The multiverse contains a wide plethora of Universes and timelines, each timeline and universe bringing different possibilities, including the universe where the people of Earth have triumphed over most adversities, such as the Saiyan Invasion and the Realigner Red problems. This universe is one where people are starting to gather peace once again, but with recent events such as the Mazoku taking over Namek, and Vi's appearance on Planet Vegeta, the peace is looking a bit uncertain for now, though the races of the Universe still have the pleasure of being friends with each other.
Aiho does not have the pleasure to have been born in a Universe like this one. Instead, she was born within a different universe, where the Arcosian Empire had conquered the Saiyan Solar Empire and went on to take over the rest of the North Galaxy. In this universe, Wyntre rules and kills any rebels without mercy, and has even killed certain rebel races such who were not okay with her rule of the galaxy, such as the Sushei-Jin and the Kabochans.
Aiho was born in the Otherworld, much like the Ogres, and was unaware of the Arcosian Empire becoming dominant at first, and as she grew up she became attracted to a certain genre of show known as the Magical Girl genre, even pretending to be one while splashing around in her Universes Blood Pond. As she continued to grow she tried to practice in creating her own magic in order to emulate the Magical Girls she saw on television, and while she failed to create genuine magic, she had created the ability to create hearts from Ki, which she believed was her own form of magic.
Eventually, by the time she was 13, her parents allowed her to go to the world of the living to explore it herself, but on her first journey to the world of the living she was horrified on what the world was like. She saw a harsh world ruled by the Arcosian Empire, where laws were many and freedoms were low, and there were rebels being killed personally by Wyntre and Zexama left and right. Not wanting any other innocent people to die under Wyntre's harsh regime, and to spread freedom and love throughout the galaxy once again, Aiho quickly decided to become a Magical Girl herself and quickly tried to free everyone, naming herself Sailor HFIL due to coming from there.
Before she could do anything rash however, Aiho was dragged by her hand into a alley by a unknown Brenchinian woman named Ketchappa, who had saw her try to free people from the Arcosian Empire and wanted to save her from the authorities. As the woman introduced herself to Aiho, she learned that the Brenchinian was also a aspiring Magical Girl named Sailor Aoi, but had quickly hid her actions from the public in order to prevent herself from being captured. After the two quickly showed their powers to each other, the two had become friends and have begun to work together.
During the next two years, the two worked together to try to bring love and freedom to their Universe, by first freeing the at the time almost empty Planet Kabocha from the Arcosian Empire, and then by messing with the authorities, all under the name of the Sailors of the North Galaxy. As the two continued to mess with the AE, they eventually gathered more and more people wanting freedom to their cause, and by the time Aiho was 15, there were enough supporters that they almost made up the population of Kabocha before their genocide by Wyntre.
Eventually, Aiho became a bit overconfident in her powers as she messed with the Arcosian Empire, and a month after she had turned 15, she had announced to the North Galaxy through the internet that she was going to end up trying to take down Planet Arcose through using her friends to knock down their armies. As the Sailors of the North Galaxy prepared for the day of the invasion of Planet Arcose, Ketchappa ended up disappearing from the group, and as Aiho descended onto Arcose, she thought that her disappearance from the group was due to Wyntre herself.
Needless to say, this rebelry attempt failed fantastically as Wyntre gut punched her down in one simple blow and killed every single supporter and member of the Sailors of the North Galaxy except Ketchappa, who had reappeared on the day of the battle only to run away, though luckily for the Magical Girl, Wyntre spared her as she wanted to test something out that one of her Saiyan underlings, a small Saiyan boy named Capper, invented. This device, according to the boy, could travel between Universes as well as through time, and could help expand her reign further throughout reality. Wyntre, not wanting to get a genetic disease from the radiation that it could create, left Aiho alive so she could use it instead to see if it would work properly.
With a quick start-up by Wyntre, Aiho was then sent through the universes on the universe travelling machine, named the Uni-Hopper, alongsides another person from the Arcosian Empire, a Bio-Android named Entral. As they arrived in our universe, the Uni-Hopper began to short circut as it landed in the Blood Pond within the Otherworld, and as the machine exploded Aiho and Entral quickly hopped off of the machine. As the two were now stranded from their own universe, while Entral did not care as long as he could kill people, Aiho was very sad since she was now no longer able to see any of her friends ever again.
As Aiho continued to mope around about having lost the Uni-Hopper and every friend she had ever made, she eventually saw some sort of blue paper sticking out of the rubble. As the Magical Girl saw the paper, she was given hope again, as it turned out to be blueprints to the Uni-Hopper, which would allow her to go back to her own universe once again. Before she could try to look for someone to build it though, she remembered about her failure due to the extremely powerful Wyntre, and due to that failure she now wants to find someone to help even things out first before she goes back to her Universe to take on the alternate Wyntre Cold.

[V2] Absorbing Heart Heart Burst: Sailor HFIL uses Ki and creates a bigger and more elegant heart from her wand and launches it at the opponent. This heart not only explodes on contact with the opponent and leaves a bunch of little hearts behind, but it also can have techniques merge with it in order to make itself stronger. This attack charges at 33% per charge level.
[N1] Heart Heart Barrier: Sailor HFIL creates a heart-shaped barrier around herself made from the waters of the Blood Pond, which she carries around in a small bottle on her back and manipulates by using magic. This barrier charges at 33% per charge level.
