High above Arcose, a fireball lights up the dark night sky, drawing surprised looks from many below. One such witness is Taiga, who stares up at the brief flare. Setting his jaw, Taiga bursts off the ground, flying as fast as possible. After the recent invasion, the Arcosian soldier was not in any particular mood to witness yet another assault. It seemed best to go and investigate immediately.
He passes through the planet's atmosphere, and into the cold dark of space, searching for the cause of the flare...

Tekuma had flown through space from a undisclosed location, having sought advice on something he currently zoomed towards the planet known as Arcose. Tensions in space were running high, it was a dangerous time for the Arcosian Empire. That bastard slug had taken their identity by conquering them, it highly enraged the shapeshifting android. The Vaccuum of space was cold and heartless, but it was slightly soothing to the android.
Looking to the side as he approached the cold planet, an Arcosian came out of nowhere and caused a collision; where he smacked into the red-skinned lizard and was sent flying towards the ground by the gravity's pull.

Taiga was completely unprepared for the sudden collision. He only had enough time for his eyes to widen with surprise as something slammed into him, causing both parties to fall back to Arcose far below. As the Arcosian soldier gains speed as he falls, he manages to shake off the stun, and flares his Ki, allowing Taiga to take control of his fall.
Now out of freefall, Taiga opts to follow the other thing that had struck him, determined not to permit something terrible to befall Arcose yet again. As he flies, Taiga's scouter bleeps, warning him of a high battle rating... one well over two hundred thousand at that!! Concerned, Taiga speeds up, rapidly closing the space between himself and the ground. Hopefully, whatever this is, will fall into the barrens, and not into a city.

The red-haired android fell down towards the ground, stopping himself in a flare of dark black ki. A pathetic energy signature came up behind him, causing the male to briefly shapeshift into the black arcosian he had been while fighting Ais. Spinning around and noticing the red-skinned lizard finally coming into view, he growled lightly and slid to the side as to get a better view.
"Why were you in my way?" He snapped, red eyes cold and quite unforgiving.

Taiga quickly reaches the location, he stops roughly ten meters from the ground when he hears the indignant voice bark at him.
"You ask a question you should already be more than capable of answering yourself." Taiga retorts, allowing himself to float down and land smoothly on the ground. "Given the situation we have been facing, any anomaly in Arcose's orbit is my business to investigate. An explosion more than qualifies my reason for being up there."
Taiga points at the dark Arcosian.
"You struck me, therefore you were not paying attention." Taiga accuses lightly. His scouter screeches in warning, once more informing Taiga of this being's power. He does not recognize this Arcosian. So... what did that make him? An enemy? An adversary? An ally? "I do not recognize you; and I know most Arcosian's in the Empire's military. Identify yourself."
