Spinach Wastes. Clear of people, animals and having only greens and acres of grass only. Little to no life-forces aside from the tall Namekian at all. Ukare, the Namek, had been standing there awaiting for a familiar face to come and speak with him. His weights all draping over his tall figure. Turban and cape being of a dark, crimson red that secreted an orange orb and shoulder armor underneath. His antenna tucked underneath the turban and the Namek donning his navy blue facial mask. Eyes shut and bare brows furrowed. He was growing rather bored.
@athren

It wasn't one of the best of day's for Athren but it had been a day that he could smile about nonetheless. Upon waking up in the morning he had discovered that his cute little puppy friend had decided to lay his canines into the soft fabric of the couch down near the corner by the legs. He didn't do much damage to the couch but it had definitely been a noticeable event. Considering it hadn't been his couch he had felt quite bad about it and there wasn't anything he could do to fix it. He'd have offered the owners of it to replace it but it had already been in rough shape due to the youngest of the sisters uncontrolled outbursts of burning things at random. Either way, there wasn't much to be done so he did what any good dog owner would do. He had scolded his puppy severely and locked him away in the recently purchase dog cage as punishment. In the cage though were a bowl of water and another filled with dog food. The dog wasn't going without comfort either. He had a nice blanket in one corner and old news papers covering the bottom of it in the situation of him making a bigger mess.
Slowly Athren crouched down in front of the cage and stared in at his furry little friend. "That was bad Sprocket. You shouldn't be chewing on things here. It'll end up with you in this cage." That being said Athren lifted his hand and tapped the top of the cage twice. The thin metal bars would have rattled lightly and made a quiet yet noticeable noise throughout the tiny apartment complex that they had both been living in. Sprocket couldn't help but tilt his head in confusion. He couldn't quite wrap his furry little head around why he was stuck in the cage. He was just trying to have fun, he didn't know that that REALLY big chew toy was valuable. Being locked up he couldn't of helped but to make a small cry. This cry was one in hopes of making Athren let him out but Athren wasn't going to fall for it. "Nope. You damaged the couch so you're stuck in here for a bit. You've got everything you need in there so lay down and take a nap or something. In the meantime, I've got places to be so when I get back I'll take you out for a run. Alright?" With that being said, Athren stood up and Sprocket went into the corner with the blanket and laid down nicely. "Good boy." Athren said as he watched his dogs actions. He had followed orders and that was reason enough for the positive comment. Athren then looked up at the clock. "Well Sprocket. I'm going to go meet Ukare. So be quiet will you? Don't piss off anybody else in this place or we'll both be homeless. I'll see you later." With that Athren walked over to the window on the far side of the place. He could have went to the door but that was way too slow for his liking. At least this way he was more than able to hit the skies in a hurry. Reaching the window he opened it slowly. Before leaping out he couldn't help but glance back to Sprocket who had already been attempting to get a nap in. Very quietly Athren mumbled. "Be good little guy." He didn't know how but he had cared for that little creature WAY too much. Much more than a saiyan should care about anything for that matter. Though he didn't care. He was very pleased to have met the dog and even happier that it had turned into this kind of a friendship. It changed him for the better and he was grateful for that. Finally, Athren propped himself onto the edge of the window and leaped off.
