The remains of old North Capitol were bleak and grey. Hollow skeletons of buildings that once stood proudly littered the ravaged landscape. Craters scarring the earth were scattered around. All were evidence of the battle waged here. And one of the warriors who had fought in that battle now walked through the once beautiful city. Dressed in earthling attire was Radasha. She was wearing a grey hoodie, jeans, and black boots. The hood was over her head. She didn't want to be recognized. She wasn't sure how many people around the area had seen the battle Earth's warriors had against Red. She was sure she saw at least one person filming it during the battle. Someone might've seen her on it and connected the armor she had worn to the SSE. She wouldn't deny it if questioned but it'd just cause some annoying circumstances she'd like to avoid.
As she walked, she glanced around the ruins. She was able to imagine what they'd looked like before the invasion, picture them vividly what they were like during, and saw them as they were now. She could see people walking around, minding their business...then running in panic as the Saiyans invaded. She could see people talking at one time...then burnt out skeletons the next. Yes...it wasn't hard for Radasha to picture these things considering she'd been part of many invasions in her life. Invader was literally her occupation. But rarely were they ever fought off. And rarely did she ever stay on a world that their forces were pushed from. She guessed she never had any connection to those places. But Earth was where she'd conceived her daughter. It was where her sister resided. It was where she'd sent her daughter to live for a bit after Kaula had killed those two brats. Radasha chuckled a bit. Hell...technically Radasha could be to blame partly for most of the resistance the Queen fought against since one of the strongest fighters was her daughter.
She began laughing. It was actually pretty funny now that she thought about it. With a sigh, her laughter died down as she neared a mass of melted, twisted metal. Those machines she'd destroyed during the invasion. The Earth forces had dropped them in to combat the Oozaru....they may have made a difference....if not for Radasha being there. She frowned as she thought back on that moment. She didn't care for people who had to rely on machines to fight. At least their infantry fought out in the open instead of behind a shell of metal and weaponry. Cowards. Even the SSE Oozaru were flesh and blood, the representation of a saiyan's true, beastial power released. The fact they needed machines to match that was disappointing. "Maybe these Earthlings should take a page from our book and actually train their damn soldiers in how to combat beings like us instead of just sticking them in their little toys..." she growled. No one was around to her knowledge so really she was talking to herself. "Relying too much on their strongest fighters....if they had lost our army would've steamrolled right over their military force..."
It actually made her sick. That her daughter would want to help protect the people of this planet when they couldn't even help themselves with out people like Vi, Rei, or Kaula around to defend them. In a moment of anger she let loose a blast of ki, the sphere sailing off to hit the wall of a partially collapsed building. "If this planet's military trained their bodies more, there wouldn't have been this much damage...It's pathetic.." she growled. With a huff, she continued standing there, staring at the mass of metal, clenching and unclenching her fists as she calmed herself.

The Northern Capitol. It pained Neon to see it like this. The once vibrant city was now a skeleton of its former self. Ruin, destruction, death. He had come here numerous times during his career, when he was human. So much life, now all gone. He could see that people were starting to rebuild, something which gave warmth to his metallic heart. Despite all the hardships in the world, humanity never gave up. And if he was to become humanity's protector, he couldn't give up either.
Suddenly, there was an explosion, and something came up on the android's internal scouter. There was a strong power nearby, and judging by the collapsing building, they couldn't be friendly. Thank goodness there was nobody near that area. He quickly flew towards the power source. He had to see what was going on, and to put a stop to it.
As he flew in, he saw what appeared to be a woman standing near where the building once stood. There was no denying that this massive power came from her, but who was she? What was she doing here? Maybe she felt the same way he did, upset over the destruction of the city. Slowly, he began to descend towards her location.
"It's hard to look at, isn't it, seeing a once brilliant city reduced to this" Neon spoke up, landing not too far away from her, his pink eyes focusing on her. Despite the fact that she was a Saiyan, he had to admit, there was an attractiveness about her. "But, don't let it get to you. We'll soon have this city back to its former glory. It's one of humanity's more enduring traits."

