The flight was ending soon as the pod began to calculate for entry of the atmosphere. The system was going off in a series of calculations with a automated system. Beeping and flashing lights on various monitors. Ofcourse about three times slower then any modern system could do it. Jarvis himself remained in a deep slumber state. Such as many went through in long pod rides through space. Unfortunately for Jarvis the pod was more basic then he thought. No way of its hiding a entry in way or sort. Must have been one built for direct entry assaults or invasions. The bright surface had bits of the old covering rattle and rock some places breaking from the force of pushing against it as it tried to break through the atmosphere.
Various chemicals and melting of the covering that was for too worn down had the red flare flickering into a blue burning ball as it looked in the sky. A loud sonic boom heard as it tore through the sky ripping past the planets atmosphere like a blue fire ball from space. It'd rush forward lighting up the sky a bit more then normal on its arching path towards a lightly forested area bellow.
It'd crash down cracking into treas snapping them like toothpicks and sending the splinter debris flying in random directions. Bird filling the sky fleeing their trees that were roughly taken from them. Well the ones that were lucky. A safety panel would fly off as well. The ships armor skidding into a tree nearby after cutting through several of them. Left stuck high in the body of one like a blade. The rest of the ship would leave a long dragging path. Failing initial landing and ending up skidding and shortly after rolling. Ending in a pit with a trail behind of it of said dug out valley the landing had given.
Jarvis himself had only woken up shortly before the initial impact and was quickly thrown into a daze. Damn faulty thing, He'd never trust a pod this old again. He'd bruised up in the crash but nothing his body couldn't take. However being trapped in darkness was rather disconcerting after the pod had finally stopped its messy entrance. The only light the occasional shock from broken lights and systems failing to start up repeatedly. He'd take a few moments to catch his breath realizing his pod had skidded on its side the door panel dug into the ground. The back facing the sky. A missing panel revealing some of the under workings at that. If it had come off earlier in the entrance he'd likely have been cooked alive inside.
For the moment however the boy was tired heavy in breath. His blue tail felt like it had muscle spasms from the long sleep. Trapped inside what those outside would see as a over turned pod. For the moment only a light banging on the inside being made. As the pilot took a few moments after a tired sleep to regain his energy to bust out if not found sooner. Not knowing what to expect from this planets inhabitants really. "Oh god I feel like a wreck.."

[Medium Weights ON Thread PL 20,542]
Cipher sighed as he seemed to hang in the air, looking down over the vast farmland beneath him. Despite being sent here for 'reconnaissance', Cipher knew the true reason why he was here.
Just some time to myself. To clear my head.
If his superior hadn't ordered him here, he would still be in Avalon, staying by Porsalynne's side, waiting for her to awaken. He hadn't eaten, hadn't slept. The dark bags under his eyes were a testament to that. Though if he had to be sent anywhere to be alone, a nice, peaceful place like this was ideal. He could see the ostriches below, simply going about their business, completely oblivious to the affairs of the world around them.
The android let out another, long sigh. Nothing would have given him more pleasure right now than to see Porsalynne awake again, followed very closely by making the entirety of the Red Eclipse suffer. However, upon learning that Komoto had been killed, by Reikiko's dark side nonetheless, had helped ease his anger. At least he had gotten what he deserved.
And suddenly that peace was shattered by the shriek of something falling from the sky, crashing into the ground with a thunderous explosion.n The ostriches below scattered in a panic as Cipher's dull green eyes fixed on the point of impact. Just what was that? A meteor? Without a word, he flew in the direction where it crashed, keeping high just incase whatever came down was dangerous.
What he found looked like some sort of space pod. Circular and metallic, though looking rather beat up from the crash with wiring exposed. It seemed that this planet had a visitor, but who, or more importantly, what? The Blue Banner Army had been formed specifically to combat alien threats, but would this constitute a threat? It could be an alien scout or spy, or it could be some refugee or explorer. Whatever it was, Cipher remained hovering in the air, looking down from above to see what happened next.

