Sweat dripped down Gira's face as she hoisted herself even further up the tower. She could see the end in sight. At last, after two days of climbing, she was almost there. This was an interesting challenge indeed. She hadn't tried a feat like this without ki before. She felt herself growing stronger with each foot she climbed. The halfling smirked as she got ever closer to the end of the long journey. 'Just a couple hundred feet to go.' Gira thought cheerfully, inching up the tower. She was saving her strength for one final push. Up and up she went, fifty feet, then seventy-five, then one hundred. "This should be close enough." Gira stopped her ascent for a moment to get ready for the final push.
Gira gripped the rung she was on. 'One, two...' Her leg and arm muscles tensed, ready to throw herself up the last hundred feet. "Three!" She shouted the last number, throwing herself up the tower. She rocketed up the structure, coming up at the strange oval-shaped structure atop the tower. As she came down, Gira grabbed on to the railing. Pulling herself up and over, she collapsed on the white stone floor. The girl breathed heavily, allowing herself to relax after spending so much time not being able to relax at all. Gira chuckled to herself. "I actually made it." She stood up and looked out over the horizon. She was on a balcony of some sort, it seemed. Looking down, she truly got the sense of how far she climbed. "Wow! So high up..."
