I wanna throw out some item ideas cause we don't really have much of those, or atleast any of those that actually give benefits. Anyways...
Backstory: Long ago lived 4 mischievous brothers and sister's who'd found joy in nothing more than causing havoc and unrest. They'd place pranks on the old, the young, everybody they could find, generally making the lives of anyone they'd come across worse.
That all changed one day, when they decided to play a prank on an old lady, who'd lived at the top of a creepy hill all by her lonesome. The old lady turned out to be a great witch and was enraged by the fives actions. Looking into their pasts, she'd decided that they needed to be eternally punished.
Drawing from the things that each individual person hated, she'd convert the children into weapons designed to only be able to help their wielder. She'd then separate the semi sentient objects; sealing them away in dark dungeon's in complete solitude until the day they were uncovered.
Essentially- this suggestion is for 4 pieces of armor and weapons that, if approved would be scattered around earth for others to find.
Each piece has its own advantages- and once all collected give the user two free tech slots and tech's (that cannot ever be removed)- "Pump Up [UT]" and "Tension Break! [UT]" (both will be explained at the end of the suggestion).
|The hjälm kille|
|the hjälm kille is the eldest of the siblings, who above everyone else only wanted to real havoc and have fun. As a result, he now inhibits the weakest buffs of the 4.|
Buff : permanent 500 pl increase
|"the flicka svärd"|

|The flicka svärd was the gentlest of the 4 siblings, she found the pranks funny, but at the same time felt bad for their victims. The witch, in her rage however made her a blade, so that she would be used to kill simply because she was gentle. She is the strongest of the 4 siblings.|
Buff : 5000 offensive power level boost and a 5% attack bonus made with attacks using the blade primarily. Decreases defensive pl by 2.5k.
|"The Tur Handskar"|
|The Tur Handskar is the second oldest, who was the reason that the siblings had gotten caught. For his bad luck, he was made into gloves of fortune.|
Buff : 5% increase on both pl and zeni gains
|"Mild Syster"|
|The Mild Syster is the last set of the four and the second strongest for mainly the same reasons as her sister, flicka svärd|
Buff : permanent 3500 power level increase and 5% defensive bonus on all "physical" attacks. -5% de defensive decrease against ki attacks.
Once all pieces have been gathered and equipped by one person, four voices will speak within the persons head in unison, a light surrounding the person as that person gains two new abilities.
Pump Up [UT] : pump up is a technique that can be used to increase "tension" (it is only attainable via the artifact method). By not making any attacks and instead focusing their ki and " pumping themselves up", the user is able to increase their attack strength (or tension) to a maximum of 100%. Each turn using pump up reduces the users base pl by 5%, and each turn has a different percentage increase. Turn 1= 10%, turn 2 is 20%, turn 3 is 50%, 4 is 75%, and 5 is 100%. This technique will only work if the user is over 50% of their powerlevel and will automatically stop increasing the users power after dropping below that. Another thing to note is that tension will reset back to 0 if an attack is made. If 100% is reached, the user will begin to glow purple.