The Bio-Android had his senses turned up to their maximum, mainly to try and give himself as much of an early warning as he could, in case any of those Saiyans he met the last time he was within the outskirts and remains of this ruined city turned up again. He did not feel like having a repeat performance of that encounter... not that he was here to consume anyone this time around. No, his goal was purely materialistic. From these ruins he could perhaps locate the parts he required to aid in his lairs refurbishment, if only for structural integrity if he couldn't locate the parts he required to fashion a Gravity Chamber.
He kept to the ground, judging that he'd draw far more attention flying around than remaining on the earth... He had considered trying to obtain some form of cloak to conceal himself from sight, but given the protrusions coming from his shoulders, that idea would not work well in his favour. So instead he kept as much to himself as he could, although of course there were still going to be the occasional stares and half-whispers concerning his appearance... everywhere was infested with human refugees... It was going to prove quite troublesome to try and locate the items he required, let alone collect them and take them back with him.
A strong signature registered in his senses followed by an explosion, just further up ahead of him. With a little bit of concentration he was able to discern that whoever was up ahead was most definitely stronger than himself, at least almost four times as strong. He was about to turn back before he spotted the remains of a city tourist map hanging to the side. He gave it a cursory look before grumbling. A storage facility that could maybe contain some of the items he sought... was in the direction and probably location of the stronger energy signature.
"Just my luck..." the Bio-Android sighed before he continued on his way there, raising an eyebrow at the sight of a second person in the immediate area... He couldn't sense anything coming from them, which meant either one of two things. Either this person was suppressing their power, or they were an android... if it was the latter, they were more likely to be of Earth design and could potentially if it came down to it, aid him in a fight against the Saiyan woman... if it came down to it. Assuming whoever this person was had at least his level of power. For now, he'd watch and wait... he had to get past the two of them in order to reach his destination.

(Power Level, Natural True Form: 52,300) The small arcosian child had been sleeping peacefully in a nearby building, when suddenly he was awakened by something of a booming noise, perhaps a Ki blast. He opened his eyes to hear the sound of someone descending down from flight. The kid had been sleeping in the deserted wreck of a city in the hopes that some of the strong earthlings would come and have a fight here, and because there were a lot of cool buildings to play in. He knew all of the wreckage was caused by something or another, he was pretty sure it was a super awesome battle of some sort. He had heard something about an invasion, but wasn't sure when he had heard it, or what they were really talking about. The child rolled over groggily, inside of his makeshift blanket, a repurposed trench coat. Lying flat on his stomach, he pushed his petite body up onto all fours and then got on to his knees, his blanket falling off as he looked over at the source of the ruckus. There was a really shiny looking fellow, and a pretty ordinary looking earth-boy. Or earth-girl? He couldn't really tell, as they were wearing a hoodie, and he wasn't quite familiar with earth fashion.
The child squinted, trying to make out the scene. He heard a flamboyant, sing-songy voice speak. Was that the shiny man or the hooded figure? He couldn't tell. Confused, the boy giggled and decided to check it out. Finally standing up, he split himself into two clones, and each one took a different direction. Curiously, the two arcosian children happily circled around in a radius around the scene, one flying clockwise, and the other counterclockwise, each approaching a little bit, while still remaining at safe radius, out of sight. Were they gonna fight? The child really hoped they were going to fight. His heart began to pound heavily at even the idea of them engaging in a battle. He rubbed his still half closed eyes. Pleeeeease let them be super cool saiyans!

Radasha spun around at the sound of feet hitting the ground behind her. She hadn't sensed him approach. She had her scouter with her in case she needed to communicate with Kaula or her sister...the..other Kaula. She never realized how confusing that'd be. She hoped she never had a situation where both were present at once. But to the situation at hand. Some strange man had landed nearby and was speaking. As he did, she took the time to slip out her scouter and put it onto her ear, clicking it on so it would scan him. Ah...it was reading, good. When the numbers popped up she eased a bit. He was about half her power. It also seemed to be picking up some weaker power sources nearby....Nothing to be concerned about. Unless of course they all jumped her.
Maybe she was being a little paranoid. Lifting her head up a bit so the light revealed it a bit more, she spoke after hearing what he said. "Get to me...? Why would I let it get to me? If Earth's forces relied more on their own strength instead that of the more powerful beings or their little toys, it wouldn't have been this bad...." she said, echoing her earlier thoughts. "Soldiers here are WEAK...It would be simple taking out a squad of earth warriors. They wouldn't last a minute against an average Saiyan..."

Neon cocked an eyebrow at her words, shifting his weight from one leg to the other. This woman seemed more upset about the fact that earth's military was weak, rather than the destruction of the Saiyans. Guess she did have a point there. While the Earth military fought valiantly, it ultimately came down to the stronger fights to clean up the army. "Well, to be fair," Neon spoke up, "Up until recently, humanity only had to fight amongst itself. They had no reason to get stronger outside of their technology. But, with all this madness with the saiyans and such, I can guess things are going to change in that regard." Honestly, Neon was hoping nothing like this would happen again. Seeing this massive amount of destruction was just heartbreaking. But, in the end, that just encouraged Neon to get stronger. He couldn't do anything about the invasion (what with him being dead and all), but he would be around for the next threat, if it ever came.
Neon wasn't blind to the fact that other powers were around as well, but as long as they didn't cause any trouble, Neon was happy to continue his conversation with the angry beauty in front of him.

