Original-ish History:
Before we get to the birth, lets get a few things straight. The chances of an arcosian female being born is roughly 1 to 10. This will often be seen as a blessing, but in some cases, it is seen as a curse. This is one of those. Wyntre's parents, afraid of the effects of having a female daughter (because there are so many other types of daughter), spent Wyntre to die on an inhospitable artificial-gravity artificial planet to die on.
Instead of dying, she rather thrived in this environment. She learnt from two teachers, a general of the Planet Trade Organization army and a robot. When she was 10 (or maybe it was 12), Wyntre was old enough to get off the murder artificial planet with the extreme gravity and was sent back home. She lived well like this for a good amount of years before she was accused, by space pirates, of conspiring to remove her parents from the throne. She flew to the Space Pirate satellite and murdered the pirates as proof of her loyalties. Later, she was sent to a diplomatic mission to earth, but a mix o mutiny, einsubordination and boredom caused Wyntre to kill her crewmembers. Unable to fly the ship, she was pulled into the gravity of earth and crashed.
She built up an empire (not that kind of empire), formed a cult based in the Arcosian embassy of earth (which had never been mentioned again) and lived with her followers in luxury. This was until a strange firey figure, Zarmar, burst through the wall and attacked!

Wyntre's father was the ruler of the Arcosian Empire for a short amount of time, having had slain his own father for the title. Fearing the potential of his third child, Wyntre, because of (Spoilers to be revealed in the resurrection thread), he discreetly sent her to a conquered planet with high gravity and imported beasts, expecting her to quickly fall and die at the hands of either the gravity or the hungry monstrosities lurking about. When the media found out, he dressed up the situation to make it seem like she was being trained, even sending a robot and a General to teach her.
Gelid, the second son, having had seen how his father weakly formed his decisions based off of what the media would like the most, saw that his decisions should be formed based off of what he wants and nothing else, beginning his great hatred for his father. Meanwhile, the heir Frigid barely survived an assassination (ordered by Gelid), leaving him in a state of barely-living for days. When the coma had finished, it became apparent that the competent strategist had become a lumbering fool who had to learn everything again, including languages and how to walk.
At age 10, Wyntre struggled to reconcile with her parents, primarily her father, not knowing the reasons why she was put on the 'training' planet. Putting his plans into action, Gelid drugged Frigid during a family dinner, putting him into a state of pure rage: both parents died that day.
That was when a space-station (that Gelid secretly brought into action) in earth's solar system began broadcasting faked evidence that Wyntre slew her parents. This was quite familiar as the very same station also claimed that Wyntre was conspiring against them before their deaths. Having to prove them incorrect again, (Spoilers to be revealed in the resurrection thread), effectively making her the only person in the ship. Struggling to pilot the ship that normally needed at least eight people to pilot, she failed to not fly into an asteroid.
The ship was smashed up, equalizing the pressure within seconds. Scared of even moving, Wyntre simply stood there as the ship was picked up by the gravity of a certain blue dot…Neptune Earth.
Knowing of the problems that would occur if Gelid came to power, he sent a new soldier, Koramund, to slay him. Returning to Arcose, Frigid had bern put down, allowing her to become Empress.
Under Wyntre's rule, semi-democratic systems were put in place as the AE became a place of truth and enlightenment, not of barbarism and force. However, this ended later when Zucceta, the Queen of Vegeta, conquered Arcose and planted the Tree of Might. After dying, Wyntre was send to be tutored under Prince Beelzebub.

Starting Planet: Homeworld unless otherwise stated.
Techniques:
Offensive
Power Beam: Mainly just an over glorified ki beam. The main difference being that it is highly compact and packs the punch of a ki blast into a beam barely large enough to see.
>Death Beam [UP2]: The favored attack of Wyntre. While normally a pinkish red, Wyntre's is actually completely red, and is in the form on a finger-beam. Can be shot from any finger/toe/tongue/tail tail/mouth available.