((Thread PL: 41,002. Medium Weights: 20,501. Medium Weights ON.)) ((Power Level Suppressed. Current Sensed PL: 7,000)) The Spinach Wastes weren't the most interesting place, but Bing just so happened to be flying by during his travels. He was flying pretty quickly while inspecting a pair of red-tinted glasses. Those who were close friends of both Bing and his student might know this pair of glasses as once being owned by Donatsu, Bings now deceased student. He looked over them carefully while paying no mind to where he was flying. The Red-Tinted Shades were in nearly perfect condition, save for a small crack in the lens on the left side. Bings hand touched the crack in the lens as he continued flying. "I wonder what was so special about these glasses anyways." He continued inspecting them for a few moments. There was a small button hidden behind the right hinge of the shades. He was about to press it when suddenly... CRASH Bings eyes shot up, completely ignoring the glasses and looking for the source of the sound. "The hell was that?" He placed the glasses in a pouch that was tied to his belt and looked around for a bit. His Ki Sense alerted him to a power that was decently high. It wasn't a threat to Bing but it was still a threat to anyone who lived here if the owner of the power was evil in any way. He flew towards the source to find a massive crater in the ground. He noticed in the corner of his eye that someone was above looking down but he payed no mind to them as he felt the crater was a bit more important. He got near the edge of the crater and crouched down to look inside. He saw what looked like a very old, very broken pod of some sort. Bing wasn't exactly sure what it was, but his best guess was that it might have been some kind of space-craft or maybe a probe? Whatever it was the power he sensed earlier was definitely coming from inside so he cupped his hands together and shouted: "Hey, you alright in there?"

It was hot inside the thing since it had little ways to open or let air through still sealed with the door covered. He'd heard something on the other side a voice but the words were muffled. Not being able to make out what he heard he only grumbled to himself. "Damn...Please don't have a crowd and broken city waiting on me..." He'd say hoping very deeply to get a quiet entrance to his planet. He needed to get his bearings before having to worry about trouble kicking up in his dust.
He'd take a moment focusing a bit of ki around his forearms and hand with fingers extended. He'd form the glowing ki blade shape around it and thrust it out the side of the ship. The light aqua color of energy poking through. The sound of metal sizzling as it did. At a mild pace the blade would cut a circular shape into the metal as steam and red bubbly melting metal sizzled in the blades trail. Before he'd finally swiftly punch the cut out cap into the distance. Dirt kicking up from where it landed.
He'd lift his feet and quickly float out fast on his feet the blade ki aura still around his left arm as he tapped onto his feet like a soldier ready to attack. His eyes only catching bing. His body adorned no armor and no crest to signify a group or military. Merely the black body suit and white gloves and boots. Clashing lightly with his blue hair and saiyan blue tail that wrapped neatly around his wast after a moment of fluttering. Poor thing had to work the kinks out.
He looked rather young but focused. His eyes a little shaky as blue hues had a little worry any them as he had no way to know what to expect. Thinking to himself he should have traded for a scouter before leaving arcose. "Why hello there... Earthican?" Recalling the planets name on his monitor before it fizzled out. "Didn't really want to bump into anyone so soon. Pleasant surprises can be nice though too aye?" A cheeky grin at his lips the sound of ki emanating from his arm. He wished to be kind but prepared. Although his sly grin and expression were forming as he did look for possible opportunities.

Cipher simply watched as another person arrived on the scene. His presence had no been noticed yet, which was preferable right now. The last thing he needed was unnecessary strife. He watched in silence as what appeared to be a blade formed of energy cut its way out of the capsule, as young man leaping out. Cipher simply blinked at the strange sight. his blue hair, his blue tail. Wait...tail?
Another Saiyan? He was really running into a lot of those lately. Still, judging by what his senses were telling him, this one wasn't particularly strong, and there was no moon out. If this Saiyan wanted to cause trouble, Cipher would be ready for him. His eyes turned to the second person as well. His power seemed low as well, but he was getting the impression that this young man wasn't in any hurry to cause trouble. It seemed like the risk was minimal.
Slowly, the android began to descend, touching down softly on the grass some distance away. Keeping himself prepared, he began to approach them, not making any sound, and keeping his eyes on the pair of them.

