Alias: Trouza, Trouser (English Dub)
Alignment: True Neutral
Trouza is a lean, pale, middle-aged Earthling with spiky hair and a thick mustache. Of average height, Trouza might seem mousy and small from afar, but his well honed muscles tell a different story. When powering up, a white controlled aura of ki envelops him.
Most people would know Trouza as a strict disciple of martial arts, and he was known for his precise and powerful, sometimes suicidal offensive techniques.
Having been born and raised in the Southern Capitol of Earth to Mr. Slack, a gangster, along with five other siblings, Trouza grew up knowing the seedy underbelly of the city. A lot was expected of him from his father, who deemed him worthy of continuing their family's little crime operation. Oftentimes however his father would be out on business and often neglected his family while his mother took care of his younger siblings. Trouza fell in with the wrong crowd at a young age, often getting into scuffles with authority or mugging innocent bystanders. Luck may have it that one of his victims happened to be a martial artist named Zheng. Having caught the kid red-handed, he decided to teach the boy a lesson in discipline and set him straight.
Instead of taking the boy to the authorities, Zheng took the teenaged Trouza to his island and taught him first of all, discipline, household chores and respect. Seeing Trouza's progress on becoming a real warrior, he was eventually taught martial arts and the basic techniques. He was already swift, from pickpocketing tourists and running from authorities, and all he needed was the skill and technique. Several weeks passed as he trained under his new master until his father started looking for him and sent goons all around the surrounding islands of the Southern Capital.
Finally confronted by his father's men, he had the choice of returning to his father and continuing his downward spiral, or staying with his master. Before he even had the chance to act however, the brutes assaulted his master and gravely wounded him with a gunshot. Angered, he fought back against the men and cleared them out. Seeing the men flee from the island and fearing retribution, both Zheng and Trouza decided that they should leave the Southern Island and go their separate ways but before doing so, Zheng advised the young Trouza to seek out the Crane school to start his formal training.
On the road and on the run, Trouza demonstrated his martial arts along the way, learning to help the people around him along the journey. Many years pass, and though he has seen much trials and tribulations, little did he know that his small world is about to get bigger as he faces even stronger enemies, monsters, aliens and infinitely powerful gods.
Lightly avaricious, prone to misadventure and cunning; all doing so in a charming and deceiving manner. Trouza can be won over with some zeni, artifacts and trinkets especially if there is a quest involved gaining them. He mostly inherited his father's penchant for getting into businesses and making money, and has befriended several businessmen, both the legitimate and the shady type, in and around South City.
Recently however, he has been getting in touch with his spiritual side, having gained an interest in martial and spiritual self-improvement. He does however still enjoy a drink or four and the occassional treasure hunt every now and then, but most people he would meet on the road would know him otherwise.
He also is very determined and disciplined when it comes to martial arts, and is very welcoming to kids who are interested in learning martial arts and ki control. This particular side of him shines when he is in a serious battle, where he uses his head and strategizes his every move to wear down stronger, more reckless enemies. Rarely does he let his reckless side show when fighting, unless he was probably fighting drunk at the time.
In a fight he prefers to analyze the situation from afar first, studying his enemy's movements before moving in and performing quick, surgical strikes. Wearing down his usually empassioned enemy, he usually ends his fight with one of his ki blasts such as the Shotgun, a close-range explosion from the tip of his fingers.
- [N1] Shotgun: A highly concentrated green ki blast from two fingers that could penetrate the strongest defenses at close range; the closer the enemy, the better.
- [SU1] Afterimage: Trouza emphasized his training in both speed and precision, and slow attacks would usually be sidestepped and countered easily.
- [UT] Flight: Being taught flight by his master Zheng, he was able to breeze through the Southern Islands of Earth and train on the waves.
