i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged As her space pod finally arrived at the Southern part of the world, it touched down and cracked open, allowing Kaile to step forth once more. Her arm had healed up mostly by now thankfully, it still hurt a lot but she could at least utilize it. Turning to her pod, she closed it and began to move away from it. Looking around the area she took in her surroundings for but a few moments, She could recall seeing something about someone being here... But she couldn't remember exactly what it was. It was a very brief glimpse at a sign she had seen as she was traveling here, Perhaps she had misread what was on it... Well either way it couldn't hurt to look around. Kaile was getting hungry anyway so scavenging for some wildlife might not be such a bad idea anyway. She didn't really care too much for the pod, it was a newer one anyway so it hadn't ever left earth and she rarely used it anyway with this being the second time. Techniques Used:

Articho lay stretched out on his bed, a bag of chips in his lap and a yellow ball of energy spinning on his finger tip. He had realized a little while after he had left Yamago's house that the old man hadn't told him the name of the technique. He studied the energy ball for a moment, ideas running through his mind as he munched on the chips in his lap. He was debating between Golden Spiral, the more formal of his two choices, and Ball Breaker, though he was certain he at least wanted "Quick Spin Shot" as a sub name. He liked the idea of a naming scheme akin to how he named his Kamehameha techniques and he had had the idea of applying the rotation factor of the technique to the Mountain Hermit's Drill. He wasn't exactly sure what it would do, but it could be cool.
The hybrid was about to flip a coin to decide on the main name when a loud crashing noise came from outside of his house. He looked away from the spinning yellow ball towards his window, kicking his feet off of his bed and standing up. He tossed the energy ball into the air and caught it, where it dissipated into the air. He hopped down the stairs two steps at a time, waving his parents back as they went to investigate. It was probably best that he handle it without his mother getting involved, lest she scare off any potential students. She had been getting rather cranky as her pregnancy neared full term. Articho stepped outside to see a woman with spiky black hair and a monkey tail that looked a fair bit younger than him.
"Lemme guess: you want training?" Articho asked. His own tail flicked in slight annoyance as the idea of putting out his contact information seemed even better than before.

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged Kaile's attention was grabbed as her scouter began beeping at her, turning towards where it was reading the power from her head tilted some when he spoke. Training? So she did see a sign that said someone lived out here. Inside her mind she was grinning quite widely, but on the outside she simply smiled and nodded "Yes actually, I saw a sign that said someone lived out here that might offer some training. So I came to investigate, sorry about the pod... It's new so I'm not entirely used to how well it operates." She played it off as though this was her entire intention, if this man was so popular that training from him was advertised then perhaps learning from him would help increase her power! She quickly gave the man a deep bow "My name is Kaile, Pleased to meet you!" On top of training, this man appeared to be a Saiyan like herself. If this truly was the case then his training would DEFINITELY help her get stronger! "I apologize if I was supposed to make an appointment or something before coming here, I just assumed it'd be alright if I showed up... Though if you're busy I can always come back another time!"Techniques Used:

Articho nodded in confirmation. "Yeah I put that sign there, so people wouldn't be completely lost. Just be glad my mother didn't beat me out here and find you first. She's just a human, but she'll mess you up no matter how strong she is," he replied with a laugh. His smile faltered for a moment upon hearing her name. "Kaile." The name was familiar to him. His mind flashed back to his meeting with Polara in the afterlife, where Kaile was the name of the Saiyan who had eaten her whole. Articho became slightly more weary of the girl in front of him, crossing his arms over his chest as he gave her a once over.
"While that would be preferred, you couldn't have known. I need to put my information out first," the hybrid said, his tail flicking. "You got lucky on the timing 'cause I'm not busy right now, but just 'cause you showed up doesn't mean I'm gonna train you. You're going to have to prove that you deserve it first. Especially since I've heard your name before and it was related to some pretty unsavory things."

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged Kaile chuckled softly at his statement of his Mother finding her first, though internally she was very conflicted at this point. He was a hybrid, his Mother was a human... Oh how she despised his kind. Alas she hadn't a choice, either his Power Level was hidden or it far exceeded hers.... regardless it mattered not. She made sure her outer appearance showed naught but an innocent saiya-jin seeking tutelage from this man, But as he finished his statement her eyes opened and her face took on a more serious demeanor "I see..." He could be referring to any number of events, best not to jump to conclusions... "What kind of things exactly? And just what is it that you require from me to prove to you my intentions and gain your teachings?" She wished to try and keep this conversation about him as much as possible, so keeping the topic on training would be most ideal. She would need to be very careful around Articho, especially now that he had said he'd heard of her. The water she tread now was dangerous waters, one wrong word... one misstep, and it could be completely over for Kaile. Techniques Used:

"First off, before you go losing your mind if you don't already know, death isn't permanent. I've died and come back to life. Whether or not you believe me, I don't really care, 'cause you will after I tell you this," Articho said. "While I was dead, I came across the spirit of an Arcosian named Polara, who told me you ate her. After that, I happened to see you were wanted by the Galactic Patrol." The hybrid hopped down from the porch, his boots shifting the soft sand beneath his feet as he kept a hard gaze on Kaile. He let his energy rise in strength slightly, a message that he wouldn't take lying lightly. "Let me hear your side of this story first, then we'll decide what it takes to prove whether I should take the time to actually train you."