>>Full-Power Death Beam [MP3]: The Full Power Death Beam is a more powerful version of the Death Beam that uses more efficient and power ways to form and send this beam to make it over all better. To use this technique, very much like Death Beam, you point with one finger as a larger and more powerful Death Beam comes out. This is red in color. Can be shot from any finger/toe/tongue/tail tail/mouth available.
Themis Wave [N1]: By channeling purple ki into her hands at her sides and after an optional verbal description ("Themis Wave!"), Wyntre would move her hands together as the two balls of ki react with each other and are propelled at a foe with a thick radius.
>Super Themis Wave [UP2]: More powerful than the Themis Wave, it also has a thicker beam radius and the balls of ki are now indigo (left) and violet (right).
>>Themis Cannon [MP3]: Not only does the result have a gargantuan radius, but another change involves the two ki balls being white (left) and black (right).
[N1–MP3] Ki Saucer: A Ki attack in which the wielder creates a saucer of red ki above them of concentrated ki. This can then be thrown, dealing 33%/66%/100% of the wielder's Power Level to whoever it hits upon hitting them (and not a moment before or after).
[UV3] Utsushi Tsuiseki Kienzan: An attempt to imitate the power of her friend Zexama's kienzan. It is an offshoot of the Ki Saucer technique and deals 66% of Wyntre's Power Level in damage when hit. In her learnings of the way the kienzan works, she has made it Piercing, allowing it to ignore half of a barrier's Power Level.
[UV3] Death Saucer: A return to the death-related technique names. This technique does 66% of its users Power Level and is Homing, meaning that it'll follow its target even if it dodges. A warning, though: Wyntre can steer this thing pretty well.
[MP3] Double Ki Saucer: The same as the 100% Ki Saucer, except its power level is split between two saucers instead of one.

Support
Bukujutsu/Flight
Ki Suppression [SU1]: This technique allows the user to suppress their ki.
>Advanced Suppression [SU2]: Do you have some students you want to train, but your power massively dwarfs them? Well now you can fight on an even playing field! This technique will change your PL output, so you may as well be at a lower PL altogether, even if you're more powerful. Can be changed at a moments notice. Can't go higher than your normal power. Scouters show their true strength. Any damaging blows will immediately bring you back to full power, 'damaging' being defined as more than your true full power.
Psychic Barrier
[SU1]: Wyntre forms a purple energy shield around her that can defend against a third of her PL. Because this technique is based off of psychic ability, it will defend against mental attacks, such as mind reading or psychic assault. Can not be used when not calm.
>Psychic Shield
[SU2]: More powerful version of the Psychic barrier, defends against two thirds. Now a darker shade of purple.
>>Fimbulvetr
[SU3]: The final evolution of the Psychic Barrier Line. Defends with 100% of Wyntre's PL. It's color is whatever Wyntre chooses it to be, as it is psychic, which is normally purple.
[UV3] Reflecting Psychic Barrier: This variant of the psychic barrier technique defends against attacks with 66% of its creator's PL. However, it is also Damaging, meaning that the power of the shield minus the power of attacks sent to it is sent back to the sender of the attack. Standard shield rules apply.
[UV3] Sustained Psychic Barrier: This variant of the psychic barrier technique defends against attacks with 66% of its creator's PL. However, it is also Sustained, meaning that it will stay around for three posts or until it is overpowered.
[SU1] Intangibility Technique: Scientific knowledge concerning ignoring the laws of physics and a massive power allows Wyntre to vibrate so much that she will become intangible and attacks will simply pass through her like nothing happened. Of course, powerful attacks will still hit to the full extent, just like they do with the below two techs. Able to 'dodge' attacks up to 100% of PL.
>[SU2] Advanced Intangibility Technique: Scientific knowledge concerning ignoring the laws of physics and a massive power allows Wyntre to vibrate so much that she will become intangible and attacks will simply pass through her like nothing happened. Able to 'dodge' attacks up to 200% of PL.
>>[SU3] Ultimate Intangibility: Scientific knowledge concerning ignoring the laws of physics and a massive power allows Wyntre to vibrate so much that she will become intangible and attacks will simply pass through her like nothing happened. Able to 'dodge' attacks up to 300% of PL.
