[Thread PL: 362,537 | Enlightenment (x16P) Active! Current PL: 5,800,592] [Dojo in use]
The sun sat high in the air as Bing hovered above his dojo. The serpent-style school had been constructed and repaired countless times already, and he'd only gotten one true student! The young hybrid Etoru was a fast learner, but even still, he couldn't focus on just one student. He needed entire classes worth of willing warriors; to defend earth, and hopefully, the entire galaxy. The waterfall across from Bing's Dojo spilled down the sheer drop at an incredible rate. The sound of the water was crisp and calming. It reminded him of his island home from so long ago. Maybe that was why he chose this location for the Dojo. His eyes turned to the skies above. There were many powerful fighters out there. Some were masters of combat, others not so much. It would be hard to track down those who truly needed his teachings, so he decided the best choice would be for them to come to him. Bing closed his eyes, and with a great burst of telepathic power, he sent out this message: "Fighters of Earth! I am Bing Gan; Master of the Serpent School of Martial Arts, and leader of the Zetto-Senshi. I invite any who are willing to come meet with me to test your skills, and perhaps even learn under me if you prove yourself worthy." He opened his eyes again, and sighed. There was a good chance he'd just invited a bunch of rowdy punks to his Dojo, but with any luck, those few out there who truly had passion for fighting would seek him out instead.

Thread PL: 25,741 "AAAAAAAHH!!" All that could be heard through the halls of the ship known as 'The Kirin' was Collan's screams of distress. It had only been a few hours since he woke up, but all he had been doing was running around. He had somehow lost Rinsuji...or excuse me, Rinsuji's glove. He knew it was somewhere on the ship, but no idea the exact location.
Though soon, that would become the least of his worries, a voice echoing through his head...it was Bing. He had remembered the man back from the tournament and the dinner. He seemed nice, and from the message he had sent was also a master of sorts. He thought about the message for a bit...when an idea came to his head, hitting his fist against an open palm.
"That Bing guy! He's one of the strongest fighters I know!...and if he's offering training...th-then I'll surely get the strength I need to beat Jor!" After having a large grin come to his face and deciding Rinsuji would just have to wait. The white haired wonder ran to the front door and grabbed his bandana, wrapping it around his neck. After exiting, he looked down to see the ground below and attempted to focus in on Bing's energy.
Once locked on, he would jump down and slowly begin to glide and find himself in front of a dojo of sorts. It looked nice actually, and besides, it wouldn't be wise to go against Bing's opinions on what things should be like if he's handing out an offer like this! So quickly heading in, he looked around to find the man he somewhat knew, giving a wave
"I'm here! Came as soon as I heard the message!" Though he came to a stop, ending the speed he came in at, not wanting to break anything. That wouldn't be the best way to give an impression.
Wooo!

[Thread PL: 72,061]EGG was in the middle of eating a nice lunch in his home in the Southern Islands, him eating a well cooked Egg Sandwich. If names counted as cannibalism, then EGG was committing one hell of a severe sin. But food was food, and EGG, for all he knew, didn't come from a measly egg such as this. The first thing he could remember was just meeting the old man that he grew up with, but nothing past that. While eating silently in his home all alone, a heart weighed down by the prospect of many threats throughout the galaxy, he started to wonder if what he was doing was going to be enough.
He had worked half of a year, training by himself and on his own, without any kind of specialized training aside from what he learned off of watching Jim John Fightingman off of the television. And even then, after meeting the bloke himself, EGG even wondered if his fighting style was worth it, as he was nowhere near as powerful as EGG originally imagined. He was sorely disappointed in a heavy degree... And then EGG had fought in a tournament, and was thoroughly trounced by Vi-Poi, breaking whatever little spirit he had in his own fighting style and in his own self-confidence due to the crowd at the tourney. A somber feeling taking hold of the little plant's heart, as he couldn't find room for improvement on his own.
As he was in mid-chew of the sandwich, however, a voice pierced his head. Similar to Maeve Rakshasa, but a male voice that sounded very familiar. And the reason it was so familiar, as it was also kind of explained by the voice in his head, was because it was the voice of Bing Gan, one of the other fighters in that tournament and a person he had eaten with at a diner a long while back. Listening really closely to the voice explaining his proposition, EGG started to get a smile on his face as this seemed just like the thing he needed. That, and he couldn't get a hold of any of the current friends he knew, so taking Bing up on his offer seemed better than moping about his existential crisis.
