She listened on to Vennel's question. Right- Big Al over there wanted to talk about something, but what? Must'a been something important right? She raised a curious brow at the mention of some sort of 'Agreement', like...A contract, or something. Was Vennel part of some shady business with this guy? Like smuggling illegal candy around Ocariin? 'Cause if that was the case, Kaza sure as hell would join in, assuming she gets to keep a portion of the goods...
But apparently he just wanted to know how they've been doing. Such a normal question, really- it disappointed Kaza in a way, she expected something much more interesting! Kaza rolled her shoulders questioningly, having been doing fine for the most part. Aside from being stuck on her ship most of the time, things weren't that extreme around here. Just boring, like she had mentioned earlier. ''I'm fine, I guess...''
Alaistair began walking off, to try and get the pale robo-thing up here. As socially awkward as she was, Kaza barely had any sense of remorse or guilt for spooking her like that, still believing she wasn't really at fault to begin with. So she simply cracked a smile at the demon, waving him off. ''Alrighty- see ya soon!''
Just as Kaza was about to start snooping around, a small Arcosian fellow made his way into the room, carrying their food! ''Eee!'' she squealed in delight, her mouth near-instantly watering at the sight of those delicious donut-things. The majin shuffled over to the couch, plopping down on it like a sack of potatoes. Again, the majin seemed to lack any proper tea-drinking etiquette, and immediately threw out her arm toward the plate of biscuits. ''Thanks, butler-guy...!'' The majin stuffed her face with the face, her cheeks somewhat bulging out comedically. She paused for a second, looking at the servant. ''Whatsh yhor name...?'' Kaza tried to ask him, face still stuffed with food.
Swallowing with a loud gulp, Kaza reached over for the pot of tea, and poured herself a cup whilst waiting for the servant to anwser her question. It took her a small while, but eventually she had a steaming cup of sugary lavender tea infront of her! ''I'm Kaza, by the way!'' She quickly introduced herself, reaching over toward her cup.
Now, most people would let it cool, or take small 'testing' sips...But Kaza wasn't most people! In one fell swoop, Kaza tossed the entire cup inside of her mouth, and swallowed instantly! Right down the hatch! ''...'' She stared out infront of her for a brief moment, in complete silence. Slowly, her eyes began watering, a comedic red hue creeping up on her face! Steam shot out of the holes scattered along her face, creating a sound similar to a tea kettle!
''I'm fine I swear...!'' Kaza muttered through quivering lips, tears of unmatched despair creeping down her face! Kaza shook her head wildly, wiping her eyes before sighing out. She seemed a tad calmer. ''You could've warned me...'' Kaza glanced over to the two, an unamused, pained expression on her face. ''Anyway...-'' She continued, wanting to change the topic so everyone forgot about her little screw-up. ''What's up with you and Alaistair anyway? You two friends, or...You know-'' She narrowed her eyes, a childish smirk on her face. ''More than friends...?''

And now, Alaistair was gone as well. It seemed one by one, people were leaving. Were she, or perhaps Kaza, that troublesome? Her thoughts were soon interrupted as an arocosian looking fellow entered the room, dressed in atire that felt reminiscent of Alaistair’s, which told her he was the associate of his, and not someone she really needed to care about either way. He brought them that tea beverage, along with some biscuits, which she at least felt like she should try. After all, the food that Alaistair provided her was always sublime, and she was curious if maybe the biscuits made the tea.
She nodded toward the man, and waved her hand dismissively. As she did, however, she couldn’t help but realize her arrogance and pride were coming back to nearly where they had before. For so long she’d felt like a broken shell of herself, so it felt good to be near her old self again. Reaching out for the tea pot and poured some, albeit a tad clumsily, into the tea cup nearest her on the tray, and took it, along with one of the treats.
Taking a sip of her beverage, she quickly realized that perhaps tea just wasn’t for her. She placed the cup back down, her face a contorted mess that seemed to convey, “I have made a mistake,” quite plainly. Still, she tried one of the donut holes, and found it was surprisingly good. Albeit far from nutritious or filling, it tasted sweet and was light and fluffy, and enjoyable to eat. Thankfully, she wasn’t particularly hungry as it seemed Kaza was enough for the both of them.
Well, she’s got a saiyan’s apetite as well.
Vennel offered a small half-smile as she watched Kaza gorge herself. As she seemed to have enough of the food, she tried some of the tea. And it seemed she either had no concept of cups, or merely could eat them for sustenance. Or perhaps she just didn’t care. Either way, Vennel found it humorous to watch steam billow out of the holes the dotted the majin girl’s head. But she quickly recovered and then asked Vennel some very interesting questions that forced a hearty laughter out of the warrior.
“Yes, something like that.”
After her laughter subsided, she calmed herself, and began to expain more correctly.
“Alaistair and I struck up a bargain. I will help him in putting Plato back onto his throne here in Konats. And in return, I receive payment, and he owes me a favor. Though, it should be worth mentioning, such knowledge comes with it’s own fine print. We can’t let others know this just yet, or else everything could go sideways at a moment’s notice. But I would like it if you were there to help.”
Truth be told, she still couldn’t be sure about Kaza. She wanted to trust the girl, but she seemed so childlike and carefree that she seemed more a liability at this point with any sensitive information that she cared about. Such as taking back her own throne, but those were matters for another time.
Vennel had to wonder though, what was keeping Alaistair and Tekuma so long. Perhaps it would be best that Kaza and she left if they did not return shortly. After all, they were more or less intruding at this point. Vennel would also have to see to the payment for the broken glass, as she felt partially to blame, keeping Kaza cooped up for so long.