The Bio-Android watched the scene slowly unfold, taking note of each of their forms and stances. When the Saiyan reached into her clothing, he tensed a little, preparing himself for her to pull out a weapon of some description... when it turned out to only be one of those Scouter things that he had seen some people wield. So, she'll know I'm here as well... that puts a damper on any form of surprise assaults. Zyajin mused internally. The fact that the device was apparently detecting the second persons power levels, judging from the Saiyan's stance, whilst his own senses were not, allowed him to deduce that the second person was in fact an Android... but not one that the Saiyan considered a threat.
What concerned him though was the new power he'd detected... that suddenly split off into two new power signatures that were beginning to get closer. They appeared to be circling the area in opposite directions... He was curious as to how they had managed to split their power into being in two places at once... Perhaps he should pay a visit to the one that was circling around nearest to him and "collect" their genetic information. Zyajin glanced around, trying to visually pinpoint the source of the power he was feeling nearby before he felt them get closer to his position.
Whilst he was here to collect materials for his base of operations... the opportunity to absorb more power as well as this interesting little technique proved more tempting for him. He slowly rose up into the air and moved to intercept the nearest one, using a combination of his Ki Sense and his own eyes to locate whoever they were... He just had to know how they had split themselves like they had... if he could figure out how to perform this technique, it would prove invaluable in the future.
If need be, he'd just simply absorb the entity and obtain the ability that way, as from what he could feel they were extremely weak compared to himself... just a little over two thousand and six hundred on the power level scale perhaps. He blinked though as it fluctuated... now it felt twice as powerful as he was, at least ten times stronger than his original estimate... then it felt weaker again... then stronger... what was going on here? He'd have to proceed with caution against this one...

The boy listened to the conversation between the metal man and earth woman (he was now close enough to tell that yes, it was a woman... Probably.) The boy yawned. Blah, blah blah, blaaaaaah. They were talking for soooo long, the child thought. Finally, the two arcosians stepped out in to the light, approaching the pair of earth dwellers perpendicularly. He was completely unaware of the silent stalking of the bio android that was trailing him. "Aren't you guys going to fight?" he inquired playfully. "You're supposed to come here to have a battle..!" He glanced over, back and forth, finally getting a good look at the two figures. The shiny one was taller and had a thin and robotic frame. He was definately an android, and an interestingly sculpted one at that. He was slender and exciting looking. Brisk would've bet on him being a cool fighter. The other one was certainly a woman, a bit shorter with black hair. He didn't want to get his hopes up, but he secretly really wanted her to be a saiyan.

Radasha just scoffed at the man. Or android now that she got a look at him. He did share that...paleness the man in white had. Maybe they were made by the same person. He shared the same trait they did. Being unsensable yet scannable. Android or not, she still felt earth's forces could definitely improve. They got lucky. But what if their stronger fighters hadn't been enough? Well North Capitol wouldn't be the only city like this. Turning, she faced the battle jacket wreckages again, crossing her arms. As she did this her tail decided to pop out from under her hoody, which seemed to reach past her waist, to say hi.
When the Arcosian and his clone spoke up, she turned, looking from one figure to the other. Twins? Did Acrosians have twins? And what was one this young doing on Earth in the ruins of a large battle. Speaking of battle, the Arcosians seemed to think the man and Radasha should fight. That wasn't what she came to do really.. "There already was a battle here." she said simply. She eyed the arcosians...then her eyes went to the direction another power was. It seemed to be following one of the little lizards. Tilting her head, she watched. Whatever it was, it was freaky.

When the woman didn't reply, Neon had been about to say something when a little voice caught his attention. The android looked over to see not one, but two little alien boys (at least, he thought they were boys) approaching them. They were expecting the pair of them to fight? Why? Why would something so adorable looking be so eager for violence? Kids these days. The woman spoke up, stating there was already a battle here. Neon nodded, not really looking at her. "And why would we fight? We're just having a small chat after all." He looked over at the woman, as if to get agreement from her, when his eyes immediately fell on the tail poking out of her rear. He didn't see that before. Was she keeping it hidden? Whatever the case, it was pretty clear what this woman was, and now just why she seemed so bitter.
"You're a Saiyan?" Any sense of friendliness immediately vanished from the android, his expression hardening as he glared daggers at her. "What are you doing here? The invasion is over. You guys lost. Are you just like the other remnants of the Saiyan forces? Scavenging and preying on innocent people like common bandits?" Needless to say, Neon did not care for Saiyans. After all, it was the Saiyans that caused his death, as well as the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Even if this one was attractive, she was still as dangerous, and most likely as vicious, as the rest of them.