Bing stepped back as the Ki blade cut through the pods outer armor. The blade carved out a chunk of the pod and it was launched away from the crater, landing with a thud. The owner of the pod slowly flew up and out of the crater, landing near the edge. The Person seemed to be a saiyan, judging by the fact that he had a tail and was wearing something that most would consider Battle Armor. It looked a bit different from what Bing had seen other Saiyans wear but he assumed this saiyan was most likely a freelancer or possibly a group that has no insignia? Another thing that intrigued Bing was the fact that the Saiyan had Blue hair and a Blue tail, where as most saiyans had Black hair. He blinked once in confusion at the word 'Earthican' but he replied quickly "Earthican? No I think the word you're looking for might be Human, or maybe Earthling would work better for you?"
He looked to the sky and noticed the person who was in the sky earlier had disappeared. It worried him some, but Bing figured that if this person tried anything he could most likely stop it. He looked back at the blue haired Saiyan when he spoke and raised an eyebrow "I'm curious, why didn't you want to bump into anyone? You aren't planning anything are you?" Bing asked in an inquisitive tone as he stopped suppressing his power He wouldn't be needing to suppress anything if this guy decided to attack. He noticed that the saiyans Ki blade was still active which interested Bing some. It seemed the Saiyan was expecting a fight, as most do.
Bing stood still, arms folded as he waited for the saiyans response. He didn't want it this to turn into a fight but seeing as most of his encounters with saiyans in the past ended in a fight he wouldn't be surprised.

He'd pause for a moment blinking before muttering lightly to himself. "Human huh?... Eh." Seeming a little curious but more so in the environment looking to his left right and behind him shortly after spotting the other man. His eyes flickering as well towards any and all signs of civilization in the distance. A bit of a open mouth expression appeared and wide eyes seeing a second person. Ok now he really wanted a scouter as he hopped back a few feet summoning the second ki blade over his other arm as well. It was on reaction a bit of worry in his expression for a moment that quickly faded. A little cautious around new people on a new planet. "Heh, Aren't you silent type sweetie. Not in favor of flashy entrances? Or did you just favor getting a look at me good side?" It was unlikely but he was still worried something from his prior job might come to haunt him. Better safe then sorry.
He'd pause for a moment and answer the humans questions. Keeping his blades burning bright at his sides slightly arched as if ready to defend himself. "I don't make it a habit to tell my business to those I don't know well fella. So I'm afraid I'll refrain for now to answering that. But if you're lucky maybe we'll kick a bit of fun near one another one day." Chuckling lightly letting that grin slither back on his face like a mischievous snake watching for a meal. A slight shrug on his shoulders as if too bad try again expression for the man bing getting information out of him. He'd turn to face the pod as he didn't like check ups either on his information and drew in a deep breath. Heavy at first his chest lifting before exhaling a large breath of ki in a beam that quickly ignited wrapping in fire blowing up and melting most if not all the debris of the ship and any information that would have been within. The fire would burn for awhile from unused fuel and a cloud of bellowing smoke flowing towards the bright blue sky.
Quickly turning on his heel his blades focused at his sides still as he blew out a bit of smoke from his mouth in a set of smoke rings chuckling. "Pardon that, Just had to be sure no one snooped around the thing. It wasn't good anymore anyhow. So whats with silent boy over there? You two working together or something? Its not wise to sneak up on a..." Thinking back to his history lessons. Thanks Mom your lessons were good for something he'd hope. Thinking of Saiyans and what he knew of them. Thinking of his blue tail he'd go on a limb hoping these people would know of his families races when he'd say. "...Brenchian." His blue tail lightly fluttering staying secured around his waist. A curved arrogant grin on his face as he pointed the blade towards the man in the distance as if expected some greetings or response.

