Well that was relieving to a extent. The saiyan had lived after assaulting a city a human city no less. Either these people were forgiving or incompetent. Possibly both... maybe. Either way he felt a little trickle of ease work its way down his spine giving him a sense of courage and intrigue. He'd roll his eyes a bit at the thought now before looking back to the man. Keeping his arms crossed behind his back. Taking a few steps closer peering towards him getting within a few inches actually. "A Investigator huh? So what Species are you anyway Mr. Cipher investigator! I've never seen a creature with this shade of skin. Not even from moth... my people." Personal space took a back seat to Jarvis's curiosity. A few of his past allies said once he'd be a good competent merc if he could keep his trap shut and his hands to himself.
His hands were on his hips but he was leaning forward blue eyes examining the mans face at close proximity. His blue hair lightly hanging dangling a few strands in front of his eyes. Of course he hadn't even a image of appearing frightened of either warrior. As far as he knew it was like most other planets he'd not heard of. Likely filled with a weaker race easily pushed around if needed as a last resort. Or at least he thought the old computers registered something like that in the pod. Hard to say how outdated it was though. His blue tail began to unravel as well waving freely behind him like a animals would who was amusing itself with a toy.
He'd even go so far as to attempt to reach out with a finger and poke lightly into the mans white cheek. Keeping a eye mere inches away as he leaned forwards his spare hand pressing on his own hip. Jarvis was a character who enjoyed flash being noticed. All about the moment when he got curious. Someone with so little reactions and emotion in the way they moved and spoke infuriated him for some reason. Something in his gut just had to get him moving trying to gauge something out of the guy. He couldn't resist attempting it was just in his nature. He didn't appear so much intending meanness in his expression more so a boyish curiosity.
"Accept all comers do ya? Well if ya didn't catch one mangy trouble maker it doesn't exactly set up the best circumstance to want to join such a group. What do you think Bing?" As if asking his opinion on this group. Who knew maybe this Bing fellow had a opinion of his own on it. It was always nice to get outsider perspectives on any group of law or criminal organization. After all its easy to delude yourself from the inside looking out.

Cipher's impression on Jarvis wasn't that great to begin with, and now the 'Brenchian' was now starting to get on his nerves, talking down to him like that. Judging by his smug attitude, it seemed that his ability to detect one's power was virtually non existant. Or maybe he had figured Bing would jump in to defend him. A lot of assumptions there from the newcomer. An irritated look appeared on his pale face as he slapped his hand away.
"If you must know, I'm an android, an artificial lifeform. As for the Saiyan, without the full moon he's of no consequence. The next time he shows his face, I will personally put the animal down. As for why I didn't end him before, well, let's just say I had more pressing matters than chasing down one crippled Saiyan." His slander of the BBA caused his frown to deepen slightly. "Though if you want an example of how powerful the BBA is, well, let me ask you this." A small smirk appeared on his face, "Have you ever heard of a Super Saiyan?"

Bing watched as Jarvis pushed up into Ciphers face and essentially began smothering him. The Brenchians curiosity was just as ferocious as Bings. His in-your-face style caused Bing to chuckle but it seemed the android was not very amused so Bing stifled his laughter slightly. Cipher mentioned a word that caught Bings attention: Super Saiyan. That word cropped up a few times. Vipoi mentioned it, now this android was mentioning it as well! It couldn't just be a classification of a type of Saiyan, there had to be more to it, But what was it? He pondered for a moment Maybe it's they become a really super big version of the Oozaru? But no that wouldn't make sense, from what I've heard and read they already become big. Maybe it's not a forcible body change maybe it's something simple, maybe It's not even noticeable! Maybe it's-- His thought process was interrupted by Jarvis, who was asking Bing what he thought of the BBA.
He looked over and thought about it "What do I think? Hmm, that's a tough question..." He walked back and forth for a moment, really thinking hard on his response here. He wasn't exactly sure what to think of the BBA at the moment. Their leader seemed nice enough but from what he'd seen they would take in just about anyone, which sometimes isn't always the best Idea. Bing continued thinking on what to say, unsure of the correct response. He finally mustered up what it was he wanted to say. "...I'd say they're good people. The BBA Has had a bit of a rough start from what I've heard but they're trying their best which is respectable. It just seems like some of the general public isn't too happy with their methods sometimes. If you want to join them I'd say go for it, you're hair matches their color scheme already." he chuckled a bit as his own joke.

