"What is that energy?... It seems so familiar."
Bing sat on the Lookout's stone throne, his eyes snapped shut as he focused intensely. Something dark was occurring on the opposite end of the Galaxy. Though he had trouble pinpoint the energies location, he could tell it felt positively vile. If left unchecked, a terrible fate may befall the entire universe. He frowned, opening his eyes as he stood from his throne.
"This is worse than the troubles Namek is facing. If I don't deal with this now, I fear the Zetto Senshi won't get the chance to protect the Mystic home world of the Namekians... If only I had a proper way to pinpoint the source..."
He pondered on the situation as he walked outside. The cold dusk winds blew harshly as he peered over the edge of the floating bowl he lived on. Earth seemed to be safe at the moment; no villains were accosting the world he swore to protect at the moment. "Perhaps they'll be okay without me? Poi should be able to handle any credible threats just as well as I can, if not better." He ran through his possible options as the wind became even harsher.
"Should I send them to this new threat instead? No, that would be unfair to Helix and his ward... What if I asked Virtual Poi to go in my stead?... No no, he's got that election to deal with; I can't possibly ask him to go for me."
He ran through a few more options, but each one had their own problems. With a heavy sigh, he dropped his wooden staff. It clanked to the tiled ground as Bing sent a telepathic message to the Caretaker of the Lookout.
"@tokoz , I'm leaving Planet Earth momentarily. Something... Unspeakably vile is afflicting a planet in our galaxy. If I do not interfere, it will spell certain doom for its denizens, and perhaps the rest of the universe. Please, keep the Lookout safe while I'm gone."
With a leap, Bing shot into the sky. He knew he couldn't find the source of the power alone; he needed to get some help from a very special friend. A certain A.I to be specific. He headed towards Fukurou Forest, directly below the mystical floating Lookout.
He arrived at a massive waterfall hidden beneath the treeline. On one side of the waterfall rested Bing's old home, while the other housed his space-faring vessel: The King Crab.
The crustacean-shaped machine had sat dormant since before even Realinger Red. It's next use was supposed to be to transport the Z-Fighters to Namek, but if Donna could help pinpoint the source of the energy, perhaps the trip to Namek would be postponed.
The Guardian stepped inside the King Crab. It was interesting to note that the lights inside were on; Donna usually left them off, as she didn't need them due to being an A.I connected to the ship. Did she let somebody in? He could sense a power within the command center of the Crab. There was only one way to find out who it was, so Bing quickly marched into the flight deck.
The automatic door slid open to reveal someone was indeed inside Bing's ship. It was a short, red woman. She tapped away at the controls of the ship, seemingly trying to get used to operating it.
Bing eyed the being curiously. She seemed so familiar, yet he knew he'd never seen her before. Where could she have been from? Her red skin and hair suggested an Artificial origin. After a brief moment, he blurted out a name.
"Donna?"
The girl turned around, her eyes widening in surprise as she realized who she was looking out. A meep of surprise escaped from her lips as she dove for cover on instinct. Her head peeked out from behind the chair she had hid behind, a trembling voice coming from her as she spoke.
"B-B-Bing... Umm... Hi!"
"Donna, how did you get a body? Did you make one yourself?"
The robotic girl slowly rose from her hiding spot, a downtrodden expression on her face as she spoke. "Yeah, I made myself a body... I got so bored just sitting here, so I... Well, I decided I wanted to be like you! I wanted to help people! So I made this body to protect the world when you're busy!!!"
Bing nodded, a smile appearing on his face. He approached Donna, placing a comforting hand on her metallic shoulder. "I'm glad to hear you've got good intentions. Luckily for you, I think your first mission to protect the world will be a duo operation."
Her eyes lit up like christmas lights at Bing's words. She'd always wanted to help him kick the crap out of baddies, so this would be perfect for her. She saluted the Guardian as she spoke with glee. "Sir yes sir!!! What's our mission?"
"Well, it's a pretty serious one, Donna. A planet far from here is in trouble, but I can't tell which one. Can you help me pinpoint it?"
Donna snorted out a laugh. "That's all? Alright, I'll take a shot at pinpointing it. How far away does it feel to you?"
"Hmm... From what my gut tells me it's somewhere near Arcosian Space. Check the planets owned by their empire, see if anything major is going on."
"Gotcha! I'll get to work."
The Crimson Android took a gleeful hop and skip towards the main controls of the ship. Her floating fingers typed at high speeds, and an image of Arcose popped up in the windshield of the ship.
"Well, Arcose already got "Tree'd", so it can't be that planet..."
The screen shifted in space, moving to Aoi Brenchia. It was fine as well; no anomalies detected in the slightest. It then shifted to Akai Brenchia, and a very similar result was shown.
Then, she moved to Kanassa.
A gasp escaped her lips.
"Bing! Look... It's the same tree."
Donna zoomed in, and as she said, there was a disgusting blemish on the planet of the Seers. An enormous tree grew on Kanassa, and it was packing an equally large power within it. The android took a step back from the console, her eyes fixated on the horrid sight. "Who... Who could have planted another tree? Do you think it was... Queen Zuccetta?"
Bing's eyes narrowed as he stared at the computer screen. He had never the Tree of Might in person, but this looked so similar to the one that was in Zucceta 's broadcast that it was scary.
"There's no doubt in my mind that this is Queen Zuccetta's doing." With fierce determination, Bing tossed his Sacred Robes off, revealing his Gi underneath. "There's no time to waste; prepare for takeoff right now." The Guardian sat down in the captain's seat of the flight deck, his stoic eyes focused intensely on the sickening image of the Tree of Might that slowly grew on Kanassa.
A robonoid clacked along the ground, picking up the robes Bing had tossed off; carrying it away to store it safely.
Donna turned to Bing, nodding to her ally as she began working the controls to the ship. "Alright, here we go. Kanassa, we're on our way!"
As Donna heated up the ships engines, the Guardiansent a telepathic message to Vi-Poi . "Hey Vi, this is Bing. I'm heading off world to deal with a potential threat. Keep a close eye on Earth while I'm gone, friend."
As the Guardian settled in his seat, he could sense someone approaching the ship...

(Will be departing in eight days. Putting this up so early because I'm going to be busy most of the next week so I wanted this ready now rather than later.)
(Inviting Nicolas Mclendon to hop in the ship before I leave.)
