Cel'Daren appearance falls in line with his name, looking far more exotic than his human heritage would suggest. He has a thick head of straight white hair that he has let grow down past his shoulders. He tends to wear it in a simple pony-tail style that keeps the strands out of his way when performing tasks, but when relaxing he let's his hair out where it falls in a silver mane that tends to frame his face. The color of Cel'Daren's skin is a sort of darkened desaturated bronze color, making his facial features pop out among his mass of hair. Said face contains features generally considered attractive; his cheeks are slender with his cheekbones being well-defined, his lips are very full, being a step away from being called rosebud and have no color difference to the rest of his skin, his nose is straight and aquiline, and most outstanding is his deep amber eyes framed by heavy brows. He's tall for a human, standing at six-foot three-inches, and has a relatively low weight of one-hundred seventy-three pounds. Lastly Cel'Daren's ears are elongated and pointed, letting the ignorant mistake him for a Konatsian. The overall effect lends Cel'Daren a very serious demeanor and a mysterious air which draws female attention.
While Cel'Daren has an appealing physique it is not one of a fighter. Of a slightly slender build Cel'Daren does not have an overabundance in the way of muscle definition or volume, as he is more focused on genetic perfection than raw power. Still his build lends him a deal of flexibility, agility, and precision that is of great use to one in the Science and Medical professions. Cel'Daren also has a number of body modifications placed as well; including piercings on either ear as well as a large series of special tattoos that cover almost the entire right half of his body from head to toe. These tattoos are made of a black ink and have a semi-tribal look to them, although anyone who gets the chance to stare at them tend to think there is some kind of meaning among them, as if it were a message written on Cel'Daren's skin.
With such a sleek and precise physique it should be no surprise that Cel'Daren's movements and posture also focus on precision. When standing still Cel'Daren seems somewhat statuesque, standing as still as possible with his body-weight firmly beneath him and making sure he takes full advantage of his height. This trait continues on even when in motion, Cel'Daren tending to hold parts of his body still even when in a dead sprint, maintaining a measure of control over his motion. While originally Cel'Daren wasn't one to have that many expressions his change has left him far more expressive, smiling easily and laughing in mirth at almost any situation. Rarely does he cry, sigh, frown, or grimace, and he can seem almost manically happy at times. His body language is even a bit more expressive although generally not showing negative emotion, tending to be the body language of a small child who enjoys life to the fullest.
When in his normal clothing Cel'Daren adopts one of two looks. A typical and stereotypical Doctor's clothing or a more formal dress attire. When wearing his Medical attire Cel'Daren prefers to keep things simple, and a pair of dark slacks cover his legs, a pair of equally dark dress shoes over white crew socks for his feet, and a simple light tee-shirt underneath the long white labcoat to cover his torso. In his more formal wear he wears a similar yet higher quality pair of black slacks with black dress shoes over silken socks. A very loose silken shirt covers his torso, cut in an almost Renaissance style. Beyond his normal clothing Cel'Daren will also rely on trench coats and greatcoats when the weather calls for it, and a long cotton scarf for when it's really cold. When not out and about Cel'Daren enjoys lounging around in what essentially amounts to his pajamas, consisting of a set of black silken pants and shirt for maximum comfort.

History:
Katsu has always been a very inquisitive and curious human. The saying "Curiosity killed the Cat, but satisfaction brought it back" is tailor-made to suit Katsu. In his younger years Katsu had always been getting up to something he found interesting, which varied wildly. One moment he could enjoy watching a colony of ants go about their business, the next the weather could fascinate him for hours at a time. Katsu was essentially wonderstruck by the world, and enjoyed just being able to experience things. His parents weren't really sure what to do with him. They had two other children before him, but neither of them had the strange sort of manic wonder that Katsu seemed to experience daily.
When they discovered Katsu dissecting one of the neighborhood felines at the age of 5, which he said had been ran over by a passing vehicle, they were alarmed. They took him to a couple different psychologists, but when Katsu started responding to the queries of "What does this look like to you" with "That looks like Rorschach's inkblot card number 37" it was determined that Psychologists couldn't really help him. At the very least Katsu was now known to his parents to be an incredibly intelligent boy, and since his behavior while deviant wasn't actually violent, perhaps there was nothing they needed to do. So from age 5 to 15 Katsu's life was stable, mostly filled with a grand amount of education followed by Katsu turning a profit from the stock market to repay his family every cent they had ever spent on him all at once, then promptly leaving as soon as he could. There was a reasoning, although his parents couldn't understand it; the happenings of the universe at large.
The Saiyan Solar Empire had managed to deal a huge blow to the Arcosian Empire, and Katsu felt that the bloodshed wasn't going to stop just there. Now while he felt little actual fear or sadness over War, Katsu did feel a certain level of excitement at the prospect of it. So he began to increase his studies into biology; trying to glean some sort of information. Something to try and give humanity an edge against the Saiyans if they did attack. Planet Earth was his home after all, he had started his first steps towards knowledge on the blue marble.
