Xylo watched as Alaistair skipped across the mountains gracefully, like a frog across lily pads. His eyes narrowed at the sight of his former friend. The Devil was probably thinking something like: This Namekian brat has lost his mind! or Its only a matter of time before his dreams crumble into dust. Perhaps Alaistair was right. Perhaps all of this was destined to fall away, and the world would return to its normalcy soon enough. Even still, it did not deter Xylo. If the Namekian people did not want his help in climbing the ranks of the Galaxy, then they would soon find they had little choice in the matter. With his foes and allies dispersed, Xylo stared out at the massive castle his minion was creating. It was nearly complete now; the walls were coming up from the ground, and massive stone pillars had been erected and left to the side for use in just a few moments. It wouldn't take much longer for the completion of the monumental castle, though it felt like every second was hours. The Mazoku turned his attention to the battle across the sea. Walker was still fighting out there. Still brawling with whomever it was that decided to challenge Xylo's claim. Once this building was complete, Xylo would assist his brother. The extra time resting would be a good help. He was nearly out of stamina from all of the techniques Beelzebub had taught him. Xylo sat down, resting his back on the wall of a ruined building. There was a young Namekian Mystic quivering inside. He tried to muster up the courage to fight, or at least run away, but he could not. Xylo turned to him, causing the Dragon Clan child to yelp. "Run off, little one. Find your mentor. Tell him that a dark and terrible man has taken over Namek. Perhaps that will get his attention."Try as he might, the little Dragon Mystic could not utter any words. He wanted to flip Xylo the bird, or say something nasty, but his body was unable to remember how to do either of those things. Instead, he scampered away, running to his Elder's village to inform him of the terrible news. "Want me to kill that one, my lord?" Ouroboros shouted behind him. He had a finger trained on the little Dragon Mystic. He could pop his head like a weasel without breaking a single sweat. All he needed was confirmation from Xylo. "No."Ouroboros sighed. "Right... Castle should be done soon. The longer we wait, the more terrified the enemies will be when we show up suddenly. Which one of em should I kill first? The Guru perhaps? Or maybe the Dragon!""The Dragon has already gone. We should get rid of the Guru as soon as we can, however. We don't want him healing everyone in sight, after all."The Namekians Ki sensing abilities worked hard, trying to ignore Walker's overwhelming energy to sense who else he was up against. He had quite a few foes, it seemed. Perhaps more Warriors showed to defend Guru than they did defend their own capital city. Either way, Walker would be getting assistance soon enough, and they'd sweep out the foes that ailed them.

(Posting my exit... In the next post! My apologies on delaying this like so!) Island by island, Alaistair hopped across the islands! The Devil was angered by Xylo's threat that he'd be cursing his name to cesspools of the Hanged Rocks! He was hoping for his cooperation, appreciation that the work he was doing was for meeting that ultimate goal of Alaistair's. The Devil felt betrayed, that the Namekian was aiming to curse him away, with a threat on his life. "He's going to get everything that's coming to him," Alaistair thought aloud, as he landed outside the Loft, "Doesn't he know I'm trying to help him?! That damned brat has something to do with this, I bet! If I ever end up back there, first thing I'm doing is hunting that boy down and wrenching every single joint from his body before I slice his back up and..."Alaistair was just at his door, to shout inside for everyone to pack their bags as he'd get the ship's capsule from inside! However, as he was soon to enter, more presences appeared by Walker's position, one feeling similar to the treeman itself. Yet, the enormous build of energy there worried him. These were still threats to him, and as much as he'd hate to admit it currently, they were Xylo's enemies too. He had to make a choice... Go assist the treeman and whomever was with him, or head to some backwater planet to start at square one. An irritated growl came from Alaistair, as he crunched the handle of the Loft's swinging door. He could feel the enemies there were high in number, and while Walker had been strong, the opposition was just as potent! He felt as though the clown would pop up any second, to mock him to take action. He had to... He had to! "OI! Everyone, get outside right now," Alaistair bellowed, as he shoved the door open in a terrifyingly loud manner! The demons inside rushed to the front, with