Ever since his dealings with Gitar, Habana, and the others of this planet, Accordio had gotten some experience on this planet. It was the first sequence of significant things he has ever done so far, aside from being among the first to die from the cruel and unjust attack of that vile president of Earth. However, being a leader of the planet meant that he needed to gain some more power, and he wanted to go and get himself some level of respect for that. Remembering that Miss Habana had mentioned training facilities sprinkled throughout namek, the young namekian traveled in search of them.
Minutes turned to hours as the young Accordio had been wandering aimlessly, as he had no idea where one of these facilities were. He didn’t want to give up, but there was no way that he could find these facilities on his own. Sighing and sitting on a rock, he went to meditating in order to clear his mind. A mind addled by grief and anger, one that wished vengeance upon the ones who gave the planet Namek such a horrid treatment. However, as he sat atop a rock in order to clear his mind, he could feel something really odd. It was some kind of oddity that he could not explain, as he could just feel something move. The thing he was feeling was alive, and moving normally. The number of those things increased, little by little, until it felt like he could sense hundreds of them. Accordio’s mind shot to one thing…
He was starting to sense the life forces of others. And not only that, but the small guru was able to gauge people’s powers from one another, as he could feel some extremely powerful people among the weaker ones.
Finally being able to sense energies, Accordio focused his mind to find the life forces of a giant conglomeration of people, as that is more than likely the location of one of the training facilities that Miss Habana had mentioned before he left. After spending a good couple of Namekian hours walking to the location, he arrived at a giant dome-like building which contained many of these life forces inside. Reaching the door, he noticed it had no handle on it, which was odd as all heck. And when he got a couple feet within it, it opened on its own, scaring Accordio and causing him to hop backward. The door soon closed, to which begged Accordio to walk forward once more, it opening up once he got close to it again. This time, he walked through and ventured through the hallways in order to find the actual training area.
The instant he entered, he bore witness to a saiyan being pushed to the ground, as the spar seemed to have gotten a little too far, as the saiyan was grasping his elbow, which had a bone sticking out of it. Now, with Accordio not knowing the biology of other races, he didn’t know if this was normal or not, so he really didn’t question it until another much older Namekian brushed against Accordio’s small size and walked over to the injured saiyan, slowly bending over and putting his hands against the open wound in which blood poured out along with the bone. His hands hovering over the wound, as his hands started glowing, pouring ki into the open wound.
The small namekian watched the old, wrinkly namekian do his work, almost amazed at what the old man was doing, as the arm of the saiyan seemed to change in accordance to the ki being poured into the man’s arm. The bone seeming to shrink back into the arm, the skin repairing, and the pained look on the saiyan’s face seemed to dissipate back into a normal, resting visage. Accordio realized what he just witnessed, and it was the power of healing.
After finishing his deed with the injured saiyan, he noticed the young namekian staring in awe of this action. Unlike the others at this facility, he was very aware of the world around him, and he recognized the particular ki output of this young one. Putting an old hand on the shoulder of Accordio, he lead him to an isolated portion of the room, before kneeling in front of Accordio and saying, “Young one, you are the one known as Accordio? The one who just became guru?”
A little shocked that the old geezer knew of him, Accordio could only say, “Yes. I assume you’ve recognized me by my life force, right?”
“Yes, although you seemed much stronger back then, I remember your particular life force, for such an ambitious child like you… hohohoh~! Well, seeing as you are our leader, I have to pass on the legacy…”
“What do you mean?”
“Heheh,” The namekian codger chuckled, “I used to be a guru a long time ago. More than half a century ago, I used to be one. I would still be one if I hadn’t gotten sick… That, and the dragon balls our people made were always being sought after, making our home planet such a target for the ones with dark spirits within them. And as no one really teaches the tricks of the trade, but more so passes the knowledge on to the next in line.”
Before Accordio could respond, the codger placed a hand on Accordio and started to channel his ki into the young child’s head, transferring memories of his times as a guru. Accordio didn’t remember anything of this guru’s life time, what was transposed into the mind of the young Namekian was actually the latent powers that the guru’s can do. From the bits and pieces of memories that the young guru were able to access, what he could now do is to actually heal others and, what’s more, unlock the potentials of others.
Then, the thing that broke his concentration, was the loud yelp of a Namekian who landed on the ground in front of Accordio. Looking at the Namekian on the ground, the young guru was able to see a giant gaping hole in the middle of his chest. Eyes widening, he looked up, seeing the saiyan the ex-guru had healed just a while ago. The saiyan probably unhappy that he was wounded in such a way, and took his anger out on a namekian or, more likely, the namekian who broke his arm in the sparring combat.
Letting his instincts take over, Accordio pushed away the ex guru to reach the injured namekian, kneeling down onto his knees and putting his hands over the hole. Although trying to concentrate his ki, the young guru was failing in trying to heal the injured namekian. However, after trying to calm himself down while keeping his focus of ki up, slowly but surely the hole started to heal up, mending the hole up. The pained look of the unconscious namekian faded away, leaving the Namekian to rest up. However, healing the namekian seemed to drain the energy away from the young Guru, causing the fledgling guru to pass out, having exerted much energy in order to heal up the fellow namekian. Passing out, the ex-guru decided to carry the young Accordio into the dormitory, where the resting Guru will settle naturally into the collective memories that were shared with him.
