He sleeps. He has slept for 2 week on his journey. The first few were spent listening to the radio on his scouter, flipping from broadcast to broadcast. Some had music, some had talk shows, but most was white noise; the result of solar radiation through space, which would kill him in an hour if he got out of the pod.
He had than spent the rest fidgeting, and he had sung for about an entire day, "Over 9,000 pl on the scouter, over 9,000 pl! The namek gets punched, a bit more weak, 8,999 pl on the scouter!" he had done this not because he was working on his song writing skills, (which he was terrible at) but so he could kill time. And what was like a month to anyone else, was a DECADE to him. So, he had decided, halfway through the trip, that he would sleep. It wouldn't be hard; all he had to do was turn off all the lights, squat back a bit farther, and close his eyes. In fact, a few seconds after doing these things, the young saiyan was out cold.
He had dreamed of nothing, which was strange. He often had to many dreams to count when he slept, but now, there were none. He didn't have time to wonder though.
Tomoka was in the middle of his sleep, when, all of a sudden the ships lights turned back on, bright as ever, an alarm sounding. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" he had screamed, terrified. He looked around, slamming his fist on the alarm button. It shorted out, dented. "Damn..." he muttered, not pleased by the fact that he had been awoken during a particular dream about a certain female classmate...
He snapped out of it, and realized that there was only one reason as for why the pod would've woken him: he was entering the atmosphere.
He quickly looked out the window, only to find he was looking up into the now fading stars, and into 2 of 3 suns that the planet orbited. He closed his eyes, growling.
He than began to realize something. He didn't know if he was headed towards land or not. And as the pod began to descend faster and faster, he began to panic. He tried rolling around, but it was no use. The pod didn't turn. He began frantically moving around, yelling. He than tried to open the door while it was still descending, but it wouldn't budge. And just as the door finally opened, the pod hit the ocean, and it flooded with water. All at once, his lungs were filled with water.
Tomoka struggled out of the pod, trying to compose himself. He grabbed the pod, now heavily damaged, and swam to the surface. He so, so far below sea level, that when he finally got to the surface and on to a near bye island, hurling the pod in front of him, he began throwing up salt water, laying there in his armor, coughing uncontrollably. He coughed a few more times as he got up, walking towards his ship.
The ship was busted badly, but it would probably be able to serve him one, pathetic last trip in the near future. For this, he blew a hole in the ground, locked the door, and buried it. But not before he removed his scouter.
He had specifically instructed that his scouter be waterproofed, an extra feature that had cost him 10 zeni, barely anything. All it was was a sealant put around all the slivers and openings to the inner workings of his scouter. He had done this because it would be a painfully annoying task to have to take his scouter on and off again whenever he swam. So, he was glad to see that he hadn't been cheated when the scouter beeped to life, and he grinned as he read his own power level, brought down to 10 with the help of his ki suppression. He than floated into the air, and began spinning around, forming a small vortex as he was dried by the fast moving air.
"Now, the real work begins..." he said, as he clicked on his scouter. He looked around, and, immediately, he found a concentration of power levels that were relatively high. Infact, they were enormous. One stood at over 13,000! He had expected to encounter stronger namekians, but not this strong. He would have to rethink his approach...
He could obviously no longer demand the knowledge of the dragon balls, that was now out of the question. No way he could do that with an enemy power level that could nearly eclipse the mighty oozaru. He would need to think... differently. The namekians, or the dragon caste, were a peaceful group of people. The majority of namekians were of this caste... so, he could claim to be a young soldier who didn't want to soldier, and instead, learn of a legend that had been passed around his school. Yes, that could work. They most likely wouldn't trust him at first, but he would earn it. Yes, he would, somehow.
If he was going to find the dragon balls after he had milked them for all they were worth, however... yes. He would need to become stronger. Much, much stronger. And that called for a single act: training. Yes, that was what needed to be done.
So, he held his hand in front of him, focusing his energy, or, half of it, into a ball. A tiny, red speck appeared in his hand, and it began to glow and grow more, expanding rapidly. He grinned, and it soon grew to fill his hands. Than, he held his arm back, and chucked the ball.
