Milac sensed a jump in Ninjin's power but said nothing, some members of the dragon clan had the ability to suppress their ki and he didn't really find it all that odd that this woman could do it.
"I need to go do something before we leave..." Milac said as the two of them began having their conversation about ki suppression. Milac flew back down towards the park where he had gotten overly emotional. The slide that he had accidentally knocked over was still sitting on the ground, knocked over. It wasn't the kind of slide that was bolted into the ground, and so setting it back up wouldn't be that hard. He grabbed it and lifted it up, he had become self aware that he wasn't as weak as he looked. All by himself he was able to lift up the little slide and set it back in it's indentations in the mulch of the playground. He felt satisfied after he set it down, and he turned around and flew back to his companions- but he would have missed whatever conversation it was that they were going to have while he was away.

Shrugging her shoulders she looked over at Toma. “Still doesn’t mean it wont need some TLC there Toma.” Letting out a light chuckle as she felt his aura flare up and she took a moment to feel his energy raise up. A slight smile on her face as she watched the saiyan top out his strength, or at least she assumed that he had done just that.
Nodding to Toma when he floated over and asked her about if she was controlling her ki. “I am Toma. Let me just say that is is difficult for those tracking me to find me when I am able to suppress myself to the level of those that surround me. Trying to blend in whenever possible. As for training someone in this I really do not know how. I mean this sense just kind of came to me one day out of necessity. As I was hiding from some saiyans that where trying to kill me. “
She shrugged and as she did her sword moved on her back causing a light metal clicking noise as she turned and saw Milac catch up to them. A smile was directed at the young Namekian as they flew into the air slowly rising. “So Milac tell me about yourself. I must admit that I am curious as you are the first Namekian I have ever met. So I am a little curious about your people.”
She did not shiver as they flew slowly higher into the air her saiyan blood keeping her warm as they flew higher and higher toward the Lookout. As they did she wondered out loud as she looked up and then down. “How high up is this and how have people not been running into it with all the air travel we have these days. I am shocked no one has found this nor ran into it over the years.”

"Hmm, I see... seems useful." Toma spoke, as he continued to fly. He felt Milac's energy getting closer, and he heard Ninjin speak about how high up this place was. "It's really high up... like really high up. I didn't see any planes or anything up there, so it's possible human vehicles can't fly up that high." Toma continued, as he continued to fly towards the lookout. In reality, there wasn't much her could do.

Milac smiled back at Ninjin.
"Well, I came here to act as an ambassador... but the government here doesn't believe my claim. We are a peaceful people, though we do have a small caste of powerful warriors in order to protect us from threats," Milac stated. He wasn't sure what else to tell her about himself, but he hoped that would suffice for now. Milac's thoughts were on arriving at the lookout. He couldn't sense any life in the direction that Toma had been taking them, and he felt a sureness that the Kami must have passed now.
"I can tell he is gone, I sense nothing," Milac said with a small sigh. "The Dragon Clan teachings that I have been taught do not cover how leadership is replaced. I believe that the Elder Guru on Namek may know, but I think he would rather I try to figure this out on my own."
Milac was stumped on where he would find someone who could take the Kami's place. He hadn't even seen another Namekian since he had come to this planet, he worried that it might take a long time to find someone suitable.

"Maybe that is your real test Milac? A test to see if you would or could take the position without hesitation. To become a guardian for people of Earth. Though I could just be speaking out the side of mouth. It is just what is coming to my mind right now."
Speaking as they flew higher and higher Ninjin was making certain to keep herself warm by using her ki. Though this would reveal to the others that her power was still much greater. Though what Toma had said made sense to her. If it was not on any maps or located anywhere then there was a good chance it was higher than anyone could go or would dare.
Flying up she kept looking at the other two as she felt a sense of peace coming over her as they could see the large structure in the distance ahead of them above them. Letting out a whistle she spoke out.
"If that is the place then it is huge. I mean we have to be quite a ways away and yet we can see it."