He didn't let any time go by before letting his Ki raised him into the air. He didn't want to bring any more attention to himself than he may have by pulling that stunt. Last thing he wanted was for news reporters to knock on the apartment door and ask for the freak who jumped out the window, though that was an amusing though. Especially if Kaiyo was the one to answer. That woman did have one hell of a temper and would probably tell them where to go almost immediately. Would be a good source of entertainment.
Continuing his flight and following the directions that Ukare had given him Athren figured it wouldn't take very long to reach the destination point. In all honest Athren was looking forward to seeing his friend again. They hadn't talked since their first and last spar and it was well overdue. A respect was found for the Namek during the last encounter. In fact, a respect was found for all Namekains just because of that. Before Athren had met Sprocket the pride of his people had made him a closed minded and selfish being. Saiyan pride was an asset at times but usually it ended up being a liability. Underestimating his opponents was NEVER the issue with it though. The issue was that Athren always had too much confidence in himself and believed that no member of another race would be able to take him out. Luckily though this had been taken care of in a friendly spar instead of a death match with another.
Getting closer and closer to the location, another thing had crawled into Athren's mind. Well. It didn't crawl in, it just never left. It had only been overcome by other thoughts momentarily. He thought about Kaiyo. That tempered red head had pretty much consumed his mind. He couldn't help but think about her or the talk that he had with Anzu about her. He wanted to eventually show her affection and it sounded like he had a good chance, but it didn't amuse him how long he'd be waiting to do so. Plus the though of it not working the way he wanted too didn't help either. Luckily this thinking process hadn't lasted too long. It had been clouded over. Moments ago Athren had been flying over grassy meadows that led to even more grassy meadows. It sounded like the place that Ukare and him had agreed to meet and surely it was. He had spotted the tall green figure standing out in the middle of it all.
Quickly Athren reached Ukare and landed firmly on his two feet. His attire was his usual. His old saiyan jumpsuit and his old worthless piece of armour. Really all the chest plate was doing was attaching the heavy weights Athren had purchased to his body. So it did have some sort of use.
With a large smile on his face Athren's ocean blue eyes locked onto Ukares. A light breeze would have ruffled the black hair of the young saiyan lightly. "Hey Ukare!" If the Namek had been an observant one he would more than likely be able to tell how positive Athren was now and how light hearted he had become. "How's it going? It's been a while since you and I talked. Our spar was the last time I believe? I'm happy to see you again. " Was the words that the saiyan had said in a very friendly tone of voice.
He observed Ukare's outfit quite closely. To him it had looked odd. It was probably some sort of traditional Namek wear. Though the same thing could probably been said about Athren's attire from the Namekian's point of view. Regardless that didn't matter. What mattered is that they were both here and healthy.
Before letting Ukare get a word in Athren decided to comment on the choice of location. "You really know how to pick bland and boring places, don't you? Though at least this ones a little bit more colourful than the last. I'll give you that." With that being said Athren went silent to allow his friend a word. It would be quite rude of him to talk without giving Ukare a chance.

