The capitol city was somewhere Mimi would always feel uncomfortable within. Especially after she had sold off some of the stuff she had scrounged up within a few of the nearby alleys was helpful. She had been able to find a place to rest that was not all that questioning with the fact she was there. Especially after she had bounced a non paying customer out for the owner in a single toss and gaining the owners trust. Moving into the newly vacant room she was glad it was at least spacious enough for her to relax within as she continued to prepare herself for whatever it was that was to come on the planet.
She noticed a few Kagami workers within the hotel doing some of the more menial tasks but they were not shackled and actually seemed to be in good spirits as she passed them. There was one that was working for room service that she pulled aside when they came in and delivered her dinner to her. The Kagami was actually quite surprised to meet a Kagami as strong as Mimikku and gladly talked with her for close to ten minutes before having to return to work. Yet through him she realized that the owner of this place liked to use Kagami that were recently freed or had never actually been slaves. They all lived up on the top floor of the hotel and they were treated well.
Luckily for Mimi that meant so long as she did some odd jobs around here she would be fine to stay according to the worker. Thanking the young man she would eat and head outside once more. This time jumping up to the roof of the hotel to get a better view of the area and to gather her bearings so that she would be able to plan her next move.
