Pistachioto
APPEARANCE
Pistachioto has short, chocolate brown hair that looks rather scruffy. It goes down to just above her neck, sticking up in odd spots. She is very pale, with bright red cheeks. Pistachioto is very short and quite skinny, with small, slim legs and arms. She wears a bright red scarf, in a circular shape around her neck that stretches into a longer strand. She typically wears a blue sweater with purple stripes, above short pants. She wears short, black boots on her feet.
Pistachioto was raised with an exposure to both ki and her parent's technology from a young age. Her extended family was full of Martial Artists and other ki practitioners, and she often visited with her cousins, uncles, and other relatives. But the one she most enjoyed time with was her grandfather, who showed her how to use ki. He was a former monk, and still followed many of his former beliefs. He lived in a small home on Mount Paozu, gathering food for himself. When Pistachioto visited with him, he would always teach her some new ki techniques, which she always took an interest in. Not just that, but her grandfather also gave her lessons in morality, that she took to heart. He taught her that violence should absolutely be avoided, never harming life. These lessons Pistachioto took to heart, and still believes in now.
Pistachioto's life seemed perfect, for a long while. That is, until something terrible happened. Her parents had been taking her to their station, showing her the many different devices they used to capture criminals, something she had always taken an interest in. That was when they were called out, seemingly a simple job, a jewelry thief. They left Pistachioto at the station, assuming they would come back quickly. But it wasn't just a mere thief they were taking on. The thief, it turned out, had the ability to use ki. She managed to shoot both of Pistachioto's parents with ki blasts to the chests, piercing both of their hearts. This loss absolutely devastated Pistachioto. As soon as she was told, she ran, as fast as she could, fleeing the city, fleeing her old life, going to her one sanctuary of hope: her grandfather.
When she arrived, Pistachioto's grandfather tried his best to comfort her. He assured her that it was natural for people to die, it was just part of life. But not much managed to help. It took quite some time, nearly a year, for her to truly feel better. She kept practicing ki, hoping to find ways to use it to bring peace and stop violence across the world. And that, is how our story begins.
HISTORY
Pistachioto's life was, for the beginning of her life, quite ordinary. Both of her parents were working in the police, and they lived in West Capitol. Both of them knew of the existence of ki, for they had many relatives that used ki on a regular basis. But although they knew about it, they chose not to use it, preferring to use advanced weaponry in their work. It was but a few years after they met that they had Pistachioto, and they did their best to raise her.Pistachioto was raised with an exposure to both ki and her parent's technology from a young age.