The Namek was silent. His arms crossed and eyes remaining to be shut. His large and pointed ears listening to the serene rustle of the leaves and grass blades beneath him. His mouth cracked into a single frown and exhibiting a look of pure seriousness and not a hint of humor tainting his expression. Although, his ears did prick once or twice as Athren made his way over to the scene.
Someone definitely got soft. Since their previous battle, Athren was more hard and prone to fighting first- banter in the middle or even after totally. The Namekian, though, had no contact with passion from another person and even forced himself to deflect emptions as useless as love. Only compassion and other serious emotions were shown. And at the moment, only pure strictness was being displayed. As Athren ended his entire little log, Ukare pointed a finger at his new friend.
"Enough banter. I challenge you, Athren. You've gotten stronger and so have I. I'll listen to you babble about your affairs after I mop the floor with you!" The Namek wasted not a single moment, cartwheeling back before crouching low in a position.

Athren couldn't help but arch a brow at his tall green friend. Really? No conversation. That kind of seemed a little bit rude but he did get right to the bunch and the saiyan couldn't help but shave down his bright smile into that devilish little trade mark smirk he always got when he was about to engage in combat. "Alright. If you're that eager to get beat then sure. I won't waste any more time with the nonsense." In his ocean blue eyes a fire had been lit. It was in his blood, the love of fighting. Almost nothing had beaten that feeling. He was born into a world full of fighting and he was damn well going to die in a fight, a true saiyan death. Though that didn't matter now because hopefully that wouldn't happen any time in the near future.
Staring down his opponent Athren took a large leap back. His feet planted firmly against the soft grass. Both of his arms came up as he took his defensive stance. On the inside he was extremely excited. He couldn't wait to land a hit and even feel the hard knuckles of the warrior opposing him drag across his own cheek. He was like a little boy at a candy store or better yet, he was like Sprocket chewing on the couch in the apartment. The thrill of doing it was amazing but the reward was similar to the reward that Sprocket had received for his actions as well. It was more of a punishment. Athren would wind up sore instead of a cage but like chewing on the couch it would be worth every single damn second of it.
Last time, if Athren had remembered correctly he had given Ukare the first move. Of course this could have been remembered wrong because he also did recall taking a couple punches to the head. This time he wouldn't make the same mistake twice. Athren would move in and draw first blood. Which would hopefully work. If it didn't the young saiyan warrior was almost positive that he'd have some way out if things had gone bad. In a friendly spar it couldn't go that bad anyway, could it?
Ready to launch his assault Athren stood there, his devilish smirk still on his face. His exterior looked stone cold and solid. It looked like he wasn't such a soft guy after all but a strong and tough warrior that was bred to kill. If someone were to judge a book by its cover and have the inner material oppose the front. It would suit Athren's situation. Inside, he was now kind and caring. On the outside he'd look ready to kill. Which wasn't the case here but he was ready to beat Ukare to a pulp. Which he was definitely about too or at least try.
Leaping forward Athren launch himself viciously at the Namekian standing before him. He used his Ki to hover across the ground that he travelled over. His speed was incredible. The grass blew back in the wind that Athren had caused. The fight had now begun. Athren's first move would be quite a simple one. He'd have launch his left foot straight towards Ukare's stomach with everything he had. The motion of the kick would insure that Athren's full strength flowed with the blow to increase the maximum potential of the impact. His second move would have been similar. Assuming that Ukare would either block, catch or dodge the first kick Athren put his money on blocking. So his second move would have whipped his right foot up to the fabric covered Jaw of the namekian. "I won't hold back this time!" Athren said in a confident tone of voice to try and get Ukare's blood pumping.
For his first little attack that would be it. Athren knew he had a good offensive set of manoeuvres that could pummel through a solid bunch of targets and what he needed to work on his defensive abilities. His defence was good and solid but it lacked in proper counter attacks. He was always too much of a brawler style fighter in light situations that he let himself be wide open for attacks and that was mostly due to his heavy offence that he liked. Sooner than later though he'd have to learn to be better and now was good of time as any to do so.

Athren looked as though he was a little curious to why his silent friend responded as such. From Ukare's view, anyway. He'd listen and converse all they'd like. The Namekian shook his head and raised the familiar navy blue veil that he would often use to conceal himself; an act of honor, in which his losing opponent wouldn't know who their better was and not cry to him whenever they'd battle. Beneath his veil, though, the Namek smiled some. Though his mysterious articles of clothing's weighed him a bit more with the passing time. A sweat breaking from his bare forehead.
Nodding, Ukare ran forward. Hands open and swinging from back to forth. His feet smashing and stomping against the floor from how heavy he simply was. Though, as he run, he'd muster as much strength as he could into the powerful muscles that he boasted from the many passing years of growing. His right hand flinging out to blast perhaps, two to three separate spheres of ki before his entire body spun up, the dirt around him giving a flashy show for his ascent. Upon stop, his left hand would utilize the hyper-extension that Namekian's boasted to attempt to latch onto Athren's legs and pull him. The pull ending with a hopeful right hook to the Saiyan's right side.