It seemed that the human had the same thought as Cipher. If this guy wanted to cause trouble, there were two very good sources of it right in front of him. The human's power seemed to climb until it was similar to his own. A good thing the two weren't on opposing sides.
"The two of us have never met," Cipher replied, his voice flat and lacking any emotion, "But I do share his sentiment. Causing any trouble on this planet would be a very poor decision." He watched as he had destroyed his own pod, keeping his ki blades up. Guess he was expecting to have to fight his way out or something of the sort. Well, if he wasn't going to cause any trouble, then he would recieve none. But still, what exactly was a Brenchian? An offshoot of the Saiyan race or something?
"I wouldn't call what I did sneaking up on you, unless you're particularly clueless about your surroundings." Something about this man was telling him that he was NOT going to like him. He hoped this, Brenchian, would prove that feeling otherwise.

It seemed the person who had been slinking forward had finally arrived. He realized he couldn't sense the person so Bing deduced that he must be an Android similar to Vipoi. He nodded towards the Android to give a sort of hello to him. Bing wondered if the Android was a member of the BBA but decided he would ask that question later if he could. Bing replied to the Saiyan "Hmm, fair enough I suppose." Though he was a bit disappointed in the fact that he wouldn't learn of the saiyans plans, he respected his decision in keeping his Buisness private.
He watched as the Saiyan breathed in a deep breath and expelled a fiery wave of energy which Smashed into the crater and destroyed the pod entirely. Bing looked at the now smoldering remains of the machine and sighed a bit. He looked back up at the Saiyan, who now referred to himself as a Brenchian. Bing pondered for a moment on what a Brenchian could be. Perhaps it's an offshoot of the saiyans or maybe they weren't even related. Bing had no way of knowing but he decided he would dwell on it later.
He looked over to the android who had spoke up and suddenly noticed how tense the situation felt. Bing threw in his own response aimed at the Brenchian "Don't worry, nobody has to get hurt here. I'm sure that my friend here came by for the same reason I did, we happened to be flying by when the crash happened and we came to check it out. I'm just here to make sure you aren't gonna cause any major trouble. My names Bing, mind if I ask what yours is?" he asked this question to both of the people here. He didn't want this to resort to violence but at the same time he secretly hoped it did because he was itching for a fight.

He'd find himself changing his view from on to the other often in eye movement. His blue hues like aiming sights keeping a close sight on his possible friendly foes. A eye twitching for a moment at the emotionless man responce. Peering over at the human as well. Now giving his name and a light explanation. It made sense to say the least, A few folks just following up on the crash. He'd think on it for a moment his blade still pointing at the other unnamed person. "Worried little old me will cause trouble are ya... Bing was it? Heh does your planets inhabitants often make it a habit of questioning folks immediately after a crash or accident? Seems a tad rude. Guessing you don't get many visitors feeling very invited I take it." He'd state chuckling as if jesting with the last part.
"But if you say you aren't after trouble. Hell I suppose I'd give ya the benefit of the doubt." Immediately throwing his arms to his side the blades glowing bright then dispersing in a rather flashy dispersal of ki. It would look perhaps at first as a attack preparing but his hands would click one to his hip and the other hanging freely at his side as he'd take a bit more of a well postured stance. The reaction hoping to gauge a reaction out of them as well. Wanting to see if they were tensed as well. Ready to attack perhaps. Standing tall and lightly proud now. Although his muscles still tensed keeping on his toes as it were. "My name would be,... Jarvis." He'd say hesitating for a moment. As if a little off set by the idea of giving out even his name when it came to information. "An also don't worry. You seem tense on my business so I promise to make sure if I do get into any trouble I'll keep it out of sight so you don't have to worry about a thing... savvy?" He'd say smiling coy in his words. A jesting tune to his voice as if it were a game. Some young teenagers jesting before he could his first speeding ticket sorta thing. He clearly wasn't taking the situation seriously. His eyes shifted to the distance now and again. Any and all signs of life or cities settlements. All seemed to be catching his eyes. The eyes of a hawk he'd need to find a good place to settle soon anyway. "I guess what I'm saying is once again my business is my own. What fun would be if I told you if I was up to dark schemes and evil plots anyway. Wheres the chase, the mystery!" He'd let out a hearty laugh with that toothy grin. A sign of pride and jesting personality coupled with the fact he didn't seem afraid either to tease at them.