Finishing up his food, EGG quickly slapped on his lighter cape, fluffing it around his body so that he was perfectly comfortable, and he blasts off of his island, zooming through the sky towards the location in which he could sense the energy of Bing Gan. Making his way towards to the Fukurou Forest in no time at all due to how much he had progressed in the past half year, EGG arrived at the foot of the dojo, a little in awe at the type of establishment it was. Looking upward in the direction of the waterfall, EGG would see the form of Bing Gan. Waving from down below, EGG would let out a hearty,
"Hello Bingo!"

"Chai's Dialogue" 'Guardia's Telepathy' "Chai's Telepathy' 'Guardia's Thoughts' 'Chai's Thoughts'
<< Previous ThreadTHE NEXT GENERATION
Guardia lie in the grassy clearing next to his sleeping partner, Chai. Time had passed, and the two had explored the world they lived in a little more, and took a well-deserved break from training. They were both concerned about their own universe, and had to become strong enough to save it as soon as possible, sure. Yet, at the same time, the peace in this world was something alien to both of the warriors. Chai was still getting used to it, but it was something he was thankful for.
Guardia huffed telepathically, leaning back up and letting some rainbow flecks of Ki fly from his blade. He had been in many battles, yet his strength remained stagnant. What did he need to finally break free from his sword prison? How could he finally become the great, tall, winged, and powerful demon he once was? This was only a mere tenth of the power Guardia once had when he was free from his blade. He needed to get stronger, but had no physical body to even train to begin with, like Chai did. Turning to his sleeping partner, the sword would sigh and float over, abruptly popping a quick bubble that had formed on the goat's nose.
'Hey. Wake up, partner!' Guardia commanded, causing the goat's eyes to flutter open slowly. Rolling up and stretching his arms with a wide yawn, the warrior from another world glanced down with tired eyes to his partner. "Eugh. What is it, G?" Chai questioned, looking down at his best friend and weapon of choice. Guardia floated up into the goat's face, narrowing his eye before hovering back and chiming with his usual telepathic voice. 'I've had enough lying around! I'm sick and tired of having no damn arms! Fuck the peace, we need to get uber strong and put our axes to the grindstone.' Chai yawned again while Guardia spoke, his form in a slumped sitting position. Flopping back onto his back on the grass, he'd close his eyes and speak in a strained tired tone. "...Five more minutes, please." Guardia's eye widened for a moment before he narrowed it, flailing around before flying behind Chai and pushing hi back up, speaking in an angry and commanding voice. 'Augh!! You've gotten too peaceful and lazy! Are you forgetting that ALL of our friends are SUFFERING and fighting for their lives back home!?!' Guardia shouted with his telepathy.
Chai's eyes flickered open once more as he forced himself to his feet, turning to Guardia with a strained and tired look, his mouth crooked with a distraught expression. Guardia's eye widened once more as he spoke in a telepathic tone, now wrought with worry. 'Oh, uh... sorry. That was... a bit much.' Guardia rang, causing a tired Chai to stretch his arms and shake his head. "No, it's my bad... So how's about we get to it?" Chai spoke, causing Guardia's single eye to glimmer. But before the sword could speak once more, a telepathic voice would ring inside their heads, not belonging to Chai or Guardia... And it was all too familiar to the duo. Bing!
'...Oh you've got to be fucking kidding me.' Guardia spoke, his lower eyelid curling up as he rolled his eye, slumping over. For a moment, the demonic sword would recall the ex-guardian's self from their universe, shivering and grimacing for a moment. Glancing up to Chai, the sword would let out a groan of annoyed defiance when he saw a smug smile on the goat zoan's face. "...Oh, hush, Guardia." Chai rang, rubbing his single eye again before leaning down, putting a hand on the blade's back. "If he's offering, we should take it! What better way is there to get stronger besides learning FROM the strongest?" Chai spoke, raising a finger and closing his eyes, his tone factual and straight. Guardia narrowed his eye for a moment before rolling it again, glancing off to the side. 'I know! But he...!' Chai quickly interrupted Guardia, knowing the sword still felt much repressed anger and distrust to their president's "good self." "They're not the same, Guardia. Try to see 'em like different people. I do that, and it helps a lot." Chai spoke, gesticulating as he continued on. 'Fffffffine.... But if he tries anything funny, I will slit his throat! For real this time!!' Guardia spoke, recalling the same words he said when the president invaded their base in Universe 5. "That's the spirit!" Chai spoke, grabbing the sword's hilt and sliding him safely into his sheath. He'd have to keep a careful watch on the ever so impulsive and rude Guardia for sure.
It wasn't too hard to get a lock on Bing's energy. Clenching his fists, the goat let his ki flare, flying up into the air. (It was about time he learned how to fly.) Even with his weighted trenchcoat on, the goat had quickly soared towards his... friend's... power level. Soaring high in the skies, Chai managed to catch a whiff of both EGG and Collan's energies gathering nearby as well! The presence of his friends sent a smile across Chai's face. Hopefully they were enjoying the peace of Earth as much as he and Guardia were.
