As the man called Ayumu had found himself gathering dust, in one of the many forests while the creatures that tended to get close were dispacted by the plant like creature called Hana. She tended to bring forth an entire charade everytime some sort of challenge brought itself close, keeping Ayumu on his toes while simply glaring at his vacinities. Knowing that the trees should atleast protect him from some creatures coming from above, unknowingly forgetting that this preparation that he was making, a large stone plate with a peculiar smelling meat laid ontop drifting its smell high above the trees for any passerby's to smell its rich scent. Even the wolves that had smelled this in the vacinity would start to get closer and bring itself to peek over the wall before struck by the many small projectiles that Hana could unleash upon the vacinity. Speaking in a soft and honest tone to her, Ayumu could not prevent feeling himself afraid of the many dangerous types of wild life in the forests, amazed at the reaction from Hana that kept showing over and over again. The simple unknowing reaction of her challenging every single living and unliving object, especially trees. She seemed naturally vexed upon seeing these trees surrounding her, constantly shouting at them when they get too close.
"Hey, Hana, are you certain we could simply stay in such a forest to let your wounds recover?, I am certain you arent even hurt anymo-"
Yet as soon as he asked this, he could hear a small tree snap in two, as the eyes of the creature simply looked back and almost shockingly.
"You are telling me i have to abandon the art of-, ehem! You are telling me i have to abandon the deeply located seed of my strenght that slowly fosters over time? It has been a complex part that fuels my strenght! it. needs. to. regenerate! Now finish our dinner!"
Hana had spoken, knowing that in all aspects that her lies were flawless, nobody she has ever known would realize she was lying when she was doing it! Even when she offered those visitors to her planet a chance, wait... Was it fear that made them believe her? Hana would simply not give a single rat's ass about her flawless lying ability and would place her body down nearby the burning fire and the stone like plate. Ayumu groaning and continueing to cook for this lazy creature, truely believing her intentions were right... Atleast for now.

Articho tore through the sky at his top speed. He was gritting his teeth in anger and his eyes were set in a hard as stone glare. Gold colored energy crackled around him as his Super Saiyan state threatened to envelop the young hybrid and send him back home to punch his father in the face. How dare that bastard try to act like he knew what was best for him. Turrip didn't know anything about his son. He fought to keep the desire down, if only for his mother's sake, but the desire was still there. He needed to fight or hit something. Articho wanted to fight something that threatened his life, just to spite his father. That would show him, but it would also make his mother worry. The hybrid slowed his reckless flight to a halt and floated over a large forest. His father's energy didn't seem to be growing any larger or coming closer, which Articho was somewhat glad about. At least his father knew when to give him some space.
He stayed floating for a moment, the golden energy fading away as his anger left him, when the smell of something cooking reached his nose. Articho lifted his head up and looked around, confusion plain on his face. Who would be out here cooking something? It was too secluded to be a campsite that people frequently went too and too far from any civilization for it to be smart for a normal person to reach. Did some old hermit live out here that he hadn't noticed before? The hybrid descended closer to the tree tops, searching for someone with a higher than average power level in the woods. He found one and followed it along the top of the forest until he reached it. Articho dropped down and landed on the forest floor. The cooking smell had become stronger than ever and the source of it was from an old man sitting next to a large stone plate.
"Hey, old timer," he said with a quizzical look on his face. "What brings you out here?"

While lifting up the plate with a large rock that seemingly was sliced using some form of straight jab from a fist, you could easily see his hands handling improvised tools from rocks, trees and sticks the end result was rather impressive as he started to fold up cuts of meat in a strange wrapping of white dough that smelled rather familiar to acorns, untill by contact of the rock you would start to see it puff up with his hands constantly moving around the white puffy holdings of the meat, starting to show you what it was making exactly... Some sort of meat dumpling? It was also pretty massive, every single dumpling would easily be double your size as he had trouble to divide it up rather well, but his answer was rather short.
"Well, a bit of alone time, possibly even a goal that is rather stupid from what some people may consider rather insane"
A sphere of moss starting to bring over a plate of rock towards him the size of the dumpling, almost as if carrying the object on its head, having reverted to this form, it was a rather easily distinguished fact that this old man was constantly being drained by this ball, holding its power level rather high while he himself was stuck at a sad, weak level of one. Yet as he moved one of the dumplings onto the plate, making sure to lower the heat slightly by tossing some sand onto the burning wood below, fishing out some strange potato looking plants, no, wait, sweet potato like plants? Their tops started to unfold as it curled up softly before the skin naturally fell off, the incisions of the rock knife visible on the blade, the tools he carried here were carried like a expert fighter, yet he was using it all to perform simple and meaningless tasks of cooking?
"I am planning to feed whoever is starving, wherever, one should never distinguish an man of pure evil and a man of light, they are both the same before a cook who simply wishes to feed their starving stomachs, to never make them expierience the unending pain of starvation."
Giving you a knowing smile, you could see from within the thin slits of his eyes, a deep emotion, almost like he had suffered from starvation himself and found this an important and lofty goal to accomplish.
"Would you mind telling me why you would need some alone time?"
He then followed up rather bluntly, seemingly questioning why you yourself were so far out here, in a place where training was not the smartest idea. There are hundreds to thousands of places where you could get a much better training expierience, yet you stopped in this forest, but from his smile you knew he wouldn't tell anything to the outsiders, he would not even question you, he would just listen and ask. Offering you a second dumpling and more when you finish your meal.