"Fly, my read death." He said. It than hit a far away island, and the result was a massive explosion, leaving a small crater that was than filled with water. He grinned, and he touched down on the ground, as he began kicking and punching the air.
He finished soon, feeling much more in shape. The ship had weakened him, but he was back to his normal strength, and he could feel it. He laughed, and suddenly felt his stomach grumble.
"I guess that's what you get when you get cooped up in a space pod for a month: hungry as hell." he said. He chuckled at this, and he looked around, as he began to realize that anyone in a few dozen kilometers would soon be converging on his location. So, a sinister idea crept into his mind. The dragon caste was a good natured sort, and would be bound to help... the injured. Looking down on his suit, he winced. "Sorry." he said, as he brought his hand into his stomach. He let out a wheeze, and than punched his chest, growling. Than, he tore off his shoulder pad, and brought his strength down to a mere 2. He than lay on the ground, in a freshly torn battle suit, and waited.

Tabu was scouting, examining the area around Castle Mazkou in larger and larger circles. Their scouts were still unable to verify whether all SSE personnel had been disposed of, so, considering some warriors could hide their ki from the Mazkou's prying eyes, search patterns had been passed down. Tabu didn't mind, it gave him something to do other than knock around that gloomy place all day, waiting for his full strength to return. Tabu had healed much since his awakening, but there were still moments when his body betrayed him with it's weakness. According to his philosophy at least, the best treatment was to keep it moving, not allowing the wounds to stagnate. And it seemed there was an opportunity to test out his recovered strength! His scouter was picking up a power only slightly weaker than his own, though, of course, he had no way of knowing whether it was a Sayian or not, other than directly checking it. "Please let it not be another rebel Dragon caste, those guys are getting annoying!" Tabu picked up speed as he diverted to the left, flying only a few inches above the water, skimming it with his hand. He arrived at the reading's location within a minute or two, as the reading began to drop quickly to a measly two. He stared, Looks like I hit the jackpot this time! It was a Sayian, that much was clear from the brown appendage lying perpendicular to the humanoid's body. Tabu would position himself in front of the Sayian, and dropped to a position only a few meters above the ground. A sphere of ki formed in his outstretched palm, "What business do you have on Namek, monkey?"

Luck was treating him kindly, as it seemed things were turning out well for him already. Just as he had suspected, a namekian had appeared within somewhere of 10-15 minutes of his attempts at getting someone to find him. He looked up, to find a black robed, rather young looking namekian flying towards him. Tomoka smirked slightly, but than, he noticed that the namekian had a scouter.
That was... not good.
Tomoka looked up, trying to appear to look severely injured as he looked at the namekian as he slowly landed. He hovered a few feet above the ground. And, to Tomoka's surprise... he formed a ki blast.
"What business do you have on Namek, monkey?"
Tomoka was... surprised to say the least. Were this person a saiyan, no. But what he had thought to be a gentle, peaceful people? This was very surprising. At this, Tomoka looked up towards him, and broke into a grin.
"Oh... hey... I'm Tomoka, the guy who isn't threatening you with a ki blast and using racial slurrs."
He said this as he pretended to be injured while getting up. He stood before him, clutching his stomach, keeping his ki low.
"I was... trying to land somewhere on land... than my ship decided to crash land..." he said, pretending to wince.
"Pod was... blown to smithereens... luckily, I just so happened to NOT die. Lucky me..." he said this as he let out a weak laughter.
"Hope I'm not intruding, mister... well, I don't know what your name is. But I assure you, as you probably think, that I'm not coming to your planet, like the reasons most of my kind drop out of the sky, to exterminate your race and conquer your world. I came... seeking knowledge."

A quick glance at his surroundings revealed a large crater a mile or so to his left, with white frothing water filling the depression quickly. Tabu's eyes narrowed, was a force trying to hide in that depression? He didn't hear anything, but that might be because of of the water. Another possibility was that this idiot simply flaunted his power for no reason, wasting precious energy. It could be one or the other, but Tabu's naturally suspicious mind was leaning towards the former.
