Alright I'm okay with that. I at least get some clarification for these things. Also I really like the idea of an up-gradable Dragon, it seems fun. I thank you for the time you took to post your opinions and I'll take these into consideration when I'm playing the part of the Dragon. This sounds really fun now and I'm excited for it.

I personally feel that The guru should no be the dragon, just an FYI. The dragons should be STAFF roles.

Alright thank you. I was worried about having to play as the Dragon. It is better off in the hands of the staff.

Agreed on that point. Dragons should be a role left to the staff since they have abilities that operate outside the normal rules. Same reason Yemma is a staff-run character - you wouldn't let people decide for themselves whether they go to Heaven or Hell.

Whoever ICly plays the dragon doesn't matter, they don't get to decide the OOC rules they simply get to be the one who waxes lyrical about their impressive appearance and gets to characterize the dragons personality or manner as a roleplayed post. Similar to how as the IC creator Salti can decide the IC rules of the dragon such as no killing wishes, but must adhere to the OOC rules.
The OOC rules them self such as what wishes are valid/how they would be realised mechanically is dictated by the established ruling/community verdict.