Articho watched the old man cooking curiously. What an odd person he was, though the hybrid couldn't deny that what the old man was saying wasn't wrong despite the cryptic way he said it. Articho could appreciate alone time. It gave him a chance to focus and look more into himself rather than the world around him. "I suppose so," was all he said in reply.
Articho accepted the food from the strange ball of moss and began eating it. It tasted pretty good for something made in the woods. The hybrid kept his eyes on the ball of moss, confusion on his face. It seemed like the old man was controlling it, yet he could swear he felt two power levels in the area, one far lower than the other and nearly covered up by the larger one. He brushed it aside and focused more on what the old man had said. He was probably sensing some animal or something. "That's a bit naive," Articho said, crossing his arms and huffing. "A man of pure evil would sooner kill you and steal your food rather than let you feed them. I've seen my fair share of madmen to know they can't be reasoned with."
The hybrid sighed in frustration and devoured the remainder of his dumpling. "Just trying to get away from my father. The bastard's just being a complete annoyance and I needed to get away from him for a little while, just for my mother's sake." He accepted the second dumpling and tore into it like the first. He chewed thoughtfully for a moment, still studying the old man.
"Hey," he said after a moment, "what's the meat in this dumpling. It's really good."

While simply leaning himself back, pulling out a small wooden chair he would start to chuckle to himself. You could almost see a childish kind of joy in the reaction you gave to him before he would respond, just before you were able to explain why you had gone into these outskirts.
"That is because there are people like you who are able to see what real justice is, those people are able to protect me even when i am too far away to give a signal, as i believe in every single one of you"
Moving out his hand before grasping the ball of moss, you could see his arm starting to pull up the ball while simply speaking bluntly, his eyes starting to become thin slits. Almost as if he was getting angry.
"Hana, just show yourself, it becomes weird to explain to people who you are if you dont use your hands for once!"
"Geesh! Fine!"
The voice spoke as a multitude of fanged and tendrils with eyes started to come out like a pulsing and bubbling ooze untill a soft layer of flesh moved out of the maw in the middle of the eye, covering the entire body as she simply landed on the ground infront of you. It was almost considered a blessing he stepped infront of her performing this transformation before she pushed him aside, his powerlevel of zero becoming apparant next to hers.
"The meat in that dumplin is mole rat, its a large creature that grows underground and reaches massive sizes untill it becomes unable to move itself anymore upon which other animals dig them out and use their meat. Normally they are incredibly hard to find due to the depth they are in but Hana is able to sense them."
As his hand pointed towards the little creature that took the air of a royalty, simply feeling as if she was praised into high heaven he then started staring at you, cracking open a pint of ale and passing it to you.
"What do you mean that it is for your mother her sake?"

"It helps that many of us can sense energies across the planet so we can find and save people in need at almost a moment's notice," Articho replied with a proud smile. He was glad to be included in that number of people ready to answer the call of anyone in need. "I'm glad to hear that you believe in people like us. You wouldn't believe how much it encourages people like me. Or me, at the very least."
The hybrid took a bite from the dumpling as he watched the ball of moss turn into a black, tentacled creature. He let out an impressed "hmm" as he observed the sudden shift. Clearly, this was the source of power between the two. It also wasn't the freakiest thing he'd seen. There was something about watching a monster drain the life from a human through their blood was more horrifying than this thing in front of him. "Weird partner you've got there," Articho commented as he took another bite of the dumpling. He looked down at it as he chewed it. Mole rat meat. It tasted pretty good, so he continued eating it.
Articho paused in his eating and set the dumpling down. He sighed, looking down at the ground. "She means the world to me and I put her under enough stress by just fighting and doing what I do. I ran off so I wouldn't fight my father and make her upset. That bastard makes it harder every day just by being him."

While simply bringing himself to smile infront of you, suprised by the sudden gain of knowledge about this 'energy sense' the people on earth had. Knowing that it was in use previous but that it was such a advanced move simply made him unable to believe just how fearsome of a ability it was. Feeling that his perfectly zero power level would be such a dead give away that he could only take a deep breath and hope that nothing would go wrong.
"I am glad to know that the people of earth have the warriors that you represent right now"
Reaching out his hand to scratch behind the ears of the partner that was floating nearby, Hana was her name, She would simply start to speak up.
"Partner? More like life saver! I attempted to save his life at the cost of permanently crippling his ki!, No ki shall be able to be used by him at all anymore!"
Laughing softly, you saw Ayumu still continueing to scratch behind the ears of this small female who started to try and push away, obviously showing delight at the attention she was getting for now, but annoyed he was doing it in public.
"Ayumu, stop it... Its not funny! Nyah..."
You could see a faint blush as her leg started to kick slightly, before you saw the old man starting to let out a bouldering laugh and speaking happily.
"Well, it seems that my partner, Hana, still has rather sensetive ears, you may attempt to scratch behind them too, but be carefull, her nails once sliced into my arm and one got stuck in the bone marrow!, although i am just a weakling anyway!"
Showing a rather positive attitude before realizing what you just had said, his teeth gritting as you heard a crack in one of the cooking utensils he had nearby.
"I see... If you wouldn't mind this old man asking, But why would they still be together if such friction is in the vacinity?, I may be a random stranger, a random stranger who is unable to sense who you are, unable to realize who you are. Yet i still believe in you, believe in the effort you put in and the body that you have shaped under these circumstances."
Before simply giving a comforting chuckle.
"Just empty your heard, this old man should be able to give you atleast some advice"