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged As Articho began to talk once more, Kaile's attention remained focused on him. Her scouter locked to his Power, Her full undivided attention locked to his eyes. So, Death wasn't permanent, eh? That means that Arcosian bitch would be back eventually. However... At his mention of Polara her eyes went wide and she let out an audible gasp, but it didn't last long. Her eyes were quick to return to the serious demeanor that she had kept up previously, She knew not who, or what, this Galactic Patrol was and she didn't really care. The man's power increased a bit as he hopped off of the porch, her eyes narrowing slightly more. Kaile closed her eyes and let out a soft sigh "Very well, I shall tell you my side. When we crossed paths, it was as I was in search of simple scrap metals for a merchant. Despite that she was an Arcosian I harbored no real intent on wishing to fight her, I instead wished to simply gather the materials and leave. At first it seemed like she too was in the same intent, wishing for me to simply leave as quickly as possible. And so I did, I gathered the materials requested and was leaving. That's when she transformed and attacked me, At first I attempted to flee however without my Oozaru form she was far faster. She made the mistake of not immediately killing me when she had the chance, so I did what was necessary to survive. I transformed into an Oozaru and killed her. Had I not then it might've been me you met instead. Believe me or not I don't care, My desire here is to be trained. Nothing more. I have no intent of trying to kill anyone on this planet, I made a loose promise to another Arcosian. I intend on keeping that promise." Her eyes once more opened as she gazed upon Articho, Truly all she wanted from this man was training. Defrosch made it seem like his attitude wasn't unique to himself, that others were just as he was. If this was true, then this half-saiyan would be the beginning of it. Techniques Used:

Kaile's sudden shift in expression and gasp at the mention of Polara's name confirmed that she was responsible for Polara's death. Her recovery back to a steely gaze didn't do much to convince him otherwise. He crossed his arms over his chest again as he listened to the Saiyan explain her reasoning for what she did. He drummed his fingers on his bicep as his thoughts raced. He wasn't sure who he should believe in this situation. He wanted to trust Polara since he found her in heaven, but the evidence didn't lean one way or the other. Sure, Kaile had been wanted by the Galactic Patrol, but they had also wanted to arrest Vi Poi, so he wasn't sure he could 100% trust what they were wanting. Whatever the case, he could at least have some influence in pushing her towards a better direction if anything.
"Alright. I'll take your word for it on this one. But if I catch wind of anything from you, I will find you myself," Articho warned, narrowing his eyes one final time before looking over her shoulder at a nearby island. He pointed at it to direct her attention towards it. "Head over there and I'll get an assessment of your skill level. If you try to use any attacks, please avoid directing them at my house."

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged Kaile waited patiently for the males response to her side, the truth, of the story, the most frustrating part about all this was it was unlikely she'd be believed simply because she was a Saiyan and Polara was an Arcosian. How would she truly convince people she was fighting in self defense? Bah, whatever it didn't matter. As Articho gave his response she smiled and gave a slight bow as a thanks, Once she was given the instructions she nodded and took off towards the other Island. She took special note of where his house was, wanting to avoid any unnecessary attention in the wrong way from him. As she arrived she picked a specific spot, one that was open and cleared. Thankfully this island was devoid of most tree life, as she turned around and noticed the male following behind she readied herself. Her right hand came forward directly in front of her chest, her body lowering towards the ground slightly as her left hand came backwards behind her head as if mimicking a stinger on a scorpion. She waited for his go-ahead before she would make a move, keeping her eyes trained on the hybrid. As much as she detested socializing, much less learning from, a hybrid saiyan... She had little choice at this point. She was failing time and again to move past her own self-inflicted barriers, time and again she failed and was knocked back farther and farther it seemed. So now it was time to take an entirely, unexpected, route, socializing and learning from a race that she despised almost as much as the Arcosians. Until he gave the signal she would simply stand there, her eyes trained on the male and refusing to let him out of her sight if possible. Techniques Used:

Articho followed behind Kaile to the designated training island, watching her closely as she flew ahead of him. He was...unsure of what to make of the female Saiyan. He wanted to mistrust her, but her attitude made him think otherwise. She didn't seem like she was lying, but neither did Polara. From what he could tell, it was seemed that both of them thought they were in the right and the other was in the wrong. He wouldn't ever know what really happened between the two of them, nor would he know who the real aggressor was. All he could really do was plan on keeping an eye on both of them whenever Polara resurrected. Of course, that didn't dispel the serious sense of apprehension and distaste that Kaile was giving off. She was clearly one of the more traditional Saiyans out there, thinking their race the best and despising the idea of being beneath anyone else. That would make it a little more difficult to get her to work with him, unless she was really willing to set aside her pride.
Articho landed on the ground across from Kaile and watched as she took her stance. He stretched his arms across his chest as he studied her for a moment. "Alright, I want you to come at me with everything you've got," the hybrid instructed. "I want to get an assessment of your skills to see what you may need to work on. Don't expect me to hold back against you, though. No one you'll be fighting will, but I will avoid hitting with my full strength. Now, feel free to start whenever you're ready."

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged The wind slowly began to pick up as Articho landed in front of her and began speaking, instructing her that he wanted her to come at him with everything she had. Before she actually started with what he requested, She tapped her scouter just to get a read on his Power Level. 247,000? That's going to be impossible... Oh well She smirked to herself as she dropped her stance, grasping the shirt that she wore she lifted it up and over her head before dropping it on the ground where it landed with a heavy crash. He wanted her to come at him with her full power, So keeping her weights on was a bad idea. So be it. She outstretched both arms slowly to form a semi-T shape look to her body, as balls of ki formed and began to rapidly expand, the left orb was a redish hue whilst the right one was purple in it's color. As she brought her hands together to form two claw-shapes with her hands she spoke "Final Flash Cannon!" The two orbs seemed to almost fuse together to create a swirling vortex of red and purple energy as it fired out in a beam directly at Articho, She knew it obviously wouldn't do much to Articho but that wasn't the point of it. Instead the moment it made impact with him her hands dropped and she quickly rushed at the man from behind the blast, Swinging her entire body as she swung her right leg in an arc towards the side of Articho's neck in an attempt to send the man flying by catching him off guard. Fighting someone as powerful as Articho, even right as she was, was almost impossible. She could've easily charged her attack and that would do some damage to the man but... That would take an extremely long time, at least a minute or so, to do. But considering he said he holding back she assumed if she tried then he'd just attack her while she did that, thus making the strategy an extremely terrible one. So instead she would use diversion tactics, make him keep his attention elsewhere while she launched attacks from another side. Techniques Used: >>>>>>Final Flash Cannon[MP3] - Bringing both hands back in a claw-shape on opposite sides of each other, a large red hued glow begins to emanate from the user growing in size rapidly when charged. The left ball of energy is a large red orb, whilst the right one is a large purple orb. The user launches the attack by bringing both hands together, similar to Final Flash causing the two energies to swirl together and make a kaleidoscope of Red and Purple hues.

Articho watched Kaile ready herself for the spar by taking off her weighted clothing. It did little to even out the power gap between them, but her fighting at full strength would give him a better gauge of her abilities. In future training sessions, if she has any at all, the hybrid planned on letting her keep them on. It'd be more beneficial to her training in the long run. He grinned as she lowered her hands to her sides and began charging up an attack. "Oh, we're already at this, are we?" he said in a joking tone. "So quick to play your strongest card." Articho stayed still as she brought her hands together and shot the red and purple beam at him. He could just barely feel the heat of the beam when her energy moved behind him and he subsequently vanished, leaving the beam to hit its own user and his afterimage looking of its shoulder at her.
The hybrid reappeared a few feet to her left, his arms crossed over his chest as he smirked at her. "I'll give you credit. A diversion tactic is a smart idea. It probably would have worked if we were closer in terms of strength." he commented, lowering one hand to his side. A small, yellow ball of energy formed in his hand, rotating rapidly as he raised his hand upwards. A small whirlwind formed around his hand as the energy ball picked up in its spinning speed. "But you made one mistake. You put all of your energy into one attack too early. Now, you don't have a counter for this."
In one quick motion, Articho lunged forward, spinning his body 360 degrees before chucking his energy ball at Kaile. "Ball Breaker: Aureal Rotation Shot!" he shouted as the attack left his fingers. It shot across the island, whipping up sand and grass as it shot towards her. The hybrid quickly vanished and reappeared behind Kaile, aiming a powerful side kick at her back. As he recovered, he lifted his hand in front of his face and splayed his fingers in front of it in a goofy pose. "See what I mean? Not so fun when you can't dodge."