"Let's just say there was an incident not too long ago where a Saiyan wrecked havoc on a city. Though you say you're a Brenchian, you do bare a resemblance to them." Remembering the incident made his blood boil. It took all of his self control to keep it from showing. He had managed to defeat the Saiyan and his cohort had been destroyed. This Jarvis had no part in that, so Cipher shouldn't judge him because of it.
"As for my name, I am Cipher 24, operative of the Blue Banner Army. I just happened to be in the area when your ship crashed here. As one of this planet's protectors, I wanted to make sure you were on the level. We don't want any problems here."
Still, this one didn't seem to be of any trouble, though his little joke wasn't exactly amusing. Maybe Bing was right. Maybe he was just a traveler that crash landed on this planet, especially judging by his rather rough landing. Still, he couldn't help but be curious.
"So, are there other Brenchians like yourself? I must admit you are a rather curious individual."

Bing chuckled a bit at the Brenchian "Sorry for being so confrontational, It's not everyday somebody crash lands on the planet." He felt a strange mixture of disappointment and happiness when the Brenchian, who revealed his name to be Jarvis, put away his Ki blades. He so very desperately wanted to let go of some of this pent up aggression from learning of his students death not too long ago, but it'd have to wait. Perhaps he would seek out Mayze after this and get this need to fight out of him. Bing chuckled once again at Jarvis when he mentioned that he wanted to keep his villainous plans a secret. He couldn't help but enjoy the Brenchians humor, it reminded him of his own, albeit the Brenchians seemed like it may be a bit darker.
He looked over to the Android when he started speaking. He mentioned that there was an incident in a city not too long ago to which Bing internally berated himself about. How did I miss that? I should have been there to help defend the city from harm! I need to keep better tabs on current events. After his internal bickering ended he returned to listening to the Android, who revealed himself to be a BBA member as Bing suspected. He wasn't exactly surprised to see another Android but he started to wonder if any of the BBAs high-ranking members were actually made of flesh or if they were all just robots. He looked down at the crater again and scratched the back of his head "I would offer to help repair your ship but I doubt there's much left of it after what you just did to it." besides that fact he realized right after he said this that he has absolutely no idea how to repair any kind of ship anyways.
He crouched down near the crater and sighed. He had hoped he could have inspected the pod and learn more about it, but he doubted he would ever see another pod like that ever again

