Born into an elite family, the general consensus among many were that Rubega had an life easy. Born into a bloodline that were well respected for their fighting prowess on battlefields and ability to conquer entire planets, Rubega was born into a family that held high expectations for their children... expectations that he unfortunately couldn't live up to.
Through a complicated incubation process that left Rubega requiring a gestational period of five years, instead of the standard three that the majority of Saiyans experience, Rubega was born with a miniscule power-level that left his father disgusted. From birth, Rubega's father made it his own personal hobby to ensure that his son was not a failure, a stain on their elite status. Years were spent forging Rubega into his own vision, continuously breaking him mentally and physically, only to rebuild him as he saw fit.
Over time Rubega's power slowly began to grow, though so did his father's brutality. Where most elite prospects were nurtured in their early years to ensure they survived long enough to take up positions of authority, Rubega was cast aside by his father. One of his father's favorite methods of training came in the form of 'survival' training. More often than not, Rubega was to cast away onto volatile planets alone for months at a time with only one instruction... survive and kill.
It was only natural that Rubega came to despise his father. In fact, he often struggled with sleep at nights as he planned different scenarios in which he would escape his father's brutality, with only one feasible solution forming in his mind; death. So Rubega waited... he waited and endured until the perfect opportunity presented itself. He didn't even have to wait too long. At the young age of twenty, Rubega, his father and a few other Saiyan warriors were tasked with taking over a planet for the Empire. Fortunately for Rubega, the planet had a strong resistance and were competent warriors which lead to a lengthy battle for the planet. Fighting slogged on for days and when all was said and done there were only two people left standing, himself and his father.
Rubega would never forget the final moments in which he took his father's life. With his father's back turned, his body battered and weak from the continuous fighting, Rubega raised his right hand and channeled just enough energy with the small amount of ki he had remaining to fire the singular energy beam that would break the shackles of his imprisonment. Piercing the heart, Rubega relished in the brief look of surprise on his father's face as he watched the life quickly fade away from his eyes, followed by a small smile.
It was then that Rubega made a promise to himself. He would never bend for others again in his life. He would become the strongest warrior in the universe and take what he now thought was rightfully his, the Saiyan throne.

Bloody Sunday (N1): A standard energy wave technique which is designed to kill. He starts off by creating a sphere of energy in his hand before pushing it forward in the form of an energy wave.
Galick Gun (N1): Rubega curls his fingers and places both of his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. This is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from Rubega's hands and body. This is regarded as Rubega's strongest attack.
Super Galick Gun (UP2): A continuation of Rubega's strongest attack. Rubega curls his fingers and places both of his hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, he thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. This is a powerful, huge, fuchsia-colored ki beam that emanates from Rubega's hands and body. This attack can be charged at 66% per turn. (E.g 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330%).

Afterimage (S1): In a quick burst of speed, Rubega can vanish into thin air leaving behind an image of himself that serves to distract his opponents.
Afterimage (SU2): Through a sudden burst of speed, Rubega leaves behind an image of himself to distract his foes. This image can preform a basic set of chosen movements when created to make the distraction more believable, this technique allows him to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of his PL. This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Utility
Flight (U1): Rubega is able to concentrate his ki enough to allow him to fly.