Finally engaging in combat Athren's heart started pumping. The excitement of the situation was incredible. Athren could feel his warm blood rapidly pumping through every inch of his body. The devilish smirk on his face had refused to fade away, even though he was about to have a very violent spar, or so he hoped it was like his body and mind had been at complete peace. It was the perfect getaway for the young saiyan.
Regardless of how he felt he couldn't let the mood cloud his judgement, he was in action and needed to take action for he had three incoming ki blasts that had wrecked his previous plan of attack. Instead of proceeding through with the two kicks he had planned he had to evade or block the three incoming attacks. Due to the speed he was travelling at and the speed they were travelling at he really didn't have to much time to plan and then act. He could only do one thing and that was 'wing it'. That had worked in the past plenty of times to get him out of sticky situations though more than that it had gotten him into those tough situations.
Having his trademark smirk on his face Athren shouted out to Ukare in a very confident tone. "What's the matter Ukare!? Afraid to meet my fist?!" With that he quickly leaped over the first blast of Ki and let it go between is spread legs. If it had been any higher it probably would have made contact with Athren's.. 'Dragon Balls' and that would have ended the fight pretty damn quickly. Landing back on his feet and going into a skid from the momentum he didn't have time to dodge the other two incoming blasts, his feet slid softly and easily against the green grass. Swiftly he brought his right hand up and smacked it against the second of the trio blasts of Ki to direct it to his right side to avoid causing him damage. The third received similar treatment but instead of Athren's right hand coming up to defend it was his left to deflect it over to the left side of him. Of course it was a success and Athren received absolutely no damage from either or the three.
Athren was then prepared to launch himself to close to Ukare again and close the gap quickly though once again his plan got put to a quick and easy stop. Before he could launch himself the warrior Namek had stretched his grasp with his stretchy arm in an attempt to grip Athren and tug him in closely.
Thinking quickly Athren sidestepped it letting it slide past his body instead of gripping it. If Athren could he would attempt to grip Ukare's stretched arm tightly. If that succeeded it would have only been phase one of Athren's plan. Next up he'd pivot on spot with Ukare's arm tightly in his grasp only to release him towards the air with a MASSIVE amount of force that would surely send the Namekian fighter sky high.
Athren would then blast off in pursuit. If he could he'd close the gap quickly to try and catch the Namek before he stopped himself mid air. Regardless, when and if Athren closed the gap his next move would be a right fist towards the Namek's jaw.

The Namek raised his arm up, guarding his face effectively. The rush being high and adrenaline extreme. Athren's taunt was nigh, as it was much too easy to ignore it and simply continue fighting on. As he was guarded and ultimately evaded, Ukare would easily attempt a brutal head-butt for Athren's temple. Had the attack been a success, or failure, the Namekian would try for a nasty right hook and follow up with a left for Athren's throat. A much needed attempt for Ukare's knee meeting Athren's..orbs, was to be a follow up. Gotta check if the Saiyan was still him.

Amrenth walked around an ostensibly endless field of grass, and rolling hills intermittently speckled with trees, mostly pines, leaving food a very scarce thing. Food demanded most of his thoughts, so he attempted not to think on occasion, until his stomach grumbled in protest. That’s when he realised it was impossible to block out food completely. He had been starving for three days, now. At least, it had turned dark two times, but he refused to trust his memory too much, especially after last time. He had found himself naked, without recollection of most events from before, in the middle of nowhere. The last thing he remembered was a scuffle with a group of nasty people, surrounded by large buildings.
After that: the heavy thumping in his chest.
He clasped the part of his makeshift shirt in front of his heart. The idea of the heavy thumping terrified him now, he saw it as a sign he would end up without memory, so he checked from time to time, especially after a stretch of running. Although his heart beat fast after exercise, it never felt as strongly as that time. When his heart seemed to want to burst through his chest, and go about its merry business.
Maybe that’s what it did, Amrenth thought. It went about its own merry way.
Still, he was trying to return to the city he last remembered, because he still felt strongly of becoming like that person he had seen on the poster. Wearing a cool costume, beating up bad guys. But how would he get back? He had been walking for days and there hasn’t been a road in sight, no vehicles to hitch a ride from like back then. Oh, the tournament! He remembered seeing the fight on a big screen – everything beyond that still drew a blank.
He plopped down on the grass, flicking his tail about in an agitated manner. He would probably pass out due to hunger, and subsequently die. Yep, that was it for him. Before he could ruminate on his nihilistic ideas, he noticed something: three consecutive short bursts of light. He started a mad dash towards to where he saw the three lights before he noticed two individuals fighting ahead. One was green – he had never seen a green one before. The second appeared much like other people except for his tail.
“Wait, a tail! I have a tail!” Amrenth exclaimed proudly.
That was when he noticed an orb of light coming increasingly closer. As the ki blast was growing larger and larger, Amrenth dove down to the grass just in time to avoid it. The searing energy grazed his back as he realised he had grass in his mouth. Crawling, he inched further, until he could definitely tell that the green one was attacking the Tailed Man. Should he intervene and aid the man with the tail, he wondered.

