"HYAAAGH!" A shout that could be heard throughout multiple hallways, as in the training grounds a man was attacking multiple holographic dummies to test his current strength. The white haired wonder himself, dressed in a black Gi with a red sun on it would throw one more powerful punch, breathing heavily as he just stood there. "It may not be enough for him, but damn does this feel good." He smirked, he felt like he was getting close, if he trained more for a few more years then maybe he could even beat Bing without Chai...Okay maybe he was stretching a bit, but he was sure it was still in the realm of possibility.
As he'd stand around, he'd take a feel for the energies around him. "Where are they anyway..." He'd try and search for the energies of both his greatest friend and his worst enemy, though he had trouble doing it with all the people around. He thought it would at least be easy to feel Bing, but somehow there were multiple energies that could rival his strength. Collan sighed, stopping and sitting down, well if he couldn't fine them...maybe it was best to sit here and see if either of them would come to him...hopefully his goat bro rather than Bing, but either one works.

OOC: And now, a white haired wonder thread, edge edition!
Chai's heart hammered at a rate he never knew possible. The multiverse was his best friend, yes, but at this point it was his worst enemy as well. His world's Bing was here for certain- Chai knew him. He wouldn't pass up that chance for a wish from Porunga. And lo and behold, he was on the roster for the Major League as well... But if push came to shove, Chai knew he'd have to win the Middle League to undo the pain wrought upon his world. He hadn't checked out the standings for his own league yet, out of fear that he'd be facing Defrosch or someone first round. He had the worst luck, really.
Guardia, in his infinite knowledge, suggested they go to the training facilities to spar and prepare last-minute for their first round. Ever since he was released back when the Star School met, the newfound gargoyle demon seemed... oddly confident. More so than usual. A smile, suppressed for thousands of years by his inanimate confine, now shone proud and loud. "Loosen up, Chai! This is our CHANCE!" Guardia held his arms out to the sides, tail lashing about. He cleched his fists, staring up at the stars above with the biggest, doofiest grin possible. "We can win this, we can get that wish, and we can fix everything back home! We're, like, MEANT for this tournament!" His new, gruffer voice was still candy for a listener's ears. Guardia huffed, still seeing the goat sweating nervously with a meek smile in response. "...C'mon, dude. At least we're not going to fight freakin' BING again first rou--"'
Guardia paused suddenly, his ears perking up and eyes drifting off to the side. "Uh... You okay, G-Man?" Chai questioned, blinking blatantly in concern. "...I know that scent." Guardia muttered, before taking off forwards on all fours. Chai was left in the dust as the demon bounded across the room, following his new nose.Reluctantly, the zoanthrope followed suit slowly, not sure what could get the great Guardia out of his groove.
While Chai struggled to catch up to Guardia, the demon came to a stop atop a light fixture in the building, still sniffing and glancing around. His eyes trailed to the ground below, widening when he saw an all-too-familiar face he remember seeing die ages ago... "...COLLLLAAAAAAANNNN!!!!" A battle cry screeched from above, with the gargoyle pouncing down upon his unsuspecting victim. Should he be successful, the ever so emotional Guardia would wrap his arms around his tackled friend who still might or might not recognize him now that he wasn't a sword anymore.
"OH BEELZEBUB YOU AREN'T GONNA BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED AND I MISSED YOU AND I THOUGHT YOU DIED AND IM NOT A SWORD NOW AND CHAI IS STILL EDGY BUT HES GOOD AND COOL AND I STILL MISSED YOU SO MUCH AND-- AND-- AAaaAAAaaaaAAAAGH!" The demon cried, holding his friend close. Chai, however, was still trying to mosey through the crowd and catch up and see whatever Guardia was freaking out about...

