Name: Mizuna Myst
Alias: N/A
Species: Saiyan (Dominant)/Kagami Hybrid
Racial Characteristics:
Age: 18
Appearance:
Mizuna has the complex of a young child, shown by both her height that is far shorter than what would be for her age, being only about 4'6" (about 138cm) and her childish like facial expression. Being a hybrid she has traits from both her Saiyan and Kagami side, albeit her Saiyan heritage is more prominent. Her hair color, while originally has been white is now dyed a shade of light pink, and will no longer glow a rainbow under bright lights although it will still shine a light pink and white color, although much more muted than one of a pure Kagami. She will typically wear it in the style of a bob, and quite unruly. Her eyes are light brown and hidden beneath large red glasses. Another aspect of her Saiyan heritage would be her tail, which she still possesses, being both long and covered with brown matted fur.
History:
The Myst family was a line of powerful, pure blooded Saiyans who were very proud of their heritage, to the point of believing other races were inferior to the Saiyans. The only reason the family would even hold respect towards any other races would only be if they were either stronger than the head of the household or if they held a superior position, otherwise, the family viewed those who weren’t Saiyans at best expendable minions and at worst slaves. Due to the family’s views upon other species, the idea of a relationship with anything other than a pure blooded Saiyan was unthinkable and a large taboo. For generations, this custom had been kept almost religiously until the death of the family’s Kagami occurred.
Shortly after the death of the family’s Kagami, the family rushed to receive a new Kagami so the family work would not be left behind too much. They would buy a young and inexperienced Kagami whom they called Kyoha. Shortly after she was bought, Kyoha was immediately put into work and proved to be a hard worker. She was persistent, stoic and would simply do what she was told without even a second thought. The family despite their racist nature grew to enjoy their new slave, rewarding her and complimenting her. However, their behavior was less of them respecting her of an equal and more of treating her how one would treat a treasured pet. None of them would find themselves able of viewing her more than a treasured slave except the firstborn son of the newest generation, Renso.
While initially, he held animosity towards Kyoha due to her persistent nature, he eventually found himself falling in love with her after she had consoled him after losing a fight with his friends. The young Kagami had also fallen in love with Renso after some time, learning about his more kind side despite his rough exterior. It was when they both were in their early twenties when they first decided to finally pursue their feelings despite knowing it was an extreme taboo in the family. While Renso had planned to talk things out with the family, thinking their enjoyment of Kyoha was respect, he was proven to be wrong. The family quickly turned on the slave they once were proud of. While they were not abusive, after many arguments and a difficult decision the family decided to sell of Kyoha in favor of another Kagami to prevent their eldest son in pursuing this relationship. They threatened Renso, saying the only disownment awaited those whom would violate the tradition.
Once he had received the word, Renso was enraged and conflicted at the same time. He could not imagine a life without Kyoha and did not wish to experience what it was like. However, if he did not cut ties with her, he would be disowned by the family and be left as nothing and would lose all ties with his family. He would decide to choose Kyoha over his own family and as they promised he was disowned by the family the second he announced his decision. While initially upset by his choice, he would ultimately decide that it was the best choice as he would be able to be with his one true love.
While the family had continued to live in Vegeta, their life was no longer easy but they would manage to come by. Things were quiet for a while until Kyoha got pregnant. The two were ecstatic at first by the idea of a child, however, their happiness soon turned into panic as he received a warning from his family, the first word he received since the disownment. The Myst family had caught word of Kyoha’s pregnancy and threatened Kyoha and her child’s life as the idea of a hybrid between a Saiyan and a Kagami was the worst offense towards the family’s pride. Due to their life being endangered, the couple would immediately decide to leave Planet Vegeta and cut off their ties in an effort to keep themselves safe. However there was little time to plan as the longer they stayed on Vegeta the more the threat grew in strength. After a short period of time, since they received the threat, the couple fled without any notice to a place where they would believe it was safe for them due to the rumors they had heard of this planet: Earth. Their decision turned out to be wise as once they had arrived upon Earth they lost contact with the rest of the family as they left without a word. Finally able to take a breath and relax, the family began their new life on Earth. It would not be easy but it would be better than the life they would have on Vegeta if they stayed.
A few months after their arrival on Earth, Kyoha would give birth to a baby girl, a physical manifestation of their love despite the odds. The child was given the name of Mizuna, and she was promised a life of freedom and happiness. This would be their first and final couple as the excitement of the months leading up to their birth had caused them to be too exhausted for another child.