The monkey was now...apparently trying to make him feel bad? He was obviously stalling for time, but for what purpose? The main body of the Mazkou empire was weak, yes, but they could still fight off rank and file Sayian troops, and this warrior probably didn't have access to any Super Sayians! "Oh I'm sorry, I should be more polite to the race that tried to conquer the galaxy and has slaughtered hundreds of species." He took a mock bow, "Excuse me sir!" Tabu smirked, loving the feeling of having the upper hand. "Really, so your pod blew up and all that was damaged was you stomach and armor? You must have really trained your limbs against damage!" His string of sarcasm paused for a moment, and he gave the Sayian a dark look, making it clear that he would stand for any more obvious falsehood. "My name is Tabu of the Mazkou empire you Sayian scum. What knowledge are you seeking? Convince me why I shouldn't take you back to headquarters and let the tortures loose until you sing!" He was playing a dangerous game. If the Sayian was more powerful than he appeared, he had made a major mistake!

"Fwoo" He let out a long low whistle that hummed in the air, the old gun slinger's chant "ooo." he walked onto the scene, well that wouldn't do it credit he walked onto the scene with a lazy stride, a hand leaning on the hilt of a long cavalry sabre that made silent promises of violence, 'just make him draw me, see what happens'. He swaggered onto the scene. "Why wait for the torturers back at headquarters, when the torturers can come to you."
"I came... seeking knowledge." "Knowledge, it is said knowledge is power." he raised his hand displaying the empty palm of his hand, he closed it and opened it again and there balanced a knife no bigger than his pinkie, he balanced it there threading it between his finger's knuckle-walking it over the back of his hand. "If that was true a librarian would be the most powerful creature." he flicked the knife out from his hand and towards Tomoka, foot intent on stapling him to the ground like an overgrown bug in some morbid collection. "But you're not the super librarian are you?"
Now! this was where it was at, you could do anything if you had a cause and a flag. Needed money? Just acquisition some from some poor village after all the empire needed it, wanted to justify cruelty? They were enemies to the empires peace, the greater good had a funny way of becoming the greater evil.
He turned his head to Tabu, flashing the Namekian a Cheshire grin the kind that good little boys and girls should never have to see, it was the kind of smile that spoke of sharp pointy things and racks. "Shall I get loose lips to sing, when I'm done I'll be able to get him to sing any song I want-" his words were as oil on the ears, choking, THICK, consuming. "-verse for verse."
"I think I'll start with the fingers, any objections?"

Now, Tomoka was getting worried. The namekian clearly didn't buy his story, and he was much more... aggressive than expected. So, Tomoka decided he would, for the most part... cooperate.
"Actually, in the saiyan academies, we're put under extremely demanding endurance tests, specifically for accident like this. Though it is a wonder that only my arm and chest were damaged." Tomoka replied.
"I will be honest with you, namek. I've never heard of a Mazoku empire, though I have heard of the Mazoku. A caste of demons renowned for their power... and, though the word is meaningless, evil." Tomoka begin pacing, his power still brought down extremely low. Any moment, however, he could most likely take the namek by surprise. He was easily more powerful than Tomoka, but he doubted that he would be able to match his speed and techniques.
"From what I can see of this empire, I can tell that it's starting to shape out like mine. You seem to be ready for all out war... a war I don't want to get involved in."
"I do not lie when I say that I come for knowledge. I am not the spearhead of an invasion of your planet, here to bring down the fledgling empire that formed while I was in my now ruined pod for a month... or two. I didn't count the days. I just graduated from the academies. Do you really think I, a 16 year old boy, am the harbinger of death?"
Just than, he saw something rather... frightening. A rather... strange looking being, holding a knife had come on to the scene. He talked, and he spoke of the threat of torture previously mentioned. Now, Tomoka was worried. Very much worried. But he had to remain calm. Remain. Calm.
"Fine. I'll tell you what knowledge I came for, though I doubt it will pose a threat to you or your empire. What I read was probably a work of fiction... though I hope it wasn't."
