A wall of flame approached Benetto before the fight had even begun, leaving the announcer flustered. "Hey, you...you can't...oh whatever, FIGHT!" The flame hit Benetto, scorching his outfit and leaving a few burns marks on the exposed skin. Soon after this infernal blast came Jarvis rushing through the smoke with his fist directly inbound for Benetto's face. The punch hit him square on and shattered his sunglasses completely as Benetto stumbled back. Jarvis clamped his hand around Benetto's throat, preparing to throw him out of the ring and move on to his real competitor.
(T-the glasses, guess they don't matter now. All that money, down the toilet. I feel kinda funny here. At least Sasha's here, it's just like home, maybe I'll get some soup to fix me right up. Yeah. Wait, Sasha's here? At the tournament? Why is Sasha here? Why is Sasha here?!? WHY IS SASHA HERE, AND WHY IS THIS STUPID MONKEY STILL CHOKING ME?)
Benetto punched Jarvis in the face, releasing his grip on Benetto's neck and sending him skidding away. "Don't you dare underestimate me!" Benetto threw his now ruined sunglasses out of the arena, and gave Jarvis a piercing stare, serious for the first time since entering the room. "So many chances to have a good fight, so many chances to be honorable, and you've lost each and every one of them! The blood of Beare is on your hands, and all you want is your stupid fight? Well listen closely, you spoiled, blue-furred little sack of shit, because I'm going to be that fight! This 'wretched creature', this human of 'pathetic inferior skills and power' is going to wipe that cocky-ass look off your face as I show you what it means to be a good fighter!"
Benetto began gathering his power, far beyond any level he could normally muster, as sparks of a weak pink aura began to flicker around him. Not a word was said as he shifted his feet into a position ready for whatever Jarvis had planned.

Gleciar was half tempted to stop the fight right there and save Accelerando from Jarvis, though he knew if it needed to happen Arti would be the one to stop him. He took a drink to calm his nevers when suddenly the human's Ki exploded, sparking around him, his power greatly increased and he insulted the shit out of the blue monkey that was choking him a moment ago. With his eyes wide he did a spit take and burst out laughting. "You got this now Accel! Kick Jarvis's ass and take Arti down too!" He the looked at Articho and shouted again "Sorry, bro, but this kid is awesome!" He kept laughting very loudly and downed his drink. "Another one of this and some hot wings please!" He shouted to the barman as he sat down, he didnt even notice when he jumped to his feet in excitement.

Articho watched the other two fighters fight for a few moments. He had thought that it would be one sided until Accelerando had a large increase in power. It wasn't enough against himself, but it did put Jarvis and Accelerando on a level playing field. He didn't know which way it would go. The hybrid crossed his arms and thought for a minute. He didn't want the battle to rage on for long as he wanted to fight whoever he chose at the best he could get.
On one hand, Accelerando was now equal to Jarvis making him more desirable to fight. But his less than stellar battles before this one was also a bit of a turn away. On the other hand, Jarvis had started stronger and seemed to be in a battle crazed state, which would give Articho an interesting fight. Jarvis had also nearly killed a guy, which Articho didn't want having to himself. The hybrid sighed and studied the fight for a few more moments before feeling a push at his shoulder.
"Do somethin' already!" a crowd member asked as Articho looked back at him.
"What do you suggest I do?" the hybrid replied.
"Hit someone!"
"Alright. How about you?" the crowd member shut his mouth then and Articho looked back at the fight. Accelerando was yelling at Jarvis about things Articho doubted he understood about Saiyan biology, though he refrained from getting involved for a little longer. He decided whoever started to come out on top would be his final opponent. He would strike after about another minute of fighting between the two.

