Appearance: Majin Blue is a short slender majin boy with biometal tights and a BBA suppression belt, as well as blue toed white boots. His eyes are black majin eyes fitted with specialty scouter irises. Underneath his majin body is a white robotic endoskeleton.

History:
A long time ago, on a planet not so far away, there lived a big fat pink majin who was filled with innocence. One day, while the bodacious bubblegum blubberhead was going about his business, he felt a strange sensation coming on. And so, the majin had his first sneeze, sending a sizable gooey glob of pink flesh rocketing out of the atmosphere like a bullet.

Little did he know what his sneeze would become. Due to a fateful twist of destiny, the trajectory of the sneeze set the glob of majin bio-material to fly through the cosmos uninterrupted for thousands of years, passing by massive galactic landmarks without derail. However, as the goop was flying through the vast and infinite darkness of space, it passed by some rather malicious energies, flying right through the center of a mysterious blue nebula. The gummy flesh absorbed dark energy, and it built up inside of him, staining his formerly pink body a deep blue. Not only did it corrupt his spirit, but the nefarious cosmic energy embedded him with the power of the stars, ensuring his destiny as a great force of… dare we say it? Evil!

Thousands of years of painstakingly slow flying through space later, the sneeze finally smacked onto the surface of a planet, forming Majin Blue! But... It just so happened to be the Brenchian Gemini, a planet already infested with countless other majins. While on the Brenchian Gemini, he heard lots about the powerful arcosian emperors, and longed to meet them, but had no way of traveling off planet. He also had trouble getting people to do favors for him, as he was often violent and malicious, acting in sporadic and unpredictable ways. But after a series of space ferries across the galaxy, he eventually ended up on planet arcose. Unfortunately, he never met the Empress. But it was from there that he was relocated to the Arcosian Empire's then allied planet, Earth.

Upon arriving on Earth, the BBA was there to greet the new arrivals from planet Arcose, but Blue immediately lusted to absorb all of the single digit power levels around him. After a very short fight, Blue's attacks were contained by the BBA, and he was detained. 

But it just so happened at the time that the Blue Banner Army was conducting research on Majin physiology, as well as artificial intelligence. This new detainee provided the perfect opportunity to combine the fields and experiment. One of the primary questions of artificial intelligence was thus: how sapient can an artifical intelligence be while still retaining perfect obedience?

Blue was fitted with a robotic skeleton underneath his bubblegum flesh, and a BBA containment belt to suppress his power. He retained his regular personality, but a strange new factor was instilled by his bioconnetion with the skeleton. Blue now sought out—and had a deep psychological desire for—strong leaders. When faced with a strong leader or powerful authority, Blue's circuits would overwhelm him with endorphins like the sweetest candy, and he would become perfectly obedient: the ultimate soldier. But if he was faced with weak leaders or adversaries, his true viscious nature came out once more.

It just so happened that none of the low level commanders in the Kaos were suitable for his taste. And so the newly powered up Blue deserted, and set off to planet Arcose, in hopes of meeting the emperor and finding someone who could satisfy his desire. But unfortunately, when Blue arrived on Arcose, he found it entirely in disrepair, without a leader to guide him.

Utilizing his own power, Blue can work in tandem with his robotics. If the technique overloads, the kickback from his core deals 1/2 of the damage, possibly exploding him in the process. Barrier technique charges at 33%/66%!