Chai slowed his descent as he approached the ground, landing near Collan, Bing, and EGG with the light 'tap' of his bare feet on the ground. "Howdy! I'm not late, am I?" Chai spoke, a meek smile on his face. Hopefully the ex-guardian had no hard feelings for the goat, since he had dropped the truth bomb on him, Collan, EGG, and a few others back at the Crimson Striker Diner. Guardia peered out of his sheath, glaring daggers at Bing, unbeknownst to Chai. No words were needed to express that the sword was saying "I'm watching you."
Closing his eyes with a meek, toothy grin, the goat shook his head and folded his arms, expression returning to one of neutrality. "So, uh, what's the game plan for this whole training thing? I got your message." Chai questioned, titlting his head to the side. Ever since their fight, Chai still hadn't tapped into that surge of strength he felt, or even mastered it to begin with. Shaking those rather finicky memories aside for now, the goat would give a quick smile and wave to Collan and EGG, but Guardia's glare would never divert or falter. The sword never even blinked, it seemed...

Post by Vi-Poi on Feb 17, 2017 3:29:57 GMT
(Thread PL: 11,281,841)Vi-Poi was skating down a street in the bustling Seaside district of West City, and, before Bing’s telepathy reached him, he was reading a very different kind of message.
The McBao’s he rolled past was one of the older ones, the kind shaped like a giant letter B knocked on its back. On its window was a poster that made him stare in confusion and wonderment:
“Bao’s package?” He gawked. “What’s that mean?”
Poi’s ghost fought to contain a ferocious giggling fit.
A horn blared, and suddenly he was torn from his trance by a low-swooping hovercar. He acked, leaving behind a wavering afterimage and a skateboard spinning on its kicktail as he leapt over to the sidewalk.
“Watch where you’re driving, you idiot!” He yelled as the hovercar swooped up to cut some commuter off in the congested sky.
“Bite me, blue brat!” He heard the driver yell back.
Just when Vi-Poi was about to wirelessly revoke the jerk’s driving privileges, or maybe just tear the bumper off his car, he got a telepathic message from Bing Gan, one he’d been waiting to hear for a while.
“Wooooo, bout time!” He took up his board and launched up into the sky, completely forgetting about the bad driver and the bizarre message scrawled on the Happy Package poster. He was excited for Bing. Becoming a true Serpent School Master was one of his friend’s dreams, and not only that, Vi-Poi was eager to see where the Style went from here. He couldn’t be sure, but he had an inkling that Bing had been working on something in his technique. He’d noticed a change even during their little tournament bout.
When he got to the forest he landed in the river, using the skateboard to surf down the waterfall, arriving at such a high speed frothing steam rose up behind him as his force split the sparkling tail.
“Don’t forget I reserved a spot!” He blurted as he spied three other powers waiting and landed by the dojo, kicking the board up.
He stared up at the dojo, more than a bit awestruck, then grinned up at Bing, laughing with glee. “This is pretty cool.”
Now he took in the rest, noting the Saibaman EGG who’d he tussled with at the tourney, as well as another that was vaguely familiar. Met him on the same day you met EGG. Poi’s ghost reminded him. The third, impossibly, was Fry's gym teacher, and that almost made him gape and gulp at the same time, but he wasn't sure he'd be recognized with a beanie and no glasses and blue hair. What was a Satan City gym teacher doing here? He didn't peg Mr. Fireheart for the fighting sort.
“You three come to train, too?” He asked, reaching in the back pocket of his jeans to take out a billfold. “I’ve got cash saved for the dogi, the keychain, the fanny pack, and the coffee mug,” He grinned, fanning the fresh green Zeni out and flapping it towards Bing.

[Thread PL: 340,874]Current PL:5
Etoru lied on a bed in one of the rooms inside the sleeping quarters, staring at the wooden ceiling. While it wasn't his room, given that he lived on the Lookout, which might I add was also not too far from here, he still needed some rest given the circumstances he was in. The boy lost his forearm and leg, and while he was fine and healthy due to Bing-Gan's healing abilities, he still wasn't really in any condition to be fighting or training. He could barely walk, and due to the sudden change of weight on both sides, he even had trouble flying without losing balance! The young Serpent Student huffed and puffed out his cheeks in annoyance. "...This blows...I can't do anything. It can't get worse than this..."
Suddenly, he heard Bing's message, It looks like he was...offering training. "Wait...does that mean...oh no." Etoru's eyes widened. He bit his lip anxiously. "I-I can't fight anymore...so I can't represent the school....s-so he's..." Etoru gulped. "Replacing me!" Etoru took a deep, calm breath. He needed to focus. Even if he couldn't fight at the moment, he needed to stay calm. If he annoyed Bing, who's to say that Etoru wouldn't kicked out. It wasn't like he was useful to the Serpent School now anyways.
