Appearance: Jizo is a lithe, lightly built Blue Ogre with shaggy spiked black hair that sticks up behind his head in a mess somewhat resembling a mop. He is shorter than most, the top of his hair maybe standing up to the shoulders of the average man. Adorning his unassuming figure are a set of purple clothes, with a black top beneath and a green set of shoes and belt in order to contrast against the rest of his outfit.
History: Jizo was born to a small clan of Blue Ogres that were virtually indistinguishable from most if not all others, with one exception. For some reason, the majority of their clan are born without horns; not even the eldest, wisest clansmen have an idea as to the cause. Growing up in his isolated community, Jizo and the other youth were mentored by an elderly Red Ogre named Fuujin who had retired after working for King Yemma and helping enforce the laws that protect all of the citizens and visitors to the Other World.
Through Fuujin's teachings, he learned the basics of Martial Arts and became strong and proud. Determined to prove himself and fascinated by the tales of the rest of the Other World, Jizo left to seek out King Yemma as well as find adventure and purpose. Throughout his travels, he heard many more stories of King Yemma and his men. The legends told of a vague technique called the 'Yemma Lock', which provoked fear and awe everywhere it was spoken of. Inspired by the tales and curious to try his hand at developing his own technique, this is where Jizo began the development of his patented Stun, the 'Lock' technique.
His first brush with real danger occurred while passing through hell. In his travels, he encountered a small group of travelling ogres who had been collecting fruits from Hell that they intended to use to prepare a tributary meal for some of King Yemma's personal guard. While Jizo was walking away after having a small conversation with the men, he heard the buckle of wood as a wheel became disconnected from their cart, and the scream of one of the men. Turning his head, Jizo found him lying unconscious on the ground, with the other two men frightened and surrounded by ghosts.
Leaping into action without a second though, Jizo charged towards the Ghosts. He lodged a kick into the torso-area of one ghost, firing a Ki Blast into another leaving one left in front of him. Channeling his psychic energy he thrust his hands forward, a beam connecting him and the ghost before Jizo shouted "Lock!", holding the Ghost in place. Releasing him and firing the Fuujin Beam into him, the ghosts panicked and fled from Jizo and the men. Having saved them, they thanked him and asked why he had helped. Jizo didn't really have an answer; he just felt obliged to help them. After all, they were in trouble and could not help themselves.
Jizo swore then to always protect the little guy, and when he become a renowned and powerful martial artist that he would pass on his teachings to those who need them, so that those who are helpless may one day help themselves to become stronger.

Fuujin Beam [N1]
Jizo charges a small ball of Red Ki in his hand before holding his hand forward and placing his other hand on his arm. He shouts the name of the attack, and releases a beam about three fingers wide towards the target. Charges at 33% per turn. (IE: 33% > 66% > 99% > 132% > 165% )

Lock [SU1]
A psychic blast projected at the target, when it hits Jizo shouts 'Lock!' causing the target to seize up for a moment, preventing movement or attacks by restraining them. Stuns at 100% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level. OOC the opponent has the choice to resist and just become stunned for 1 Round.
Super Lock [SU2]
A psychic blast projected at the target, when it hits Jizo shouts 'Super Lock!' while holding his hands together, causing the target to seize up for a moment, preventing movement or attacks by restraining them. Stuns at 200% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level. OOC the opponent has the choice to resist and just become stunned for 1 Round.
Utility
Energy Sensing [UT]
Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
