Miraculously, the Ringonite manage to straighten himself enough to not get caught in the grab at his throat... But his wrist was caught though! Koldar pulled the wrist up, firmly twisting it at the pressure point. Apparently, the Ringonite took this time to speak about the situation between his people and Koldar's, about how they were to still be viewed as rulers. Koldar pursed his lips and tilted his head in agreement. He didn't say anything yet, though, as the energy in his free hand was building up. The fist charged at Koldar's chest with that electric energy of his! Koldar brought his freehand up and caught that easily at the wrist, too. A headbutt was sent at the Ringonite's forehead, aiming to daze him! He'd do this 3 times in a row, before releasing the soldier. He told Orenji, "Well, things are changing so we regain ground. You are to know this: I am no longer the only one ruling the planet Arcose and representing it in this Arcosian Federation of Planets! They are both stronger than I am, and have very well known reputations. When they decide to show themselves, you will come to understand that we are no longer so far behind the Solar Saiyan Empire... But we cannot have weaknesses exposed, anymore!"Koldar brought his hands together and used them to hammer Orenji on the dome and slam him down into the ground. The three headbutts impacted his skull and made him cough up spit. Orenji then looked at Koldar with a grunt sound. Before he could be grabbed and slammed, Orenji had quickly surrounded his body with lighting and evaded the grab by just a scratch. The assault wasn’t over and a series of ki blast soon followed. Orenji had blocked his upper face and chest as he took the barrage of blast coming in. Some had missed him, some were slightly diverted with the use of his water shield forming around him, and the remaining blast exploding on his forearms and stomach.
The smoke had ended as quickly as it was formed. Orenji had panted heavily and was in and out of breath as he could barely see Koldar. Being dazed, he took his limp over to Koldar.
”In all my years as a medic.. I never had to do battle.. all I did was heal everyone and stayed behind in a room doing so..now fighting you.. I don’t want to do that no more.. I want to be in the front lines... to be of use to the army..”
Orenji stood in front of Koldar as he continued to pant.
”If you truly say we are free... then I will believe you.. hear me all Ringonites...I shall stand with this man in the times of war...but first....”
A grand lighting strike coming from the sky, immediately attempts to strike Koldar’s entire body. If successful or miss, Orenji would drop to the ground passed out and exhausted.

"So he can still fight, eh," Koldar thought, his overhead double handed smash missing and his following ki blasts being partially deflected around. The damage, however, had been taking its toll on the Ringonite! They had gotten it through their head enough that his people were free and he tried to state that to his people, before trying to slip a last bit amount of power into an attack to hit Koldar with! A frown forming on his face and with an empowered fist, he smacked the energy away coming down at him and pelted Orenji in his gut. The blow was going to shock Orenji back awake, and not send him hurtling away from his position! The energy in his fist was strange... Like it wanted to blend with Orenji's, but it was also intended to hurt him enough to wake him up! As he did this, Koldar shouted, "Stay on feet, soldier! You don't get to lead if you fall on your feet now!"Koldar would then to straighten him up, before addressing him and the other Ringonites, clarifying further, "You have my backing to become leader of your people and planet. However, you have only proven you are a good soldier and protector! You must go through the trials of earning the trust of your people with your ability to create and uphold your laws. Until you qualify there as well; as one of the only three leaders of the planet Arcose and the Arcosian Federation, I declare that planet Ringo and its people to he under the full protection of Arcose until its first of many future leaders, Orenji, is deemed ready to take charge of it!"( Orenji, using Fist of the Captains (UV3 of Eps Purah Kahnsh, Merging) to power through your mp3 and to shock you back awake! What Orenji thought would be eternal sleep, he would awaken within seconds. He stood in a hunch position as he looked to his fellow ringonites clapping and cheering. Koldar then began his speech to the ringonites as Orenji listened in.
Orenji responded soon after as he stood up straight.
”Fellow Ringonites.. When was the last time we met an Arcosian who treated our kind like this?”
The ringonites looked at one another and agreed as they tuned back to Orenji. Orenji took a step forward and still in his transformed state, he had his arms to his back.
”I will begin to train all of you. To prepare for this war! No longer will we be scouts and behind the lines and seen as useless pawns. Everyone here will become stronger. Our race will evolve and become a force to be reckoned with!”
Orenji looked at Koldar with a smirk.
”They will be put into shape with myself leading them.. This transformation I have, is something Ringonites have dreamed of attaining.. If I train them right, we can have not just one Ringonite as a threat, but by the thousands...I shall take my leave with these men and start training them..”

"... Alright, lesson number 1, starting right now: when you give a speech, you understand the current state of affairs you and your people are already in before you blather on like an idiot," Koldar exclaimed, smacking Orenji on the head when he woke up, spoke to his people, and then Koldar, "Your first mission is to head to the libraries, even if they'd been partly ruined from the last Solar Saiyan attack still, and learn about the history of the Arcosian Empire and how we're already in a state of war with the very Empire!"Afterwards, Koldar proceeded to give him a strange salute. It had been his fists meeting together at chest level that he'd roll upwards, opening them up and placing his hands flatly against one another in front of his face. He then separated them, forming them both into fists with the left hand going into the middle of the forearm, Koldar's face not being obstructed! He told Orenji, "This will be the new current salute, as well, for this Arcosian Federation! It will be taught to everyone all across the Federation. Now, before you go learn to be a damn leader, Orenji, clean up and fix these barracks!"With that, Koldar put his hands behind his back, looked to the crowd and ordered them, "Everyone in this crowd is to disperse! You've been making a scene by running around here like a bunch of crazed people and making other civilians fearful of what may be happening. DISPERSE!"( Orenji) (1/3 KP)

Orenji saluted him respectfully with the new salute Koldar had came up with. Orenji then walked away and joined the other ringonites.

Koldar pinched the bridge of his nose, as Orenji decided to walk towards the dispersing Ringonite crowd. He had work to do and they weren't going to get done on their own! The Supreme Commander flew off from the barracks to the palace, to be met up with the guards and Voca.
(Alright, I'm taking my exit! Taking Zeni with level 3 shop.)