Growing up, Mizuna was educated by both her parents in separate fields. Kyoha, who had settled down had become a teacher at a local school and had helped educate her daughter and would also teach her morals. Mizuna learned traits such as empathy and forgiveness from her mother and taught her how to live in harmony with Irith. While originally she would follow her mother’s advice, she found herself having trouble following the path later in her life.
Her father wanted Mizuna to become a powerful fighter like he was. Originally he was initially upset at her low strength at birth (having the power level of only 1 at birth) and dismissed her due to the Saiyan custom. However, he was later convinced that Mizuna was a late bloomer and tried to give her a chance. as she grew older it almost appeared as if she was unable to grow strong. She found it more difficult to keep up with Renso in fights and often would fall quickly behind in training. It soon was not an uncommon sight to see her returning home covered in bruises and scratches after a hard day of training. While she truly gave her best during these training sessions, none of her strength would be able to live up to her father's high expectations.
Renso quickly grew disgruntled, forcing Mizuna to push harder beyond her limits. He did so ruthlessly, believing that the push would awaken her hidden potential. However, the training did nothing but cause Mizuna to struggle even further, adhering to her father’s training regime became an impossible task as she was simply too weak to keep up with them. Even when she tried her hardest, she only grew slightly due to the Zenkai that would activate during the times when she was injured. That was when the arguments began.
Kyoha would grow tired of seeing her daughter return home covered in scratches and bruises and in rare cases even broken bones. She talked to Renso in an effort to convince him to ease up the training regimes which he quickly refused as he believed that Mizuna would be able to flourish once she overcame that barrier. There were many nights where Mizuna would find herself behind her bedroom door, hands over ears as the shouts of her parents threatened to enter.
Finally, Renso decided to give in. As their marriage was in jeopardy due to the arguments, he finally decided to give up training Mizuna believing she was a lost cause and simply did not want to train. Contrary, she quickly found herself upset with her father’s decision to stop teaching her. Despite the injuries and his harsh treatment from the brutal training, she gained a desire to grow stronger. Within her training sessions, she inherited his stubbornness and resolve. She refused to give up despite the recent revelations. While initially refusing to teach her once again, once Renso saw the desire in his daughter’s eyes he would once again comply, although to simply keep the family together he would agree to tone down the intensity of his training sessions.
His new training sessions were not as difficult as they once were, and allowed her to slowly grow. While she still had trouble getting stronger, she found herself making small improvements each session. While Mizuna’s power level grew to a level that he found pride in, he was still proud and impressed with his daughter’s resolve and improvements (although he would never let her know through words). However, Mizuna would still have much to learn as she would later find it difficult to control her strength, due to the fact that Renso only tried to make her stronger rather than how to control her abilities. When she had asked him about it, her father simply said that it would eventually settle down as she was not used to this foreign power. Within her father's eyes, she was strong and that was what he cared. As she believed he knew what was best for her, she did not question his judgment although she would still continue to be unsure if she could even control her strength.
He finally freed her of his training, saying she could train on her own now. In addition to the end of her training, her secondary education had also ended a month prior and left her with a decision. She was given the choice to continue down the path of a scholar or become a fighter like her father was. Mizuna was unwilling to make this choice yet, rather simply curious about what the world has to offer. As she did not travel much in her youth, she was curious to see what the world had to offer and in addition to traveling help those in need. The young girl decided to leave her parents for a bit to travel the world and meet new people, with a final farewell she left her parents as she would begin her first but definitely not last adventure.

Alias: N/A
Species: Saiyan (Dominant)/Kagami Hybrid
Racial Characteristics:
- Mimic: As their name suggests, Kagami are able to mimic other races, due to this they have a special ability, that allows them to copy 1 move from a single fight. This is not a permanent gain, but instead, the move they mimic, can either be used to counteract the attack or be used as an attack for themselves. (Can only be used on moves that do damage and takes up the same amount of KP as the move they are copying.) Can not be used with or on specials of any kind.
- Zenkai - On taking serious, life-threatening damage in battle those with saiyan blood can gain a zenkai upon recovering from these injuries, which can cause rapid increases in power. Being a hybrid, the zenkai is slightly weaker than on of a pure blooded Saiyan
- Tail Weakness - If an opponent grabs hold of a Saiyans tail (done via Non-Tech attack or a suitable Technique, Non-Tech being avoidable as per normal non-tech avoidance and Technique by successfully avoiding or blocking the attack in question) such pain is sent through the Saiyans body that they are nearly paralyzed by it, a Saiyan in such a state cannot spent KP. This weakness can be trained away via a technique at 10,000 PL
