History:
Born in the hospital of East Capitol, his father was the leader of the underground thieves that terrorized the city and stole millions upon millions throughout the years. The amount of thieves being put away didn't stop the number of crimes being committed from the organization. To the public, his father was a well respected officer to the community. Behind closed doors he was the leader of this gang. He pampered his son until the age of ten, where he taught him proper manners of all statuses such as table manners and how to speak to people of all classes. His father taught him how to fight and also was teaching him to one day rule East Capitol by becoming the ultimate position of power, and that was to become mayor of the whole city. His father made it his dying wish for his son to achieve that purpose. While on the outside he excelled in knowledge and doing community service, behind the scenes he was going into the position of leading the underground thieves. At the of twenty four, his father had become chief of police and died of old age. His mother wasn't apart of his life due to her death at birth. Slon used this podium as a stepping stone to achieve his father’s wish and his own to becoming the mayor of East Capitol and he would use his gang to achieve such purpose. He hopes to one day run for mayor to achieve his purpose.
Slon personality is non confrontation to the public’s eyes, but a cold stone killer behind the scenes. To the public he is a loving and caring individual who has given money to many charities, and behind the scenes he is a selfish man to his own people. Slon always tends to have a serious look and demeanor about him in all types of scenarios and would never show any weakness to anyone.

Ki Suppression [UT1] - You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels.