Zyajin managed to follow the signature he'd been tracking... riiiight back to the Saiyan woman and the android. He covered his face with his palm, grumbling under his breath at the situation. Well, this ruled out any chance he had of consuming one of the Arcosians, now that he could see what the source of the double signature was. There was no way he could absorb one of them, assuming he could even overpower one, not with the other three in the same vicinity. Plus it seemed eager for a fight, or at the very least watching one. The android finally realised the woman's genetic heritage, the Bio-Android couldn't help himself but sigh and shake his head.
But perhaps this could work in his favour... it appeared that the android held no love for the Saiyan people, and given their combined power levels... it still felt a bit short though by his estimations. Zyajin then considered the Arcosian "twins". They could perhaps be enticed into the fray as well... yes, and once the Saiyan woman was out of the way, it would remove one less obstacle for him, at least in terms of his original goal. However, if all four of them were to combine their powers against the Saiyan, then the Bio-Android couldn't conclude any chance of absorbing the Arcosian... but perhaps in the confusion of the melee, he could perhaps obtain a DNA sample from them.
This possibility seemed far more plausible and likely to occur... and since they were, in appearance, a child... the DNA sequences within their genetic structure wouldn't have had any time to begin the degradation process that usually occured as organic species' grew older. The only fresher sample of DNA that existed in the cosmos would be from a newborn or fetus... Yes, that seemed the logical course of action. It would remove the Saiyan threat, create a possible ally in this android that he could utilise later on, and offers the opportunity to enhance his own capabilities with that of this Arcosian.
He stepped out from his hiding spot, stepping forward into full view of the four other beings. "It would appear that this one falls under my programmings allowances for termination possibilities." he said as he looked at the woman. He glanced to the android and Arcosians. "You may call me Zyajin. I was created by Earth's government to deal with any and all threats to the security of this world. Invasion remnants falls under this jurisdiction." he said, returning his gaze to the Saiyan female, his body shifting into a combat stance. "I suggest that we combine our efforts if we are to bring this one in for the Empire's assault. Individually, she dwarfs us in strength. Combined however..." he said, leaving the sentence open for all to interpret.
He looked to the Arcosian twins for a moment. "One of you could watch whilst the other fought if you so wish. Twice the entertainment value." the Bio-Android suggested, banking on the fact that they appeared to be a child, and thus would go for the route which offer them the most enjoyment.

The arcosian child listened without much interest as the girl lectured him. There was already a battle here? So what how come there couldn't another battle. He was just beginning to give up hope on one of them being a saiyan when suddenly he heard the metal man speak. He spoke about how he wouldn't care to have a fight right now anyway because he was just "having a talk." But then, a furry tail poked out from the girl's clothes. What was that? The metal man seemed taken aback. He called her a... No way! She was a saiyan!? The boy simply could not contain his excitement. "No way! You're a saiyan!?" His countenance was filled to the brim with overwhelming excitement and he gasped audibly. Yes! He was totally right! Brisk had totally guessed that she was a saiyan! The child looked at her with wide eyes and a gaping jaw. A real life saiyan! He was now determined to see her use her super saiyan powers.
Wait a minute. Saiyans had tails!? Just like him!? Except not like him because his tail was not furry and this saiyan's tail was furry. He decided that his tail was cooler then saiyan tails. But saiyans were still really powerful and therefore cool, according to many people from space. The metal man was evidently still speaking, ignoring the child's little outburst, but Brisk had completely zoned out. And he couldn't even believe what happened next. Another person came out of the shadows and started saying even more words. Brisk didn't listen to the words he was saying very closely, because he looked very funny, and that was distracting. The man started speaking directly to Brisk, and he snapped back into focus, finally making eye contact with the funny man. The clone flew up into the air and landed down beside the original child.
He listened to the man's proposition and was not happy with it. Brisk wanted to fight the saiyan by himself! And the man asked him to fight with only one of the Overwhelming Power Duo? How could he be an overwhelming duo if there was only one of him fighting. Brisk decided that the man was rather stupid, and was missing the point of the special ability. But, the child decided, he also really wanted to fight the saiyan, so half of the funny looking man's idea was good. "Okay how about this," the child said matter-of-factly, pretending to take into consideration the other words that people were saying (that he didn't really listen to,) "I will fight the saiyan and you guys can watch? And if she is too strong you can help me but I want to see her saiyan powers, okay?" He looked upon the other people standing around, each one at least 2 feet taller then him, with a grin of satisfaction. His clone nodded with anticipation. The others sure were lucky that he was around to solve the dispute of who got to fight the saiyan!