The Saiyan Hybrid sat up on his bed and rotated to the side, letting his leg hang over the edge. He slid off and hopped awkwardly on one foot to keep his balance. He pouted and moved his tail under his missing leg. That'll at least make it somewhat easier right? The child waddled down the halls towards the entrance. He saw a few warriors here, ready to train...including Vi-Poi! "It's worse than I thought...."
Besides Vi, there were also two other familiar faces...! The Zoanthrope who he met while playing Super Villain, and EGG...! The third power however, Etoru couldn't really recall meeting him. Etoru didn't really plan on training now, he didn't wanna look like an idiot. That'd be embarrassing. He thought maybe, just watching his competition would be enough. For now, he stood against the doorway, watching the new arrivals. ---
Etoru's a spectator, so you dont need to count him in the posting order.

(Thread PL: 4,312)
So this was it, the first day of official training since Rayne met the school's master in the bamboo forest that day. So far, he'd gotten by on self taught skills and street brawling, but he hadn't received a proper formal education in martial arts, yet. After receiving the telepathic message, the otter Zoan wasted no time in speeding off to the school's address, making ample use of his new flying skill. His ability to sense ki was also a great help, as he could detect the presence of several powerful warriors already converging to the same location, which let him know he was going on the right direction.
"I hope my current outfit doesn't seem disrespectful." Rayne said, resting a hand on his plain blue and white gi. He hadn't forked out the money to purchase a proper Serpent School dogi yet, but those things were expensive! Regardless, this could still work out for him. A formal week of regimented training would help Rayne decide whether this was something he wanted to commit to or not. Clenching his fists in anticipation, he saw the school off in the distance and quickly began to land in front of it, kicking up a small cloud of dust as he touched ground and surveyed the architectural surroundings. He soon spotted a few other fighters who had arrived before he did and decided to introduce himself, first impressions were everything, after all.
"Hello there!" he called, the 2 foot tall zoan waddling up to them with a friendly wave, "You guys new students, too?" he certainly hoped not, the ki he felt coming off of them was more than three times Rayne's own. If they were going to join him in the beginner courses, he didn't like his chances in sparring competitions. And then there was at least one other power he could sense around the school that made all of theirs seem infinitesimal by comparison!

Post by Bing Gan on Feb 19, 2017 11:28:27 GMT
Bing slowly uncrossed his legs, floating down from the top of the dojo slowly. His feet tapped onto the grass mere moments before the first of his new students would arrive. Collan, the white-haired man he'd met at the tournament a month back, was the first to arrive. He bowed, smiling warmly at the newest potential student. "Welcome. You're the very first to arrive."
It wouldn't be long before the next face would reveal itself. Egg, the strange Saibaman from the tournament! He waved wildly at Bing, causing the Serpent Master to reciprocate with a wave of his own. "Good to see you again! I can tell you've already gotten stronger! Are you sure you need my training?"
Within mere moments another set of faces would show itself! Chai floated down across from Egg just as Rayne arrived, the both of them greeting the group as they appeared. Bing bowed to the both of them.
His focus stayed on Chai for a moment. A part of him hoped there wasn't any bad blood between them due to their tournament match, but Chai didn't seem the type to hold a grudge. His sword however... That was a different story. It seemed to dislike Bing quite a bit. He supposed the sword had every reason to. Bing was apparently not the nicest guy in this world they came from.
Just as Bing was about to answer Chai's question, the last and longest awaited face arrived. In the most radical way possible, Vi skate-boarded onto the scene, landing expertly in front of the Dojo. Bing smiled at his friend, snatching the Zeni from Vi's hands and chuckling. "Well, that's one way to earn your Gi I suppose. I've got a set made for you already. It's inside the Dojo. You can run inside and grab it before we begin, if you'd like."
He turned back to look at the Dojo, his eyes falling on Etoru. The boy was a cripple now; his training would need to start from the very beginning if this was ever gonna work. The Serpent Master frowned, walking up to Etoru. He ruffled his sons hair, speaking softly to his first pupil. "Hey buddy. I think it might be best if you hold off on trying to fight for just a bit longer, okay? I'm working on something that might help you fight like you used to." Bing turned to the side, blasting a patch of grass, causing a wooden chair to materialize from thin air. He motioned for Etoru to sit down, before returning his attention to the group.