Tomoka searched for a sign of confusion on the namek's face. He was hoping he would find it. If it were that of realization, than it would be good, or possibly lethal.
"I read, in the history books of the academy, of an ancient power that resides on this planet. A power that may grant me anything I desire... and I have many, Tabu of the Mazoku. I have many."
"This power can work miracles. It can restore worlds, grant wishes, summon allies, grant strength... and conquer death." Tomoka said. Now, he was sure that if the stories were true, the namek would realize what he spoke of.
"This power has 7 components, that when gathered together, may grant the gatherer a single wish." Tomoka's face broke into a grin.
"If I could figure out how these... dragon balls... worked, how they operate, how to find them... and how to use them... than I would leave. I would leave this planet, gather what I need, and go. For I know that this power is not only situated on this planet... but on a planet that my people visited in the past. You know which planet I speak of, no?" Tomoka asked, cocking his head.
"I promise you, Tabu of the mazoku empire, that this is all I want to know. All I desire from your people. I also desire a means to leave this planet as soon as possible, preferably in one piece..." Tomoka said to his accusers.
"Is it so hard to believe that I have a desire beyond conquest, mayhem and murder? Or have you been so blinded as to believe that is all my people are capable of, all I AM CAPABLE OF?!" Tomoka raised his voice, not in the mood to play nice anymore.
"I only need to know, Tabu... are they real? Did I strand myself on a hostile planet for nothing? Did I seal my possible doom for no good reason? Tell me, Tabu... tell me."

"Truly a wonder, I haven't heard many people surviving falls from orbit without any aid." Grudgingly, Tabu had to admit at least this part of the Sayian's story was moderately plausible at the very least. Sayians were tough beings, and theoretically they could easily walk away with so little damage. However, the Sayian seemed overeager to admit his injuries, a fact that pretty much confirmed Tabu's earlier suspicions. "The Mazkou Empire is new yes, but your SSE has proved utterly defenseless against our might!" Tabu spoke with understandable pride, having participated in some of that beat down personally. While he might not agree with some of his more fanatical brethren, it felt good to strike back at a force occupying their planet, even if their spark only lasted a short while. When Tomoka mentioned the Mazkou being 'evil' he let out a harsh laugh, "What is evil? Preying on the lesser beings? Exterminating entire civilizations perhaps? The Mazkou aren't all bad." In spite of his passionate words, his face twisted for a moment, almost as if his own words disgusted him. What is happening to me, I shouldn't be feeling this way! The Mazkou liberated me? Why...why am I so conflicted? The confusion made him irritable, and he visibly grew impatient with the Sayian's prattle, "Considering your species two-year olds regularly wipe out worlds, I think you can do at least some damage, if you get the chance that is."
Tabu smirked, just when he needed a helper, one arrived. The demon he had seen walking into Xylo's court had arrived, and he too was counteracting the boy's statements, as well as flashing creepy grins. "I wouldn't make a doctor work without the proper facilities, but first let's see if he cooperates, at headquarters!" He turned back to the kid, "Look, if your referring to the dragon balls, you're too late. Your new queen already used them about a week ago, and I'm not even sure if they survived the conflict." Tabu, lowered himself into his fighting stance, "But don't worry, I'll let you leave if you can manage to defeat me in battle." He grinned, anxious for the chance to try out his skills, but gave a sidelong glance at the demon, "My friend, if you don't mind, I would like to toy with this one for a while longer, then he's yours, but do try to keep him alive until Lord Xylo returns."

"Boy, you landed on the wrong planet." he listened as the boy was put to the question, if he talked this much how much would he talk when his feet was put to the real coals? And he was sure he'd get a headache, this job of his was a thankless one but you had to have pride in your craft. And his was cruelty.
"Save it for when we get to the dungeon, I don't even have paper or tongs here. But honestly, even if you tell us nothing but the truth it's not like that's what we're after." he raised his hand the flat of his hand point towards Tomoka, like he was about to fire on him the poor boy execution-style. But he didn't his hand and began inspecting the nails for dirt giving them the once over with an apathetic care only a cat could rival, they were clean. "We'll probably put a crime on you and use you as a political scapegoat, politics and all that."