He'd merely eye the hand feeling his own slapped away. Eyes following its movement then back into the mans eyes. Staring him down with that toothy grin that looked between serious and goofy. Fixing himself up though standing straight up rather then leaning forward to try and get in the mans face directly. "Artificial life? Android...huh. So your kinda like the A.I. some of the more advanced ships have just with a body. OR those drones built to attack, But you seem to have at least something of personality...I think." Giving a raise brow of a stair. A bit of wonder and unsure thought. He hadn't recalled meeting many advanced artificial beings beyond repair droids or a few attack models really. But those were clunky simple things. He'd look into the distance thinking of such models. Or the possibility of this man having a robotic skeleton of some sort or some strange hydraulic fluid instead of blood. After a moment or two he'd stare back again regaining his focus. "At least you look better then those kinda things. Still seems a tad odd though you'd wait to put down a creature like that. Sure you weren't just a little scared of the Oozaru?" It wasn't hard to put two and two together with the mention of the moon making the target a threat. Not really thinking himself if the actually term had been used yet.
He'd chuckle at bings comment on his hair only really answering it with a simple. "Na these types are to stuffy for my tastes. I'm sure they aren't nearly as stylish." His eye twitched a bit "A example? Super Saiyan? The hell is that some saiyan up on his high horse? Or was there some legend about that...Hardly call anything about them Super" He'd poke at his lip as if thinking looking towards the ground in through for a moment before shaking his head. He didn't care for his saiyan side. He may not have been close to his mother but at least the Brenchian took care of him. Saiyans be damned as well as arcose though in his mind. Shaking the thought as well and sneering back at the android crossing his arms. The curved grin present but Jarvis looking a bit annoyed. "I didn't have time for idle stories and fantasies of broken warriors clinging to old customs as a boy. You show me this super saiyan if you wish me to believe your stories." Once again reaching a hand out to grab the mans shoulder lightly. His annoyed looking a bit cheerful in turn now as if he was about to laugh. "I suppose your army comes with a plethora of the mythic and make believe?" He did't get out much. He hadn't see a super saiyan and the only he'd ever heard of it was a old legend in one of the old files on saved data. He'd never been to Vegeta or met other saiyans much. Besides Arcose and a few surrounding planets he had little experience outside of the odd job here and there on planets.

Man this guy was completely clueless, brushing off the whole concept of Super Saiyans as if it was just a child's fairytale. Granted, the Super Saiyans had only started coming up recently, and before then they really were just the stuff of legends. Still, he could take it a little bit more seriously. Right now, Jarvis was simply coming off looking more and more like an idiot.
"I did mention that I defeated the Oozaru, did I not? As I said, I had more important things to do than to kill a weakened Saiyan. As long as he was stopped from causing any more destruction. But if you don't believe, I'd be more than happy to demonstrate what I'm capable of." The thought of wiping that idiotic smirk from his face gave the android some form of joy.
"As for the Super Saiyan, its a transformation they can go through that goes beyond their Oozaru form in terms of strength. While the BBA does not have any in our employ, I merely bring up the issue because our leader has fought and defeated one. And before you ask, no, he is not alive.
But, if you're curious, I know where you can find two. The masters of the Turtle School of martial arts, if you're interested." He didn't know what would please him more. The idea of him showing this arrogent fool just how out classed he was, or the thought of him actually going to challange the likes of Daiki or Ninjin to a fight.

