Steve is apparently a perfectly normal human male, standing at a modest 5 foot 9 and possessed of a rather slight build, with fair skin. His hair is a reddish-brown, tangled mess that seemingly hasn't been cut or washed in months. His eyes are a dull amber color, and dart to and fro frantically as if searching for some unseen threat. He has a greek-style nose and a rather big mouth, and his teeth are near perfectly straight, hinting at expensive orthodontic work. Steve has somewhat slim, sloping shoulders on a largely rectangular torso, and middle-length limbs. Interestingly, he shows light stretch marks around his abdomen and on his back, showing that he used to be rather overweight. (Or pregnant, but that's a little unlikely.)
Steve's aura is a striking crimson color, and is punctuated by arcs of electricity crackling through it on occasion. (Similar to what you see when a Saiyan goes SSJ2, though in this case reflecting his lack of control rather than increased power.)
Personality:
Steve is a profoundly disturbed individual, suffering from an apparent total lack of empathy and social awareness, and appears incapable of feeling guilt or remorse for his actions, in fact he seems to be unable to grasp why what he does is wrong in the first place. In addition he shows a strong predilection towards violence, even expressing feelings of contentment or joy upon being exposed to acts of extreme violence, whether done to himself or others. That's what it says in his file, anyways, and to be fair that assessment is pretty spot-on. Steve, despite his facade of affable friendliness, is mostly concerned with fighting more powerful opponents, and discarding the ones that no longer amuse him. He has no sense of honor or pity, and if he lets his opponents live it is only out of a desire to fight them again someday. He is a monster, yes, but underneath the skin are signs that he was not always this way. For one, he seems to have an inexplicable affinity towards animals, and though he will harm them if necessary he does so reluctantly. Steve will freely admit that he doesn't know why he feels this way, just that it "feels wrong somehow, you know, like in my head."
Steve, as a result to being frozen in the vacuum of space for an indeterminate period of time, is suffering from minor brain damage and amnesia. He can no longer feel pain, (a very dangerous condition, and definitely a detriment to his fighting capabilities in the long run.) and his memory of his life before being plucked from space is spotty at best. Despite claiming to have been born on Earth, his recollection of the planet is often inaccurate, to his great confusion.
Fighting Style: Put simply, Steve fights like a feral savage. Due to Steve's dislike of training in the traditional sense, his fighting style has a rough, self-taught feel to it, and is mainly focused on brutal savagery and fast, hard-hitting attacks with little regard for defense. Steve has no honor, and this is reflected in his willingness to cheat and utilize dirty tactics without hesitation. Steve hits harder than a guy of his build has any right to, and is wicked fast to boot. His real weaknesses are his lack of restraint and his sub-par defense.
History: Steve's memory of his life is rather spotty in places, but from what he remembers...
Steve was born on Earth, in a small town set in the middle of some vast plains. His family was very wealthy, and pretty much ran the town. It became very clear early on that Steve wasn't quite right in the head, as he was often caught torturing other children for torturing small animals, but most of these incidents were swiftly covered up by the family and forgotten about. Then, at some point, he killed them all and destroyed the entirety of the town and most everyone in it. He doesn't remember why, but that's what happened.. probably. Anyways, after that debacle he journeyed around the world, fighting powerful opponents and such. After one particularly humiliating defeat (The opponent was some big dude, Steve remembers. He had an awful haircut.) in which most of Steve's body from the nipple down (Including his left arm and both legs) was incinerated, and had to be replaced with robotic parts. After he was brought back, he decided to journey out into space for training, and blew up Namek for some reason along the way. (Though his memories of this are somewhat vague. It may have actually been a different planet, for all he knows.) As he was traveling back into Earth's atmosphere. During re-entry, however, a gigantic hole was mysteriously blown into the side of his ship. He quickly jumped into a nearby escape pod and ejected just before the ship was torn apart. Unfortunately, as he was fiddling with the controls, a chunk of the broken-up ship slammed into the side of the pod and caused another hull breach. Out of options, Steve quickly jumped into a (vacuum sealed) healing tank, saving his life. Alas, he hadn't had time to turn off the thrusters before getting to safety, and so the escape pod skimmed out of the atmosphere and sling-shotted out into deep space. Now, as the escape pod was floating about aimlessly, the healing tank.. well, healed him. It even re-grew the parts of his body that had to be replaced with mechanical parts. Unfortunately, this particular device wasn't designed with human biology in mind. It healed him well enough, but since it wasn't attuned to his anatomy, it thought he was dying (The race it was made for had a much faster pulse, for one) and froze him solid, putting him on life support.
It's at this point when things get a little clearer. Now, it's not really known how long Steve had been floating in space for, but he was eventually found by a prison colony, a space station orbiting an arid desert world where the galaxy's worst prisoners were sent. Once his ravaged escape pod was recovered, his rescuers naturally searched their files to figure out who he was. Now, as it would happen, Steve was wanted for the murders of some ten thousand people, but he had been presumed dead and his file was closed years ago. Once the prison staff finally managed to dig out his file and figure out who he was, they resuscitated him and imprisoned him there with the other dregs of society. As it happens, this turned out to be a bad idea. This particular prison had somewhat of a reputation for being inescapable (By virtue of being, you know, in space) and, weakened from his time frozen, Steve was forced to agree. Even if he broke out of his cell, (Which he could do easily) there wasn't really anywhere to go. However, he was only a few days into his imprisonment when he broke out of his cell anyway. He tore through the security staff like paper, and finally reached the main control room. There, he was confronted by the warden, who he ejected out of an airlock after breaking both of his arms. Then, Steve dropped the colony out of orbit. It wasn't all that hard, the place was designed to do that in case the prisoners ever took control of the prison, and Steve now had the warden's access codes.
As the colony slammed into the surface of the planet, it created a huge crater and wiped out pretty much everything for several hundred miles. Steve, having strapped himself into the warden's personal escape pod before impact, was saved from the horrendous burning death that all the other inmates suffered. Steve was stranded in space once again, in another escape pod. But this time, he had a destination. Earth.
Starting Planet: Earth
Techniques:
Offensive
[N1] Mouth Beam: A simple beam of condensed ki directed from Steve's open mouth. Has the advantage of being able to be used even if all his limbs are disabled.
[N1] Charged Strike: A simple unarmed/weapon attack but charged with ki, increasing the damage but requiring a long wind-up. Slow, but hits like a sack of bricks if it connects.
Support
[SU] Berserk: Faint memories of a powerful technique he once knew allow Steve to tap into his inner rage- forgoing all notions of defense and technique in return for raw power! Once activated, he takes 1.5x damage from all sources, but passively builds 1 'charge' every post after activation, which can then be allocated to an attack at any time he chooses. Steve cannot stop raging once he starts unless he either goes below 20% health or defeats his enemy.