While he couldn't really sense the power they were at a even standing even if he didn't realize it. Their power levels were putting them both at a somewhat equal footing now. Jarvis was quick to respond however he didn't have any words or seem to care much for what the boy said. He'd merely crouch low to the ground taking a bladed stance with no blade until the aura built around his hand and he charged it. Jarvis had yet to be injured this day and wasn't worried about taking some scratches before making his charge. As a saiyan he could fight on to near death knowing it'd only make him stronger at a later date. Of course his Brenchian half did try to be smarter then that. The aura of his blade would glow around his arm with light aura. The blade forming and charging. If this boy wanted to trade blows fine by him. He'd be willing to some damage and get bloodied before he sent out his own.
"Talk about what you want. That man got into a fight himself its his own fault if he dies. His blood doesn't mean a thing to me. Thats the price one pays for continuing battle. Try growing up on a few planets I've seen and you'd understand that better." Which wasn't true. He hated accidental death but he wouldn't show weakness even though he though heavily on it. "I've been a smuggler and a pirate for a long time kid. People die every day. Call it what you want and try what you want but no matter happens or how this fight ends nothing changes and supposed good fight ideals aren't gonna fix anything. Only a pup thinks about such things." He'd roll his eyes a bit. This earth type sure did like to spray out dirty words allot. "I'm going to make this clear... insult me like that again though boy and I won't do like the other matches and make sure my aim ensures my blasts stay in the ring. You want to be a good hero stop trying to rouse my anger. Its hard enough to keep from accidentally sending a blast into the crowd as it is already. " He'd say looking from edge to edge the borders clear. He didn't like the small space making it clearly evident. Although one thing did catch his eye as he charged his attack leaning down close to the edge of the ring and being handed a piece of paper. Standing back up tall charging his attack as one opponent at least was ok giving him a bit of bright news as well as another. He'd keep his attack charging but suddenly blush and turn a bit read a smile cheeky on his blood stained cheeks. "HA Humans are weird but I love it! She actually agreed after a beating! Ha she's more like my blood then I thought....Guess it makes sense the lass would like it rough." Suddenly. He pause looking about at the crowd then to Articho with a snicker and the other opponent. Jarvis had a blood rage in him but only things things after pulled him out of it easily. Arcosian wine and saibamen blood, A old family mix. A beating given or taken, Or a fine piece of ass.
He'd turn spot out of the corner of his eye in the shadows the woman. Shumi in sweat pants now and a robe around her a single crutch under her shoulder. He'd smirk a bit rubbing his chin his back turning as he'd step close to the edge. "What were we talking about? Something about good food? Fighting good things? Well either way... I hadn't plan to harm anyone that bad. Give my regards to the man if he lives." With that he literally just hoped out of the ring.
Feet clacking to the floor the floor and he snagged a towel near the side of the ring fresh for fighters and began wiping blood away as he worked his way to Shumi. The crowd went silent and couldn't really believe it. He went from wanting blood to calm so quickly. But given he was now among them they didn't really want to yell or anger him. It was one thing when you are separatedby the arena. Another when you were next to them. He'd snag a bottle from the bar as well human brandy only. But what could you do? Tough women though would probably like it. Mmm Tough women..oh how he loved those kinds. A Brenchian one time got too frisky and gave him a scar on his inner thigh with a dagger. He'd always remember that one as one of his first love. He'd make his way through a crowd caring little if the man attacked or not. If he did he didn't mind taking the fight of the arena. But Jarvis spotted a distraction and rather then wait till a fight was over he'd rather work out tension in another way. He'd rather showing off in a way.
Throw his arm under Shumi and pick her up bridal style. "Regarding your note lass... I can show you a trick or two yea. Glad ya saw I wasn't as all talk as ya thought. Now lets retreat for a bit of 'talkin'." She'd pinch his cheek and smirk lightly coughing and still a little sore. "Careful sugar... Still a little bruised. But I suppose I'm willing to be a fair girl if the tricks you can teach are worth it." One thing fellow criminals or smugglers of any breed knew it was fair trade. It wasn't everyday you met a alien who could teach skills that took you out so easily. Allot of humans probably liked alien like skills they could learn. Would give them edges over others who never got off planet side. An from what he read he was already sure what kind trade was in mind. He'd carry the women carefully as they'd retire to the inn across the way from the arena. To discuss possible training and other forms of 'training' as well to start with. Parting past the door. "Enjoy your fight Boyo. I'm finding myself less interested in these little earth competitions suddenly. I think I'll enjoy some entangling of a different variety now." You'd think after his last run in with a woman like that on the smugglers ship and he found himself robbed and left back on Arcose he'd not be so quick to trust women he hardly knew. But where was fun in that though.