"Greetings, everyone! You're all here because of a single purpose: To train. There are many dangers out there. Stalking the stars above or sneaking around your home town; no matter the enemy, we must be prepared. I wish to prepare all of you for the dangers that are coming. If you wish to learn how to defend yourselves against the dangers looming around the corner, and are willing to stand up to them alongside me when the time comes, then I will gladly accept you all as my pupils."
He waited a moment, allowing his words to sink in, allowing those who weren't willing to fight for their planet to leave while they still could. Once everyone had decided what they wanted, Bing would speak again.
"Before we begin any official training, I'd like to test you all. Simply come at me with everything you've got, and I'll see if you've got the potential needed for proper tutelage."
Bing folded his arms across his chest, his eyes critically assessing the group. He wondered who would attack first, and who would consider turning tail and running.

Post by Trouza on Feb 20, 2017 14:05:32 GMT
Trouza was there, discreet, standing near the back of the crowd and listening to the one they called Bing. He had learned from the other martial artists he had met about the famed martial artist and defender of Earth, and how the man was now looking to train students. Looking around him, Trouza would recognize the goat warrior Chai and his sword, not surprisingly, though the last impression he had of the goat was that of a cowardly warrior whose sword did most of the initiative. Several others were also around; big tough brutes who heard the call of Bing and several wizened-looking hermits as well. Though he had no intention of joining the enigmatic man's Serpent School, it had been his intention to grow his network of connections within the martial arts world and the best of the best on Earth. He had also wanted to be one of these so-called defenders of Earth himself, though whether he would be able to keep up with these gods of war, he did not know. Ever since he had returned to his family estate and ran some of his father's former businesses, he had less time to hone martial arts in the hopes of defeating his nemesis on Arcose. He was getting rich, but he was also getting rusty to say the least. He still patrolled the South Sector's islands from time to time, thinking himself a self-proclaimed defender of the seas. Chance would have it that one day Bing Gan the master would call to him, along with many other skilled fighters and warriors from around the Earth to the newly built Serpent School. That was how Trouza wound his way to this distant corner of the Earth and pack his things once more. He had yet to introduce himself to the man, but he'll try to make the impression in person soon enough. All Trouza knows is that he had been called, and that was enough for him to be known to the Serpent Master Trouza listened intently as Bing announced his introduction to the group and his intentions. While some would eagerly agree to Bing's terms, Trouza guessed some would probably pack their things up and leave, probably warriors who can't be bothered to soldier such a cause. The master had hoped to encourage a new generation of heroes and trainees to help defend Earth; that he can surmise. So far however, the lot who were called stayed and was eager to learn and defend earth. Asking everyone to come at him with everything they've got, Trouza would step back and watch as the fighters in front of him unfold and unleash their energy on the master; guessing the rowdy hotheads without strategy among them would come first with their fists. Trouza being Trouza, would watch every movement, every technique and habit Bing would have and strike at the right opportunity. Perhaps one of his peers would leave such an opening for him to capitalize and make a mark for Bing to remember him by. Hoping to not be noticed in the ensuing chaos, he charged up ready to fight, with his ki ball forming in his left pointer finger.

As Collan stood around, it was no surprise that other people came. Though it was a surprise who came here. As Chai, Egg, and Rayne came in, the white haired wonder waved again. "Chai! It's been too long man! Egg, don't know you too well, but you seem like a great guy! And...otter...dude...don't know you...you seem nice."
But it wasn't long till another person had entered into the room. Collan...didn't know this one's name either, but he knew that he saw him around the time Capper had shown Collan the little mechanic's motor-bike. There was one thing about this blue haired mystery that interested him though, for some reason he couldn't sense his energy...weird.
Though what came next is something Collan least expected. A young boy, missing two of his limbs. Collan didn't say anything, just as long as he was fine. Besides, with what little he knew about Bing, he the beautiful white haired person (not himself) was taking care of him, then he was alright.
Now though...now came what Collan was expecting from this place. A supposed trial to see how strong everyone was right now. Smiling, he would step forward and get into a stance, spreading his legs and holding his right fist forward towards Bing, while his left open palm stayed in the back.
"I'll be going first I guess..." For a few moments, he just stood there, until finally charging right for Bing, seeming like he'd about to throw a punch. Though that's when all of a sudden, he quickly thrusted himself around the beautiful man and threw the latest version of his signature technique. "SINJIN!"
Hopefully, his plan worked, and it would hit the back of the Serpent Master's head.

Post by EGG on Feb 20, 2017 16:18:57 GMT
The little guy stood quite proud as his cape fluttered in the wind, his heart bursting with excitement as someone as strong as Bing Gan was complimenting the fact that the little guy had attained such a great amount of power already. Chuckling a little, EGG could barely respond, speaking in his sharp, broken voice, "Never strong enough to save people. All can do is improve upon self, to become better hero. That, and never got fomal training, so I'm very interest."