Katsu's plan to help the Earth defend itself against the Saiyans was both successful and a failure at the same time. It was successful because he had managed to create a serum that when injected was supposed to increase one's strength a hundredfold. It was a failure because it came far too late. By the time Katsu had managed to synthesize a single dose of his creation, the Saiyans had already launched their attack. As the brave and the bold fought in the skies above Katsu and his assistants raced to collect as much of their data as possible. They knew it was only a matter of time before South City started crumbling; one and all wished they had just a few more minutes to gather up their data before an Oozaru was thrown into the building.
The several ton creature crushed cement and steel as it fell back from a strike given by one of the big Mechs employed by Earth's defenses. Seven of Katsu's assistants were squashed like bugs under the weight, and Katsu himself found himself pinned to the floor by a portion of the outer wall. Struggling vainly, Katsu watched as the Oozaru picked itself up and tried to attack one of the Mechs once more, eventually being thrown back into the building a second time, pulverizing what was merely crushed before. Katsu himself managed to escape...by injecting his serum. At first the effect seemed miniscule, Katsu took the time between the Oozaru getting up and its second knockdown to free himself from the rubble, and he didn't get any farther than that before the rest of the building came down on top of his head. Unconscious and buried under tons of rubble Katsu wasn't rescued for three days. Katsu suffered from severe dehydration and was in a coma from brain trauma for six days after that. When Katsu, the sole survivor of his lab, awoke he was quickly diagnosed with amnesia, unable to recall the events of the battle and a great deal of the event up to two months prior, erasing his knowledge of the formula for the serum and much of the prior research. Worse yet Katsu's lab had been completely destroyed, all records of the project had been crushed and pulverized by the falling Oozaru. Two weeks after his awakening Katsu tried to study his own blood, in an attempt to pull the serum from his own body, but couldn't find any lingering serum in his system. His body was changed however, and Katsu could feel a surging strength every time he exerted himself. Two more weeks and the Doctor's released Katsu from their care, his body whole and his mind stable.
Once released from the Hospital and free to resume his various research endeavors Katsu used his newfound strength to explore places he had never seen before, meet people and creatures beyond his understanding of power, and generally experience new things that broadened his mental horizons and gave him ever greater inspiration for new study! Of particular the galactic powerhouses like Reikiko, Vi Poi, Walker, Bing Gan, and a few lesser known creatures of similar power were introduced to him under various circumstances, but perhaps the most notable for Katsu was Noxa. A rather voluptuous and humanoid Bio-Android, Noxa and Katsu had in their first meeting hit it off, working together to obtain a treasure that would change Katsu's life once again.
A small unadorned crown of what appeared to be electrum, silent to the Bio-Android but whispering to Katsu's telekinetically enhanced mind. With a promise of sharing any knowledge gleaned from the crown with Noxa, Katsu began to delve into any possible method of unlocking the secrets of the crown, for it seemed to seek only the presence of one that was part of "The Royal Family", and yet would not divulge who or what that might have been to Katsu. Going on the most basic of information Katsu began his research, attempting to find any bit of data that would help give him a clearer picture, or perhaps a way to bypass the security system built into the obviously magical crown.
The task proved far more difficult than Katsu had imagined. His research ran into deadend after deadend, but like any good researcher a difficult problem only increased his desire to solve it. His research became something closer to an unhealthy obsession than a research topic, as he explored more and more esoteric and arcane sources of information. He withdrew from the world at large, moving in the dark circles below the view of respectable folk, and even his own accepted allies lost complete track of him. Yet it finally paid off, for he finally found an ancient tome that held the information on how to break the the protections on the crown, unleashing its full potential as a repository of knowledge and magical artifact.
Katsu exulted at his success for but a few moments as his victory was interrupted by dozens of ethereal voices clawing their way into his mind. A mental realm, a blank black expanse, with only several creatures surrounding Katsu. They wore heavy robes that concealed their faces and bodies completely, but they spoke in a single crashing voice that tried to wash away Katsu's mental resistance with its pure power. He held firm, conversing with the beings. They asked many things, of the state of the world and of Katsu's goals in seeking to unlock their artifact, and seemed confused and taken aback when Katsu responded that he merely wished to learn. That however seemed to gain the favor of those creatures, and they grew silent as they spoke to one another in a voice that Katsu could not hear. He dozed in a half-sleep for what may have been minutes, hours, or even days, until eventually the verdict had been reached.
Katsu was fit to become one of them, and they would give him a mission in return. Completely confused, he tried to have them explain what they meant by that, only to feel himself fall away from consciousness. He awoke, possibly months later, in a place he couldn't remember having ever been, wearing a face he had never seen, and a voice whispering to him a name he had never heard. Even his own memories seemed blurry and faded, as if he had experienced them decades ago. Half-crippled he staggered from the chamber he had awoke, trying to piece together his own memories, and what he had done to him...