"You...but...you didn't...you haven't...huh?" Benetto's harsh glare was changed to one of confusion as his competitor spontaneously abandoned the ring, forfeiting the fight in favor of chasing after some previous competitor. (He's willing to kill a man just to get a good fight, and when he finally gets one he leaves to go snuggle with some random woman? I'll never understand these Saiyans...)
"And you!" Benetto's gaze then turned to Articho. "You...uhh...tripped a guy...and..uhhh..." Benetto's ki began to falter, before resurging to its previous amount. "It doesn't matter! You and me, we're going to have a fair fight! This one's for all the marbles!"
Benetto's ki continued gathering in power, this time at a new target, Articho, who seemed more bemused by the Saiyan's antics than surprised. (I couldn't quite pull it off against Akumaji, but this one's going to work, I just know it! At least, if it doesn't I'm not going to have much left regardless. Oh well. If I lose to him, it will be fine, it will be two warriors entering the field and the rightful victor coming out on top, extending a hand to the loser, who stands up and the crowd cheers and....focus, Benetto, focus! I don't know where this strength came from, but I'm putting every ounce of it into this one attack! I only hope it's enough.)

Articho blinked in surprise at Jarvis' display. He simply walked off and picked up that Shumi woman. He shook his head in amusement. "Good luck, you blue haired maniac," he said with a laugh and a wave. A spike in Accelerando's power. The hybrid looked back at the man. He seemed to be charging some sort of attack. Two could play at this game. Articho closed his right hand into a fist and began to charge his Impact Drill.
"Yeah, it'll be fair alright," the half Saiyan retorted with a smirk. "A fair ass beating. Now come on and take your best shot. I'm expexting something good from you." Articho used his other hand to beckon th other fighter towards him.

"Best shot, huh? How about this?" Benetto moved forward in a strange motion, almost as if following an inner rhythm as he approached Articho in somewhat of a zigzagging pattern. His muscles strained harder than he had ever thought they could as he moved at a blinding rate. Then, suddenly, he was in front of Articho, and Benetto kicked upward with great force, the muscles in his leg beginning to partially tear due to the immense strain he was putting on his body. This was it, everything he could muster into one single attack. "My best move, UPTEMPO CRASH!" He positioned himself on the ground, both legs facing up, then pushed with his arms off of the ground, muscles again being pushed far beyond their point of safety. All limbs aching, but with utmost determination, Benetto began on his one-way flight to Articho, currently in the air.

Articho's eyes darted back and forth, trying to follow Accelerando's movements. The amount of power the man had stored up was allowing him to move extremely fast, almost too fast for him to follow. The ball of green ki energy continued to charge in his hand as he felt the superhero kick him directly in the jaw. The hybrid grunted as he flew up into the air. His teeth were gritted together as he slowed his ascent to a soft floating. Accelerando was charging directly at him, ready to strike again. Articho readied himself and, as the man came within range. As soon as he was able to, the hybrid grabbed onto the human's shirt collar. He slowly raised his opponent up towards the roof.
"Nice try, there," he said with a smirk. "That one actually hurt. But I think this will hurt more!" Articho reared his free hand backed, the ball of green ki pulsing. "Impact Drill!" The half Saiyan shouted before pushing his hand directly at Accelarando and the ceiling.

Benetto's feet hit Articho's stomach with a resounding crash as Articho unleashed his beam. There was a flash of light as the two attacks landed, followed by the sounds of the two fighters hitting the ground. Benetto hit the floor, all of his energy spent and unable to move. Everything hurt, but it wasn't too bad. (That...was one heck of a fight.) Articho hit the floor soon after, also visibly spent and wounded from the massive kick. Eventually, however, he managed to struggle to his feet, while Benetto continued to lie there. "Good...match. You win."