Tekuma was simply sitting in the chair and trying to relax, away from the mess that was going on upstairs and had just prepared to begin leaving before the cyborg was telepathically contacted by the devil himself. Soon after, wind blew and it made her jump almost sky-high, feeling him place a comforting hand on her shoulder to soothe her. The devil asked if the mechanically enhanced teen was alright, and with good reasoning.
"I'm fine. I don't like that freaky window peeker.. Creeps me out and you know I don't like things like that. Please tell me I can get rid of that bubblegum whackjob.."

Tekuma jumped when Alaistair came up to her so quickly, showing she'd been very uncomfortable. On top of that, her tone of voice as she commented about Kaza affirmed that. Alaistair remained standing up with his hand remaining on her shoulder as he told her, "Well, Majin like her tend to be airheads and or fairly childish, Tek. She's just someone with a fairly young mindset, but I do agree about that. Right now, Vennel's going to straighten her up about it, and some other business that I feel may be related to what I wanted to talk to you about... However, I need to first ask you to bare with that girl like I am. She did, after all, startle you unintentionally and it led to part of this place being broken! Can you do that for me, sweetie? I'll have Ms. Eres brew you up your favorite treats after we talk to them about what happened and other business!"( Tekuma Mayakon)

What? Was there something funny about her question? Why was Vennel laughing...!? Suspicious...VERY suspicious! She had to be hiding something, her and Al were totally all lovey-dovey together...Yuck, gross!
And then she just outright admitted it. So much for keeping secrets, eh Vennel? Or was it even a secret? Could've been that Kaza was just too oblivious to notice it...Which would've been the more sensible reason.
Oh- or not. Vennel began explaining without all the cryptic nonsense, her relationship with the rich, horned guy finally making sense. Under some sort of bargain to help that one Plato guy regain the throne...But why? ''Plato, huh...?'' She parroted, glancing toward Vennel with a curious look. Kaza knew he was once the king of this place, some time ago. From what Kaza knew or could assume, he was quite nettled to no longer be the king anymore. But- one question lingered in the back of her mind: What would Alaistair and Vennel get out of it? It's not like THEY were getting the throne, Plato was. Maybe a metric shitton of money?
Whatever- though. Kaza could tell this was supposed to be kept as a secret, and completely understood that. She nodded widely, a carefre smirk on her face. ''Don't worry, Ven. My zips are lipped!'' ...Wait- that's not... ''I uh- I mean...You know what I mean...'' Kaza waved her hand, embarassed by her small slip-up. ''Ofcourse I'll help, not like there's anything better to do on this dumb sandy rock, right?''
She leaned back in the couch, silent for a moment. That Al had been gone for a bit now...Was it that hard to pull that pale-faced brat back...? What was she being so difficult about anyway? Was it Kaza? It was...Kaza could feel it- Anyone could. A sour, vile emotion began crawling its way up, her posture and positive attitude visibly fading. ''...Hey, Ven..?'' Her voice felt distant, eyes fixated out infront of her.
''Why does that pale girl hate me...?'' She asked, somewhat desperately. She didn't do well with people thinking negatively of her. She never has...It usually lead to Kaza throwing a violent fit of rage, which usually only lead to more people being afraid of or hating the majin. Even if it has simmered down slightly over the last couple of years, Kaza was still very prone to violence.
For 80 years she was shunned and exiled from her homeworld's society, as they feared her very existance...It was the worst mistake they had ever taken. Feeling so lonesome, hated, unappreciated...It was the catalyst for her murdering sprees. Her thought process was a simple one: If people didn't like her, they could just die. And over those 80 years, that's exactly what she did. Now, that entire planet was devoid of life. Kaza had brought their species to extinction.
Kaza wasn't sure why, but how that pale girl acted and reacted towards her brought up those horrible, horrible memories. Memories she'd rather not ever bring up again...But she did. She made Kaza remember...And Kaza didn't like it one bit. Niece or not, ally or not...Things could turn horribly ugly if things continued as they did now. Maybe it was for the best if they left soon...For safety reasons.
The majin let out a difficult, groany sigh as she sagged down further into the couch, lost inside of her own gloomy thoughts.

