Due to a staff vote, any members who wish to become a member of staff will have to either be approached by a trained member of staff, or approach the staff team and request to become a moderator.
The 'former' method, being approached, will require you to complete the 12 pre-requisite advertisements if you choose to become a member of staff, and then (normally) be trained by your 'sponsor' (the admin or mod who approached you). In certain circumstances, a different member of staff may also train you.
The latter method will require you to 'sell' yourself as a member of staff. What do you bring to the table? Why do you want to be a member of staff? If admins agree you'd make a good member of staff, you will then do the steps as above.