Articho was pretty some vomit was mixed in with his spit as air rushed out of him from Accelerando's kick. The hybrid felt his blast hit the human man. He began to fall, his grip on Accelerando's collar loosening. The next thing he knew, he had crashed into the ground and bounced for a few feet. He lay groaning on the ground for a few moments. That attack had done more damage to him than he had expected. He struggled into a sitting position to see that Accelerando was also sprawled on the ground. He could still win this. The hybrid shakily took to his feet and stood with his back hunched over to keep his balance.
"You did... well," he said with a laugh. "You nearly took... me out!"
"That ends the final round! The winner of the tournament is Articho!" the announcer said. Articho smiled weakly before falling to his knees in exhaustion.

Gleciar was pretty disapointed by the results of the match, Jarvis just left, Arti won just because he stood up even if Accel's attack was cooler, he sighed since there was nothing he could do. He approached the ring and patted Arti's back with enough strengh to make it hurt a little, then helped him up and off the ring to a chair. "You did well, pal. But i wanted that kid to kick your butt!" He walked back to the ring and also helped Accel up to a chair besides Arti's. "Kid, you have talent, but you are hurt to hell. Want me to help you to the hospital?" He said with a warm smile. "Arti, you might as well come too, we both beat you up good." He said smirking, that fight had sobered him up a bit, which was surpricing since he had drunk 6 glasses of rum and coke.

As soon as the announcer announced Articho the winner, Sasha was up and out of the stands heading for her brother. He was hurting badly, and that last attack had cost him a lot of energy. She ran over to him and knelt. "Hey, big bro." she said. "That was a hell of a fight... but I'll wait until we're back at your place to give you an earful. Let's get you out of here."

"S-Sasha...Sasha!" Benetto started to jerk upright, then coughed a bit of blood from his damaged gut. "What the...what the hell are you doing here? I need to...get up...I had a promise to meet with Gleciar afterwards. I needed to find out why he did what he...auughhh!" Benetto sputtered as he slowly raised himself with one knee, just to experience another surge of pain. "You...irresponsible...ahhh, okay, perhaps now's not the time. Trust...me, I'll be the one giving you an earful as to why you're wandering the...shadier side of town a couple thousand miles away from your...our family. Maybe...maybe a visit to somebody who knows what he's doing might be appreciated, though. Hey, Gleci...*cough* Gleciar! I...may be visiting the hospital. Care to postpone our meeting until when I get there?" (Oww, he aimed for my everything, and it all hurts) Benetto accepted Sasha's help as he slowly pondered his way out of the tournament grounds to seek some medical attention.

Articho blinked as his vision began to blur. It seemed that Accelerando had been joined by another person in the arena. A girl by he sound of it. And did she call him "big bro?" The hybrid blinked again, his vision finally clearing and giving him a good look at the newcomer. Hey, hey, she was pretty cute. Of course, his vision didn't stay clear for very long and it was back to a bunch of teal blobs representing Accelerando and his sister, Sasha he had heard the superhero call her. "I might—" Articho paused to cough, "might just follow you...there. Especially if...she's going to be there, too." He winked in the direction of who he hoped was Accelerando's sister before turning back to try and find Gleciar again. The blob of colors that matched the Arcosian stuck out pretty well amongst the crowd. "H-hey, Glec? You mind helping me...to the hospital?" The hybrid have a weak laugh before needing to balance himself again on the ground. His vision had begun to fade for a minute there and blacking out was the last thing he wanted to do.

Mind taking Arti with you and your brother? Something very important just came up and i gotta fly... I'll meet you three in the hospital in an hour... actually." He grabbed his comunicator that he kept in his collar and called a cab. Then gave some money to Sasha. "Use this to pay for the taxi i just called. Well, gotta fly, seeya later!"
