That's in there already. 'Only applies to major player planets'. Should we have a guideline on how much it takes to destroy a minor planets moon? Such as 1 million? Actually it would make more sense for it to be 500k.

Not sure why we need this.
Currently, to conquer a city, you just have to make a saga there and survive.
Nobody can blow up moons because balance.
And if we're assigning PL reqs for planetary destruction Arcose should be higher than Vegeta, even if only marginally.

The argument for them is pretty evident in the reactions this has received. Whilst it is true none of this stuff is anything new - except apparently lunar destruction, which has no written rule against it anywhere on the site right now - having a list with benchmarks helps people think up goals and plots for their characters.
I agree on Arcose, but as the two factions are supposed to be roughly equal I thought it'd be safer to peg them at the same level.

The 'average' PL of Arcosians is 2k, much higher than Saiyans.
Then take into account the fact that their true form is 10x more powerful and they can access it at-will.
Maybe Vegeta should be harder to attack during the full moon, but I don't see the need for them to be parallel reqs-wise.

Because otherwise, Arcose becomes a nigh-unassailable planet to an unfair extreme, considering that it's not necessarily more important than any other player planet. I think the importance of the planet to role-play should be more relevant than the Power Levels of its denizens, which would be more important in the actual act of role-playing its conquest or destruction.

I wouldn't mind making it, say, 5.5 mil to Vegeta's 5mil, but I don't think it should be hugely more difficult because the two empires are supposed to be roughly equal in terms of power, and there are supposed to be FAR less arcosians than crazy monkeys.