"I would like to toy with this one" "By all means comrade, let it never be said that I'm not generous." just the picture of generosity, the kind that would put feet to the fire and stick sharpened wood under finger nail's, but he would never poach someone else's catch it was an unspoken line that given a choice he wouldn't cross. After all it was beneath him. "I'll sit and watch."
"But I see no point in you going gentle, I doubt an empire would send a runt like him to take us on. War parties are more their style." he sat down on the grass his arm's thrust behind him supporting his weight as he lazed in the sun, it was good to be on the winning side for once.

So that was it.
His dreams were dashed... for now. If earth's dragon balls still functioned, than he would go there next. If they didn't... he would get someone to make them function.
He cocked his head for the second time, and he knew they hadn't realized what he had done.
"Well, if it is a fight you want, I recommend we go somewhere a bit less... wet." Tomoka said, now hovering in the air, an aura coming around him as he powered up to maximum.
He spotted a larger island to the east, and he headed in it's direction.
"I'm just glad that you can see the light of day, Tabu. Killing me or imprisoning me will have no purpose..." Tomoka said as he landed on the island.
"For I've done nothing wrong. And even if you do plan on accusing me of a crime I didn't commit, and torture me into confessing... I'm afraid that this simply won't due... or work." Tomoka said, grinning.
"You see... my ship's computer is still active... along with it's storage drives. These drives have the ability to contain information in them... like audio recordings." Tomoka said, as he cocked his head for the third time, as he transmitted the recording of the entire conversation back to his ship.
"Even if you destroy my scouter now, it will be to late. The ship will send anything that I've transmitted back to a computer at the academy. Your hopes for trying to accuse me have failed before they were even a possibility in the realms of reality."
"The only things you can do now, consist of 2 options: kill me, a citizen of the saiyan solar empire, in cold blood, for the simple crime of landing on namek and trying to learn if the dragon balls are real. The empire may not declare war for this, but yours won't be able to do much for a long, long time, thanks to the galaxy's belief that killing is wrong." Tomoka said this as his lips formed into a grin, and he chuckled a bit.
"The second, of course, is to let me go. I'm happy to pursue either of these paths, as I know that even though, in terms of raw power, you're 3 times more powerful, I know that the training I received for the past 10 years on Vegeta will serve me well."
"Keep in mind that the recordings are clear. I came here, seeking knowledge, and with no intentions of hostility against you, you threatened to torture and kill me, or accuse me of a crime I didn't commit so that my country would look bad. And than, possibly, to make sure that I wouldn't talk, you killed me. Or, you would realize that your attempts at murder and blackmail would bear no fruit, and let me go. Of course, than the recording would be deleted..." Tomoka said, giving Tabu enough time to process what exactly he had been told. Kill him, and he would bring the interstellar community into a fit of anger against his empire. Or, he could let him go, and no one would know what had happened.
"Tabu, I know you're an intelligent person. You realized my ship had never been destroyed, and you realized that you could use me to your empire's advantage. So surely, you could realize that your plan had backfired and that killing me, or, trying to, would bring about no success?" Tomoka asked, cocking his head so he could record Tabu's response.
"Well, Tabu? I can see that you look rather... absolutely livid, so... how about an answer before you get an anuerism?"

Tabu grinned, this demon was beginning to grow on him. He was definitely a more amusing ally than that stuffy Harp, and had a air of the theatrical that Trumpet could never replicate. Plus, he seemed to really like toying with this Sayian, which was one of Tabu's favorite recreational sports! He smirked, "He did trespass in Mazkou territory and cause some collateral damage, plus he would have tried to take the planet's resources for his own. I think that is a crime under our law, wouldn't you say Mammon?" The warrior Namekian shifted from mirth to deadly seriousness in under a second, "Don't worry, I won't take long with this runt."