[SU1] Tulpa Touch: A passive technique that is always active. Instead of fighting physically like most martial art practitioners Wyntre has deemed herself superior enough to no longer stain her hands with such brutish actions. Besides, she IS an Empress. Instead Wyntre is able to land physical blows through her will magic alone, albeit the range is still limited to her physical reach. A mental technique, this is. It does not use up any ki, but instead uses psychic magic. It can simulate hands, feet, and her tail.
[UT1] Telepathy: Wyntre can mentally talk to either everyone in the vicinity, or a more selective chat with only those she pleases to. She can communicate with you if you've met before, but only if they are on the same planet. It is more difficult to listen if you either don't want to or are suppressing your ki. When communicating, you can talk to or listen to Wyntre.
>[UT2] Telepathy:The limits on the range of your telepathy are significantly lessened allowing you to communicate with anyone you are familiar with on the same plane of existence as yourself (Living World, Otherworld, Demon Realm(?)) This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
[SU1] Afterimage: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
>[SU2] Afterimage: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a image of yourself to distract your opponent this image can preform a basic set of chosen movements when created to make the distraction more believable, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 200% of your PL . This technique uses 2 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
>>[SU3] Afterimage: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a controlled image of yourself to distract your opponent, you have complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats you yourself are capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 300% of your PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
[UT1] Multi-Form: Through this technique, you can create a copy of yourself dividing your power evenly between yourself and the copy
>[UT2] Multi-Form:Like the base Multi-Form technique you can create a copy of yourself, however now you can produce two copies of yourself dividing your power evenly(33% each)
>>[UT3] Multi-Form:Like the base Multi-Form technique you can create a copy of yourself, however now you can produce three copies of yourself dividing your power evenly (25% each).
Special
[SP] Death Ball: The user gains the Death Ball special, a blast which starts at 150% power but charges at a rate of 75% to a maximum of 300% which has the power to destroy planets regardless of battle outcome if the attack hits the planet during a saga thread, once the thread reaches its conclusion. They also only need 50,000 base PL to destroy a planet with this technique, rather than 100,000 and a 10x+ transformation.
Ultimate
[SP] Death Ball: The user gains the Death Ball special, a blast which starts at 150% power but charges at a rate of 75% to a maximum of 300% which has the power to destroy planets regardless of battle outcome if the attack hits the planet during a saga thread, once the thread reaches its conclusion. They also only need 50,000 base PL to destroy a planet with this technique, rather than 100,000 and a 10x+ transformation.
Ultimate
The Makaioken: Developed as an evil counterpart to King Kai's technique, the Makaioken is more dangerous to use, cuts deeper, and is harder to control. As a darker version of the Kaioken, it drains the spirit force of the user while burning, you have to feed it more to sate its growing hunger, and can only ascend through its tiers during a fight if you wish to use it three times, and never descend.
Mechanically, this derivative technique works as below:
Makaioken x2: Adds an instant +22% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 9.5%.
Makaioken x3: Adds an instant +33% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 14.25%
Makaioken x4: Adds an instant +44% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 19%
Makaioken x5: Adds an instant +55% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 23.75%.
Makaioken x10: Adds an instant +110% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 47.5%.
Makaioken x15: Adds an instant +165% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 71.25%.
Makaioken x20: Adds an instant +220% charge to your attack. Lowers your thread PL afterward by 95%.
The Infernal Downpour: The Infernal Downpour technique is a last resort technique intended for use when outnumbered.
Infernal Downpour is a strong split technique that drains the aggressive energy from foes--this deducts a KP point from each member of the opposition. The power scaling of the attack works as follows.
Against 1 person, the attack will be at 66%.
Against 2, the attack will be at 132%--66% at each.
Against 3, the attack will be at 264%--88% at each.
Against 4, the attack will be at 528%--132% at each.
The maximum scaling of the attack is this 4/528% power--the attack may be used against more foes than this, but the % will be split further. 5 people, for instance, would have 106% at each.
On the successful launch of the technique, the user is left with a KP debt of -1/3 KP, meaning it'll take a turn to go back to 0 KP.
