Hey everyone~
This poll is pretty much related to my 'secret project' I'm planning for Reikiko. Basically I'm going to be crazy and pretty much gather a ton of Zeni to buy a Faction dojo, a house (tier 3) a shop (tier 3 or 4) and a gravity chamber (alongside two 75% NPC).
To explain it a bit further, I'm thinking of a way to add a bit of a potential 'special' feeling to Good Reikiko, in that rather than purely focusing on becoming the strongest, I want to do something with her that might influence people in a none-combat way. The result was the creation of the following idea: A floating island that houses all those buildings (I can already buy a dojo or a house once Good Rei is approved due to my BP likely giving me enough Zeni) and serve more or less as a special area where people can roleplay in a small vacation-resort like feeling. It's pretty much a little paradise, icly dedicated to help Reikiko recover from the event involving her splitting.
Reason to make it an area: It's not just one building, it's pretty much all of our most expensive items together, and I think it would be a fun little social element.
Also yes, people would be able to destroy the island by holding a Saga and waiting long enough to actually destroy it. Just instead of removing all those items, it would lead to the survivors of Avalon being forced to rebuild icly.
-The island will be properly introduced in a open thread down the line.-

Background
Inspired by the ancient lore surrounding a paradise upon mortal soil, the creation of Avalon was inspired by a young woman called Tsukino Hikari. When her best friend Reikiko found herself on the losing side of a psychological battle that led to the splitting of her body between a human child that represented the positive and good nature of the girl, and a wicked and evil bio-android that was said to have inherited Reikiko's negative aspects, the battle Reikiko had lost that day led to the human girl having lost all her memories and emotions, having become nothing but a soulless vessel.
After consulting Scargot about her idea the woman had chosen to request the aid of several friends and allies that the girl had in the hope of helping Reikiko recover. The end result of this idea became considered something quite... unique. Build from a mixture of Capsule Corporation technology, and various alien technology that the Blue Banner had obtained a floating island had emerged around the timeless lookout. Floating just beneath the clouds, constantly empowered by the aforementioned technology the island, that was officially named 'Avalon' was made with the intention to create a place where Reikiko could dwell in a place that was peaceful, comfortable and hopefully also pleasant for her to wander in.
However, after it's construction a call for aid was made: Anyone who was willing to take their time to interact with the girl was invited to the island, in the hope that those interactions, and perhaps meeting those Reikiko had encountered in the past would lead to a potential cure for her condition. While on the surface the island is designed to resemble the comfort and luxury a vacation resort might have, its end purpose remains to provide a means for Reikiko to someday regain that what was lost.
Island Details:
Central Area:
The central area of the island is known to be where the residence is located. A large four-floors dormitory of sorts had been build, possessing all the necessary equipment to ensure one would be able to live comfortably there. While there are three meals a day available, set at specific times throughout the day those meals are available either as part of the small rent for a room at the dormitory, or at a cheap price. Those with specific needs can place orders for when one of the Council-members goes shopping.
East Area:
Also known as the 'Apple Garden', this area possesses several artificially grown apple trees, due to the fondness the girl held for them. This garden-like area seems mostly a place for peaceful relaxation, and there is even a pool there near the center of the garden!
West Area:
While having no official name other than 'The dojo' this area was designed with the intention of providing a proper environment for one to train both body and mind. From a library to a proper obstacle course and an indoors and outdoors training field, and finally an arena with a ki-reducing barrier to prevent splash damage from harming the island itself. this dojo is available only to proper members of the Guardians of Avalon.
South Area:
An area off-limits to most people. A small forest like environment seems to lead toward a cave leading into the inner-sections of the island, where most of the technology is hidden. There are always guardians posted here to prevent those with bad intentions from getting in there.
North Area:
A lone memorial stone seems to be build here, with various names written beneath it. Closer inspection, and further research reveals all those names are related to dead people who Reikiko encountered in the past.
Notes: People will only be allowed to use the Dojo after they joined the Guardians of Avalon icly. While this is not a 'proper' faction, in the sense that anyone can join IF they follow the rules of the island (meaning even enemies can be akin to friends here) it is still considered a 'group'.
