Appearance:
History: Tempest, the Demon Scythe was made to cause the end of all life in this Universe. A creation under a power crazy demon, Tempest holds a demon souls with the ability to claim others, or did, before it's creator was slain in a war long ago. The inhabitants of the planet knew the dangers of the scythe and decided it'd only be safe to leave this locked away. After many years of studying portal magic, the witch doctor opened a door to another plain and hid it among many other treasures.
Sitting away for thousands of years, the scythe weakened, unable to use it's power, it's magic, or even it's voice. When the demons decided to try and recover this lost artifact, but was swiftly stolen by the boy Pracross, a Saiyan who was seeking strength to defend the universe from the evil people of this world. The two now travel together (At first it was by force because the boy did not know the scythe was alive, which it then turned into willingly when the scythe grew on him) in hopes that they will both grow stronger.
As of recently, Tempest has noticed a spark of his power has returned, allowing him to unleash a small amount of his power, finally becoming more than just a blade.
Due to the recent events on Vegeta, Tempest has absorbed a little power from the souls killed during the raid of the demons. This has given him access to more abilities and forms he can take.
Techniques:
Offensive
False Image - [N1] Tempest uses his magic to spin himself around with a red trail, then create a weak form of himself to attack his enemy. He charges this false form at 33% to deal a ranged magic attack. Image can be broken!
Focused Image - [UP2] Tempest manages to reach down into it's core and pull out a good amount of his magic. Now charging at 66%, when the spell is released, the image is sturdier, now unable to be broken. Upgraded from False Image.
Cloned Image - [MP3] Tempest makes physical copies with his exact strength and barrages the opponent. He summons 1 clone with each charge, holding 100% of his power for total of 3 clones (300%)
Spinning Barrier - [N1] Spinning with it's red aura, Tempest forms a shield out of dark magic, able to block 33% of his power. Bleed-through damage is halved.
Support
Hilt Strike - [SU1] Tempest slams his handle onto an enemy, stopping a charge within 80% of 100% of Tempest's PL.

None, but he can change shape at will.

The Scythe known a Tempest is a mix of a power pole, a bladed pole arm (Scythe), and demonic magic. He speaks through his orbs, which are shaped like eyes and contain it's magic. Tempest has the ability to to change between one foot to twelve feet without the blade. If the blade is out, it must remain at six feet (If it were to extend with the blade out, the orbs might break.