As the fight had continued Athren's smirk grew larger and larger. It was expected for the saiyan to be living in paradise right now. It was in his blood to have a love of fighting. Though this fight wasn't exactly going any which way he had planned at the moment though. He'd have to do better than that to land a good solid knuckle sandwich on the Namek's face. Though first he had to worry about defending himself and it seemed like the Namekian warrior wanted to inflict some major pain.
First of all, Athren had to deal with a devastating head-butt that had been launched by the green, hard headed warrior. Time to react was very limited but it wasn't anything that Athren couldn't handle. Of course Athren had watched the Namek evade his attack and prepare the next attack directed towards Athren. In defence the young saiyan didn't want to evade it. He wanted to match the Namekian's brute force with his own brute force. Athren quickly turned his head to the Namek and brought his head back. Thrusting it forward he collided his skull with the Namek's. This probably wouldn't do much damage to either of them. It was mostly to stop the incoming attack in its tracks, and it just so happened to achieve that purpose.
Next was a right hook that was swiftly sent flying towards Athren's neck. Quickly Athren ducked underneath it. The breeze from the blow going over his head caused his hair to ruffle lightly. All of this was done at very high speeds. It was quite amusing.
It was in that moment when Athren had heard a voice of another. The voice sounded quite young and if Athren had heard it right it was regarding a tail? Great, was it another saiyan hunter? Was there going to be more trouble? Hell. Guess he'd just have to play it out and see what was happening.
Athren looked down just in time to see a knee heading where he REALLY didn't want to get hit. Quickly he brought his leg in the way and took the full force of the blow to a thigh. He winced very lightly but kept his figure quite well.
"Hang on a second Ukare. It appears we have company." With that Athren leaped back and gained some distance. This was just in case the Namekian refused to take the temporary time out and continued to attack. That would give Athren enough time to respond if he had to.
Looking over he saw a young boy with a tail, obviously he had some saiyan blood in him. "The hell you doin' out here kid? There isn't anybody around for miles." Athren asked curiously. After that was answered, Athren would probably have a few more questions for the kid.

The feelings may have been mutual on the battle. The Saiyan clearly must have been in heaven as the fight raged on, the wanting of delivering powerful strikes to each warriors weaker points was the necessity in the fight. The Namekian moving at speeds needed to continue the fight and appearing as a blur to the untrained eye, in simple words. As he continued, Athren's dodging wad tedious but amusing, the Namek smiling beneath his mask.
From the corner of his eye, the Namek had noticed a tiny figure, standing proud it seemed. Though, choosing to ignore it as a whole and keep on trying for Athren's weak points. Unfortunately guarded and dodged with an easy haste. It was a brawlers' heaven for the fight to be so vicious and quick. Ukare's forehead bumping and stinging painfully from being countered with the exact same attack.
As Athren moved away, he raised a bare brow. Moving back the same and taking the TO. It would be most dishonorable for him to play dirty and attack during called time. He was curious, though, as to why Athren stopped so soon and looked around. Then he recalled the tiny figure. Did that little object impede on their session? His answer was yes. The Namek huffed a little bit, floating with his Saiyan rival toward the..smaller Saiyan? A child in the battlefield? Interesting.
Ukare stood up tall as he landed beside Amrenth. His tall, tall figure casting a shadow over the child effectively. His solemn face concealed by his turban and even his mask, only his intimidating eyes glaring down against the kid. He was silent, letting Athren speak for him.