Radasha had turned back to the battle jacket squad wreckage, tail now freely swaying about, not unlike a cat's. At the man's realization of what she was and the words that came out of his mouth, she scoffed. "You automatically assume since I am of Saiyan heritage that I MUST have been part of the invasion force.....Well I was but that's a little short sighted of you." she said, shrugging a bit. At the bit about her being one of the remnants resorting to banditry and the like, her tail seemed to bristle a bit. "I have no need to resort to such things....I cam here originally to watch my daughter fight the one they called Red. I wasn't aware of the invasion plan until the Queen announced it. I intended to spend some time with my daughter and my sister who also lives on this planet originally...But you know....Sometimes work calls in on your off days..." she said, shrugging again.
She turned to the group, arms crossed, as she continued speaking. "We lost yes, I can accept that. Your best were stronger than our best. I don't hold some grudge over the SSE losing to Earth's Forces....even if most of Earth Forces are so weak they'd probably explode if a Saiyan so much as sneezed on them. I'm a little miffed that it was a ROBOT that did the final blow to our Queen but..." she shrugged, " Nothing to do about that.....I didn't come here to cause trouble...."
When the weird being spoke up about them combining their forces against her to take her in, she scoffed again. "Turn me in? I will be going nowhere I do not want to. I haven't even done anything today..." she said. That's when a bit of the building she'd blasted earlier came down. "....Except that...But that was already partially destroyed...They'd probably tear it down anyway." she said, shrugging.
Then one of the Arcosians spoke up saying they'd fight her themselves. Raising an eyebrow, she seemed a bit wary of that. The others may just think of the child as just that.....But Radasha had been around long enough to know that beings were capable of all kinds of tricks...Hiding their true power for one. And this was an Arcosian. She'd be a little foolish if she under estimated an Arcosian...not matter how old. Her daughter was evidence enough that one didn't have to be a war hardened veteran to be dangerous. Speaking of her daughter, something in her pants pocket vibrated. Reaching into it, she pulled out a phone. She had gotten during the weeks following the invasion. Checking it as she waited for the group to decide what to do, she suddenly let out a chuckle, shaking her head. "What is with Kaula and sending me cat pics...That one was kinda funny though.." she murmured to herself.

Neon cocked an eyebrow as an unusual individual stepped out of the shadows. Claiming he had been created to protect earth's interests and that they could team up to defeat the Saiyan woman. Strange. Neon knew a little bit about Earth's defenders, but he didn't know anything about this man...if he was a man. Then the small alien boy spoke up about fighting her themselves. Neon's internal scooter showed that they were nowhere near the level of strength the rest of them had. This kid (if it indeed was a kid) seemed very vioance happy, and yet oddly happy to see a Saiyan.
But it was the Saiyan's words that confused him a little. She all but admitted she as with the invasion, but claimed that wasn't the reason why she was here, nor was she scavenging and harassing earth like the rest of the invasion force were. And then he daughter texted her out of nowhere with...cat pictures? This, honestly wasn't what Neon was expecting. True, he hadn't expected to see a Saiyan here to begin with, but this encounter was turning strange, especially considering his previous encounters with Saiyans.
"Well, if you say you're not here to cause trouble, I guess I could believe that, especially since you haven't started attacking us yet." He took a step back, glancing over at the alien boy and the strange man, cautious to see what either of them would do. "And if the kid here wants to fight, well, who am I to crush a child's dreams? I'll stay back here, keep an eye out for anything, well, untoward." The android smirked. "Consider me your guest referree. Neon Noble."

The Bio-Android could barely restrain himself from smirking as the situation developed, far better than he had originally anticipated. The Arcosian had offered to fight against the Saiyan by himself... or with himself, it was a little hard to tell with clones, but the point remained. With the Arcosian's fighting the Saiyan, it would take out two birds with one stone, and when the child became exhausted, he could collect them and absorb them for their genetic material and powers. The Saiyan would be too exhausted and weakened to do anything about it, and the Android... well he'd cross that bridge when it came to that.
Of course, on the flip side, if the Saiyan won then he could freely absorb her since the Android appeared to be on the Earth's side and Zyajin doubted that such an individual would get in the way of him removing the threat of the Saiyan. His only concern was that perhaps this bout would get out of hand and accidentally destroy the materials he had come looking here for. Regardless, this situation was now in the ideal, so he nodded with the Arcosian's suggestion. "Very well, I shall not interfere unless it is required." he said, taking a step back.
