The Outshirts of the North Capitol
*Boom*! A building had just collapsed as Fate nonchalantly walked out of the wreckage. "Shoot him!" Yelled one of the soldiers, as the group of eight men, wearing what seemed to be some sort of uniform, unloaded their SMG magazines. Fate didn't even attempt to dodge as he just continued to walk slowly towards the men. The bullets obviously weren't doing anything, as they bounced off of his skin and clothing without leaving so much as a scratch. The fear stricken soldiers began to back up in fear as the unknown teen made his way towards them. Until they had retreated to a large compound.
In a flash, Fate was behind them all as blood exploded forth from their chests and necks. He didn't have even the slightest hint of emotion in his eyes as all the men collapsed, dead. There was one left, one out of 1579 criminals who called this place home. He was cowering in fear as the teen drew closer. Why is he doing this you ask. To Fate this is nothing more than a training session.
"P-p-please! Don't kill m-me!" The man pleaded. He was covered in the blood of his fallen comrades. He was an everyday criminal, nothing too special. A murder, thief, arsonist, and a traitor. He was scum, undeserving of life. At least that's how Fate saw it. He despised men and women who preyed on people who worked hard to earn a place in society. He wanted to kill them all. Especially the one in front of him, he looked to much like Fate's father. Fate, now face to face with the man drew his sword, and before the man could even managed a scream, decapitated him.
Fate, still in the building, became engulfed in blood red aura. He yelled as he expelled the aura from his body, causing an explosion of ki powerful enough to vaporize the compound, and leave behind nothing but a crater. Then he proceeded to fly south into the night sky. His eyes still devoid of any emotion, as he thought of one phrase.
'All shall fall before Fate.'