Reclining back in the sofa of the penthouse, Vennel had to admit it was very comfortable. She had to admit, the devil sure knew how to pamper one’s rear. But she watched as Kaza seemed to fidget uncomfortably. She was clearly dealing with some internal distress about something, after agreeing to keep mum about the whole Plato thing. Likely, she had questions about that, but was content with the information she had now.
But the lack of information wasn’t what bothered the Majin. At least, not what she vocalized about her discomfort. It was concerning Tekuma. Vennel couldn’t lie, it definitely seemed as though Tekuma acted rashly. Sure, a random surprise from a Majin outside your window as you awake could be rather startling. But to have retaliated in such a way, and to flee the scene so soon.
“I’m not sure it’s hate, per se. May not even just be you. In fact, when I first met the girl, she fled the scene very similarly as well. Seems to me she hates being around too many people at once, a recluse of sorts.”
Sitting up in her seat, she reached for one of the few remaining baked treats. Tossing it up into the air, she tried to position her face underneath the ball, only for it to bounce off the tip of her nose and just barely miss her mouth. Even a warrior like her had no talent with such tricks it seemed.
“Though I do feel she is a spineless coward, I suppose I can’t hold everyone to my people’s standards. Even if that would make for a better world. Do you know her from elsewhere, perhaps? Or is this your first time meeting her?”
She sighed, musing over how simple life would be if more people acted like her people. But unfortunately, that was the poison of Dirt. They only saw life through their own social lenses, and refused to allow for any other way of life, even if it largely didn’t effect them. Even to this day she still wished she could get the chance to kill that bitch who came to her world during her rule, as short lived as it was. Coming from Dirt, and demanding to be treated as divinity. If such an opportunity ever presented itself, she’d leap at the chance. But for now, she had to take solace in the face she needed a great deal more training before she could make any sort of big moves like that.
Still, she had her own wonderings to inquire about, seeing as the two had this time to themselves.
“So, Kaza, what do you intend on doing. After things here on Konats are wrapped up? Surely you don’t intend to remain on this backwater world for too long, eh? Even if things are becoming surprisingly interesting here.”

Tekuma looked at Alaistair as he told her about the Majin and saying Vennel was going to straighten the window-peeping bubblegum out. He asked her a question that made the cyborg groan, offering treats to be made for her if she talked business. Reluctant, the female would reply quietly. "Alaistair.. as much as I respect you the last time I fought in a battle I froze up and let someone get killed."
"I don't know why you want me, but I'm just not fit for any of this."

Alaistair was surprised! The young girl was actually attentive to his words before, acknowledging that she froze up and let a friend die the last battle she was in. She felt inadequate for this... And Alaistair openly admitted, "That is true. You're quite timid, but I feel you're like because of what happened prior to you being... However, I know you're stronger than that fear! You just haven't been tapping into that strength. Tell ya what, sweetie."Alaistair knelt down, bringing her in for a hug that'd have her left cheek rubbing into right in an embarrassing fashion in public! "We don't have to talk about you getting involved, but I'd like you to at least be in the conversation getting informed. You can organize all the artifacts upstairs, too," Alaistair bargained, tightly squeezing her as he expressed what one of his old pals in HFIL called 'dad mode.' In those memories shared many long years back, they shared memories, with the premise of Al agreeing to help him and the many others get out of hfil by any means necessary! He continued, asking her, "How does that s-"Al felt a tap on his shoulder, which caused him to stop and glare at who it was. The almost original form of Arthus, with pale skin and bright red-orange hair, in a servant's outfit came up to him, looking worried! He told Al, "You guys need to get upstairs... That Majin girl's getting upset because of this girl of yours."[/font] Alaistair blinked, envisioning what may happen if her anger got let loose... The visage was maddeningly insane! He looked to Tekuma, his eyes and lips narrow, with an aura of dread pressing on him, "We need to get upstairs and calm things down..."( Majin Kaza)