It seemed as though the Android was getting a bit ticked off at Jarvis, as one would expect. I mean the guy was still in his face after all, and he was poking fun at the android. Bing wasn't sure what to do to help the situation, but It didn't look like it was going to get too violent just yet, so Bing stood back and waited. He listened to the android mention that there were two Super Saiyans which surprised Bing. Judging by how Vipoi spoke of them he assumed there were at least twenty Super Saiyans, but only three and one is dead? And the two remaining were both masters of the Turtle School? It seemed absolutely ridiculous to him but then he realized there must be some reason for the lack of them. Maybe there was a secret ritual or a sort of Rite of Passage? He wasn't really sure.
His mind dwelled on the fact that apparently Vipoi had killed one of these very rare creatures. He must be very strong if that was the case. On the outside Bing had an impressed look on his face, but deep down the fact that Vipoi had apparently killed something of Legend terrified Bing. He hoped desperately that the Blue Banner Army never turned on their homeworld. He shook the thought out of his mind and waited to see what would happen next between the two oddly colored warriors.

He'd stop for a moment a jaw dropping his mouth open and lightly agape. His eyes seemed to just stare as he tried to think on what he just heard. There was multiple super saiyans on this planet? Was that even possible or this some kid of bluff. Ontop of that with what he knew or thought he knew of saiyans such things would make him think this planet would have long since been wiped out if this were the case. Regarding his saiyan brethren as cold attack dogs in the best of times... "I... Turtle School? What would saiyans be doing teaching martial arts anyway on a planet like this. Last I knew most of them would rather work that muscle known as ego and spill blood then teach." He seemed heavily displeased to hear the legends were not legends. As if he had just made a fool of himself. A little fear behind lightly shaken eyes as well. Plus he was facing a man who could take down a Oozaru apparently. He was beginning to worry about riding his bluff. More of a worried sensations shivering in his body like a cold chill of a winter morning.
He'd look away then back at the man a couple times. Perhaps it was a slightly growing fear or anger. He couldn't quite pin down the emotion. "Maybe I'll consider checking up on these names. What are these men like?...Or maybe I'll also be curious what a man who can tame a Oozaru fights like. That is if its true and all." He'd clear his throat his words not as strong as they were prior. Much of it bravado as well as trying to claim face. He was trying to cling to some pride he couldn't just back down. "I have no need for schools masters or military...I'll stick to being my own man whether it be against your teachers, Your army dogs or you!" A bit of fear or a pulse of saiyan pride had him twisting. He' sent a punch directly and sloppy towards the mans jaw in the form of a left hook. He was feeling bit more frightened then anything when presented with the ideal of not only trainers of such power and a military boss who could triumph even legends. Not only that someone lower then that before him could tame Oozaru? It started to make him feel rather small in the world and as if this planet was not as good a choice for work as he'd envisioned. The flash of fear present in his eyes on his angered face as his fist came flying through the wind. His tail was tensed as well stiffening behind him wavering around less with each fading moment. Image was everything and when he was shaken he had to keep the look he was strong. To him he thought if he didn't the world would have swallowed him years ago and chewed him to bits of bone and bile.

Cipher could see it in his eyes. Jarvis was seriously starting to reconsider his earlier arrogance. Cipher would be lying if he hadn't felt a little bit of satisfaction from that. He couldn't stand baseless idiocy. It's only when you smacked away someone's misplaced pride did they actually start improving.
His face fell flat when Jarvis described Saiyans as nothing but musclebound idiots. "Trust me, I've met plenty of Saiyans like that. Especially on Vegeta. Thankfully, there are some that show some degree of intelligence and civility. As for the Turtle School Masters, they're rather decent people. Not really looking for a fight, but can easily dish it out when provoked."
He could see that Jarvis was trying to put on a brave face, but was now definitely second guessing whatever plans he had, especially after hearing what this planet had in store. That's what made what Jarvis did next all that more surprising.
He punched him.
It wasn't even that skilled or fast. It was just the sheer audacity of it that caught Cipher by surprise. Jarvis' fist caught him square in the face, jerking the android's head back. Everything seemed to freeze for a moment, before Cipher's head slowly turned back to look at him, barely even fazed by the blow. A few more seconds of silence before Cipher let out a soft sigh.
"I see..."
Then Cipher struck. Moving as HELL of a lot faster than Jarvis had, he twisted his body, bringing his foot up for a sharp kick aimed for Jarvis' jaw, with all the intention of sending the blue haired man flying.