His voice dying down as others arrive, the white haired Collan arriving, the goat man Chai, some otter person, and even Vi-Poi?! Raising an eyebrow a little, as the little guy was slightly wary of this blue haired president as he lorded around a wad of zeni in his hands, begging Bing Gan to take it. And the payment was taken nicely, Bing being a little snarky in how the president already had a gi hanging in the dojo for him. But for everyone else, it was a different issue...
But the biggest issue of all for the little guy was the broken heart he was experiencing, his hart sinking into the darkest pits as he witnessed Etoru hobble out into the entry way of the dojo. Bing Gan already addressed him as his son, a very neat fact to know that this Bing Gan and Etoru was related... Though, that was the impression EGG got, and not the reality of it all. Nonetheless, EGG sprinted out of the group and past Bing, putting an arm around Etoru so the boy could use the pink and blue tennenman as a crutch as he lead him to the chair the Serpent Master materialized.
The little pink hero's body was visibly shaking, as this was something quite extreme. The last thing that he remembered from Etoru was him being with Capper back on Planet Vegeta, the both of them alive and well, both of them having limbs. EGG being forced to escape from the planet of the tailed warriors due to their outrage towards a saibaman having any form of sentience, and the little guy was sure to leave the little mechanic saiyan a message as he was leaving from the little scouter he bought. But, in that short amount of time between then and now, Etoru had... had...
"Etoru... Wh-... What... Why..."
His heart was sinking further into the pits of despair, as reasoning was leaving him as what he could believe as his reality was shattering. Though he was not the one to suffer that fate, EGG felt that this was entirely his fault. If the little hero had just listened to Capper and not tried to explore Vegeta on his own and forced himself off the planet... If the little hero had just stayed with the strong saiyan boy, protecting him from the accident that he must have had. If only EGG was there, things could have turned out differently.
Tears rolled out of the edges of the saibaman's eyes as his body shuddered, EGG's voice bouncing back and forth as it was trying its best not to cry, though ultimately failing in the end. Salty liquid streamed down his face, as his own power started spiking. The small pool of power that was locked away from EGG slightly opened up a little, his own strength petering back from his base power to double what his own strength was. The tennenman was utterly infuriated with himself, at his inability to protect someone in a dire need of help. His golden aura surrounding him, flickering a little as the guy placed Etoru into the chair.
Hiccuping a little as his cries of groans permeated the air, the tennenman asked his friend, "Who... Did this to you... Etoru, So sorry... Should been there... Should stop this. But... But..."
His own body shook even further as he was fighting both his rage and sorrow, as the slight bit of EGG's personality that was still in control recognized that he was going to lose control somewhat. This was worse than his old man dying, and worse than failing to save that little girl from the fire. This was seeing one of his good friends utterly turned useless at the moment, all because of EGG.
This was the worst kind of feeling.
EGG didn't hear Bing Gan's instructions, too distracted by Etoru. His own power flickering between 72,061 and 144,122 ; though not settling down any time soon as he fought his own emotions.

<< Previous ThreadTHE NEXT GENERATION
Chai and Guardia's eyes momentarily widened when the one and only Premier of the Earth, Vi-Poi, arrived in perhaps the most strangely radical way possible, by skateboarding down the waterfall nearby! Chai felt a quick bead of sweat drip down his head- his world's president wasn't the most... benevolent, to say the least. This would take some getting used to. Guardia's lower eyelid would curl up with glee as he quickly commented on the blue-haired android's entrance. 'Okay, I'll hand this round to you. Eleven out of ten entrance, Premier.' The sword commented in an amused and somewhat happy tone, rolling his eye and doing a quick flip in the air.
The leader of the Earth asked if the three newcomers had come to train, earning a quick nod from Chai as he spoke in a meek tone. "Y-yeah. We, uh, came to train also." The goat blurted, not sure what else to say. Shaking his head, the goat's direction was directed to his partner when the blade began to speak once more. 'Anyways, as some of you might know, I'm Guardia. This bloke over 'ere is my best buddy and partner, Chai.' The sword spoke with a quick bow of his blade, which was the best he could manage with his inanimate form.
Guardia continued floating in the air, having pushed aside his disdain for Bing in favor of inspecting the newcomers. Collan was here, along with EGG and Rayne- and how could he forget the Premier, Vi-Poi also! Turning around, the sword eyed Trouza for a moment before turning back around, blinking a few times with a calmer eye. Chai's ears twitched a few times when he sensed a tiny power approach... It could just be a mere mouse or animal, so the goat pushed it aside with a shrug.