Arthus about to engage in another fit about taking care of the building. Alaistair silenced him, as he told him, "We're going to be heading to a new planet soon to take care of some business that can fix up this damage, so cut the gripes out!"Alaistair rushed inside, all the way upstairs to the very top floor. He flung the doors open and rushed over to the lone desk amongst the treasure hoard. He pulled a drawer open, showing a lone capsule inside with the number scratched out. With quick footwork outside, Alaistair tossed the capsule to Dorgia, and told them as he made his way over to an old looking panel outside the Loft's front door, "As soon as I get back, we're getting off this rock! For now, keep yourselves hidden and hide the Loft away with you."The panel opened up and with a blurred hand from the rapid movement of his had to input the code, the Loft shrunk to a black capsule once more. He didn't bother to pick it up, as his energy rose up tremendously, his red armor returning with the slit pupils! The demons could barely maintain balance when his power rose up so much. "I'll be back... And I'll be sure to get this taken care of!"Alaistair floated up, about ready to go into battle. However, he remained there, looking at he flashing lights coming from the distant village. The flashbacks of times long past flashed before him, when Alaistair was fighting against his own master and brethren! Alone, he was defeated, with no way of acquiring a foothold... He wasn't going to be enough here, even with a substantial amount of power at his own disposal! Xylo would need to come, and so too with Ouroborus. Yet, with how he acted before... An apology was needed. "Xylo, there is still the matter of engaging the enemies at Walker's location. We will need your respective strengths to conquer them. After that, I will be off this planet, to handle business elsewhere," Alaistair relayed to the Namekian, looking towards the very far off Moori Capital, "I would like to talk about securing your planet against the enemies against us... And also extend this as an apology for my talking before. We are allies with a common goal and we should not be doing this. We've nearly conquered this planet and now have a few rats remaining. Would you accept this frantic Devil's apology?"The Devil turned, aiming to listen to whatever reply Xylo had for him. He would not move yet. This was to be Xylo's planet, as Alaistair planned it. He would wait for the Mazoku King's permission. ( Lord Xylo, what is the Mazoku King's reply to this fool of Devil.) (KP: 3/3 from 2/3) (PL: 156,911 to 2,824,398)

Xylo took some deep, relaxed breaths as he sat against the wall. It was surprising just how straining these abilities were. Makaioken was such a great boost in power, and the Infernal Downpour stole so much energy, it was a wonder someone else from Hell hadn't conquered the galaxy yet. In fact, he recalled a Bio-Android he'd met who boasted incredible power. Reicoacoa was her name, or something similar. She had trained under Beelzebub as well. He wondered why she wasn't already Queen of the Cosmos. Perhaps she had gone mad with power, and lost herself to the depths of Hell. He briefly wondered if Kizuki had befallen the same fate. His gaze, and his thoughts, turned to the massive castle across from him. It was closing in on completion now. He wondered what Mayze would have thought of it. The bloody corpse of the Saiyan General was still slung over Ouroboros' shoulder. It didn't seem to bother the Devil much to have blood drip from the corpse to his pauldron. Just as he thought his issues had been cleared up, a voice rings through his head. It's a familiar one; one that should have stayed quiet. "As stubborn as he is foolish..."Ouroboros turned his head as he was lifting a massive stone pillar with telekinesis. "What? Did Alaistair come back?""No. He contacted me telepathically.""You should ignore him. Break-ups are always hard. He'll realize that he can't get you back soon enough."Xylo chuckled. "Breaking up" was one way to look at it. Despite the advice being proper, Xylo wasn't in the mood to follow it. He knew if he ignored it, the Devil would continue to pester him. With a deep sigh, he sent a message back. "I thought I made myself clear, Alaistair. I don't need your help. I'd suggest you prepare the Loft for take-off, unless you'd like to sit next to Mayze in my throne room as my permanent cup holder."He ignored any further messages from his former ally, and focused on the castle. It seemed foolish, but something about it was important. Perhaps because it was a mark in its own way. An omen that deterred anyone who'd dare challenge his rule. Of course, there was a possibility that this was simply a beacon. An invitation to come and slay the wicked who rest in these halls. Xylo hoped it was the former.