Technique Name: Heliosphere Technique Type: Barrier (Sphere) Technique Tier: N1/UP2/MP3 Technique Description: Mithanil gathers his energy and surrounds himself in a kaleidoscopic sphere of energy that shines like a sun. This sphere protects its inhabitants from outside attack with 33/66/100% of Mithanil's current PL per turn charged based on tier used, and in addition even if an attack breaks the barrier the remaining damaged is halved. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Singularity Technique Type: Attack (Ranged Orb) Technique Tier: N1/UP2/MP3 Technique Description: A black orb is created near one of Mithanil's hands, emitting a strange purple light. This orb is then physically or telekinetically thrown at a target, and the orb attempts to crush the target into a speck of matter, dealing 33/66/100% of Mithanil's current PL per turn charged based on tier used. Any creature slain or object damaged by this ability is crushed into a speck of superdense material. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Singularity Array Technique Type: Splitting Attack (Multiple Ranged Orbs) Technique Tier: UP2/MP3 Technique Description: Mithanil creates and fires multiple Singularity orbs at once, either focus firing them upon a single target or spreading them out to attack multiple targets. The orbs attempt to crush any target into a speck of matter, the total damage of all of them equal to 66/100% of Mithanil's current PL per turn charged based on tier used. Any creature slain or object damaged by this ability is crushed into a speck of superdense material. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Event Horizon Technique Type: Homing Attack (Ranged Orb) Technique Tier: V2/UV3 Technique Description: Mithanil creates and fires a Singularity, but controls it with his power, having it chase down its target, allowing it another chance to strike a target if it evaded the attack by using an Afterimage technique. Deals 33/66% of Mithanil's current PL per turn charged based on tier used. Any creature slain or object damaged by this ability is crushed into a speck of superdense material. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = | Technique Name: Gravity Vortex Technique Type: Stunning (Paralysis) Technique Tier: SU1 Technique Description: Mithanil gathers his energy within his eyes and then simply glares at his target/s, unleashing the energy to restrain his targets with 100% of Mithanil's current PL. This ability causes the target's mass to multiply greatly for a short time, effectively paralysing the target as their own body becomes too heavy to move. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Wormhole Technique Type: Afterimage Technique Tier: SU1 Technique Description: Using his Gravity manipulation abilities Cel'Daren expands and contracts the space surrounding himself, twisting it into a wormhole that he can move through for quick escapes and long-distance travel. For a moment this creates the illusion that Cel'Daren is in two places at once. This allows Cel'Daren to dodge an attack up to 100% of his current PL, but if it is any higher it will hit him with full force. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = | Technique Name: Bio-Engineering Expert Technique Type: Passive Technique Tier: UT Technique Description: Cel'Daren is a Bio-Engineer, meaning he has a broad knowledge of all things Organic to the point that he can design and create his own organic creatures. Due to this knowledge Cel'Daren can identify most known species by their characteristics, give accurate diagnosis of various medical ailments, and provide expert level triage for just about anything that lives. Cel'Daren can even identify the constituent donor species for Bio-Androids with a simple DNA sample to identify. This technique has little combat application beyond simply knowing one's foe, and is more a justification of Cel'Daren's Roleplay. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Extra Sensory Perception (Ki Sense) Technique Type: Passive Technique Tier: UT Technique Description: Through his studies into biology Cel'Daren has discovered a technique to sense biological energy, known as Ki, in a manner identical to the same technique known by Ki-sensitive Martial Artists. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Ki Control Technique Type: Passive Technique Tier: UT1 Technique Description: Cel'Daren can control his Ki, lowering his apparent Powerlevel far below that of his actual strength to conceal himself. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Gravity Flight Technique Type: Passive Technique Tier: UT Technique Description: Cel'Daren can use his Gravity Manipulation powers to lessen the effect of gravity on himself while maintaining his mass and adjusting his velocity, allowing him to essentially fly through his telekinetic powers. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Telekinesis Technique Type: Passive Technique Tier: UT1 Technique Description: By studying the Higgs Field (The theoretical property of the universe that is responsible for gravity) Cel'Daren has learned how to make localized gravity fields in order to manipulate objects for various effects. At this level Cel'Daren can "lift" a total mass equal to 1/3rd his Power Level, whether it's an object or creature. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = Technique Name: Telepathy Technique Type: Passive Technique Tier: UT1 Technique Description: Another benefit Cel'Daren gleaned from a study on how the brain interprets stimulation, this is your standard telepathy, allowing Cel'Daren to mentally speak to people on the same planet as him, and allowing him to read the minds of those nearby, given they don't have some ability to block out his telepathy. = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = |
