- Personality -
Jurojin can best be described as simply "Charismatic". Wherever he goes he tends to be able to convince people to be on his side, be it merely friendship or in a conflict. He's very quick-thinking, but is not always intelligent in the way of research- he finds that the best way to learn is through experience, even if that experience has deadly stakes. Despite this, he can very easily notice patterns (For example, an enemy tends to start an attack with a left hook) quickly, making him a formidable foe in a fight. Outside of fighting, he tends to be very relaxed, able to enjoy nearly any form of entertainment.
- Techniques -
Offensive
(N1)Hydro Slash: Jurojin channels magic into his sword, forming a layer of slightly solidified water around it, turning it a deep blue colour before attacking with it.
(N1)Water Ball: Jurojin holds out his arm, focusing magic and ki into his palm. With it, he compresses water molecules together, forming a sphere of ice, which is surrounded by layers of snow just next to the ice, slush after the snow, and water on the outside. He then throws the ball, dealing damage equal to 33% of his PL.
(N1)Water Barrier: Jurojin draws water vapour from the air, liquefying and partially solidifying it while imbuing it with magic to form a barrier around him.
Supportive
(SU1)Afterimage: Jurojin focuses his magic, propelling himself away from his location with a gust of wind caused by movement of water particles, making him moving so quickly it forms a shimmering afterimage, allowing him to dodge attacks.
Utility
(UT)Hydrokinesis: Jurojin can use magic to fully manipulate water in all of its forms, allowing him to bend it to his will.

Jurojin
APPEARANCE
Jurojin is a tall, muscular man. He has light-blue skin, with fin-like appendages in the place of ears. He has long, blond hair, the top of which is covered by a red bandana. On his arms, he wears two leather wrist bracers. Jurojin wears a small purple jacket, which has a circle with the Kanji Sakana (Fish) in the upper left corner of it. He wears loose grey pants, with a tattered cloak tied around it like a belt. He wears leather boots, and always keeps his sword kept on his back.
Jurojin had a wonderful childhood. In fact, he was raised in Heaven. His mother trained him, teaching him how to use ki and magic, as well as martial arts and swordcraft. He loved these lessons, showing him how to properly take care of threats. His father too trained him, but not in battle- he showed Jurojin how to resolve situations without violence, how to get others to believe him and confide in him. Jurojin learned, all throughout his childhood, how to become a Ghost Hunter.
Near the age of 10, Jurojin began venturing away from his home. He began to converse with the deceased souls in Heaven, learning of their origins and the mortal world. He soon formed friendships among the other children, becoming a sort of leader to them, showing them all the tricks he learned from his parents, to... varied results. Jurojin learned how to use his magic to manipulate water, and even before that always had a natural fondness and skill at swimming, giving him the nickname "The Fish" by his Ogre friends.
As Jurojin grew older, many of his friends began to drift further apart, some journeying to the mortal world, some taking up some ordinary desk jobs working for King Yemma. But Jurojin stayed determined. Jurojin trained, his parents teaching him as he began to prepare for their first tests to become part of the Ghost Hunting Ogres. Finally, Jurojin was ready to take his final test. In celebration, his parents took him to the Mortal Plane, travelling to many different planets and exploring. But not for long. This was a time of turmoil for the Mortals, and they needed to return to the Otherworld. But they were too late. Just before they planned to leave, a group of escaped Ghosts attacked. Jurojin and his parents were the only people nearby capable of helping, and so they fought, killing the Ghost and sending it back to Hell. But just before it was sent back, the Ghost shot Jurojin's mother in the chest, killing her. Jurojin took hold of her cloak as she died, his father transporting him with him to the Otherworld. This event was devastating, and instilled in Jurojin an even deeper hatred for Ghosts.
Jurojin's mother's death was horrifying to Jurojin and left him in a state of shock. He began training harder than before, training to avenge his mother. But his mental state was worse for it. He never got enough sleep, despite his father's constant attempts. His father would calm him when he got too stressed, soothing him when he would have fits of rage. Until one day. A visitor arrived at Jurojin and his father's home. It was... Jirojin's mother. She had finally arrived at Heaven, and found them. Jurojin was shocked, but overjoyed. But he soon learned. She was back, but not truly. She was intangible; there, but not able to truly interact with them. She couldn't even take back her cloak, which Jurojin had been saving. That was it for Jurojin. He was finally ready, determined to become a Ghost Hunter, wearing her old tattered cloak around his waist, as a reminder as who put his mother in her current state.
HISTORY
Jurojin was born under... strange circumstances, to say the least. His mother was a Zoonamite, with blue scaly skin and a muscular body. A fighter, working as a vigilante on Earth. His father was a blue ogre, skinny and pale, with small horns and glasses, who constantly wore a suit. A diplomat sent to solve spectral problems in the mortal plane. It seems like an impossible match, and yet they met. His father was sent to find a ghost, one who had escaped from Hell and was reported to be hiding on Earth. While there, he met Jurojin's mother, and, of course, they had Jurojin.Jurojin had a wonderful childhood. In fact, he was raised in Heaven.