"It is quite large, indeed. It seems to be even bigger on the inside. There is food and storage there, too, but I wouldn't eat the food. I'd get it restocked right away." Toma spoke as he continued to fly, as they got closer and closer to the lookout. He really wasn't sure what else to say, but then he decided to comment on Ninjin's previous comment. "I believe Ninjin is right, Milac. Perhaps you are ment to be the next Guaridan, or ment to find them?" Toma continued, as the lookout continued to come into view. "The lookout seems to be bigger on the inside than the outside, by using what I can only call magic. Does that seem familiar, Milac?"

"Me? A guardian?" Milac couldn't help but giggle at the thought of it. He was still just a small child after all, his idea of what a Guardian of the Earth would be either one of the elders of the Dragon Clan or someone similar in age and wisdom to that of the Guru.
The lookout itself looked somehow familiar to Milac, it was something that had appeared to him in a dream but it was a dream he had trouble remembering. It gave Milac a sense of déjà vu.
"I feel like I must have been here at some point. It is indeed a mystical place, probably erected by powerful beings millenia ago." Milac stated as he continued to fly onward toward the lookout.

“Magic you say? That is certainly something I am not used to. I would prefer something be straightforward. You know something you can see, feel, and hit with your fist right in front of yourself. Though either thing would be a great honor now wouldn’t it there Milac? I mean becoming a protector or finding the protector of an entire planet. That sounds like something amazing to me.”
Speaking up as they flew though she had to flare her ki to stay warm the farther up they got. As Milac spoke about being there before she shrugged her shoulders. IT was possible that the young namekian had some type of precognition abilities but she was not one to find that out or not. Reaching the bottom of the large structure she shifted her flight path to curve along the building until cresting the top of it. Landing onto the tiled flooring she let loose her heightened ki and it dipped back down to normal.
Taking a few steps on the tiled flooring she looked directly at the building at the center of the large open platform. Even without her ki keeping her warm she felt quite pleasant which was off to her considering her chilly feeling as they had flew up there. Shaking herself out she took a few more steps her weighted boots making noise upon the tiles.
“So this is the home of a Kami?”

"Yeah, I'm not all that familiar with Magic either. It's not really my forte..." Toma spoke, as they flew upwards onto the Lookout. Toma would disperse his aura once they were high enough, as gravity took hold of him once more, making him fall the few feet back down to earth before his feet touched the floor of the Lookout. He pointed to the main building across from them. "Right there is the main building that the Kami was supposed to live in. It's got storage for food and items in it and a locked door that I didn't bother to open. Also, there's a set of stairs that leads to the basement I mentioned, which is much bigger on the inside than it is on the outside."

As Milac landed he shook his head, this place must have been abandoned for months now. He shuddered to think of all of the travesties that might have taken place without the careful watch of a guardian. This place seemed huge to little Milac, he wasn't sure what he would to to get it prepared for the arrival of a new guardian. It was his duty to do so though, he was the only member of the Dragon Clan representative currently present after all. Perhaps he could reach out to the elder Guru telepathically, after all he was his spawn. Sadly, because the elder had so many children he knew it would be impossible for him to get a message through at this distance. He blushed a little as Ninjin brought up what an honor it must be to even be a caretaker of this place.
"Hmmm, we need to find a way to signal all potential candidates on earth. Are either of you capable of creating some sort of beacon with your power? Perhaps others will come if they see it tonight?" Milac asked.

Nodding to Toma Ninjin gave a smile toward him. It was obvious that she was curious as she walked around on the tiled floor. As she walked around she felt an air around her of this place that things happened here that changed the planet. Hearing Toma speak about how large everything is inside compared to outside made her curious to go and look but she stopped. Turning as Milac asked if someone could create something of a beacon and see if anyone would show up at the lookout. She shrugged as she looked over at the saiyan and spoke up.
"Well I can do that for you. Though it will have to be a short burst Milac. I would rather not tire myself out all the way up here unless we have a way to rest and rejuvenate up here."
As she finished speaking she walked toward the center of the lookout. Setting her large sword and pack aside her ki began to swirl about her as her power began to increase. Letting out a slight cry as she powered up the lilac colored ki swirling about the half saiyan causing her clothing and hair to whip around. Milac and Toma would feel the full force of her ki after a few moments as she stood there the energy rippling around her before disappating the energy around her.
"I hope that was more than enough for you Milac."

The motherly touch from Ninjin is nice. Toma's not such a bad guy himself, especially to give them the kind of information he is about Kami's Lookout.