It seemed as though the tension might have been winding down, but Bing couldn't have been more wrong. Jarvis landed a heavy right hook right on Ciphers face, it didn't seem to do much but it certainly came as a surprise to both Bing and Cipher. Bings jaw was wide in shock, how could the brenchian be so foolish? It seemed Bings assumption that Brenchians had something to do with saiyans may have been correct, as only a saiyan would be so insane. He shook his head and just stepped back a bit "You really shouldn't have done that."
Bing flew up a bit, sitting cross-legged in the air. He would have stepped in to stop this but he didn't want really want to interrupt. Jarvis attacked first and Cipher could hold his own quite obviously when he took the punch and barely even reacted. If it got a little too deadly for one side or the other Bing would stop the fight then, but for now it didn't seem like he would need to do much. He yelled down at the two of them "I'll be here if you need me!"
((Bing is now a spectator and because of this he is no longer in the post order. However if either fighter tries to land an attack that would seriously hurt the other then Bing will step in to defend.))

It was a bit of a mix of a moment. A smirk and moment of cool chill feeling as pride swelled. His fist colliding with the enemy, well not enemy but the person who his emotions had launched at. He'd played it in his head already. Lay the man out and boast a bit. Perhaps after a bit of teasing some after battle celebratory drinks. He'd even buy a drink for his likely upset opponent. But he'd feel a quiver of something as the man seemed little if not at all effected. Turning to face him more directly. The chill as if a crack in Jarvis's very soul as his body suddenly felt void of all heat and fell into a cold fear. It was like being a boy back in the glacier belt at Arcose all over again. He'd not even noticed it coming as the kick collided with his jaw just on point.
His head leaned as his body began to lift from the ground. Something felt almost relaxing as his eyes rolled lightly back into his head for a moment as he launched into this distance. Going a good distance before hitting the ground once only to bounce. Quite roughly at that and spin in the air before hitting the tree line his back smacking into a tree splintering the area he smacked into before falling to the base of the tree. His body twitching for a moment laying still.
A gasping sound would come from him as he'd feel himself rouse to the pain. Part of the area between flying and hitting the tree a blank in his mind. Had he really lost contentiousness for a moment in that? Just one kick had been all it'd take for someone on such a planet. He'd rise to his knees looking around as if he only partially awake. His neck felt crooked and sore. His jaw felt like it had been hit with an oncoming attack frigate. Blood was dripping from his lips from a tear in the skin in his mouth. He'd lift to his feet only to fall back to his knees again. A second attempt leading to wobbling forward a few feet before falling once again. He'd snarl his vision and expression almost as if he didn't believe this. Or maybe he couldn't comprehend it. "Damn...This wasn't supposed." He'd spit out a bit of blood in a messy glob on the soil bellow. "To be that dangerous of a planet..."
In him would well anger and pride the sensation of being a mock of a race and halfbreed. Neither race taking kindly to the other half as well. If there was one thing he was used to it was rising an if he had a breath left in his lungs. He'd not stay down for anyone who tried to push him back until he was out cold or sated in his rage. He'd let out a saiyanly roar and punch the ground leaving a small hole where he had punched then rising to his feet hands pushing on his knees before standing tall. His legs shaking but as if to make up for his lack of balance he shot through the sky. His height wavering a bit. He had little control and was barely contentious as he summoned a blade of ki weakly around his palm. About half the length they were prior and flew straight for the man roaring out trying to thrust the blade at the mans shoulder. "Is that all you have soldier! Wheres that Oozaru beating might!" Eyes flickering with rage. As a man and a mercenary respect to him was allot. He didn't want to face a foe of this power but being taken out by a kick wouldn't do. He wanted something worthy and respectable. What was the point of even traversing a planet if the first warrior you met didn't even respect you after meeting you on a battlefield. In his head he'd think, "Damn ma didn't think this one through did I..."

