Name: Kuroma
Alias: N/A
Age: 34
Race: Kabochan
Gender: Dude, my dude
Appearance:
A large, brutish fellow, like most Kabochans. Kuroma stands at an imposing seven feet and two inches, sporting short black hair and a dull green scouter. His standard-issue battle armor is a dull grey, with black and white trimmings.
History:
Born on Kabocha, like most of his kind, Kuroma was a happy and rambunctious little kid. He was adventurous, always looking to get into trouble, and never able to sit down for a minute. His only problem was that he was a bit more... Dimwitted than his friends. He'd always be the one to try out whatever gross bugs they found, or step onto a rickety looking thing to test it out. He didn't mind much, though. As long as his friends were enjoying it, so was he.
Him and his buddies stayed together for years, fighting through academia and reaching adulthood as eager and powerful warriors. Instead of opting to join the Solar Empire, however, one of Koruma's friends had an idea. They would go into the mercenary business, and make a name for themselves! Kuroma didn't much care which way they went-- as long as they were together, it didn't matter.
For a few good years, their mercenary crew was the talk of the town. They were able to take on jobs that nobody else really wanted: clearing out a planet full of corn-cob shaped men, stealing from and then subsequently blowing up a space freighter owned by the Arcosian Empire, and even tussling with a rival merc group! Kuroma never caught the name, but one of his buddies called them "Cover" or something like that.
Of course, like all good things, Kuroma's mercenary group simply had to come to an end.
They were hired by some shadowy fellow to help guard a shipment of magic beans from Earth to the Raiti-Zacro. It was a simple jobs, but its always the simple ones that get you. They were ambushed when the space caravan took a pit stop on some planet that nobody bothered to name. It was those same punks from before. Cover... Or Convert... Or... We'll go with Convert. They had come back for revenge, and this time, they had the element of surprise on their side.
They tore through Koruma's friends in no time flat, but luckily for Kuroma, one of his closest friends, Soyo, jumped in front of an incoming blast in the nick of time, saving the brutish Kabochan from death. Sadly however, Soyo had died thanks to his heroic sacrifice, leaving Kuroma as the last man standing.
In a fit of rage and desperation, Kuroma tore through the squadron of Converts soldiers like butter through a knife, ending their terrible onslaught as quickly as it began.
He'd gotten revenge for his friends, but he still lost them. He'd been fighting with them his whole life! How could he go on without a family?
Crestfallen and without options, Koruma scooped up what remained of his friends and buried them on his homeworld, before traveling the stars in search of a new crew. Hopefully they'd be just as cool as his old friends, just less dead.
Starting Planet: Shikk
Techniques:
Offensive
[N1] Eraser Shot: Koruma charges up a beam of Ki in either his hands or his mouth, and fires. He prefers firing from his mouth.