He took off after the Sayian as the warrior recommended another battle site, easily keeping pace with the warrior while only using half of his power. The kid began to thank him for not killing or imprisoning him "Jeez, I never knew Sayians were so talkative, cut the flowery language and get to the point already! As you've probably just heard you were invading Mazkou territory." Tabu inspected his fingers lazily, "So your not exactly blameless, no matter how you slice it!" As the Sayian continued to prattle on about his twisted, and frankly hilarious version of right and wrong, Tabu's arm snapped out, lengthening, attempting to pluck the Sayian's scouter clean off his face. He would wave his hand at the probably shocked Sayian, "No please continue with your textbook exploitation tactics I just think I saw something on your scouter here. Right.....about.....here!" The Namekian's hand clenched, attempting to crush the device into atoms, his eyes hardening, "Do you think we're stupid? We have had more than enough time to learn about your contingency strategies, which frankly are not even well thought out!" Tabu's anger at being taken for a fool was written clear across his face, but he did not strike back, yet.
The Sayian continued to blabber on hypocritically, telling him that him that if the monkey was killed, he would spark galaxy-wide outrage for such an unprovoked act. ".....Seriously? You, a Saiyan, dare talk to me about unprovoked attacks? You entire empire is based upon sending children to exterminate entire civilizations who can barely begin to comprehend the concepts of interstellar travel! So don't treat us like savages." So full of rage he could no longer contain it, he would shoot forward at blinding speed, attempting to kick Tomoka in the back of the neck, sending him flying to the ground, followed by a barrage of heavy ki waves that caused the surrounding area to moan under their force. Tabu would land softly, assuming his fighting stance and directed his words at the rubble where he assumed the Sayian lay with a hint of a snarl, "While you have been sitting cozy in your academy on Vegeta for the past ten years, I've been training against the toughest warriors of my race for the past 50. This is only a fraction of my true power!"

Tomoka was silent, not caring that the scouter had been removed. He had already transmitted the data, and 500 zeni wasn't that hard to get a hold of. He knew that if he would be brought up on legal charges of invading the territory of the empire, he could counter with an argument that was irrefutable: he didn't know the empire existed when he took off. He had no clue that something like a revolution from the demon caste could occur. He also thought that saying that he would "Take their resources" was an idiotic statement. What? The resource of KNOWING WHAT THE DRAGON BALLS ARE?! But that wasn't important. What mattered was surviving this fight.
Tomoka already knew that the power that the namekian possessed was greater than his own, but he could defend against this. Attack seriously? Not very much. But defend and weaken? Possible.
When Tomoka heard the anger in his voice, he had laughed aloud. The namek was right; his empire was based on sending children to conquer worlds. Of course, people of his empire would not care if he died unjustifiably. But the intellectuals, politicians, and various others who could use it to their advantage? It would take flawed logic to say that the attack against him was provoked and justifiable. So he was all to happy when the namek kicked him, and shot blast after blast of ki at him. He lay in the dirt, his battlesuit in bad, bad shape. But he stood, with only minor injuries.
"While I was, cozy, sitting down in my academy, I happened to spar every single day with those who's power levels dwarfed mine, going into the range of 7,000, and yet I survived. I have learned how to adapt to more powerful attacks, namek." Tomoka said, and he pulled off the tattered remains of his armor, his lower guard the only thing attached to him now, along with his tattered clothing.
"Namek, it's astonishing that it took you 50 years to get to 4,000, when it took me 16 to get to 1,500. But, I won't discredit you for that." Tomoka said this as he to entered a fighting stance.
"Of course, in my trial, the only collateral will be an island with grass on it, and a bit of ozone. Oh, and I'll have invaded a territory I didn't know EXISTED until 20 minutes after I landed on this now much more hostile rock. And of course I, a saiyan, don't think that unprovoked attack is wrong. But the intellectuals, the left wing politicians, and the bastards of my government will use it to their advantage. I know, since I studied geopolitics as a major." Tomoka said this as he chuckled, looking at his opponent.
"Your attacks are powerful, I must admit. I think I might enjoy this." Tomoka said this as he dusted himself off.