Soon enough, the Serpent Master spoke to Vi, telling him he already had his own Gi inside. 'Hacks! I call hacks!' Guardia blurted without thinking, snapping with a narrowed eye and a quick flail of his blade. Chai quickly shushed his sword, giving Guardia a quick flick to the back of his blade, which caused the sword to growl for a moment before calming down.
Yet, Bing's eyes would soon fall onto something- or rather, someone, concealed behind the group. Chai's blood ran cold when he caught eye of Etoru, a mere child, mind you, whom was missing not one- but two of his limbs. '...Oh Beelzebub below, that's a child.' Guardia commented in a shocked, yet solemn tone. The goat's somber eyes drifted to the cracking EGG, whom appeared to be very distraught over his friend's predicament.
Chai knew the look in the little plant boy's green eyes. The feeling of incompetence, guilt, and somber failure. What if he was there? Would things be different? Chai had failed to save so many of his friends. He could have done something to help them-- he should have been the one to die on so many occasions. The saibaman's cracking voice made Chai frown while Bing spoke in the background, although the goat now payed little mind to the task of attacking at hand. If EGG had been there... If he was there for whatever the hell happened to make this boy loose his limbs...
A image flashed in Chai's head- he recalled seeing his own world's EGG self destruct from the cockpit of the Perdiem, and letting out a shrill cry and plea for his friend to not follow through with his suicide attack. His friend gave everything so Chai could live another day. Would this EGG have died and done the same thing for this Etoru? Frowning, the goat caught eye of a tear trickling down his cheek, and quickly wiped it away. EGG was surely feeling a multitude of overpowering emotions Chai was all too familiar with. Anger, shame, and maybe even a tad of fear, perhaps. Biting his lip, the goat would push aside Bing's orders to attack for a more important matter at hand- helping his friend.
"EGG." Chai spoke, his tone solemn. The goat's seven-foot shadow would cast over the two shorties as he stood above them for a moment before kneeling down, making eye contact with the pink and blue plant boy. "...Look." The goat spoke, slowly reaching out a hand to put on EGG's shoulder in an effort to provide him with some comfort. "I know this. You must... be feeling a lot. You feel like you could have done something, you feel like the world is on your shoulders- you feel like you... caused this." Chai spoke, looking downcast for a moment as he recalled the deaths of many of his friends.
Shaking his head, the goat's grip on the saibaman's shoulder would tighten for a moment while he spoke in a calm tone, aiming to continue to comfort EGG after giving him some empathy. "Your mistakes do not make you a bad person, EGG. Believe me when I say I've been in your shoes." The goat spoke, breathing slowly. "Just breathe for a moment. Your friend is still alive. You are still alive." Chai spoke, pacing and emphasizing his own breaths for a moment in an attempt to help his close friend calm down before chiming in once more. "Making mistakes is a part of us mere mortals. I'm not going to invalidate your feelings of guilt for all... this... but know this, friend. Sometimes the person who you want to win doesn't win" Chai spoke, inhaling slowly before concluding his little rant.
"And that makes you sad and confused. Angry, even. Full of increased feelings to make this feel like the loss of all losses." Chai spoke, only now remembering he was talking to a saibaman as well. Hopefully his friend, while not the brightest bulb, could understand the zoan's empathy and advice. "While we cannot undo what is done, but we can see it, learn from it, and continue on... So do yourself a favor, and stand up. Ain't no friend of mine's gonna be a quitter." Chai finally concluded, closing his eyes and letting out a quick sigh. He... went on for a little longer than planned. Guardia watched on from afar, blinking a few times after listening to his friend's spiel, glancing from Chai, to Etoru, to EGG, and then Bing and everyone else. 'So... We gonna train, or...?' The sword questioned, mainly directing his words to EGG and Chai now. Glancing up to Guardia for a moment, the goat would let out a quick huff before looking to EGG once more to see how he would react to the goat's rant.

Vi-Poi winked at his friend and soon-to-be master before running into the dojo, finding the green gi neatly folded for him on one of the sparring mats. Snatching it up he hurriedly changed, tossing his street clothes into a rumpled pile in one corner while sliding into the billowy and comfortable fighting set. These were slightly weighted, he found, but only to the point where a true novice of spiritual martial arts would be hindered. Vi-Poi barely even felt it.
As he came back into the open air he was pulling the dogi top over his head, its back and breast emblazoned with the Serpent School kanji. He was eager to get started. It felt like he’d stepped into one of those cheesy 80s kung fu movies.
“Alright, who’s up for some-“ His words drifted off as Collan was already in spar-mode.
He stood with arms akimbo for a moment, appraising the attack before his eyes shifted to Guardia and Chai.
