The Long Haul
It had not been a long visit, rather it seemed rather infinitesimal in comparison to his time he had spent on Earth, but he came to Namek knowing he would need to head back to the planet of the humans at some point, but he did not anticipate the time to feel so…. unimportant and meaningless. Looking back to the blue grass and green sky he would ponder the various scenes that captioned into his mind, from the moment his father died, to the day he landed back on the green doppleganger to planet Earth, memories good and bad and yet memories nonetheless, he would get nowhere if he didn’t proceed to move on with his life and his goals as a whole.
The ship rested in the capsule at Namorel’s waist, hanging lazily from a thin string neatly tied to the Namekian’s rabbit skin bag he had crafted shortly into his tour of Earth. It was a simple, end of the line ship like any other and wouldn’t guarantee him any speedy travel, but more so equivalent to that of a simple commercial flight to and from the planet with less fares to it.
”At least I’m leaving with less regrets this time.”
The namekian shrugged as he lifted the small green capsule between two of his long green fingers, spinning it some in a sort of entertaining play with it. Pressing the tiny springed button and throwing the metal capsule to the ground, it would quickly follow with a puff of thick, white smoke as the mysterious magic of the Capsule Corporation took place, clinks of metal here and there would irritate Namorel in the instant it all occurred in. As the smoke cleared, the simple, sharp ship came into view. With the command of the namekian’s voice, the ship dropped a bay door in the back, allowing Namorel to step aboard, ready for his ride back to Earth.