Jormungandr wandered around, searching for Collan. She'd lost track of him a while ago, but she felt his energy in the Training Grounds, so she made her way there. Something was wrong, though - he felt much stronger than he should have. Collan had never been as strong as this person felt. As she approached them, she bumped into a familiar face - Chai. "Oh, hey chai. You seen Collan? I felt him up ahead, but... I dunno, he feels a lot stronger than he should. Do you think it's an alternate Collan?" The demoness spoke too fast for the goat to get a word in, not even letting him answer her questions. She frowned when she noticed that Guardia was nowhere to be seen. "Hey where's your partner? kinda wanted to chat with him, too. Not about anything in particular, just felt like getting to know him."

The assassin wandered around, without really a purpose. She was just wondering. She recently was offered a job, someone wanted this guy named, 'Vi-Poi' dead. After doing some research and spitting out a cup of whiskey, she declined. She was insane, but she wasn't stupid.
“Dumbasses… I ain’t trying to KILL myself… Again.” she muttered, rubbing her head. She continued wandering till she saw a familiar face. “... Chai?” Jala asked warily. She had her own Chai… He wasn't good, a huge evil dick. So, Jala received a call... And a Super Saiya-jin Jala easily took care of him, sadly. If that had been a good Chai, they possibly been friends.
“Oh… Uh, Jor? Right?” Jala asked, remembering her from their brief fight with Collan and his sword. “Hey, so, what’s up? I’m Jala from Universe 10. Chai… Are you… Are you from Universe 15…? My Chai was different, but you look good enough. It’s nice to meet you.” Jala said, smiling and holding a hand out to shake.
If he didn’t or did, she’d pull her hand anyway. “So, need a hand? I got a couple questions.”