That’s the other power we sensed hiding in his work bag! Oh my kami! It’s a talking rainbow sword, how rad, Poi’s ghost chimed. Why can’t we get one of those, huh? It's all salty, too! Think it once belonged to some swashbuckling sorcerer of a pirate? I bet it did.
Vi-Poi used a burst of speed to flicker next to Chai and EGG and a strange little otter guy, and having picked up the tail of Chai’s words and seeing Etoru, he patted the Tennenman on the shoulder. “Etoru will be fine. He’s a tough little dude. It’s just an arm and a leg, nothing irreplaceable. I’ll get the Science Corps to fix him up with something really good. Whatever make, model, and color he wants.” He tilted a head over to Bing as the Serpent Master tangled with Collan. “Ask him how many arms he lost. It happens.”
Off in the distance, he took note of another gi-toting fighter, this one charging ki on a fingertip. Master Mustache! Poi's ghost blurted.

As Etoru watched all the warriors gather, he noticed Vi-Poi holding some sort of pouch. Apparently it was filled with Zeni...! It was payment for his own Serpent Gi! Etoru felt a tad bit envious at seeing the exchange take place between his master and Vi-Poi. Not only that, but he already had a pre-made gi ready for him! Even Etoru didn't get that type of treatment. He had to tussle with a robot for crying out loud! He puffed his cheeks out a bit stubbornly watching Vi walk passed him to fetch his gi.
Meanwhile, Bing finally took notice of the child. The Serpent Master approached Etoru, giving a swift tussle to his hair telling him to sit this one out. Etoru didn't object. He wasn't really here to fight anyways. But that's when Etoru noticed Egg. The boy blinked blankly, staring at the Saibaman. "Oh, um hi Egg--eep!" Egg swiftly dashed passed everyone and then maneuvered under Etoru's arm for support. "Eh--um..heh, Egg, I'm fine...." Etoru muttered awkwardly. He helped Etoru into the chair Bing materialized, leaving the boy to look up at him.
The child frowned. Part of him was a tad bit annoyed, not really enjoying the feeling of someone weeping over him. It made him feel helpless. But another part of him sort of felt bad for Egg? After all, Etoru wished he was there when Bing was on Kanassa. The boy huffed. "Look, if you were there you'd probably be dead. You wouldn't have stopped anything. You're not in the league of these guys. Anyways its over and its not a big deal, alright?" After that was said and done, he heard a voice of shock in the group reacting to his wounds. Etoru usually liked being the center of attention, but not in this kind of way. The boy's cheeks reddened slightly as he stared at the flooring of the dojo. The familiar Goat Zoanthrope appeared behind Egg trying to calm him down.
Etoru furrowed his eyebrows in annoyance. A bit of anger coursed through him as they practically talked over him like he wasn't there. Pitying him, talking about how he could have been saved. Etoru growled. "Alright, you know what! I'm right here you know! And if I wanted to, I'd kick your butt right here and now! Both of you! And--" In an instant, Vi-Poi appeared from behind the group. He sort of gave Etoru a complement and offered to help Etoru fix his arm and leg, though Capper had that covered. He'd leave that to him. And, despite his kind gestures, Etoru couldn't accept it completely with Vi-Poi wearing the Serpent Gi and being the newest strongest student there is. Etoru seriously couldn't get that feeling of replacement out of his head. He just kept it too himself however. He wasn't going to be pitied even more. He crossed his arm and prepared to watch the training session go on.

It seemed like the brawl had begun already! The first to attack was Collan, the guy with a great hairstyle. He darted forward with impressive speed, fist cocked back to toss out a killer punch! His strike was soon revealed to be a feint, however, as he deftly spun around Bing to hit him with a Ki wave right in the back of the head! The strike landed cleanly, causing a small cloud of smoke to rise from the explosion. The smog soon cleared, revealing Bing to be no worse for wear. He turned, smirking at Collan happily. "Good effort! I can tell you've got potential already!" Bing responded to the strike with one of his own, hopping backwards as he lobbed an orb of Ki towards Collan. It was slow-moving, but it packed a lot of power in it. If Collan didn't move quick, he'd be in for a lot of pain. Bing turned to his other opponents, his excited smirk disappearing, soon replaced by a concerned frown. Chai and Egg were busy being Sobbing Sandy's and making Etoru feel bad about himself! The Serpent Master contemplated simply walking up and getting them to focus, but a much better idea came to mind. "A bad start for the both of you! Always keep an eye on your foe!"With a swift motion, Bing sped towards the two of them, sending a swift set of kicks towards both the Goat and Saibaman! They'd receive a nasty bump on the head if they didn't move soon!
Wow! This one took a dip in activity, huh? Sorry about the wait, but if y'all are still interested, it's Trouza's turn next, followed by Collan Vixen.