"Tabu, this fight will get us nowhere. I came seeking the knowledge of the dragon balls, and nothing more. All you are doing is just taking anger out on someone who happens to be a saiyan. Now do I say that's wrong? No. Pointless? Yes. And before you quote some evil my empire has done, just know that I am a 16 year old graduate trying to figure out if a legend I read in a book was true. If that's so hard to believe, than to bad, because that's the truth." Tomoka said, his stance solidifying.
"But you're not going to do that... are you?" He asked, titling his head. He looked into the namek's eyes, with a look that showed no malice, no hate, no anger. It was only... wonder.

He sprawled out on the grass his frame stretched out like the picture of indifference, a lazy bones, a slothful youth. "Blackened body of god, can this one talk." he made small mockery of the Saiyan warrior his hand coming up opening and closing mimicking talking, open, shut, open shut. "Talk, talk. Talk. I really don't need a crime nor reason to have you run through, but tell me child you think for one second we care what the children of Vegeta think?" he crossed his leg's and looked up towards the open sky watching clouds roll by, making shapes and figures in his mindscape. "We've made one of your general do the heppin jig, took the long walk, met the great leveler. The final dream."
He pushed himself off the ground in one fluid motion, propelling himself to standing with one kick of his leg. "So here's what you're gonna do, you're gonna shut your dumb mouth or I'll do it for you, speak another word-" he punctuated his sentence by putting his hand on his sword his finger's curling around it like a lover's caress, loose and gentle and with the long drawn out sound of steel on leather as it came free of its sheath, he leveled the blade towards Tomoka. "-and I'll butcher you like a stuck pig." his hand came back his shoulder rolling with the movement as he lanced it down towards the ground tossing the sword overhand, it bristled in the ground shaking with the motion that led it here. Inches away from Tomoka. "Oink."
"Stop his bleating." he turned to Tabu. "Or I will." Tabu, Tomoka

Tabu watched as the Sayian stood up with minor injuries, slightly impressed with the being's resistance. Not many warriors could shake off such an assault! Unfortunately, it seemed like he hadn't done any damage to his vocal cords, and the Sayian immediately tried weaseling his way out of the situation again! He had apparently been mistaken in his assumption that all Sayians were eager for battle, this one was doing nothing but trying to get out of one! "Oh? Show me these powerful techniques you have developed! So far the only thing you've attacked me with is your mouth." He snarled softly as the Sayian insulted his power level, "I'm gonna tear that one out of your hide kid! And what makes you think you'll get a trial? The closest courts on Earth, here, Lord Xylo and his subordinates decide what to do with those who offend them, at least for the moment! And I say...." Tabu's purple aura burst forth anew, causing the ground to quake for a half-second, "You're guilty as charged!" He had no more interest in what this idiot had to say, and was currently wrestling with his inner self for access to his full power! The light was tenacious, but he was equally so. Tabu's power would begin to rise slightly as his Great Namek form slowly began to activate. It was hard to do without the added survival drive, but he was slowly making progress. To pass the time, he listened, amused to what Mammon had to say, and through gritted teeth he spoke: "I mean really, the guy's a SAYIAN, you'd think he'd be more interested in fighting!" What happened next was unintended, but still effective. As Mammon threatened to butcher the warrior for annoying him, Tabu used this angle to appeal to his conciensce for a chance to save the Sayian through greater power! His accursed inner self aquised quickly, and immediately realized how it had been tricked! Tabu let out a triumphant roar, and he grew to immensity, scraping the boundaries of 40 feet! (Warning, Current Power Level 17,644! )
"I WAS GOING TO GIVE YOU A LEGITIMATE CHANCE, MONKEY, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'VE EXHAUSTED MY PATIENCE! SEE YOU LATER!" The Namekian threw his head back, his aura flaring with his newfound power! His head then shot forward, a massive beam of purple energy blasting forth, attempting to incapacitate this motor-mouth! [N1] Colo Blast charged for 33%, 5822.5 Power Level Attack headed for Tomoka! Intent to KO