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged Kaile had a smirk spread over her face as she reappeared behind the male, Only to have her face quickly shift as her hands moved swiftly as her own attack collided with her, an explosion erupted around her but she was still standing once the smoke had cleared. Panting heavily she turned her attention half-way towards the male with her eyes narrowing at him, yet another who mocked her... No! That was bad thinking, If she let herself revert to her previous thought process then she'd never learn anything from this man. She knew he was a Super Saiya-jin, he just had to be. If this was indeed the case then she had to learn from him, It was then that he complimented her on her tactic... Well it's a start. One hand dropped and she immediately went into a more defensive stance, both hands forming a shape that resembled that of a tiger's claw. Both hands now shifted, one in front of her face as the other guarded her torso, She was panting that was for sure, but it was mostly due to her own attack hitting her rather than the energy she used up. She had put a lot into it but not as much as he might've thought, he fired the attack shortly after and Kaile braced herself. She knew this was going to hurt but she wasn't entirely sure just how much, It was then that she felt a sharp pain in her lower back which caused her stance to falter. She was sent flying forward right into the blast, the ball of Ki slamming into her stomach before exploding. If Arti could see her... it wasn't pretty. The moment it had made contact Kaile let out a spurt of blood from her mouth, when it exploded... Well it was less than pretty to put it mildly. Most of her clothing had been torn to shreds, and the female Saiya-jin laid on the ground seemingly unconscious. Her body was doubled over, the right side of her head placed against the ground. Her hands were folded over each other and she was half curled into a ball. Blood dripped from almost every possible spot, both of her ears, her mouth, her nose, cuts all over her body. It definitely didn't look good from first glance. Perhaps he had killed her unintentionally, or perhaps some vague sense of life remained. Those that could sense ki knew she was still alive, albeit barely, How the young Saiya-jin survived a blast like that... who could truly tell. But she was alive, and after a few moments if left undisturbed she'd begin to twitch. Slowly but surely she began to rise from the ground, it was a slow and painful struggle for the girl. She almost fell back to the ground several times, but by the time she rose her eyes stared directly into Articho's, a fierce determination resided within them. She would not be dissuaded. Whilst she could barely move she wouldn't allow this man to think she was going to back down, One by one she began to take steps towards him, It was a slow process... And it was one that was obvious that she wouldn't make it to him. Her body was already beyond its limits, yet she still pushed forward... Still refused to go down. Techniques Used:

Articho's smirk was replaced by a look of worry as he studied Kaile on the ground. She didn't appear to be moving and she was bleeding an awful lot. He would have thought she was dead if he hadn't been able to sense her ki, which was still there, though it was incredibly weak. He cursed himself silently for going overboard, but he also felt kind of pleased with himself. Maybe now, she would know he wasn't messing around and was serious in his threat that he would come for her if she stirred up trouble. He took a step towards the Saiyaness when she stirred and slowly rose from the ground, albeit with incredible difficult. He watched Kaile rise from the ground and glare at him with determination in her eyes. He was impressed, so injured and yet not willing to give up. She was a Saiyan, that was for sure, but she had her limits at the same time. He strode up to her, taking one of her arms and draping it over his shoulder to support her.
"You're going to hate me for this I know, but you're definitely done," Articho said firmly. He transferred most of her weight onto his back and floated up off of the ground and back towards his house. "I'm impressed, though. You're willing to keep fighting even when you know you can't carry on. I want you to recover before coming back to me, but since you're already fairly strong, feel free to come back whenever and I'll start teaching you some techniques. Sound alright to you?"

i dare for you to tell me “please don't cry” @tagged Part of Kaile wanted to slap his arm away as he reached for her, but even as she told her body to do so... It refused to move. It was taking all of her strength just to stand there, but as she felt herself lifted into the sky her body almost went limp against the man. Her unheld arm fell to her side, her heavy panting turning into ragged, slow breaths. Her head slowly fell limp as she felt the wind slowly passing by them as he carried her off, He began to speak to her... Claiming to be impressed by her sheer strength of Will. That was something wasn't it? Perhaps, but was it truly enough for Kaile? Not really... But despite that she had nothing she could really use against him, She had one secret technique she had never shown off but... Perhaps now was not the time to show her trump card. She simply smirked and chuckled slightly "I suppose I have no choice..." She simply allowed the man to carry her for now, in truth she was simply glad nobody else could see this. The Saiya-jin Princess not only learning from a known Hybrid but... To allow him to carry her as well. It made her disgusted on the inside, but she needed this training. He had power beyond her own and if he was willing to share this, then she would need to allow this to happen for now at least. 'Soon... Soon I shall come for you Defrosch, and when I do...