Surely enough, Xylo replied and he ignored it. The Devil sighed, powering himself down to the point that his form returned to normal and he seemed to vanish. He looked to Dorgia, telling him "Ship Capsule please."Dorgia quickly tossed it over, and a smile appeared on all 3, as they looked to one another. Alaistair was disappointed... He was going to have to start from square one. "Sax, Trumpet," Alaistair messaged the two Namekians, his melancholy reflected, "If Xylo needs assistance with his future enemies, I believe he won't contact me, for the power he has misplaced some of his sense. I must ask you to keep your minds open, and contact me if he is in need of back up."By the time Alaistair finished the message, he and the Loft demons were on board the ship. Alaistair made his way to the pilot's chair, sitting in it with a pained expression for a moment. He was lost in his thought, coming to realize that the others would have to be alerted of this development! "Damn it..! That bastard's already going to make this difficult... Alright, let's get this done with," he said to himself in a whisper, not caring if the loft demons paid attention or not. "Everyone, it is Alaistair," Alaistair announced to his allies that he was to be working with, which frankly numbered to about 5, "Good news: We've asserted strong ground on Namek that will be stronger as time goes on! Xylo is in charge of Namek and is going to be setting its defenses up, allowing me time to go reinforce Konats, and meet with Denim and Plato..."Alaistair paused a moment, getting the ship ready to launch, as it came to life. He was needing to gather composure, as the ship levitated off the ground. He continued, "Bad news is, uh... Xylo's going to be hard focusing on his empire. Aiming to build it up and, after an argument we had, he's decided to sever contact with me. That is to say, he is still an ally of ours. However, we may not be as openly welcome on Namek, despite having fought together, to slay Mayze and those who were in the way! For now, I am going to give him space. If anyone wishes to assist him with matters, please do so... We are still allies and still had our first official victory! If he calls for assistance, do not be hesitant to give it. That is all I have for now. Zerori and Kizuki, I would like your two to give me an update on your situations when possible. I will be heading to Konats now!"Al's craft became energetic, as it rushed across the islands, distancing itself from the Grand Elder Village and Moori Capital, before shooting up high into the clouds! The Devil was finally leaving this planet... And it was about time. ( Lord Xylo , final post goes to you! Official exit now being made. As mentioned before, I'll be taking PL for this thread!) (Ki Suppression (SU) used.) ( Kizuki, Zerori, Sagi Shi, Plato, @misfortune; You guys have the last paragraphs. @sax, Trumpet; you guys have the first message.)

The cities rumbling had ceased. The planet breathed a relieved sigh, as Ouroboros placed the final piece of the castle down. The Devil smirked, descending to the ground so he could get a good look at the thing from where the commoners would see it. His smirk shifted, and he smiled confidently. He did good this time, perhaps better than he'd ever done before. If he were a foe, he'd be scared out of his pants just by looking at it. He gently placed Mayze's corpse down on the ground, dusting his hands off as he shouted back to his still-winded master. "All done! What do you think, my lord?"Xylo stared up at the foreboding palace, a curious look on his face. The building was large and ominous, with dark stones making up its walls. Deep red banners bearing the Mazoku insignia hung from the ramparts, their cloth flowing freely in the winter winds. At the tip of it all was a large obsidian spike; a touch Mayze would have called the "cherry on top" if he were still alive. The Mazoku Lord nodded. "Looks good."His senses turned to the opposite end of the planet. Walker was still fighting out there. The powers he were up against were similar to what Xylo had been pitted with. Two Super Saiyans, and whatever Etoru was. Xylo could sense them fighting their hearts out against the tree-man, and if they weren't so outmatched, they might have had a chance due to their determination. Part of him wanted to go help his brother, but another side of him thought differently. With how quickly that fight was going, he'd reach them by the end of it anyways. If Walker lost, Xylo would be forced to go up against more Super Saiyans while he himself was still winded, and if Walker won, his trip would have been pointless anyways. "Rest for now, Ouroboros. I will summon you when the time is right."The Devil nodded. "Want to decimate the last few vestiges of hope yourself, eh? I like it. I'll see you soon, my lord."Ouroboros' form turned to mist, floating into the sky. He, along with the darkened fog that blotted out all three of Nameks suns, receded back into the Sealed Ball with immense speed and force. Once the entirety of the magical smoke was sucked up, the ball snapped shut harshly. The dormant flesh orb sat in its crater again, awaiting the day it would taste the succulent Ki energy of another foe. The Fin-headed Namekian sighed, standing up slowly. His eyes scanned the city. It was a wreck: buildings lay collapsed, streets were decimated, and the town plaza was now a fairly large crater. It would take some time to rebuild, but the Namekian people weren't ones to sit back when their homes were in danger. Vilified Ruler or no, this city would be refurbished in the following months. He slowly walked over to Mayze's corpse. It was still fresh. Still ready to fight. He gripped his rivals lifeless body by the ankle, dragging it behind him as he moved towards his son, Harp. The young Mazoku had done well this day, though he had been defeated by a Super Saiyan. Not many could survive an attack from one of them, especially when they were so weak. Harp had earned quite a bit of respect this day. Xylo hoisted Harp's body over his shoulder, and with both his son and rival in tow, he walked towards his castle.
The DE is complete. Xylo has claimed the Mazoku Lord Title, created a new sub-board, and become ruler of Namek. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful and tense DE. I had so much fun, and I cannot wait for the next big battle. I'll take Power Level for this thread.