Amrenth was mesmerised by the two combatants exchanging vicious blows, yet they seemed to match each other for each one of those strikes. The franatic display riled him up, and his body started to long for the fight as well. Amrenth felt an intrinsic urge to attack the green one, since he was attacking the man with the tail, yet he also felt insecure and uncertain of jumping into the fight. Would he even be of any use? Especially the vicious collision of their two skulls left him reeling. The tailed warrior seemed extremely lucky to have avoided a wild right hook, or was he simply that attuned to fighting? With the green one so occupied, Amrenth surely had a shot at landing a strike against him, to help the other one out. Having made up his mind, he crouched up from his prone position, and was ready to leap, and that’s when he heard the tailed warrior.
“Hang on a second Ukare. It appears we have company.” Amrenth heard the warrior say, and he immediately froze. The warrior had completely given away his cover, and if he had noticed him, his presence would’ve been obvious for the other one as well.
“The hell you doin’ out here kid? There isn’t anybody around for miles,” the warrior asked.
He wish he knew what he had been doing out here, but Amrenth had no clue. Then the green one landed right beside him, and he wondered if the green one meant to take him out of the equation now, so he could turn his attention to his actual opponent. Amrenth figured he had to keep the being next to him off his guard, and he had a decent clue as to why, it had helped against thugs before.
“Ehm, I know there’s nothing around here. I think I’m lost, sir. Yeah, I guess I'm lost...”
When he answered the question, and without looking for any visual cues whether the warrior would be ready for him, Amrenth leapt up, attempting a strong and quick-snapping kick to the side of the head. He hadn’t thought of what he would do after, probably make a run towards the other warrior, or the complete opposite direction. And as he was snapping his leg towards the green warrior, he realised:
Oh, he called him Ukare, why would they know each other...?
((OOC: Sorry guys, I'm probably from a different timezone, I'll try to get posts going at night when the both of you are around.))

Did this kid just get ready to fight him?! His prone to leap position was rather..off putting. It would have ended with him simply getting slapped and backhanded away from it, but still. It was rather rude. Shaking his head, Ukare glared still. Curious to why the kid was even around the battle field. His buddy had a point, as there was literally no one else around for another couple of miles. And this little kid just decides to come about and interrupt a session of training? He was a case, the Namek could already tell.
Walking around him, Ukare examined Amrenth carefully. Noting the shaggy hair and..tail? He had a tail! Another Saiyan found its way to Earth? The Namekian grasped tight on the tail, pulling on it and subsequently raising the Saiyan child along with it. He held it out, almost saying “Look at what I found,” by doing so. Having a curious look under his veil.

It didn't take long for Athren to join his Namekian friend over by the boy. Really, it didn't make sense as to why he was there. Lost eh? Athren had been lost for a while but not physically lost. He was lost in his own emotion so he kind of knew what it felt like. Regardless of his thoughts, he had a situation on his hand that needed to be dealt with. He clearly needed to guide this saiyan child, but how? He already had Sprocket to look after and that was more than enough. Plus, Anzu and Kaiyo probably wouldn't want a child running around the apartment and to be honest neither did Athren. Athren wasn't in the mood for babysitting but he needed to attempt to help.
Athren's feet landed a couple of metres beside his tall green friend. He slowly crouched down as the wind ruffled his hair around. His ocean blue eyes stared down to the child. "Lost? Makes sense I guess as to why you're here." He was going to continue asking questions then the unexpected had happened. He knew the kid was tense and looked ready to fight but he didn't think anything of it. He had assumed that the kid was just nervous and all tensed up over that but clearly that wasn't it. He was actually going to fight.
In a matter of seconds Athren's right brow arched up curiously. The kid began to move an attack towards Ukare. His speed was good for a saiyan that age but there was no chance in hell he could keep up to Ukare. The movements felt as if Athren was watching a slow motion video of a bullet breezing through the air. Watching the events unfold, Athren noticed Ukare simply swatted away the young boys attack effortlessly. To be honest though that was completely expected. If he had managed to make contact Athren probably would have laughed.
Athren watched closely, if Ukare had went all out on the little kid he would have stepped in but thankfully that wasn't the case at all. Ukare simply walked around the boy and inspected him. Of course that was up until he grabbed his tail tightly and lifted him up by it. Surely there was no chance of escape.
Watching the limp and powerless boy get lifted into the air Athren stood up straight and crossed his arms in front of his chest. He chuckled lightly, it looked kind of amusing. Though amused, Athren wouldn't let it go on for long. He let Ukare have his moment before speaking up against it. Athren's tail had the same weakness as the boys and that actually reminded him that he had to train it. It wasn't a great feeling that the boy would have had but it was survivable. "Alright Ukare, put the kid down. He's obviously a saiyan. The tail, the way he wanted to fight. Obviously he attacked you because you're not one of us but that's besides the point. Give me a chance to talk to the brat, will you?" With that, Athren watched Ukare. Regardless of if he put the kid down or not Athren would begin to ask the kid questions. Probably an overwhelming amount.
Athren's eyes were now locked onto the child, whether he had been dangling from the Namekian's hand or whether he had been on the ground. "You must be crazy. Attacking somebody like that. What the hell were you thinking?!" In that handful of words it would almost seem like Athren had been scolding the little brat and in all fairness he was. Lighting up his tone though he asked some more questions. "Where the hell are your parents and how the hell did you manage to get lost?"
Athren paused again.. Uttering a fearsome threat to the boy if he didn't cooperate. Though, he wasn't going to let it come to pass. "If you don't cooperate, I may have to let my friend here take a swing at you. Punch for a punch. Sounds fair to me." With that he went silent. He was going to let the boy speak now.

