Today was the day, she could feel it. The long haired Saiyan Goddess rolled her shoulders as she looked out across her domain, taking in the sights and sounds of the jungle and her people below. The rock exercises she had been practicing with her "sister" Jul'ica had strengthened her tail immensely... but in her eyes it wasn't enough. Not yet. Sure she wasn't paralysed anymore whenever anyone grabbed her tail, but it wasn't on the same level of strength as the Simian's tails were. And if there was one thing a Goddess was not allowed, it was to have a flaw in her compared to her subjects.
She made her way to the private training chamber which lay within her temple, and stood in the centre of the floor with the doors swinging shut and sealing themselves behind her. She spread her legs, pulled her arms to her sides and took in a slow breath. Brassica closed her eyes and began to concentrate. Her natural Saiyan strength combined with her Ki abilities is what allowed her to protect her Simian "family" and maintain her presence as a goddess on this world... Simians used their tails as natural living weapons... her own tail wasn't strong enough however... not on its own.
The Saiyan female slowly began to focus on her ki, letting the power flow and boil inside of her. Normally the energy would flow into her hands, but for this... she was trying to make it flow into her tail. Her goal was to try and artificially strengthen her tail, to make it into the same power house that the Simian's themselves wielded. She stood there, concentrating for another few minutes before she sniffed the air, raising an eyebrow at the smell of something... something burning? She opened her eyes to look around before blinking and bringing her tail around to look at it. The fur had slightly blackened, and there was a small spark lingering. "Gah!" she cried out, immediately swatting at the spark on her tail, putting it out before it could mount into a full blown fire.
Brassica sighed before taking up her stance once more. "Alright, that was a little much... let's try this again." she grumbled, closing her eyes once more and beginning the process of channeling her ki into her tail once more. A few minutes later, the same result occured once more. Brassica roared in frustration. "What the hell is going on here?" she growled, creating a ball of ki energy in her hand and glaring at it. "Why can't you just do what I want you to eh?" she asked the inanimate ball of energy as she looked at it and her tail. "I want you inside of that! Not burning it!" she demanded, holding the energy next to her tail before blinking. She peered at the energy and her tail, tilting her head to look at it from another angle, a slow smirk spreading across her features as an idea came to her mind.
She dispersed the energy ball before taking up her stance once more and concentrating again. This time, not trying to force her ki into her tail, but instead this time trying to make it go around it. The Saiyan female concentrated, slowly feeling something tingling at the base of her spine where her tail connected to her. As she concentrated she could feel... a warmth begin to envelop her furry appendage until finally it reached her tip. Brassica opened her eyes and looked at her tail, before squealing in delight. "I did it, I did it, I did it!" she cried out in glee, looking at her glowing tail wrapped in her ki energy. She gave it a few experimental swings before slamming it into a nearby pillar, crashing it through. Her grin only became wider at that point.
"Oh, I am sooo going to love using this~" she cooed, bouncing lightly on the spot like an overly excited child at the prospect of lots of presents and chocolates coming her way. She dispersed the energy field around her tail before concentrating once more, beginning to work on speed now, trying to get the ki field to activate faster than before. Eventually after a few hours of practice, she could envelop her tail in her energy almost instantly, its devastating power remaining the same each time around. Brassica grinned at the result of her training. "Alrighty then... this is going to be awesome."
