Name:
Astaroth IV
Alias: Astaroth the Fourth, Astaroth Jr, Starry
Species: Hybrid (Demon/Zoan)
Gender: Female
Age: 252 (about 20 in appearance)
Appearance:
Standing at a rather short 5 feet tall, Astaroth IV has the looks of a young human woman or teenager. She has very curly white hair, it allowed to flow past her shoulders. This hair naturally has grayer portions, creating ornate patterns across her hair. Her schlera are large and amber-colored. Her clothing usually consists of a black ornamental dress, it covered in gold and other types of jewelery. Underneath her attire, Astaroth IV is a bit of a hidden buxom; though her chest is well-bound by gauze wrapping, hiding it's shape.
While remarkably human-like, Astaroth IV is by all means a bit beastly in appearance. Nestled with her flowy white hair is a pair of cute, fluffy animal-like ears and two sharp black-red horns decorated with ornate-gold. Attached to her backside is set of white, feathery wings with red-orange plumage. To finish off her distinctly inhuman origins, she has a very large, fluffy tail with the same pattern as her hair; the prehensile appendage extending out to a very lengthy 8 feet long. Unfortunately for Astaroth IV, she is very sensitive around this region.
Personality:
Astaroth IV is a prideful self-proclaimed intellectual who honestly despite her age is not that mature. Despite having lived for two centuries now, Astaroth IV is honestly quite childish. She tends to try and put all attention on herself, disliking being ignored heavily or made a fool of. Unfortunately for her, her tendency to overreact and overall cockiness just tends to end up making her an easy target for this. Her way of thinking can also be a bit unorthodox, she being a bit unstable when it comes to being rational.
As comically incompetent as she can seem, she is not a complete idiot. She actually is well-versed intellectually, having bits of knowledge of most if not all subjects. She is also very vigilante, having a nearly exhaustible well of self-confidence in her that is difficult to exhaust. She preaches herself as an incarnate of evil, though it is debatable of just HOW evil she really is. Indeed, her brand of villainy is rather... pragmatic honestly. Senseless slaughter is considered to be a waste of resources, and trying to collect all of the Dragon Balls is just painting a target on yourself. Trying to fight those stronger or nearly as strong as you is only going to get you killed likely, while allowing yourself to get caught up too heavily in the affairs of others can bite you in the ass. She may not always be the most sensible creature around, but she has her priorities set straight. She wishes to one day take over Earth, but frankly does not seem to have any plans afterwards. Humorously, she has no interest in other worlds.
The demon/zoan embraces her demonic nature and tendencies, not exactly caring in the affairs of mortals too much. When it comes to messing with them, she is more on the side of whimsy rather than pure malice; preferring to be more trollish and deceitful when it comes to dealing with them. Because of this, she is less evil as she is chaotic; despite how much she tries to act like she is. In truth, she acts very much like a dorky teen, her interests appropriately also very mundane, she being an avid reader of all kinds of literature (including unshamefully reading forms of smut) and has a fond interest of Earth television programming. She is honestly quite affable, she finding it difficult to truly hate an individual.
Astaroth IV frankly is not as concerned with mortality as you would imagine. As far as she knows or cares really, everyone is going to die someday; so why be morose about it? Because of this, she can be rather laissez-faire when it comes to the lives of others; only seeing death as a minor setback for one's goals. After all, if they are determined to acheive something; why stop at death? Get back up and keep moving forward. While admittingly not everyone has the power to cheat death, knowing that Heaven and Hell respectively are rather comfortable places to live in once you get used to does make her not very concerned in keeping others alive. Only when it very distinctively benefits her will she try and keep someone alive.
History:
Astaroth IV is one of two daughters of a demoness appropriately named Astaroth III, Astaroth IV being the eldest of the two daughters. Astaroth III once hailed from the Demon Realm, travelling to Earth to try and stake a claim for it's territory centuries ago. Unsurprisingly, this has seemed to have failed; the demoness having in fact actually grown quite fond of her previous target, deciding to give up her venture for conquest. Since then, Astaroth III set up a base of operations at the Fortuneteller's Desert, appropriately enough taking a niche role as an enchantress for hire. While unknown if she had a lover or not, at some point in time she ended up pregnant and gave birth to two half-demon children.
The family was a secretive bunch by her mother's intervention, Astaroth IV for the longest time never venturing out beyond her mother's home. As such, her only playmate was her sister Murmur I. While forbidden from leaving her mother's home, Astaroth IV took a fond interest in Earth literature that her mother acquired through external means, proving to not be too bothered by this fact. Indeed, beyond demonic origin and a penchant for chaos, Astaroth IV proved to not be too different from just your average teenager in terms of personality. By the time her mother gave her more freedom to do what she wanted to do, she had grown to be an eccentric, but mostly affable woman.
Astaroth III did not hide from her daughters that at one point, she intended to try and take advantage of the planet; but ultimately gave up due to finding the idealic lifestyle of an Earthling to be a comfortable one. While Murmur I was for the most part very accepting of this fact, Astaroth IV disliked that her mother gave up so easily; immediately claiming that even she could take over the planet. From there, a small spark of ambition burned in the demon hybrid's heart; one that wished to do what her mother could not. Amused by her daughter's naivety, Astaroth III did not at all impede this dream; in fact encouraging it.
Due to their heritage, both children were tutored by their mother in the ways of magic; a common thing that most if not all demons are usually taught. While her sister Murmur I was more inclined to learning magic for more mundane and utility-purposes, Astaroth IV studied magic in the hopes of one day using it to carry on her mother's previous wish. As such, she would spend countless days training her body and mind to channel the innate power she had. Where as Murmur I decided that carrying on their mother's current profession as a sorcerer of a sorts was one that was certainly plausible, Astaroth IV did not seem to wish to settle for anything less than world domination. While she continues to aid her mother in her work affectionately, she bides her time to one day put her talent to use.
Well... she at least tries.

[N1] Book One, First Chapter - Astaroth IV summons a tome, enchanting it's pages with power; then revealing it's contents to fire a flaming blast of magically-infused ki, it sweeping in the direction it was fired. Via spending more time in charging the pages of the tome, it's power and intensity can be increased. If need be, she may also manually utilize this ability without; though it is usually more stressful on her body when doing so. Charging adds 33% of PL to it's power, able to be stacked to a max of 166% PL. As her most basic ability, it takes a KP to charge per post.

Utility
[U1] Telekinesis - Astaroth IV can levitate objects or individuals by focusing her ki on them. The intensity of this can vary based on the gap between her ki and the target's if used on a living being.
[U1] Magic Materialization - Astaroth IV can create normal, conventional items by using magic to create matter from thin air. Usually this can range from simple ornamental items likes tea cups and tea sets or even generic food. Larger objects can created if she focuses more time and energy into crafting them. Obviously, special items cannot be made by this method.
[U1] Flight - Astaroth IV can fly via use of ki/and or her wings. Simple and straight-forward, though her speed is reduced if she is only using her wings.

Transformations
(x10*) - Makyo Kyodai-ka
No stranger to the influence of the Makyo-Star, Astaroth IV is subject to it's influence as well. Under the influence of the terrifying Makyo-Star, the normally demure body of the demon/zoan turns savage, her overall size about doubling as her demonic features take full reign. Horns becomes long and curved, her fingernails lengthening and becoming razor-sharp. Astaroth IV's hair grows wilds, swaying ferociously out of control while under the effects. Obviously, this form is involuntarily taken upon the Makyo-Star drawing near, and beyond becoming a bit more aggressive; mostly keeps her wits.
