where ever he might be leading him. This was going to be an interesting trip. Even if he didn't find super humans, he was off to meet the group that was able to over take the entire Earth. The Blue Banner Army.