Maybe Cipher had over done it a little with that kick. He watched as Jarvis flew back, slamming into a tree and crumbling to the ground. It seemed he wasn't too happy about being taken down so easily. His anger was either clouding his judgement, or he was a complete idiot. Not that the two were mutually exclusive mind you. Cipher simply watched him, not even moving towards him.
"This planet's only as dangerous as you make it. You keep out of trouble, stuff like this wont happen." Cipher spoke up, though he knew Jarvis hadn't really been talking to anyone in particular. He really tried to not roll his eyes as Jarvis charged at him, ki blade ready to strike as he challenged him. Guessed that answered his question about whether rage or idiotic pride fuelled him. Definitely the later.
Cipher would have to fix that if Jarvis was going to last long here.
As Jarvis thrust with his blade, Cipher shifted his body out of the way. The blade narrowly missed his shoulder as he caught his arm, holding it in place with a vice-like grip. The android looked at the Brenchian dead in the eyes. "If I was to use my full power on you," he replied steadily, "You would NOT have gotten back up from that kick." Cipher then grabbed his shirt with his other hand before lifting him up, only to slam him against the ground hard, cracking the earth and sending dirt flying. Cipher prepared to go as long as Jarvis was willing to continue. He had no real intention of causing lasting harm or killing him after all.

His blade was dodged as if he were some brute animal or one of those weakling patrolmen he'd avoided on his few starting excursions early on in his smuggling career. It was disheartening to say the least to suddenly after what power you had earned feel so low once again on the totem poll. The looks in his eyes would quiver as he could see into Ciphers when he spoke. His body rattling he could almost hear his own heart beat it was pounding so rapidly in his chest. Then which followed was the sensation of being flipped and smashing onto his back. The area already sore and bruised from colliding into the tree at such force. He could feel the ground around him crushed beneath him as he looked still in light disbelief. Although most the heat and anger seemed to flee his body in the smash. Like a balloon loosing its hot air.
The thought toying in his head of various attempts he could 'try' and make. Perhaps going to grab the mans leg to hold him still long enough to stab him through the gut? No that wouldn't work as strong as he was he'd probably just kick him away if not worse. The first of a few scenarios he played through although even in the safe confines of his own mind. Even there he only envisioned defeat. He'd take a few moments to take in a few breaths and wriggle a bit but didn't rise. It was unclear if he couldn't yet or just didn't He'd start to draw in a breath but quickly ditch the idea of sending the flame out. This battle was lost he thought as the Brenchian half of his thinking started to win. The pride wounded but soothing back into his mind as clear through with bruised ego took the driver seat. "You know... This means I'll have to try and show you up one day now don't ya?" As if to retain some pride. "Well... you haven't killed me yet... So maybe, Just maybe I overacted." A light smirk painting on his face. A little weaker in appearance that it had been in prior moments. He'd reach a hand up and lightly grip at his jaw moving it from side to side in a light wriggle as if to feel any injury or unstraightened area. His clenching fists on his unused hand a sign he wanted to fight. But for now resisted as he'd turn pushing off with his hand and would sit up on the ground with crossed legs for a moment and lightly scratch the back of his neck.
Thinking for a moment before if allowed he'd stand to face the man directly one of his legs wobbling a bit but quickly able to take a stand. Or at least put on the show of one. "I'm a little curious... If you are military? The one who took down Oozaru and investigate such things? Why haven't you arrested me?." His breath heavy and slow as if trying to fully regain his breathing rhythm and energy. "Suppose I can always look at this as a learning experience for what too... prepare for from earth. Right? Cipher?" He was mustering up his energy to flee if need be. HE wasn't built for confinement and lock up. Also to see asking if he did have any intentions of perhaps some sort of punishment... Well beyond what he'd just experienced. However something in him stirred lightly. Something he couldn't quite understand. His eyes kept shifting from angry to scared and worried even if his facial expressions didn't. He'd lightly use a simple gesture of holding a single gloved left hand out. As if to shake. It was unclear why but he had his reasons all the same.