Bing and Cipher 24... he'd take a moment to commit that to memory. It may be of importance later for reference for various reasons. Although he was feeling a little weary as it seemed his fellow saiyan sided people were up to little good on this planet. Feeling little comradery from random soldier or mercenaries. He wasn't sure how to answer these questions. Lying to bluntly or pushing the honest truth of his half blood heritage could both land him in a hot water of weaved lies. He'd rub at his neck lightly nervous in motion as his spoke in a soft relaxed voice. His eyes wondering elsewhere. Not exactly the most honest way of looking. "Well... Other Brenchians have good skin complexion like me." Except they range from blue, Red and various other colors. "Vibrant hair as well... I guess you can say. or I was told my grandfather had similar hair." OK that part wasn't to far off. He had got the hair from his grandparents he'd never met himself. Something in the mix was what caused the debunk in his tail which had his fur color in his saiyan genes all screwed up. The though had him rolling his eyes thinking you should see my great ape.
He'd quickly like to change the subject gulping as he rubbed his hands together clearing his throat smirking and lathering on another grin rather quickly. He seemed good and quickly throwing on expressions of cheer. As if he'd rehearsed it for times of great danger, Or perhaps had to learn through practice in the field itself. "Surely you wish not to hear of my mother and her people. More importantly what is this blue banner something or another? As well as this business of saiyans wreaking havoc? Sounds like there are messes all over the place...How'd that turn out anyway? Is the old monkey..." The words burning in his mouth. But throwing the insult in may help them believe him not saiyan. Especially now that it seemed like they weren't to keen o the ideas. "...still among the living? Or do you all handle business abruptly here?" Gauging for the severity of punishment. Perhaps a bit on the crime as well in more detail. Clasping his hands behind his back his arms folding behind him shortly after. This was good to a extent. The more chaos kicked up the more possible work. People who needed protecting, goods moved behind the real chaos. Perhaps if they still lived the saiyan or saiyans who caused trouble might need a hand. Although that was unlikely of a job to accept unless they were rolling in cash up to their eyeballs. They sounded a tad extreme to him as was. Kids were a no no in Jarvis's personal code so anyone who attacked a city to directly would be at odds in a working relationship with him.
He'd follow up that though with a bit of a grunt. As he though on this army business. He hated restrictive variations of military and government. Always making business hard with their smuggling laws and tax acts. Regulating the flow of so call illegal or immoral commerce. As well as anyone who put men in uniforms to go fight for someone else's cause. At least with pirates and smugglers you died for you knew what you were after and the stakes. Like hell he'd die for someone else's bloody morals. A pox on the saiyan's army, Arcose's and any other that formed. Ofcourse he didn't say any of this allowed merely though it. "Blue banner...Can't say I've heard it. Sound right strange to me a bit. Are you this planets main military force? The law if you would? I'm a little weary around military folks. Lets just say some of the places I've been haven't exactly given me the most trusting feeling around them." His eyes looking over Cipher. Rather directly as well from head to feet as if sizing him up. A smirk curved upwards the side of his cheek. Keeping his antics and ideas to himself. For the moment at least. Shortly after shifting the gaze to Bing. Eyes like a hyena who would laugh and snicker as he tore the flesh from your bones.

Cipher quietly nodded as Jarvis explained about his heritage. Though he did notice he mentioned his mother and not his father. Single parent? Or perhaps something more.[/color] When he brought up the incident, Cipher let out a soft sigh. He didn't like bringing up the incident, especially with the wounds still fresh. Still, there really shouldn't be any harm in divulging that information.
"The Saiyan unleashed an unprovoked attack on the Western Capitol, before going Oozaru. The Saiyan had been defeated, but he's still at large. He, along with the criminal organization he is a part of are currently the subject of an investigation, headed by myself." Because investigation sounded much better than manhunt. Cipher personally wanted to eradicate the Red Eclipse from the face of the earth.
"As for the Blue Banner Army itself, yes, we are the dominant military force on the planet, though its laws are governed by polices forces, not us. We handle the more extreme threats to the planet. They can handle the crime." Unless that crime involved beings stronger than the police could handle. "We accept all comers. Human, Saiyan, or otherwise."

Bing sat crouched near the crater still, listening to the other two men speak. Jarvis mentioned his race but quickly changed the subject quickly which intrigued Bing. Why did he feel so uncomfortable sharing his past? Bing was very open about his past if he was ever asked about it. Bing was going to bring it up but the Brenchians next question was one Bing was interested in as well: what happened to the Saiyan who attack the city? Bing looked over at Cipher who began explaining that the Saiyan had escaped and was part of a criminal orginization. Bing pondered for a moment, he felt as though he might know a tiny bit about the criminal orginization Cipher was speaking of, but he doubted any information he had would be of actual use or if was even the right orginization so he kept quiet as the Android continued speaking.
Bing listened as Cipher then explained the way the BBA did things. They were apparently a type of Last-Line of defense kind of group, similar in a way to the Z-Fighters he'd heard of from Daiki. Bing was going to add in his own response but he looked back at the crater and sighed again. He was still sad about the destroyed pod. Bing was always interested in going to space, the night sky always interested him. This pods remains might have been a way for Bing to reach the stars and explore the cosmos, learning from aliens of all shapes and sizes but alas, it was not meant to be.
He sat there dejected for a few more moments until finally he stood back up and re-joined the conversation. He currently didn't have much to add but he was back to listening more closely now just in case one of the two of them spoke towards Bing.