A mixture of dread, futility, and incompetence crashed on top of Amrenth, as a wave would crash upon a solemn rock. Except he never felt as steady as a rock, but more as easily washed away as an unfortunate sandcastle too close to the edge of a beach where the destructive waves still reached him. The ease with which Ukare swatted away his attempt at a kick, terrified him, and he realised he was in over his naïve head.
The situation was still salvageable. Once his feet hit the grass again, he would dart away, run in a zig-zag pattern and hope the man with the tail would rein in his friend. When his feet hit the grass, instead of running, he was paralyzed. Every muscle in his body experienced an agonizing spasm simultaneously. The rigidness of his entire body was uncomfortable and tense. He tried to yell in agony as a way to relief some of the pressure building up in his body, but even that failed.
He merely dangled a few feet above the ground from Ukare’s grasp, his jaw clenched tight.
He was grateful for the other telling Ukare to put Amrenth, and upon hearing the word Saiyan, a memory forced its way between the anguish that occupied the foreground of his mind. In his vision, a memory, he saw an endless black, speckled with a myriad of stars – some brighter than others – and he saw two other people. Another man with a tail – a Saiyan – and a delicate looking woman, of a deep inner strength. He glimpses erratic, and unfocused memories of extreme scrutiny among groups of fighting children, he was the odd one out.
As quickly as the memories surfaced, they dispersed back into the depth of his mind, like fleeting tendrils, slipping through his fingers. They vanished quickly enough for Amrenth to pick up the warrior’s interrogation.
“I – I was…trying to help,” he mustered trying to bite through the pain. He was really hoping Ukare would release him. “My parents are home,” he ended up lying, the mere act of trying to remember equally painful as the green vice on his tail. He certainly wouldn't confide in strangers yet.
He definitely, really, possibly, preferably would not want to receive a blow from Ukare.
He just wanted to go back home to his grove.

Drop him? After he was attacked? Well..it wouldn't do any good if he didn't do it. Huffing, the Namekian scratched his forehead a bit, dangling the Saiyan in his fist a bit more as he got answers out of him. The child in his fist appearing to be in some kind of excruciating pain simply because he was holding tight on the little creep's appendage. Under his veil, the Namek glared down at the dangling Amrenth. Waiting a bit more before finally releasing the vice held against him.
He allowed the child to be dropped with a slight thud sound. Crossing his arms once again and remaining silent like once before. Looking to Athren, now, and waiting for another question to be popped. He sort of wanted to put the kid in his place. The foremention of wanting to...help?! He wanted to help the much stronger Athren against the weaker green individual?! Was it because he was green and didn't have his own tail? Why the nerve of the little..! Ukare staggered back, eyes sorta opening a bit more as he mumbled of how he wanted to aid the older Saiyan.
The Namek shook his head and kicked Amrenth gently. Though, his idea of gentle was a punt. It was only fair, being as he tried to kick him. He had to roll his eyes, thinking that the kid was much too naïve to figure out why Ukare was just a teensy bit annoyed by his presence.
