(Before I start this, I'm giving you guys a heads up. My training thread here is going to consist up to 2 additional posts.)
Several days had passed since the warring battle at the tournament grounds. Pieter had gone mad with anger with the full moon hanging over. It hadn't helped that he had already been fueled by rage with his fight against Tsumari! When he transformed into the Oozaru, he felt himself yanked away from the controls as the blutz waves of the moon pounded him back. The beast, that saiyan instinct, had reeked havoc all over the place, killing dozens of people! The blutz waves had given the instinct to lock Pieter away for the time being, but as the fight went on, he felt the chains being moved away. It allowed him to rip out of the darkness and fight the beast back and recover control of his mind!
He had crimes to settle for... Crimes he would go answer himself. However, with those two monsters running about, annihilating everything with their power, Pieter couldn't sit by. They had the potential to become gods of this modern day world and plunge it to hell! Pieter was only seeking how he would fair against gods, as well as seek to absolve his answers from the Great Serpent itself! If these demons were indeed gods themselves, Pieter would have to train to take them down! His inability to finish Tsumari off, as well as fight that other demon alone told him that he was, at the very least, still within the human plane of power! However, he needed to reach higher, farther. He had to reach fully into the saiyan plane!
Pieter had made refuge in the wilderness near by, making a small shelter, to at least protect himself against the rain. A small fire danced near by, with stones next to it warming up. He was using these stones to keep warm during the night, so that even if the rain came down, he had warmth. He had a sponge-like fungus burning in the fire, to ward off mosquitoes and small pests. Pieter, himself, had been sitting cross legged, hands on his lap and eyes closed. He took in deep breaths, as he explored the sensations of being in that monstrous state. Rage, violence, pride, and a strange need to be alone flowed through his mind. He could understand the need of loneliness, as that was himself trying to vi control back over his body from the beast! The beast, itself, wanted to display dominance over everything, though, so it used its massive reserves of power and attacked in blind rage at everything! It was marking the tournament grounds as its territory, as its realm, through the attacks and display of power. The thought of it seemed to cause the beast to come out, trying to bite at Pieter's mind!
He opened his eyes, startled by the sudden attack! He looked around himself, as if thinking it reeked havoc once more! However, nothing had changed. The forest was still there, with trees swaying in a perpetual dance with their partner, the wind. His fire still burned in its own rhythmic dance as the rocks watched and were warmed by its motions. Pieter, though, was sweating bullets! He grabbed at his chest for his Great Serpent necklace. However, Pieter remembered that he had lost it at the tournament grounds, just as he had been transforming! He cursed in anger, as he told himself, "Keep it together... Keep it together! Father Pota probably mastered control and taught that to Bai and Waputhi! They're probably hearing this news and are laughing their asses off!"
Pieter 'huff and puffed,' trying to recover his senses. He slapped himself a couple of times, telling himself to calm down repeatedly. He eventually asked himself, "What would brother Waputhi do, Pieter? What would Waputhi do?"
He closed his eyes, envisioning the giant of a man before him. Waputhi, with all his scars and the mane-like hair hanging down from his back. He looked down at Pieter with his ash-brown eyes, with a wide grin on his face. He laughed, as he muttered something in the tribe's tongue. It annoyed Pieter often, as he didn't learn the language enough to speak it fluently. He even told this image of his brother, "Damn it Waputhi! You know I have a difficult time with this language! And why are you whispering it as well?!"
Pieter had a vivid imagination, as well as a very good memory. The fact he was imaging and hearing his brother like this was common with him! Granted, he knew the advice he got from this was just an epiphany waiting to be realized from a memory, but getting it like this made him feel better. Waputhi had always been the smart one, despite that weathered, tanned, and well scarred appearance of his. Waputhi laughed in Pieter's mind again with a hefty yuk, as he spoke in the common language.
"As the god beasts had done and still continue to do, you must shape your path. The land god beasts rise and sink the lands on a consistent basis as well, and in doing so, create obstacles for others. The blood of our father contains such gods, so you must learn to control that power. You have earned its respect and have gained control. However, you must train to be come more than its equal. Become the master and you will..."
"... Be the King. That's right," Pieter muttered, as he opened his eyes once more. He had been speaking out loud in his meditation, speaking his 'brother's,' words. He continued, "It is a part of me. I am descended from a long line of godly beings. I may be part human, but I am also saiyan. Both father and mother are saiyan and it has passed to my siblings and myself. This ape is no trifle. It is me and I am it."
(Next up is the actual training. Keep in mind, as a random thought, I still have no clothes. XD)