It seemed the fight had finally been taken out of him. It was a lot sooner than Cipher had expected, considering his bravado earlier, but he figured that was a good thing. He was willing to let go of that foolish pride quickly. There was some hope for him yet. "You're welcome to try," he replied to his remark, "There are plenty of opportunities to get stronger here. Just avoid trying to anger some of the more powerful denizens here."
When Jarvis mentioned him arresting him, Cipher tilted his head to the side. "Arrest you for what? For being foolish enough to try and fight me? I'd say that little beating I had just given you would be punishment enough. Just take it as a warning to not cause any issues on this planet." He still had the feeling this guy was going to cause some trouble down the line. Nothing too serious or anything, just an annoyance. He reminded him of that Saiyan who kept dogging him, whatever his name was. Seeing him extending his hand out to shake, Cipher reached out and took it. Least he was more of a good sport.
He glanced over at Bing, who had been watching. "I hope you enjoyed the show."

Bing watched from the sky and felt a bit bad for Jarvis. It was clear that this fight was very one-sided, Cipher was knocking around the poor Brenchian like a ragdoll! The fight was very short, with Cipher ending it off by smashing Jarvis into the ground and causing another, much smaller crater to form. It seemed that their fight ended in a better mood then expected seeing as Jarvis extended his hand for a shake. Bing lowered himself back to the ground and approached the two.
He chuckled a bit at Cipher "You fought well. I can tell you're a very formidable warrior." he turned to Jarvis "And you are a very sturdy warrior, one who will never back down. It's a good quality and I can tell you'll go far with that attitude." he turned back to Cipher "Maybe next time you get into a fight it'll be against someone just as strong as you and I'll get to see what you're really made of" he chuckled again.

It was a lightly sour taste this loss. One he'd try deeply to not repeat in the future. As for the mention of not rousing other strong people of this planet. "Sorry friend, That just isn't my style. I'd rather fight as a scoundrel and stand my ground then turn my tail and run." A glint of light in his eyes. He was a scoundrel and a rogue in many forms of the words. But he wasn't the type to often run. A sound retreat that was one thing as was a ordered one. But simply walking off from a single person altercation. Well, He'd rather take the lumps the flee from any smug mug that try to stand at his way.
Same for the warning laughing to himself a bit taking a step or two backward. "Can't promise nothing mate. I go where I please, Where opportunity and the wind take me." He'd smirk and give a joking light bow at being mentioned as a sturdy warrior. He'd take what he could get at this point. A bit of energy built around him as his wounds were sore and he still had much preparations and arrangements to make just for modern things. Looking towards Cipher ever so lightly as if he had some plan for him. Giving a proper bow leaning low his hands gesturing to his side. As if jesting the manners of some things he'd seen back on arcose. Raising his head to kiss to the air and winking at the man. "Oh we'll be seeing each other again my new... friend." Energy kicking off and the ground bellow his feet crumbling and breaking up lightly. "You can count on it..." He'd say shooting off. There was time to make closer friends in the future. For now he had business to start and living arrangements to find. Shooting off towards the first city he could spot. Perhaps spreading away as well after words. Looking back for only a moment muttering lightly to himself as he began to chuckle deeply and weakly. "At least the curtain is opening to what promises to be a great show!" His strongest speed reaching as he shot with as much force as possible in flight. Laughing heartily all way through.