Damn, this sucked. Kaza cursed her habit of rapidly switching moods now more than ever, as she was so joyful earlier! All gone to shit because she got some knives tossed at her and then promptly being ignored...Bleh. She really considered letting all of it go right now, and just going on an all-out rampage right then and there. Would be good to vent off some steam, that's for sure...Would end up in a lot of people getting killed, though. But- it's not like that mattered to the childish majin, it's why she came here in the first place.
Thankfully, Vennel spoke up, immediately catching Kaza's attention due to her scatterbrained personality. What she told Kaza felt relatable to her, and made her feel somewhat understood. Good thing she did, really, otherwise there was no telling what would happen... Apparently the girl had a habit of fleeing scene after scene, disproving that it was solely because of Kaza.
She couldn't help but force out some laughter at Vennel's fluke, lips sputtering like a deflating balloon. ''Nice one, dingus...~!'' Despite how shitty she felt, dumb stuff like that would never fail to make her laugh.
Vennel wondered if they met earlier, though, making Kaza scoff in a nasty manner. ''I'm glad I don't...Ugh.'' She complained, puffing up her cheeks as her eyes narrowed. ''Probably would've gotten the same warm welcome...No thanks.'' On second thought, Kaza wished she'd never gotten curious in the first place. It only took one rude person to ruin her mood for the rest of her day. And possibly putting multiple innocent lives at risk due to her explosive nature. Quite literally, as she wouldn't be afraid to blow this city to shit if someone pissed her off good. The longer she seemed to stay here, the more annoyed, restless, and quick to agression she seemed to get...
...They best get this 'Kashvar Extermination' plan going quickly. Kaza was losing her patience.
Her Saiyan comrade asked what her future plans were, something she honestly hadn't thought of much. ''I-...Hm...'' Kaza paused, putting a finger to her bottom lip, humming curiously. ''I...Have no idea...'' The majin let her arm sag back down, shrugging casually. ''Probably head back to 'Jeets, get nice 'n ready for that war! Sounds like it's gonna be fun, hm?'' She glanced over toward Vennel, a curious look on her face.
''What about you? You gonna head to 'Jeets as well...? Oh- oh, you gonna fight in the war too? You totally should, it'll be awesome!'' Thanks to her rampant thoughts, she'd totally forgotten about her frustration from moments ago. Now back to being excited, all she could think of was the war...! Hundreds of people clashing against eachother, explosions and energy being thrown around, people dying left and right...!! Just THINKING about it made her all jittery!
But that would have to wait, sadly. First came the Kashvar, THEN the Mazoku! Just a tad more patience, Kaza.

The soft rapping of fingers against the cushioned sofa, betrayed the saiyan’s impatience. Her face was calm, however, as she listened to Kaza’s replies. The conversation however was getting stale, as they were left to sit alone in the room. Vennel had chosen to stay as long as she had, because of her majin companion’s propensity toward childish actions, hoping to keep her under control. But that was more or less taken care of, and yet, Alaistair was still missing.
Kaza confirmed that she’d not met Tekuma until now, which was honestly for the best, all things considered. But even still, what perked up the saiyan’s attention was the mention of a war. She, like her people, enjoyed combat. So hearing about a large scale battle certainly appealed to her, and she considered it. But she had no intention of going to battle for someone like Zucceta. The queen was a fine combatant and warrior, but she was no tactician, and strategy seemed lost on her. Power and numbers didn’t win a battle, it was the loyalty of your troops, something Vennel learned early on in her “career.”
“Perhaps. But I have no intention of fighting for Zucceta. Her last campaign ended in failure because she had merely numbers and strength at her side. But she let the victory of Arcose go to her head. Hot off her heels of success, she thought she could take Dirt just as easily. But that wretched world has powerful warriors, for some reason. It’s not a world taken lightly. And she wasn’t prepared by any means. Her troops were reckless, untested, and foolhardy.”
A grunt escaped Vennel, as she finished speaking. It was as if her own distaste for that woman were audibly manifest despite her best intentions. But who knows, maybe she’d have a change of heart if that woman had finally learned from her mistakes of the past. But if she was planning a new campaign with the Empire in the sorry state it was in, perhaps she’d learned nothing.
“I may go back to Vegeta, though. I do miss my home world. Though, I’m unsure how long you’ve been with the Empire. Zucceta cast me out as a pariah, and raked my name through the dirt to do it, in order to climb to the top. There’s not much left for me there as it is. It’s why I’m here, I suppose.”
Her hand reached up to her scouter as she spoke, cycling through the HUD options, until she could find the timer on it. She was wondering just how long Tekuma would need before they’d return, or if she ever would. Not that it mattered much to Vennel, as she hadn’t seen something redeeming in the girl’s personality.
“Although, I do think I should be going soon. Alaistair seems to be held up, so if he does need to talk to us, he knows how to get in touch.”
Standing from her seated position, the proud woman walked toward the shattered window, and stood at the ledge of it, enjoying the view down to the street below, that otherwise wouldn’t be possible with the window in place.
“I’ll wait another minute, tops.”