As the man continued to sit around, he stared at all the people passing through the corridors next to the entrance way of the training room. Funny how a lot of people who came here to fight weren't preparing to fight. Maybe they were over confident, maybe there were just wanting to chill out before said fights, who knows? But as he continued to stare, he saw a blur of someone rushing through the doorway, leaping out at Collan and pinning him to the ground. The white haired wonder was just about ready to headbutt this strange demonic being until he realized...he was being hugged??? It took him a while to process, but the words of this person got through to him. "G-Guardia?"
He could feel the energy, it was definitely the same. For once in maybe ages...Collan showed a smile, and began to tear up, hugging the large Demon back. "OH KAIS ABOVE I MISSED YOU SO MUCH AND YES I DIED BUT NOW I'M BACK AND I'VE JUST BEEN TRAINING AND I HAVE BEEN SURVIVING AND WHERE'S CHAI!?!" He shouted, his emotions were out of control, losing all his focus he had prior to this moment.
Chai could feel himself beginning to suffocate in the crowd. What really could have torn Guardia away so quickly, though? He was excitable, sure, but he never strayed away from the goatman for too long... Chai paused, catching his breath in a small parting outside the training area Guardia had run into, steeling himself to barge through the mass of people outside again. He was about to stroll in when he was interrupted by a familiar purple serpent- his student, Jormungandr. "Oh, hey! Nice to see you here also, Jor." Chai greeted with a respectful bow of his head. She mentioned the energy of a stronger Collan up ahead, causing Chai to flick on his own senses. "You think so--?" He began, only for his eyes to widen.
He knew that energy anywhere.
The goat raised a hand over his mouth, covering his lips as tears began to fester in the corners of his eyes. Jormungandr's question as to where Guardia was was met by no response from the zoanthrope, though another happy screech from inside the training facility gave away the demon's location. Jala approached, though Chai's teary-eyed tunnel vision paid her no mind. "C--Collan..." He muttered. "T-That's my Collan..! But... But he... died, I thought... He died because of me!"
Chai paused outside the building. Would he be mad because the goat had abandoned their world? Sad because of his own death, or Chai's presumed demise? What would he think of Chai now? Trembling like the leaf in the wind he was, and still not noticing Jala's open hand in his surge of trauma...
...Chai tried to deny it, but Collan was his friend. If his counterpart taught Chai anything, well... They were the best of friends, no matter what. Collan would be happy to see him. ...So why was he still hesitating?
Wordlessly, Chai shook his head, dashing into the building and homing in on his friend's energy. He heard him and Guardia shouting and sobbing a little over their reunion, eventually rounding a corner to the arena they were in. Guardia had his mouth open to respond to Collan, though words were once again lost in a demonic croak when he caught eye of Chai, teary-eyed and panting. "..You nerd, he's right here!" Guardia resounded, pulling out of the hug and lunging towards the goat. "CHAI! CHAIII! LOOK WHO I FOUND!" He called, bounding to his friend and standing beside him. Should Jala and Jormungandr follow, the demon would growl lowly, ushering the two to back off for the moment so Collan and Chai could have their moment.
"C-Collan, I..." Chai fought back tears. "I-- I'm so sorry I left! I'm sorry-- I'm so sorry I left you and everyone else to die-- I..." Chai whined, shaking still. "I was such an idiot, but..." A smile crept across his face, and he'd follow up with a tight hug around his friend. "...I'm so glad that you're alright now-- just... Just-- please, forgive my insolence that day."
Guardia turned his head, eyeing Jala from head to toe. He cocked his head to the side, speaking while Chai and Collan had their long-awaited reunion. "...So, uh, while those two are, uh, y'know... Can I help you?" He questioned, though his expression sunk to a glare. "If it's to spar or something since we're in this training area and all, then no. Chai and I have had enough violence- this tournament will be the last of it, I hope." Guardia's glare softened after a few moments, turning back to his two friends with a warm smile. "But just look at my dorks, all grown up now..." He flicked a single prideful tear aside, proud of how much they had both grown. It was only a matter of time now before Universe Five was saved.
Jala stood their, hand out and awkwardly put it away after Chai ran up and goat hugged Collan. Snake lady wasn’t doing anything so she felt like the odd one out. “... I may just.. Go…” Jala muttered, sizing up Collan, who she thought he’d be her opponent. “... Hm, interesting… Huh?” she turned to Gaurdia… Then looked up at him. “I’m not here for training. Just checking out people and competitors… Wish your friend Collan luck if that is my opponent.”
“Not being over confident, just tell I said that. May the best one win” she’d say, before adding. “And if that is Chai and he is good, ask him if he’d like to hang with me. My Chai was a dick so people hired me to get rid of him before he was a threat. Sorry if that’s… Dark, but oh well. I wouldn’t mind becoming buds with him. But anyway, I gotta go train.” she’d say with a wave.
She didn’t want to mess with them and there reunion, she was a asshole, but not a dick. She knew when to bounce, most of the time.

Collan still just couldn't take some of this in, he was already sure that Chai and Guardia would have been here, yet it still caught him off guard. He awaited an answer to his question from Guardia in anticipation, just to see the goat was here all along. The white haired wonder stood up and just stared. He smiled, but it faded as Chai began to go on about that day, the one he left. The goat asked for his friend's forgiveness, and Collan gave a blank look at him as he was hugged, and out of nowhere Collan would try to headbutt him, then hugging Chai back whether or not he was successful. "Stop it! You're going to make me feel like somethings wrong! Just talk to me like a normal person!"
After that quick little moment, he'd take a better look at the goat to see he had changed quite a bit. He seemed very different in appearance now, both clothing and body shape. Ignoring that though, the survivor would continue on, "Dude, look! Everything is fine! I'm not dead anymore, found a way to get out of the after life and have been trying to fend off against Dingus on my own. I've been making progress, but not enough to beat him on my own. Trying to free the planet by yourself isn't as easy as I thought!" With that, his smile would return, still going on with what he has to say.
"But this is exactly why it's so good to see that you're alive! You've gotten so much stronger! Hell, maybe if we combine our power we can beat Dingus on our own!" Collan knew this most likely wasn't true, but he had wishful thinking. "Though...I have to ask one thing...what have you been even doing while you're gone?"
